Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (2) seberapa besar pengaruh efikasi diri berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha taruna Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. Judul ini menarik untuk diteliti karena diharapkan nantinya dapat menghasilkan taruna yang berpotensi dan berkompeten serta mempunyai integritas tinggi dengan pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha, sehingga nantinya diharapkan lahir wirausaha-wirausaha baru yang mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah taruna/ taruni angkatan 55 prodi KPN, Nautik dan Teknika dengan jumlah 350 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen ini dilakukan terhadap 78 taruna/ taruni angkatan 55 prodi KPN, Nautika dan Teknika. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas dan Autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial/ uji T diperoleh hasil bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (2) berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial/ uji T diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri berwirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) berdasarkan uji hipotesis simultan/ uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan/ memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 50,4 %.

Abstract:
Gospodarski prosperitet maritimnih regija ovisan je o razvoju nautičkih luka i s njima povezanih aktivnosti. Nautičke luke i nautički turizam važni su za stvaranje radnih mjesta i prihoda te za ukupni društveni i ekonomski razvoj obalnih i otočnih zajednica. Štoviše, visoki prihodi koje generira nautički turizam imaju značajan udio u ukupnim prihodima od turizma kao glavnom izvoru prihoda u hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Stoga ovaj rad istražuje ukupne prihode nautičkih luka predlažući model koji se sastoji od triju koraka: 1) klasifikacije ulaznih varijabli u tri kategorije: ekološku, društvenu i ekonomsku, sukladno temeljnim aspektima održivog razvoja; 2) primjene metode glavnih komponenti na svaku kategoriju u svrhu oblikovanja novih varijabli kao predstavnika kategorija; 3) primjene metode višestruke regresije za analizu ukupnih prihoda. Statističkom analizom i usporedbom rezultata pokazuje se da predloženi model dobro iskazuje ukupne prihode, r2 = 0,92, uz potvrđenu statističku značajnost. Analiza i predloženi model omogućuju objektivnije razumijevanje promatranog sustava, analizu njegova održivog razvoja i donošenje odluka.

Abstract:
Penerapan metode problem solving pada perkuliahan fisika terapan taruna teknika nautika, hal tersebut dikaji sebab deskripsi yang diperoleh nantinya bisa direlevankan terhadap hasil dan motivasi belajar menuju era transformasi digital ke depannya, hingga ada harapan kesinambungan mind set maupun pilihan penggunaan strategi dan media belajar yang dapat digunakan untuk kajian berikutnya. Tujuan dalam kajian berikut yakni untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode problem solving pada perkuliahan fisika terapan taruna teknika nautika. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, kajian literatur. Objek penelitian yakni taruna prodi teknika, nautika AMN Cilacap. Hasil belajar aspek psikomotorik didapatkan melalui metode diskusi, observasi. Instrumen kajian yakni media google classroom. Sesuai tampilan dalam tiap gambar, dideskripsikan tahap problem solving pada perkulaiahan fisika terapan teknika nautika. Tahap 1 hingga 4 terdeskripsikan dalam gambar 1 sampai 10. Kelas Teknika terlihat dalam gambar 1, 4, 5, 7, 9. Kelas Nautika terdeskripsikan dalam gambar 2, 6, 8, 10. Perkuliahan fisika terapan pada kelas Teknika maupun Nautika telah menerapkan metode Problem Solving. Pada kelas Teknika lebih rinci, detail dan rapi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan menggunakan metode problem solving, sedangkan kelas Nautika terlihat standar (pada umumnya). Setelah dilaksanakan analisis dan pembahasan, ditarik kesimpulan metode problem solving pada perkuliahan fisika terapan taruna teknika nautika bisa diterapkan sesuai 4 tahap problem solving.

Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kemampuan danmotivasi untuk mendukung kinerja instruktur nautika Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan IlmuPelayaran Barombong dari aspek pendekatan sumber, pendekatan proses dan pendekatansasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode rancangandeskriptif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 6 orang yang dianggap mengetahui tentangkemampuan dan motivasi instruktur nautika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dariaspek pendekatan sumber untuk indikator kemampua dalam pembuatan bahan ajar/modulsudah efektif dengan pelatihan workshop, keterampilan instruktur nautika meningkat setelahdilakukan diklat khusus dan diklat profesi kepelautan. Aspek pendekatan proses sudah sesuaidengan standar dimana peserta diklat dapat menerima ilmu yang diberikan oleh instrukturdengan baik, dan pendekatan sasaran terciptanya output yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhantenaga pelaut untuk kapal-kapal niaga baik nasional maupun internasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada pimpinan untuk lebih meningkatkankemampuan instruktur nautika dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap/prilakudengan cara memberikan kesempatan kepada instruktur nautika untuk mengikuti pendidikandan pelatihan, workshop, seminar, bimtek dan pendidikan lainnya yang berhubungan dengantugas pokok instruktur nautika. Serta disarankan kepada pimpinan untuk lebih meningkatkanmotivasi instruktur nautika, baik motivasi intrinsik maupun motivasi ekstrinsik diantaranyapemberian insentif, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan memberikan pengakuan terhadaphasil pekerjaannya.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan metodestudent centered learning tipe small group discussion dalam pembelajaran fisika terapan taruna teknika nautika. Metode pada kajian ini yakni survei serta kajian literatur. Obyek penelitian yaitu taruna program studi teknika dan nautika AMN Cilacap. Hasil belajar pada ranah psikomotorik diperoleh melalui metode diskusi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan media google classroom. Berdasarkan tampilan pada setiap gambar, dideskripsikan langkah small group discussion pada pembelajaran fisika terapan teknika nautika. Langkah 1 sampai 6 terlihat pada gambar 1 hingga 17. Pada kelas Teknika terlihat pada gambar 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10. Sedangkan pada kelas Nautika terlihat pada gambar 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17. Pembelajaran fisika terapan pada kelas Nautika lebih antusias dan aktif menggunakan small group discussion, sedangkan pada kelas Teknika terlihat standar (pada umumnya). Setelah dilakukan analisis serta pembahasan, disimpulkan metode student centered learning tipe small group discussion dalam pembelajaran fisika terapan taruna teknika nautika dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan 6 langkah dalam small group discussion.

Pada tanggal 08 Oktober 2016, diresmikan sebuah laboratorium simulator STSTC (Scientific and Technical Simulator Training Centre) yang dimiliki Akademi Maritim Yogyakarta. Permasalahan akan tingkat penerimaan dan kepuasan taruna Nautika terhadap laboratorium simulator sebagai sarana pembelajaran utama ini dapat dipelajari dengan studi berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan inti permasalahan dan penyebab minimnya penerimaan dan kepuasan taruna Nautika terhadap laboratorium simulator yang ada. Item untuk mengukur faktor kemanfaatan (usefulness) dan Kemudahan Penggunaan (ease of use) diambil dari Davis F.D (1989). Sedangkan item untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna sistem diambil dari Doll dan Torkzadeh (1988). Semua variabel tersebut diukur dengan berdasarkan skala Likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penerimaan Taruna Nautika terhadap laboratorium simulator STSTC terutama fitur bridge simulator sudah cukup baik, hanya saja belum bisa dikatakan sangat baik karena mendapatkan nilai yang relatif rendah pada bagian kepuasan penggunaan.

Pembelajaran konteks dengan melakukan peran operator crane dalam memperagakan command berupa aba aba symbol dapat membentuk kemampuan secara kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dalam hal Stevedoring. Praktik kemampuan dalam memimpin yang dilakukan di Crane and Holds Model milik STIMARYO dilakukan oleh taruna Studi Nautika dalam pembelajaran single swinging derrick. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran dalam mencapai kompetensi operasional crane dengan capaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal 75. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pencapaian indikator kompetensi operator crane yaitu dengan praktik atau atau role play dengan studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan metode role play atau bermain peran yang dipersiapkan oleh dosen atau instruktur berupa skenario pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara berkelompok. Dalam pelaksanaan skenario pembelajaran ini memiliki indikator berupa ketercapaian kompetensi serta kemampuan command bagi taruna tingkat II semester tiga pada prodi Studi Nautika Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta di media Crane and Holds milik Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Abstract:

På uppdrag från sjöfartsverket har som examensarbete gjorts en kartläggning, bedömning och rekommendation avseende fasta sjömärken längs Västkusten och Vänern.

Bakgrunden är att Sjöfartsverket har inlett en utredning gällande dessa sjömärkens nautiska behov med tyngdpunkt för handelssjöfarten . Detta som en effekt av den tekniska och kommersiella utvecklingen som inneburit att farleder dragits om, nya tillkommit och äldre dragits in. En översyn av befintliga sjömärken är påkallat, då dess funktion och behov kan ifrågasättas.

 

Vårt examensarbete handlar om att utifrån ovan perspektiv belysa detta förändrade behov, som identifierats av Sjöfartsverket.

Vår uppgift i detta projekt har varit att ta fram underlag för hur en sådan bedömning kan ske samt för en begränsad kust sträcka genomföra bedömning utifrån de av oss framtagna bedömningsgrunderna.

Detta har skett utifrån både ett handels- och fritidssjöfartsperspektiv.

Abstract:
Kurz vor seiner Abreise nach Südamerika erwarb HUMBOLDT zur Ergänzung seiner Instrumentenausrüstung ein ganz besonderes Präzisions-Taschenchronometer, gefertigt von dem berühmten Schweizer Uhrmacher Louis BERTHOUD (1753-1813) mit der Fertigungsnummer 27. Dieser Zeitmesser ging, wie HUMBOLDT durch astronomische Vergleichsmessungen in Frankreich und Spanien auf der Anreise zum Einschiffungshafen La Corunna 1799 feststellte, außerordentlich genau. HUMBOLDTs Längenbestimmungen mit Hilfe dieses "time-keepers" auf der Atlantik-Überfahrt und sonstigen Seefahrten waren deshalb immer besser als die der Nautiker. Er konnte dadurch exakte Beschreibungen der Meeresströmungen machen und durch Vergleich mit der Schiffsversetzung durch diese konkrete Angaben zu deren Richtung und Stärke berechnen. Zudem brauchte er die BERTHOUD-Uhr für zahlreiche astronomische Ortsbestimmungen, geodätische Messungen auf Land. Die Uhr gehörte vorher dem bekannten französischen Seefahrer, Mathematiker und Geodäten Jean Louis BORDA (1733-1799), mit dem HUMBOLDT 1798 kurz vor dessen Tod in Paris wissenschaftlichen und instrumentenkundlichen Austausch pflegte. Aus zahlreichen Abschnitten der Reisebeschreibung und Hinweisen in Briefen und anderen Werken geht hervor, daß HUMBOLDT gerade an diesem Zeitmesser, neben Thermometer und Barometer sein drittes Basisinstrument, wegen der Vorgeschichte der Uhr, ihrer Zuverlässigkeit und Nützlichkeit für alle seine wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten geradezu liebevoll gehangen hat. Leider ist dieser Chronometer nicht mehr vorhanden, sein Aussehen und ihre Funktionsweise läßt sich aber aus HUMBOLDTs eigenen Beschreibungen und der horologischen Literatur erschließen.
HUMBOLDT acquired a remarkable precision time-keeper instrument shortly before he left Paris for his Journey to the Neotropics (1799-1804). This chronometer was made by the famous Swiss-French watchmaker Louis BERTHOUD (1753-1813) with the series number 27. It had belonged to "the celebrated BORDA", as HUMBOLDT stated in his "Personal Narrative". Jean Louis BORDA (1733-1799) was a 18th century French navigator, mathematician and cartographer, who invented or improved a number of geomagnetic instruments. HUMBOLDT used this pocket chronometer for his routine astronomic and geomagnetic observations and to fix the longitude of his position while on board a vessel in the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. Until John "Timekeeper" HARRISON developed his famous "H 4" chronometer in 1773, a strategic invention for a maritime power as Great Britain, the longitude was a major navigational problem. HUMBOLDT, who confessed that he had a "peculiar predelication for the sea", developed great nautical skills, and his findings were much better than those of the pilots. Furthermore he used the chronometer to observe and calculate ocean currents and to improve the geographical coordinates and thus the maps for many places in Latin America. So, beside his thermometer and barometer, the chronometer certainly was a very basic instrument in the state-of-the-art collection of scientific equipment he bought before leaving Europe.

Abstract

A tourism genre that has developed in recent years is the nautical tourism, nautical tourism is described as a tourism genre that includes all activities in relation to water. Croatia is one country that has invested in and has good presumption for this type of tourism, and has also received an international recognition as a top destination within the nautical tourism genre. The purpose with this thesis is to increase knowledge about the nautical tourism development in Croatia, and to see if it would be possible to develop on Swedish conditions. Sweden is a destination with a large number of archipelagos, located in both inland lakes and along coastal areas. Stockholm archipelago is one of the world's largest archipelagos which has a long tradition as a tourist destination. Literature studies and a number of interviews with actors in the Croatian and the Swedish tourism industry have been made to enable this thesis. Based on this study, we have seen an increase of nautical activities in Croatia which has had positive impact on the country´s tourism industry and their citizen. When it comes to Sweden the study has shown that development of nautical tourism is possible, but in a smaller volume than in Croatia. Partly because of the short summer season and the image that is created around Stockholm archipelago.

Resumo: Este trabalho visa descrever os problemas encontrados e soluções apresentadas durante o desenvolvimento de protótipo de uma carta náutica eletrônica, bem como os procedimentos de processamento de imagens usados como apoio. A primeira parte é composta de uma breve descrição da história e da teoria cartográfica utilizada. São apresentados os métodos aplicados na resolução dos problemas, tanto de navegação como planejamento, e como estes aspectos se mesclam para auxiliar na especificação da interface operacional da carta náutica eletrônica. A segunda parte tem sua maior ênfase na apresentação do modelo de dados e das operações básicas implementadas no protótipo da carta náutica eletrônica. A modelagem é feita tendo como base um banco de dados relacional que armazena tanto os dados geográficos como os operacionais. A abordagem da terceira parte visa descrever um sistema de processamento digital de imagens cujo objetivo é o aproveitamento de cartas náuticas impressas como fontes de dados para o sistema eletrônico. A ênfase é dada ao processamento das imagens de cartas náuticas digitalizadas e à obtenção das coordenadas geográficas dos elementos .. de interesse que estejam nelas representados. Um exemplo de como os procedimentos e operações descritos interagem é dado na quarta parte juntamente com as conclusões e comentários finais
Abstract: In this work we describe some problems concerned with the development of an electronic nautical chart prototype and the related digital image processing procedures. The first part presents a brief description of the cartography history and theory. The methods applied to solve navigational and planning problems are also presented together with the electronic nautical chart operational interface. The second part describes the data model and the basic system's operations. The model is given according to a relational database which stores the geographic and the operational data. The escription of a digital image processing system, defined to use the regular printed nautical charts as a data source for the electronic system, is presented in the third part. The emphasis is on the processing of scanned nautical charts to obtain the geographical coordinates of the different components. An example considering the different procedures and operations is given in the fourth part, followed by some conclusions and final comments

En Nauta, aproximadamente desde el año 2002 está ocurriendo un fenómeno social que genera mucha preocupación a nivel local y que incluso ha llamado la atención de instituciones nacionales peruanas abocadas a la salud pública. Se trata de suicidios de jóvenes, principalmente jóvenes que descienden de familias de la etnia kukama. Desde que inició este fenómeno ha habido tres episodios de suicidios en cadena. La mayoría de nautinos vincula estos suicidios con el juego de la ouija. Se dice que espíritus demoniacos poseen a los jóvenes y los atormentan hasta que se suicidan. Sin embargo, un estudio más cuidadoso del fenómeno permite ver que hay mucho detrás de estas muertes. Por un lado, está la vergüenza de todo aquello vinculado con la tradición kukama, producto de siglos de discriminación. Por otro lado, está la difícil situación económica en la que la mayoría trabaja para sobrevivir. Finalmente, está la tensión que existe entre la gran expectativa de “ser alguien en la vida”, que es asociada con “ser un profesional”, y los pocos canales existentes para lograrlo. En esa línea, este trabajo busca reflexionar en torno a las causas sociales y económicas detrás de los suicidios en Nauta.

I denna undersökning har vi tittat på aktiva svenska nautiska befäls erfarenheter och åsikter om isnavigering i Östersjön. Vi har genom en kvantitativ undersökning försökt bilda oss en uppfattning om hur deras kompetensnivå är i denna speciella miljö, hur de anser attisvintrarna i Östersjön har påverkat deras arbete och om det finns ett behov av en vidareutbildning i isnavigering, samt i så fall vilka moment en sådan kurs skulle behövainnefatta. Vi har även undersökt om de anser att en renodlad isnavigeringskurs borde ingå idagens sjökaptensutbildning i Sverige.

Undersökningen visar en varierande egenupplevd kompetens utifrån respondenternas erfarenhet av isvintrar. Undersökningen visar även att de som genomgått en kurs i isnavigering, oberoende av befattning och tidigare erfarenhet, anser sin kompetens vara tillräcklig. Behovet och viljan att genomgå en isnavigeringskurs är högt enligt respondenterna. Mer än hälften av de tillfrågade ville se en renodlad isnavigeringskurs redan under sjökaptensutbildningen.


The aim for this research has been to find out Swedish nautical officers’ thoughts of and their personal opinions on their competence when navigating in ice infested waters in the Baltic Sea. Through a quantitative research method we have tried to build us an understanding on how the nautical officer appreciates his or her competence in this very special environment, how they think that earlier ice winters have effected their duties at work as well as if there is a need for further training in ice navigation and which elements should be included in such training. We have also wanted to investigate active nautical officers’ opinion on including an ice navigation course, in full scale, at the Master Mariner Program in Sweden.

The results show that nautical officers’ appreciation of their competence varies on the basis of their experience in years but also that attending a course in ice navigation gives officers, with little experience the appreciation of high competence in navigating ice infested waters.

The will and need for a course in ice navigation, according to the results, is relatively high as well as the officers’ opinion on adding a ice navigation course to the curriculum at the Master Mariner Program in Sweden.

Abstract:
The studies carried out in this dissertation was aimed at developing a coherent position resulting from the social teaching of the Church in relation to the phenomena of consumerism and anti-consumerism. One of the intentions was also to present the concept of the "culture of temperance" resultant from the social teaching of the Church (analysis of postulates expressed, among others, in social encyclicals Sollicitudo rei socialis, Centesimus annus, Caritas in veritate, Laudato si', Fratelli tutti), in order to finally compare the postulates/lifestyles of "secular" ideologies with the social teaching of the Church. The question to be answered was: Do the postulates of the contestationist (anti-consumerist) movements have the same scope of meaning as the "culture of temperance" postulated by the social teaching of the Church? If these scopes are not the same, then what makes them different? If they do overlap, on what level can and should a dialogue between them take place? Is a universal synthesis of this postulate coming from two different (economic-social and theological-moral) worlds possible? Thesis 1. It is unjustified to reduce consumptionism solely to a reevaluation of material consumption motivated by hedonism; Thesis 2: Giving up on possessions does not in itself perfect human, if it does not contribute to his moral development and enrichment of his "being"; Thesis 3: The postulates of anti-consumerist ideology do not have the same scope of meaning as the "anti-consumerist" postulates flowing from the Catholic social teaching; Thesis 4: No coherent alternative to anti-consumerism has arisen in the space of Catholic social teaching.

Guardare dei luoghi prodotti da eterogenee mescolanze di elementi di varia natura può attivare dei processi trasformativi dei paesaggi in cui è possibile plasmare e riusare ciò che si trova. La ricerca sui Beni galleggianti a fine del ciclo di vita nei paesaggi costieri indaga il fenomeno dell’abbandono dei mezzi nautici alla fine del ciclo di vita come forma apparente che muta in altra forma e il paesaggio contaminato come deposito dell’energia di una natura persistente. Paesaggi fluviali, marittimi o lacustri accolgono l’azione umana per ciò che in essi lascia, vale a dire resti di natanti arenati sulle coste o accatastati in luoghi di fortuna; stampi di costruzione dismessi; relitti faticosamente censibili di imbarcazioni affondate per avaria o deliberatamente inabissate in quanto ritenute desuete. L’insieme delle imbarcazioni alla fine del ciclo di vita assume la forma di un patrimonio nautico dell'abbandono che occupa porzioni di litorali, depaupera gli ecosistemi di terra e d'acqua e altera la percezione del paesaggio preesistente. Il riconoscimento del fragile stato di quei particolari ambiti terrestri ed acquatici, vitali e limitati, è fondamentale per la loro sopravvivenza, e non solo. Preludio per nuovi stadi evolutivi, i paesaggi costieri contaminati si possono trasformare in metafore poetiche di un dialogo rinnovato fra uomo e natura, luoghi d’innovazione e di possibilità in grado di autogenerarsi e garantire nel tempo una fruibilità condivisa. Looking at places produced by heterogeneous mixtures is possible activate the transformative processes of the landscapes where to reuse what you find. The research on "floating at the end of the life cycle in coastal landscapes" explores the phenomenon of abandoned boat at the end of life as a form apparent, and the polluted landscape as the storage of persistent nature. Landscapes of river, sea or lake the accommodate human actions: the remains of boats stranded on the coasts or stacked; molds abandoned; wrecks of sunken ships to deliberately damage or sunken as they are considered obsolete. The set of vessels at the end of the life cycle takes the form of a abandoned nautical heritage which occupies portions of the coasts, depletes ecosystems of land and water and alters the perception of the landscape preexisting. The recognition of the fragile state of those particular areas of land and water, vitals and limited, it is essential for their survival, and more. Prelude to new developmental stages, the coastal landscape hybridized can transformed into poetic metaphors of a renewed dialogue between man and nature, place of innovation and opportunity that can self-generate and ensure the usability.
