Cíle udržitelného rozvoje OSN požadují mimo jiné i zlepšit kvalitu vody snížením jejího znečišťování, zamezením vyhazování odpadů do vody a minimalizací vypouštění nebezpečných chemických látek do vody. Jedním z nástrojů, který lze využít pro posouzení udržitelnosti vypouštění znečištění do vod je vodní stopa. V článku je popsána analýza šedé vodní stopy velkých komunálních čistíren v povodí Ohře. Pro analýzu byly vybrány komunální čistírny odpadních vod uvedené státním podnikem Povodí Ohře ve zprávách vodohospodářské bilance. Byla stanovena asimilační kapacita toku pro jednotlivé znečišťující látky hlášené provozovateli čistíren odpadních vod pro účely vodohospodářské bilance, spočtena šedá vodní stopa látek vstupujících na čistírnu odpadních vod (produkované znečištění) a vypouštěných do recipientů v odpadní vodě. Posouzení udržitelnosti bylo provedeno k dlouhodobému průměrnému průtoku recipientem. Analýza ukázala, že asimilační kapacita vodních toků je nejvíce vytěžována vypouštěním celkového fosforu a amoniakálního dusíku. Zároveň z analýzy vyplynulo, že čistírny odpadních vod, až na výjimky, čistí vodu dostatečně a asimilační kapacita vodního toku nebývá vyčerpána. ----------- The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, call, among others, for the improvement of water quality by reducing water pollution, avoiding waste disposal in water and minimizing hazardous chemicals discharge into water. One of the tools that can be used for the sustainability assessment of pollution discharge into water is the water footprint. The paper calculates the grey water footprint of large municipal wastewater treatment plants in the Ohře River basin, located in the Czech Republic. Municipal wastewater treatment plants listed by the state-owned enterprise Povodí Ohře in Water Balance Management reports were selected for the analysis. The receiving body assimilation capacity for individual pollutants was determined and the grey water footprint at the inlet and outlet of the WWTP was calculated. Subsequently, the sustainability assessment of the WWTP discharges were carried out and related to the long-term average flow rates in the receiving water body. The analyses showed that the assimilation capacity of the watercourse is mostly utilized by the discharge of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen. The analysis also showed that (with some exceptions) the wastewater treatment plants treat water sufficiently and the assimilation capacity of the watercourse is not exhausted.

Diploma thesis introduces new quality management tools in a selected project--oriented company. In order to achieve this, analysis of current situation was done first, that is described in the theoretical part. Overall evaluation together with proposal of other possibilities to improve the manufacturing process was carried out after implementing the selected method.

The subject of this thesis is the selection and implementation of new quality management tools in the selected engineering company INOX SERVIS s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the different tools and methods of quality management and the analysis of current situation. Obtained information were used in the application of tools in the manufacturing process. Implementation was evaluated and other variants of possible process improvements were established.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the quality management system in a chosen firm and to propose measures that would lead to the improvement of its functioning. The theoretical part deals with quality management in manufacturing companies, describes the individual approaches to quality management, tools and methods. The practical part describes the quality management system in the company Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o., České Budějovice and its assessment is performed based on an analysis of documents relating to quality management, interviews with managers and employees of the quality department and observing the functioning of the quality management system. Thesis is then focused on several areas with potential for improvement. One of them is documenting of product audit, with lack of evaluation of the records of the tests. Proposed measure is electronic archiving of records and statistical processing of data from tests on these records listed. Another area is related to the archiving of samples. Set of measures to improve the samples archiving system is applied, together with cost saving measures.

This thesis is focused on the example of process approach used as the tool for quality management in a real company. The aim of this paper is to get readers acquaint with quality control management eight principles from the ISO/IEC 9001 perspective. The thesis then elaborates the practical site of process management approach. The paper describes process management evolution stages, its benefits, there are introduced specific types of modelling methods and ways for process performance measurement. The implementation of process approach is then shown on practical example. The thesis's practical part provides process charts for key organization processes drafted according to the one selected modelling method, descriptions for such processes, suggestions for change aiming to process optimisation and finally also proposes measurable process performance indicators.

Práce se zabývá metodami a nástroji managementu kvality a možnostmi jejich uplatnění v operativním řízení kvality. V praktické části je provedena analýza výrobního procesu tekutých detergentů a jsou doporučeny vhodné nástroje pro řízení procesu, předcházení vzniku neshod a analýzu problémů kvality. Je zhodnocen vliv na strukturu a výši nákladů spojených s kvalitou.

The aim of this thesis is to familiarize with tools used in quality management and with methods of their application and to apply some of the tools in a real company. Among these tools there are a handbook for integrated management system of QMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, EMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, 5S system, process FMEA and application of Pareto analysis on complaints. All the tools are attached to the dissertation thesis in electronic appendixes.

The subject of this work is a theoretical analysis of the quality requirement for the part in the pre-series phase and quality tools. The thesis focuses on the synergy of selected quality tools. The practical part focus on comparison of software, which can be used to create and maintain tools, Subsequently the application od selected methods in a manufacturing company supplying the automotive industry.

This diploma thesis deals with data quality, with emphasis on issues of management and on tools which were developed for solving data quality issues. The goal of this work is to summarize knowledge about data quality problems which includes its evaluation, management, description of key problems in data and possibilities of their solutions. The aims of this thesis are among others also analysis of market of software tools for support and management of data quality and mainly comparison of functionalities and possibilities of several of those tools. This work is split into two consequential parts. The first theoretical part is focusing on opening to problems of data quality and mainly data quality management, including identification of main steps for successful management. The second practical part is focusing on the market with data quality tools, especially its characteristics, segmentation, evolution, current state and expectable trends. The important section of this part is also practical comparison of features and evaluation of the work with several data quality tools. This work aims to be beneficial for all the audience interested in data quality problems, especially its management and supporting technology. Thanks to focusing on data quality tools market and tools comparison this work could be also useful guide for companies which are currently choosing the proper tool for introducing the data quality. Regarding this work focus the readers are expected to have at least basic orientation in Business Intelligence.

The aim of this thesis is to define methods and techniques of quality management as a tool for improving the efficiency of municipalities. The theoretical part deals with the concept of quality and its management, the European Union's attitude and the basic methods of quality management in municipalities. Especially, the method of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is discussed. Finally, the theoretical background characterizes the town of Sušice, its activity and the functional composition of the municipal authority in Sušice. In the practical part, the CAF model is implemented into the municipal authority in Sušice. It provides a report describing the results of self-assessment, information about the evaluation team, procedures and forms of assessment, and responses to the questions of the CAF model. The outcome includes the evaluation of individual criteria, the summary of results using the SWOT analysis and a draft of the improvement plan.

Práce se zabývá problematikou procesního řízení v moderním pojetí managementu. V teoretické části je procesní řízení nejprve představeno v kontextu různých přístupů managementu změny. Dále jsou popsány aspekty kvality procesu a nastíněny základy modelování a simulace procesů s využitím specializovaného softwaru. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci vybraného modelovacího nástroje v reálných podmínkách praxe, jsou analyzovány hlavní procesy ve spolupracující organizaci a rovněž proveden návrh dokumentovaných postupů pro dva procesy v této organizaci dosud podrobně nepopsané.
