Abstract:

Die durch die klassische Namur-Pyramide beschriebene Automatisierungsstruktur ist bewährt und ermöglicht langjährige Betriebssicherheit. Allerdings fehlt den Systemen die Offenheit, neue Technologien werden erst spät verwendet und die Kosten sind hoch, was angesichts der rasanten Entwicklungen im Bereich von Internet of Things, Industrie 4.0, Mobile Devices und Big Data nutzvolle Innovationen verhindert. In diesem Beitrag wird das im Namur-Arbeitskreis 2.8 Automatisierungsnetzwerke und -dienste entwickelte Konzept Namur Open Architecture (NOA) vorgestellt. Das Konzept bietet sowohl für Bestands- als auch für Neuanlagen Möglichkeiten, um Anlagen effizient für kommende Innovationen zu ertüchtigen. Die Kernidee ist, die Daten der bisherigen Kern-Automatisierungswelt durch offene Schnittstellen wie beispielsweise OPC UA in die Systemwelt für Monitoring- und Optimierungsaufgaben zu exportieren und dabei die Kernautomatisierung weitgehend unverändert zu belassen. Alternativ kann über einen zweiten Kommunikationskanal direkt auf die bestehenden Feldgeräte zugegriffen werden.

Abstract:

Die Modularisierung von Prozessanlagen wird als erfolgversprechende Möglichkeit angesehen, die künftigen Anforderungen an die Prozessindustrie zu bewältigen. Mit dem Projekt Dezentrale Intelligenz für modulare Anlagen (Dima) hat Wago auf der Namur-Hauptsitzung 2014 einen Weg gezeigt, wie sich die Anforderungen, die in der NE148 formuliert worden sind, erfüllen lassen. Bisherige Arbeiten ergaben, dass die Verwendung von Module Type Packages (MTP) zur Beschreibung von Prozessmodulen eine vielversprechende Lösung darstellt. Der Namur-Arbeitskreis AK 1.12 arbeitet derzeit, in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ad-Hoc-Arbeitskreisen der Namur und dem ZVEI, an der Standardisierung des Namur-MTP. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die Arbeiten der Arbeitsgruppen. Die Fragestellungen und Anforderungen der Arbeitskreise für Zustandsbasierte Prozessführung, Bedienbilder und Diagnose und Wartung modularer Anlagen werden skizziert. Ferner wird eine mögliche Architektur des Namur-MTP vorgestellt.

Abstract:

Mit dem Namur-MTP wurde die Basis geschaffen, Module in eine Prozessführungsebene zu integrieren. Im MTP wird dazu jede Information abgebildet, die für eine effiziente und fehlerfreie Integration benötigt wird. Der aktuelle Arbeitsstand des Namur-MTP wurde von den Autoren auf Anwendbarkeit überprüft. Dazu wurden ein Anlagendemonstrator aufgebaut und die darin befindlichen Module mit Hilfe ihrer MTP in ein Prozessleitsystem integriert. Der Beitrag schildert den Engineeringprozess und beschreibt die dabei zum Einsatz gekommenen Softwarewerkzeuge sowie die dabei gewonnenen Erfahrungen.

Abstract:

Die NAMUR Open Architecture (NOA) verfolgt das Ziel, Vorteile aktueller Automatisierungssysteme, wie beispielsweise hohe Verfügbarkeit, mit Vorteilen von IT-Lösungen zu kombinieren, um so die Flexibilität der Systeme zu erhöhen. Dies geschieht unter besonderer Beachtung der Sicherheitsanforderungen hinsichtlich des systemischen Informationsflusses bzw. der systemischen Kommunikation. Im Rahmen der NOA-Architektur erfolgt dies mittels der NAMUR-Diode. Hier ist der Informationsfluss nur in eine Richtung, nämlich nach außen, erlaubt. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Hypervisor als technologische Grundlage für eine mögliche Lösung zur Realisierung der Trennung von Automatisierungsdaten vom Monitoring+Optimization-Server vorgeschlagen. Dazu überwacht der Hypervisor den Ressourcenverbrauch sowie die Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss zwischen diesen Applikationen.

Bei der Namur-Hauptsitzung 2016 wurde erstemals die im Namur-Arbeitskreis 2.8 "Automatisierungsnetzwerke und -dienste" entwickelte Namur Open Architecture (NOA) vorgestellt. Das Konzept Namur Open Architecture (NOA) wurde auf der Namur-Hauptsitzung 2016 vorgestellt, im Jahr 2017 gab es erste Demonstratoren. Inzwischen werden drei konkrete Elemente des NOA-Konzeptes erarbeitet: Die NOA-Diode sorgt für den sicheren Datenexport aus der Namur-Pyramide, das NOA-Informationsmodell beschreibt die Daten und Bezeichnungen, und Verification of Request erlaubt einenkontrollierten Datenfluss zurück in das Prozessleitsystem der Anlage. Diese Elemente wurden an der IGR-Testanlage im Industriepark Höchst implementiert. Im Beitrag werden vier konkrete Anwendungsfälle für die NOA-Bausteine vorgestellt: eine Pumpendiagnose, die automatische Aktualisierung der Dokumentation nach einem Sensortausch, die Online-Überwachung eines Prozessanalysegerätes sowie ein Dimensionierungs-Check für Feldgeräte.

Das Namur-Arbeitsblatt (NA) 035 wurde in einer komplett überarbeiteten Fassung im Januar 2019 neu herausgegeben und ersetzt die früheren Ausgaben, die inhaltlich zuletzt 1997 aktualisiert worden waren. In diesen mehr als 20 Jahren gab es deutliche Veränderungen der Randbedingungen, unter denen die Planung der Prozessleittechnik (PLT) und deren Abwicklung im Rahmen von Projekten in der Prozessindustrie erfolgen. Das neue NA 035 stellt diese veränderten Randbedingungen hinsichtlich markttechnischer Einflüsse und technischer Weiterentwicklungen vor mit Schwerpunkt auf der europäischen Prozessindustrie.Dabei liegt der Fokus nicht nur auf der Planung und Errichtung von Neuanlagen, sondern auf dem gesamten Lebenszyklus der Anlage. Weil PLT-Planung und -Abwicklung faktisch immer in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld stattfinden, sind Zielgruppen dieser Neuausgabe nicht nur die Gemeinschaft der Prozessleittechniker, sondern auch alle anderen interessierten oder beteiligten Gewerke sowohl auf der Arbeits- als auch auf der Management-Ebene.

Zusammenfassung Volatile Märkte und hohe Entwicklungszeiten prozesstechnischer Anlagen verstärken zunehmend die Forderungen nach mehr Flexibilität in der Prozessindustrie. Ein Lösungsansatz ist die konsequente Modularisierung der Anlagen. Um Module automatisierungstechnisch effizient integrieren zu können, muss die dafür notwendige Information in einem Module Type Package (MTP) abgebildet sein. In diesem Beitrag wird eine Methode beschrieben und analysiert, die den in AutomationML vorliegenden MTP automatisch auf ein OPC-UA-Informationsmodell abbildet. Dadurch kann die aus dem MTP abgeleitete semantische Beschreibung des Moduls online erkundet werden. Vorteile weist dieser Ansatz durch die weitgehende Entkopplung der MTP-Definition und der Implementierung auf. Damit kann ein Modulhersteller bereits jetzt, obwohl die Definition noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, in die notwendigen Softwarekomponenten investieren. Dem stehen einen vergleichsweise großer Footprint und Einschränkungen bei der Modellierung gegenüber.

Abstract:

Der ZVEI-Arbeitskreis „Prozessautomatisierung für Sustainability“ unter Leitung von Ralf Haut bearbeitet schon seit Jahren die Frage, wie die Prozessautomatisierung entscheidend zur Nachhaltigkeit in der Prozessindustrie beitragen kann. Auf Seiten der NAMUR wurde bereits im Jahr 2012 das NAMUR-Arbeitsblatt NA 140 zum Beitrag der Automatisierungstechnik zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz erstellt. Eine 60 Seiten umfassende Broschüre „Sustainability durch Prozessautomation“ wurde in Zusammenarbeit der beiden Verbände erstellt und auf der NAMUR-Hauptsitzung 2023 vorgestellt (Download siehe [1]). Sowohl die Energie- als auch die Klimakrise machen deutlich, dass jetzt alle Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit genutzt werden müssen. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über den Inhalt der Broschüre und will damit eine schnelle und gute Umsetzung anregen. Eine englische Übersetzung der Broschüre ist für Anfang 2024 geplant.

Abstract:

Abstract. The reliquary crown, hosted in the diocesan museum of Namur, was produced during the beginning of the 13th century to shelter a fragment of the holy crown of thorns. This beautiful piece of goldsmithery is made of eight gold plates, topped by round lobes, and connected to each other by hinges blocked with a pin decorated by a pearl. The crown is decorated by filigrees, flowers, and approximately 400 pearls and coloured (green, reddish pink, turquoise, red, blue) stones showing simple cutting with various sizes and shapes. Raman and portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (pXRF) techniques have been used to determine the nature and sources of all samples, as well as the composition of filigrees. Analyses have identified emeralds from Pakistan, reddish pink spinels from Tajikistan, red almandine garnets from India, turquoise from Iran, blue sapphires from Sri Lanka or Myanmar, and European pearls. The filigrees contain approximately 86 wt % Au, 7 wt % Ag, and 7 wt % Cu, thus confirming a gold-rich composition. The gemstones, contemporary with the crown, probably arrived in Europe by the silk trade road.

Abstract:

The Hooray Sandstone (Namur Sandstone Member and overlying Murta Member) was deposited during the Early Cretaceous in southwestern Queensland and northeastern South Australia. A sequence stratigraphie model for the Hooray is proposed. The basal beds of the Hooray Sandstone are the braided fluvial deposits of the Namur Sandstone Member, deposited during the late Berriasian and earliest Valanginian on a Type 1 sequence boundary developed during the 131.5 Ma sea level lowstand. Two sequences are recognised within the Namur (Namur Nl and N2) with a Type 1 sequence boundary interpreted within the member (128.5 Ma sea level fall). The upper Namur is gradational with the lower Murta Member M6 which forms a transgressive systems tract. The M5 and M4 are highstand systems tract sediments deposited over the maximum flooding surface at the base of the M5 (127.5 Ma condensed section). Low sea levels led to incision of channels basinwards of exposed basement rocks at the end of M4 time (about 126 Ma). Sea level rise led to the gradual Willing of these channels until the southeastern highlands were drowned but islands in the southeast contributed vitrinitic material during mid M3 time, which formed the source for the oil in the Nockatunga area. Reservoir sandstones are developed within the basal M3 incised valley fill sands and in the transgressive microtidal barrier facies sands at the top of the M3. The former can produce stratigraphic traps, whereas the latter form structural traps. Reservoir quality is probably best in the thicker mid 'estuarine' sands due to tidal reworking, and generally poorer in the barrier facies due to little winnowing of fines because of the low tidal range, weak wave activity, and gene-contemporaneous carbonate cementation. During later M3 time, transgression led to the landward movement of barrier bars, forming a generally sheet-like sand body. The top M2 and M3 barriers probably formed in a microtidal environment under a seasonal climate with periodic storm conditions. Following inundation of the islands during M2 and Ml times, organic matter supplied to the Nockatunga area was dominantly finely comminuted, bacterially-altered plant matter and algal material that forms a potentially rich but immature oil source. The 'hot gamma' shales of the Ml are interpreted as the 123.5 Ma condensed section.
