V dnešní době je patrný trend digitalizace zdravotnických ar-chivů a související dokumentace, nastává tedy čas na zapojení technologií označovaných Big Data v oblasti biomedicínské informatiky. Tyto technologie nabízí rychlejší a efektivnější zpra-cování a sdílení obrovského množství dat. Vzhledem k tomu, že zdravotní péče pracuje s velmi citlivými daty, je jedním z hlav-ních zájmů ochrana dat pacientů. V mnoha zemích probíhá programové zavádění elektronizace zdravotní péče. Například v USA probíhá „Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act“, (HITECH). Cílem výzkumu je návrh a de-finice pravidel, která zamezí zneužití a únikům citlivých biome-dicínských dat. Současně však v minimální míře omezí efektivitu jejich zpracování a kvalitu výstupních dat. Hromadnost zpra-cování osobních a citlivých dat se postupně stává obrovským rizikem a současně příležitostí pro nastavení pravidel a procesů vedoucí k minimalizaci, či dokonce eliminaci těchto rizik. Big Data skrývají obrovský potenciál pro výzkum v oblasti biomedicíny v mnoha oblastech ať již při analýze segmentace pacientů, cen a výsledků léčby, kde umožní zjistit zdravotně a cenově nejefektivnější postup léčení pro konkrétního pacien-ta a také například v proaktivní identifikaci pacientů, u nichž by se vyplatila zdravotnická prevence. Principiálně jsou Big Data použitelná k tomu, aby z analýzy výskytu chorob bylo možné dělat epidemiologické závěry a navrhovat preventivní opatření, mohou pomáhat při detekci a minimalizaci pokusů o podvody ve zdravotnictví a veřejném zdravotním pojištění a také přiná-šejí příležitost spolupráce s farmaceutickými společnostmi tak, aby pro ně bylo snazší identifikovat skupinu relevantních paci-entů pro klinické testy (za předpokladu předchozího souhlasu pacientů a dodržení etických norem).Článek si bere za cíl vysvětlit rozdílné přístupy a oblasti bezpečnosti v souvislosti s hromadným zpracováním dat ať již z pohledu bezpečnosti databázových dat jako celku, zamezení možnosti nepřímého získávání konkrétních údajů z neanony-mizovaného nebo i anonymizovaného souboru dat a z oblasti netriviálního dotazování.

This master’s thesis deals with the optimization of the process of corrective and preventive actions management in OTIS Escalators s.r.o. under ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:1999 standards. Standards mentioned above are used to describe analyse of the process, which leads to several steps for successful optimization of the process.

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management Proposal for a Selected Business Entity deals with the risk management of the company Zemědělské družstvo Radiměř. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part introducing basic terms and methods of risk analysis and risk management on both, general and specialization, levels, and practical part describing the most important risks of the company identified by the selected risk analysis. Based on the gained data and results preventive and corrective measures for elimination of the risks are given.

The Master’s thesis deals with the area of conducting process audits in a large multinational corporation focused on manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, which has a subsidiary in the Czech Republic. The thesis discusses the analysis of the current set up of the internal audits‘ system in the corporation and there are changes of the quality system being proposed on the basis of the analysis, whose aim is to achieve a full compliance with the requirements of the US administration FDA, the standard ISO 13485 as well as the recent requirements on performing process audits. The emphasis is also put on the setting of the system such that it provides the highest possible added value for its users, can be easily implemented in practice and is flexible as well.

This diploma thesis deals with customer complaints of headlamps in Automotive Lighting s.r.o. The goal is to analyze the state of customer complaints for 2018 and to evaluate the biggest source of nonconformities in terms of the type of complaint based on Pareto analysis. The thesis focuses on solution of one particular type of complaint. The key part of the thesis is also the processing of the process analysis, the evaluation of the causes of the complaint and the draft of corrective measures that would eliminate the problem. The conclusion of the thesis contains evaluation of the proposed corrective measures, including from the economic point of view.

The diploma thesis is focused on risk analysis of water supply system in a small community. The WaterRisk project was solved by using tools of risk management including risk identification and quantification in the field of public water supply systems. Methodology and software for the risk management of water supply were evolved by using this project. In this thesis there is applied the methodology to the water supply system of Hradek village. The hydraulic analysis was performed for a thorough knowledge of water supply and its characteristic behavior. Risk analysis could be performed thanks to the knowledge of the entire system, its working and the most common faults. Analysis results are evaluated and compared for the water supply system which is consider like a system simple and complex. The corrective actions eliminate number of risks. These actions were proposed like a part of complex methodology. Further, there were determined optimal costs which corresponds with these corrective actions.

The author of the diploma thesis deals with application of methods for risks and opportunity identification and risk analysis to assess the project of implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility to the organization. Firstly, the thesis includes theoretical background about corporate social responsibility and risks management. The theoretical background serves as a support for applying methods and analyzing the necessary areas. The goal of this work is to find solutions and propose preventative measures to be used by the evaluated organization.

This Master´s thesis is focused on the proposition of system HACCP as appropriate solution incurred complaint. I start from the theoretical bases and from analysis of the current state in the company Cutisin s.r.o. The particular part is included hazard analysis of single step of the process plan, critical control points in production, precautionary measures and corrective action.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of malnutrition, its causes and prevention. The aim of this thesis is to find out, wheter the respondetns of the questionnaire survey prevent by their habits the development of malnutrition. The number of participants of this survey is 347 in productive age, women are 212 and men are 135. In the theoretical part of this thesis, there is a desription of the importance of nutritents (macronutrients and micronutrients), there are also desription od nutrition intake disorder and their causes (health, psychical, social, lifestyle factors) and prevention, especially nutritional recommendations. The practical part of this thesis analyzes data obtained by the survey using quantitative method. The questionnare is devided into three parts: anthropometric, factors of life-style, factors of health status. Based on the results of analysis of questionare, it was found that most of the respondents neither men nor women do prevent the development of malnutrtion by behavioral habits, women are better in terms of lifestyle factors. Title: Preventive measures of emergencies in the region of Liberec Objectives: The aim of this work is to analyze of preventive measures of emergencies in the region of Liberec Methods: In this thesis were used methods of descriptive - analytical character, synthesis and statistical data analysis. Results: Overview of the structure of the integrate rescue systém, definitions of basic terms, division of emergencies, brief characteristics of the region of Liberec and its development in the period 2013 - 2018, analysis of preventive measures in fire protection, thein development and comparison with consequences of emergencies. Abstrakct Title: Preventive measures injury of ankle joint in volleyball of junior girl's level Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to find out, if the clubs sufficiently abide by preventive measures to eliminate the injury of ankle joint by doing performance level of volleyball among junior girls level (13 - 15 years). Next aim is to find out an information about injury of ankle joint which have had girls between 13 - 15 years. Methods: I used a questionnaire with open, half-closed and closed questions to get the necessary data. Results: Observe of the preventive measures to eliminate an injury of ankle-joint in junior girls level and finding out the information about the injury of ankle-joint on this level.
