North Katpar LLP is a subsidiary of Tau-Ken Samruk National Mining Company JSC and holds the contract for the Upper Kairakty tungsten deposit. The management of radioactive waste in Belgium is undertaken by the national agency for radioactive waste and enriched fissile materials, ONDRAF/NIRAS, and its industrial partner Belgoprocess.
