Abstract:
Přehledová studie upozorňuje, že se od dob W. Windelbanda proměnil pohled na nomotetický a idiografický přístup ve výzkumu i diagnostice. Připomíná, že lze rozlišit užší pojem psychologické testování, jež staví na standardizovaných nástrojích, a širší pojem psychologické hodnocení, psychologická diagnostika opírající se o klinický přístup. S oporou o práci Haynese et al. (2009) pak definuje idiografickou diagnostiku a ukazuje, že jde o proud, který se promyšleně snaží o individualizovat psychologickou diagnostiku. Těžiště přehledové studie spočívá v ukázkách, jak se tyto snahy prosazují při diagnostice individuální kvality života lidí. Míru individualizace diagnostický nástrojů lze odstupňovat – podle O’Boyla et al. (2007) existuje šest stupňů. Studie na příkladu diagnostického nástroje SQLP – Subjective Quality of Life Profile (Dazord et al. 1995, 1998) ilustruje konkrétní podobu individualizace. V závěru jsou shrnuty výhody a nevýhody individualizovaných diagnostických nástrojů.

Sebeposuzovací škála depresivity pro děti je jednoduchým nástrojem na administraci, bohužel ale nedosahuje psychometrických kvalit v originální i české verzi. Pro českou verzi nejsou k dispozici důkazy o dosažení psychometrických kvalit a je možné ji použít pouze pro výzkumné účely s cílem rozvoje metody a rozhodně nikoli jako nástroj pro diagnostikování deprese. Bylo by vhodné se zaměřit na adaptaci revidované verze CDI – 2.

Abstract:
Test Škály na měření úzkosti a úzkostlivosti dětí – revize (ŠAD-R) představuje kvalitní psychodiagnostický nástroj, který může být účinnou pomocí v poradenské praxi i při screeningu úzkostných poruch, které již spadají do oblasti psychopatologie. Největší přednost tohoto nástroje spočívá v dualitě pojetí úzkosti jako stavu a stabilnějšího osobnostního rysu. Díky tomu je možné komplexně zmapovat úzkostné prožívání jedince včetně konkrétních projevů úzkosti. Test se dá jednoduše a rychle administrovat i vyhodnotit a je pro uživatele jasně a srozumitelně formulován. Jedinou chybějící částí je doporučení autorů, jak s výsledky testu dále pracovat a jakým způsobem o nich komunikovat s dítětem, resp. jeho rodiči.

Abstract:
Na základe výsledkov testovania prebiehajúcom v psychologickej diagnostike, vznikajú závery a rozhodnutia, ktorých validita kriticky závisí od spoľahlivosti využitých posudzovacích metód. Reliabilita nástroja je z tohto dôvodu kľúčovým pojmom pri posudzovaní akéhokoľvek psychologického atribútu. Napriek množstvu alternatív, najvýznamnejším a najpoužívanejším indikátorom kvality testového skóre ostáva sprofanovaný koeficient vnútornej konzistencie - alfa (Cronbach, 1951). Postupne identifikujeme najzávažnejšie omyly a problémy, ktoré sa pri používaní tejto štatistiky opakovane objavujú. K jednotlivým bodom taktiež ponúkame riešenia, ktoré by mohli prispieť k zlepšeniu odhadu kvality skóre testovacích nástrojov a rozhodnutí, ktoré sa o ne opierajú.The validity of inferences and decisions formed on the basis of testing in psychological diagnostics is critically dependent on reliability of utilized assessment tools. Therefore, whenever a psychological attribute is to be scored, reliability of the diagnostic means becomes crucial. Despite many alternatives, Cronbach’s alpha (1951), as profaned internal consistency statistic, remains the most prominent and most widely used indicator of test score quality. Because of this importance, our article is aimed to identify the most serious misconceptions and misapplications which repeatedly occur when using this statistics. For each particular point of this issue, we suggest a simple solution which may improve the estimation of the score quality of tests and therefore enhance decisions that are drawn from them.

K nástrojům standardizace procesů lze použít také periodické externí hodnocení kvality, které je zdrojem dat jak o jednot-livých účastnících hodnotícího procesu, tak i zdrojem průře-zových informací o hodnoceném procesu u všech účastníků hodnocení. Příspěvek se zabývá možnostmi využití získaných dat z procesu externího hodnocení kvality stanovení nádoro-vých markerů karcinomů prsu bioptickou laboratoří za uplynulé období let 2015–2017.

Abstract:
Multifaktorový osobnostný profil je inventárom, ktorý má potenciál zaplniť medzeru v testovaniach osobnosti pre použitie v personalistickej praxi. Avšak k vývoju dotazníka vedie dlhšia cesta.Zámer a aplikačné oblasti sú vhodne nastavené. Online nástroj na posúdenie osobnosti je v dnešnej dobe atraktívnejší pre respondentov či zadávateľov (firmy), ktorí chcú o danom jednotlivcovi zistiť konkrétne osobnostné charakteristiky. Aj počítačovo generované správy sú veľkou výhodou v súčasnosti. Avšak je potrebné do úvahy brať aj psychometrické vlastnosti daného nástroja. Validita inventára bola skúmaná v mnohých štúdiách, ale uvedené štúdie neposkytujú dostatočný informačný rámec pre čitateľa, ktorý sa rozumie psychometrike. Rovnako zvýšenú pozornosť vo forme podrobnejších informácií by si zaslúžilo aj sledovanie reliability. Normy a vytvorené referenčné skupiny by potrebovali dopracovať v zmysle detailnejšieho informovania o rozdieloch v rámci pohlavia a iných dôležitých premenných.V súčasnom prevedení je vhodné daný inventár podrobiť detailnejšej analýze a jeho možnosť využitia je v takejto podobe vo výskume. Pri jeho použití pre diagnostiku osobnosti jednotlivca by mala byť Výstupná správa z testovania len doplnkovým meradlom, nakoľko viaceré kroky v analýze psychometrických kvalít je potrebné zvážiť a doplniť.

BDI-II představuje jednoduchý a psychometricky kvalitní nástroj pro zjišťování závažnosti deprese. V případě české adaptace však nejsou k dispozici důkazy o validitě ani reliabilitě a při interpretaci výsledků se používají zahraniční normy. Dokud neproběhne důkladnější standardizace, odhad validity a reliability, stanovení lokálních norem a zjištění senzitivity a specificity, je tento nástroj lepší používat pouze pro výzkumné účely.

This diploma thesis deals with data quality, with emphasis on issues of management and on tools which were developed for solving data quality issues. The goal of this work is to summarize knowledge about data quality problems which includes its evaluation, management, description of key problems in data and possibilities of their solutions. The aims of this thesis are among others also analysis of market of software tools for support and management of data quality and mainly comparison of functionalities and possibilities of several of those tools. This work is split into two consequential parts. The first theoretical part is focusing on opening to problems of data quality and mainly data quality management, including identification of main steps for successful management. The second practical part is focusing on the market with data quality tools, especially its characteristics, segmentation, evolution, current state and expectable trends. The important section of this part is also practical comparison of features and evaluation of the work with several data quality tools. This work aims to be beneficial for all the audience interested in data quality problems, especially its management and supporting technology. Thanks to focusing on data quality tools market and tools comparison this work could be also useful guide for companies which are currently choosing the proper tool for introducing the data quality. Regarding this work focus the readers are expected to have at least basic orientation in Business Intelligence.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with objective video quality assessments without reference. Some of the basics of video quality evaluation are described. Also some basic conditions for objective video quality metrics are introduced. The main focus of the thesis are no-reference approaches. Thesis tries to describe basic methods for seeking distortion in video. The difference between spatial-domain oriented and spectral-domain oriented metrics is analyzed. We also describe design of tool for measuring objective video quality in Matlab environment. We then designed and implemented a bit-stream oriented metric for estimation of the PSNR of H.264 coded sequences. Finally, we created a database of video sequences and we held objective tests. Results were compared with results from subjective measurements.

Integral part of all systematically managed software development or maintenance projects is emphasis on continuous quality of all project activities. Because final quality of project deliverables (new or enhanced applications, preconfigured solutions as ie. SAP) is a very big influencer of project success and therefore also important influencer of long-term relationship between customer and contractor(s), this document focuses on ways how to proactively prevent from mistakes (within the whole software development lifecycle) and on techniques helping to establish better quality control of important deliverables through systematic approach, high quality tools and suitable metrics in software testing discipline. This document gradually exposes typical project areas where it is necessary to keep control on quality of project members' outputs, perceives testing in context of typical project consequences, offers practical recommendations in testing methodology, tools as well as widely tested technologies, and explains trends and risks in testing domain. The goal of this document is not only to document a wide range of possibilities given by frequently used testing techniques or tools but also to offer a practical guidance in deployment of test discipline. This document was written by comparing author's professional experience in software quality management with knowledge gathered by reading information sources attached to this document. This document consists of concrete conclusions of this comparison.

This thesis is focused on the example of process approach used as the tool for quality management in a real company. The aim of this paper is to get readers acquaint with quality control management eight principles from the ISO/IEC 9001 perspective. The thesis then elaborates the practical site of process management approach. The paper describes process management evolution stages, its benefits, there are introduced specific types of modelling methods and ways for process performance measurement. The implementation of process approach is then shown on practical example. The thesis's practical part provides process charts for key organization processes drafted according to the one selected modelling method, descriptions for such processes, suggestions for change aiming to process optimisation and finally also proposes measurable process performance indicators.

Abstract:
Companies all around the world are wasting their funds due to the poor data quality. Rationally speaking as the volume of processed data increase, the volume of error data increase too. This diploma thesis explains what is it data quality about, what are the causes of data quality errors, the impact of poor data and the way it can be measured. If you can measure it, you can improve it. This is where data quality tools are used. There are vendors that offer commercial solutions and there are also vendors that offer open-source solutions of data quality tools. Comparing DataCleaner (open-source tool) with DataFlux (commercial tool) using defined criteria this diploma thesis proves that those two tools could be equal in terms of data profiling, data enhancement and data monitoring. DataFlux is slightly better in standardization and data validation. Data deduplication is not included in tested version of DataCleaner, although DataCleaner's vendor claimed it should be. One of the biggest obstacles why companies don't buy data quality tools could be its price. At this moment, it is possible to consider DataCleaner as an inexpensive solution for companies looking for data profiling tool. If Human Inference added data deduplication to DataCleaner, it could be also possible to consider it as an inexpensive solution covers whole data quality process.

Requirements Engineering and Software Quality Management is nowadays considered to be one of the important parts of the software development process. This thesis deals with connecting the theoretical concept of requirements engineering and usage of functions offered by Enterprise Architect tool, which should support the requirements engineering and software quality management processes. The main goal is to propose procedures of Enterprise Architect usage during the project in such a way, which will help to raise quality of the final product. The purpose is to offer a systematic and conscious way of implementation Enterprise Architect elements into software development processes, because this tool is able to support the whole cycle of the product. The methodology was designed as a result of theoretical concept, existing requirements engineering approaches and my own experience acquired during working on projects as a business and test analyst. The contribution of the designed methodology is in bringing recommendations, practices and procedures saying how to use Enterprise Architect during the software development process in order to gain the highest possible software quality. The thesis is structured in four sections describing the appropriate theory, analyzed requirement engineering approaches, critical mistakes during this process and the methodology design.
