Myšlenku kulturní sociologie odstartoval nový pohled na francouzského sociologického klasika Émila Durkheima prezentovaný ve sborníku Durkheimian Sociology: Cultural Studies editovaným Jeffreym Alexanderem (1988). Odmítnut byl Durkheim - positivista, materialista, předchůdce strukturního funkcionalismu a teorie systémů, a pro kulturní sociologii byl objeven Durkheim jako teoretik náboženství a kultury, Durkheim subjektivistický. Autorka v pojednání odpovídá na čtyři reflexe své knihy Hegelova fenomenologie světa. V první části se věnuje základním pojmům, tak jak je komentuje Pirmin Stekeler, který vyzdvihuje především vztah pojmu světa ke svému vlastnímu pojmu životních forem. Vypořádává se rovněž s odlišnými interpretacemi vztahu sebevědomí na straně jedné a boje na život a na smrt na straně druhé. V závěru tohoto oddílu se zaměřuje na Stekelerovu koncepci Fenomenologie ducha jako mundiceje. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of work-life harmonization in a selected company engaged in water sports. It specifies the topicality of its implementation to business practice, tools of work-life balance, possibilities and barriers from the perspective of employers and employees.
