Abstract:
The combination of safe perfumes, natural fragrances and a convenient way of applying them, gives a significant place to innovation and the application of technologies using nanomaterials for the production of cosmetic products, the so-called nanocosmetics, of which perfumery is also a part. The wide range of products available and the satisfaction of growing consumer demands for fragrance provide an opportunity for the application of nanotechnology in the manufacture and use of perfumes. Nano-perfumes can be defined as perfumes based on nanotechnology or nanomaterials. The aim of this paper is to present the characterization and application of nanoparfumes as an assortment of those marketed by the cosmetic industry. In the study have been used the descriptive - analytical approach, the methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The main objectives of this study is to investigate the properties of photoactive Nano TiO2 thin film-geopolymer based on laterite soils deposit Gowa regency as self-cleaning material. The soil was clean, grounded, sieves 200 mesh and dehydroxylated at 750 for 2 hours. Nano TiO2 was prepared through ball milling process for 10 hours. The geopolymers was synthesized through alkali activation method by adjusting the molar oxide ratios of SiO2/(Al2O3+Fe2O3), Na2O/SiO2 and H2O/Na2O in accordance with the chemical compositions of the soils. Nano TiO2 was added into geopolymers paste at different concentration namely 0.5% and 1.0% (relative to the mass of laterite soils) by using spray method. The self-cleaning properties of the sample were observed by immersing the sample into clays solution then irradiated under UV lamp for 24 hours. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) was performed to examine the structure and phase of the sample. The surface morphology of geopolymers was studied by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The measurements results showed that photoactive Nano TiO2-geopolymers composite can be applied as self-cleaning materials.

Abstract:

The effects and the mechanisms of namo TiN on the high chromium cast iron are studied, the material has been prepared through infiltration casting and addition of high carbon ferrochrome powder and nano TiN powder. The alloy is formed on the surfaced of guide plate, and the wear resistance of alloy have been studied by means of SEM, XRD micro-analysis and wear-resistant performance. The grain size and the type of carbide in the organization are affected by nano TiN, and the wear resistance of carbon chromium alloy layer is affected by the type of carbide; when the addition of nano TiN is 1% (wt), the grain size is apparently refined, overeutectic primary M7C3 in the hypereutectic is precipitated uniformly in considerable amounts, therefore the wear resistance of alloy can be improved effectively.

Abstract:
The structural properties, crystalline and clustering behavior of xNa2O·(1-x)TeO2 (15 £ x £ 65 mol% glasses have been investigated by FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM ). The experimental results have demonstrated that the basic structural units in telluride glasses change from highly strained TeO4 trigonal bipyramids to more regular TeO3 units containing non bridging oxygen atoms (NBO). The concentration of NBO atoms in telluride network increases with increasing? Na2O content. The present results suggest that (NBO) atoms in telluride glasses exist in their pure form in glasses of up to 35 mol% Na2O. But at higher Na2O concentrations, NBO atoms do not exist in their pure form; that is, the majority of NBO atoms are coordinated with high concentration from Na cations to form nano-crystalline clusters. The results based on X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calomerty (DSC) reveal the presence of two crystalline phases: ? TeO2 and Na2Te4O9 phases during the crystallization process of the prepared glass in the region < 50 mol% Na2O. But at higher Na2O concentrations, Na2Te2O5 and NaTeO3 crystalline clustered phase in the nono size scale are the dominant type. This means that NBO in TeO3 trigonal pyramids will interact with the excess of Na cation resulting in the three-dimensional network containing nano size clusters particularly in telluride glasses containing 50 and 65 mol% Na2O. An increase in Na2O concentration in Na2O-rich telluride network results in increasing Na coordination instead of breaking more tellurium–oxygen bonds.

Abstract:
Abstract We present a detailed theoretical analysis of ultrafast saturable absorption (SA) and reverse SA (RSA) in MoTe2 nano-films with femtosecond (fs) laser pulses at 800 nm. A transition from RSA to SA occurs on increasing the thickness from 30 nm to 80 nm at a constant pump intensity of 141 GW cm−2. On the other hand, a transition from SA to RSA occurs upon increasing the pump intensity in an 80 nm thick MoTe2 nano-film. Theoretical results are in good agreement with reported experimental results. The effect of pump pulse intensity, pulse width, nonlinear absorption coefficient and sample thickness has been studied to optimize the SA ↔ RSA transition. The results for low-power and high contrast all-optical switching in MoTe2 nano-films have been used to design all-optical fs NOT, OR, AND, as well as the universal all-optical NOR and NAND logic gates. The SA behavior of MoTe2/MoS2 nanocomposite films has been used to design all-optical AND and OR logic gates. The nanocomposite films of MoTe2/MoS2 possess a larger nonlinear optical response in comparison to MoTe2 and MoS2 nano-films and, therefore, all-optical logic gates designed using nanocomposite films result in a good switching contrast compared to pure MoTe2 nano-films. Ultrafast operation at relatively low pump intensities demonstrates the applicability of MoTe2 and MoTe2/MoS2 nano-films for ultrafast all-optical information processing.

Abstract:
The aim of the present work was to compare microstructures and mechanical properties of nano-Al alloys fabricated by two different methods: (i) SPD induced grain refinement, (ii) plastic consolidation of nano-powders or nano-crystalline ribbons. SPD grain refinement has been implemented by hydrostatic extrusion, HE. The ribbons were rapidly solidified using a melt spinning methods. Plastic consolidation of powder and ribbons was conducted by warm extrusion. The results of the studies show that by applying various fabrication routes for a given chemical composition, diverse nano-structures can be obtained, which differ in terms of grain size and shape, grain boundary character and dislocation density. As a result, the alloys also differ significantly in the mechanical properties. The findings are discussed in terms of the possibilities for optimizing properties of the bulk-nano-metals.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to introduce the notions of nano Sβ-connected, nano Sβ-hyperconnected and nano Sβ-ultraconnected by using all forms of nano Sβ-open sets in nano topological spaces. Then, we study their relationship and show that if a nano topological space is nSβ-connected, W is also nano connected space but not the converse. Also, we study each notion in terms of upper, lower, and boundary approximations.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to define and introduce a new type of nano semi-open set which called nano -open set as a strong form of nano semi-open set which is related to nano closed sets in nano topological spaces. In this paper, we find all forms of the family of nano -open sets in term of upper and lower approximations of sets and we can easily find nano -open sets and they are a gate to more study. Several types of nano open sets are known, so we study relationship between the nano -open sets with the other known types of nano open sets in nano topological spaces. The Operators such as nano -interior and nano -closure are the part of this paper.

Abstract:
Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) is normally used to describe small measure of memory on a Computer motherboard that stores the Basic Input and Output Settings (BIOS) settings. Some of these BIOS settings include the system time and date and in hardware settings. CMOS is also used for constructing integrated circuits. It is normally used for microprocessors, micro controller and other digital circuits. In this review paper of Nano CMOS, its VI characteristics, data analysis and performances are discussed and graphs are depicted.

Abstract:
Objective: To introduce a new category of contra soft nano functions, labeled as contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized continuous and contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized irresolute functions in soft nano topological spaces and to identify and analyze their unique properties. This research aims to expand the theoretical framework by exploring these novel functions. Method: The definition of contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized continuous and contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized irresolute functions is obtained from the previously introduced definition of soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized closed set. The study employs rigorous analysis of these contra soft nano functions and formal proof techniques to establish their properties. Comparative analysis with some existing function classes is conducted to highlight the distinct characteristics of these functions. Findings: The research identifies and confirms the unique features of contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized continuous and contra soft nano 𝛼∗−generalized irresolute functions under various operations, supported by detailed proofs and illustrative examples. Novelty: The research contributes to the mathematical literature by defining and exploring a new category of contra soft nano functions and comparing it with some of the existing functions. The counterparts of these properties are validated through illustrations. The formalization of their theoretical framework contributes novel insights and extends the boundaries of soft nano topological spaces. Keywords: Soft Nano-Open Sets; Soft Nano 𝛼∗ - Generalized Closed Sets; Soft Nano 𝛼∗ - Generalized Open Sets; Contra Soft Nano 𝛼∗ - Generalized Continuous Functions; Contra Soft Nano 𝛼∗ - Generalized Irresolute Functions

Abstract:
The resputtering of gold films from nano-holes defined in a sacrificial PMMA mask, which was made by electron beam lithography, was carried out with a dry plasma etching tool in order to form well-like structures with a high aspect ratio (height/width ≈ 3–4) at the rims of the nano-holes. The extraordinary transmission through the patterns of such nano-wells was investigated experimentally and numerically. By doing numerical simulations of 50-nm and 100-nm diameter polystyrene beads in water and air, we show the potential of such patterns for self-induced back-action (SIBA) trapping. The best trapping conditions were found to be a trapping force of 2 pN/W/μm2 (numerical result) exerted on a 50-nm diameter bead in water. The simulations were based on the analytical Lorentz force model.
