Abstract:
V interiéru kaple sv. Barbory na vrchu Modla v blízkosti hradu Buchlova byl proveden nedestruktivní průzkum geofyzikální metodou GPR a prohlídka lokalizovaných nehomogenit kamerovým systémem. Výzkumy umožnily přesnou lokalizaci a zjištění současného stavu hrobek některých majitelů buchlovského panství. Detekovány byly také relikty zdiva z původního středověkého sakrálního objektu situovaného ve střední části kaple. Použití nedestruktivních metod umožnilo optimální řešení výzkumu z hlediska získání velkého množství informací v krátkém čase a bez velkých finančních nákladů.

Abstract:
Stříkané betony jsou v současné době používány stále častěji zejména na menších stavbách v pozemním stavitelství, kde je stříkaný beton aplikován ručním způsobem nástřiku. Kvalita takových konstrukcí nebývá příliš často kontrolována a to především díky náročnosti provedení běžně používaných destruktivních zkoušek. Pro popis kvality betonových konstrukcí lze však využít i nedestruktivních zkušebních metod založených na rychlosti průchodu ultrazvukového impulsu konstrukcí. Provedený experiment zaměřený na ověření vhodnosti jednotlivých metod ultrazvukového prozvučování zkušební desky a jádrových vývrtů z ní vyrobených ukázal, že nejlepší shody výsledků pro popis homogenity dosáhneme při použití metody nepřímého prozvučování zkušební desky a přímého prozvučování jádrových vývrtů. Provedení ověření kvality stříkaného betonu pomocí přímého či polopřímého ultrazvukového prozvučování je však v praxi obtížné a proto předložený článek navrhuje řešení.

Abstract:
Komplex nedestruktivních metod se v Čechách stal v průběhu posledních několika let i přes určité komplikace v jejich zavádění do praxe, již nedílnou součástí komplexně pojatého archeologického výzkumu i stavebně-historického průzkumu při řešení různých otázek spojených zejména s lokalizací hrobek, hrobů, krypt a reliktů zdiva ze starších snesených objektů v interiérech středověkých i novověkých církevních staveb. Ve spojení geofyzikálních metod s vizuálním průzkumem a dokumentací, případně sondáží zabezpečuje tento postup optimální řešení požadovaných úloh a to jak z hlediska získání velkého počtu informací, tak z hlediska časového a v neposlední řadě i ekonomického. Z uváděných praktických příkladů výsledků dosavadní prospekce na lokalitách Praha-Hradčany, Vyšší Brod a Želiv se jeví jako optimální pro lokalizaci hrobek, hrobů a dalších struktur v interiérech kostelů metoda půdního radaru, případně i mikrogravimetrie s následnou prohlídkou a dokumentací kamerovým systémem. Optimální případ nastává tehdy, když je hrobka vyzděná, dutá a má větší rozměr. V tom případě jsou odrazy elektromagnetických vln nejvýraznější, respektive dochází k úbytku hmot a tento objekt je pak velice dobře detekovatelný. Při jeho zavalení může při výkladu docházet k nejednoznačné interpretaci, kdy jej lze přiřadit k větším plošným kumulacím kamenů, litologickým změnám v zásypu antropogenní vrstvy, nebo reliktům zdiva ze starší snesené stavby. Zde jsou potom velmi užitečné další doplňující informace o stavbě, jako například případné polohy náhrobních kamenů, umístění těchto prvků v sakrální stavbě, průběhy inženýrských sítí apod. Při existenci zásypu prostých hrobů obdobného litologického složení, respektive zhutnění jako v okolním prostředí je jejich interpretace vlivem nevýrazných změn fyzikálních parametrů zemin velmi problematická a mnohdy lokalizace i nezjistitelná.

Dlouhodobým cílem programu řízení životnosti tlakových částí kotlů je eliminace poruchových odstávek a bezpečné provozování těchto zařízení. K detekci kritických blokací ohybů trubek odloupnutými částicemi epitaktické vrstvy byla ve spolupráci s EPRI vybrána metoda LFET (Low Frequency Electromagnetic Testing) a pro měření celkové tloušťky oxidické vrstvy metoda UT (Ultrasonic Testing), které nacházejí uplatnění zejména v USA. Ultrazvukový tloušťkoměr je použitelný pouze pro feritické materiály. Upravená metoda vířivých proudů (ET) bude sloužit ke stanovení tloušťky epitaktické vrstvy na austenitických ocelích.

Abstract:
U radu je predstavljena nedestruktivna procjena koncentracije fotosintetskih pigmenata (ukupnih klorofila i karotenoida) u lišću hrasta lužnjaka pomoću prijenosnog optičkog klorofilmetra CCM-200. Istraživanje je provedeno 2015. godine na biljnom materijalu izloženom različitim tretmanima vlažnosti tla. U kontrolnom tertmanu sadržaj vlage u tlu održavan je iznad poljskog vodnog kapaciteta, dok je u sušnom tretmanu biljkama voda bila uskraćena 112 dana (1. 4. – 21. 7.). U drugom dijelu vegetacijskog razdoblja (22. 7. – 22. 10.) u oba tretmana vlaga tla održavana je iznad poljskog vodnog kapaciteta. Na temelju lišća uzorkovanoga istovremeno u oba tretmana i to sredinom jeseni (27. 10.) izrađene su kalibracijske jednadžbe koje opisuju odnos indeksa relativnog sadržaja klorofila izmjerenoga pomoću klorofilmetra i stvarne koncentracije fotosintetskih pigmenata (utvrđene laboratorijski) pred sam kraj vegetacijskog razdoblja. Jednadžbe su konstruirane posebno za kontrolni, a posebno za sušni tretman. S obzirom na takav dizajn pokusa i vrijeme uzorkovanja, primarni cilj rada bio je ispitati utjecaj dugotrajnog sušnog razdoblja na homogenost parametara kalibracijskih jednadžbi (Y-odsječaka i nagiba pravaca). Na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključeno je da parametri kalibracijskih jednadžbi nisu bili utjecani sušnim tretmanom. Prema tome, rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na to da klorofilmetar CCM-200, uz primjenu odgovarjućih kalibracijskih jednadžbi, predstavlja pouzdan alat za nedestruktivnu procjenu koncentracije ukupnih klorofila i karotenoida u lišću hrasta lužnjaka, bez obzira na različite režime vlažnosti tla kojima je biljni materijal bio izložen tijekom vegetacijskog razdoblja. Uz to, u radu je utvrđeno da bi preciznost procjene stvarne koncentracije fotosintetskih pigmenata bilo moguće i dodatno poboljšati korekcijom klorofilnog indeksa sa specifičnom lisnom masom.

Abstract:
This work examines the possibility of detecting the weak points of wood structure assembly by non-destructive methods and restoring it, in a timely manner, before it comes to visible damaging. This is the purpose of using X-ray examination for the samples of three types of wood: ring-porous deciduous, diffuse porous deciduous and conifers. The hypothesis was that the permeability of wood to X-ray radiation was inversely proportional to the coefficient of static resistance of wood. The mechanical properties of wood samples used in this work are approximates of their table values of coefficient of static bending stress expressed in MPs. In proving these hypotheses, X-ray machine was used, with a range of work from 40-125 kV and 0.50 =360 m A/s, the same as its usage in humane medicine. This work showed that by X-rays we could successfully establish quality properties of certain types of wood and by that its best usage, which is, for example, of special interest for restoration and reconstruction of objects of cultural and historical value. Non-destructive methods of testing wood structure assembly certainly justify their role in that field and they require further research and development.

Abstract:
Chceme-li využít nové materiály pro nová optoelektronická zařízení, potřebujeme hlouběji nahlédnout do jejich struktury. K tomu, abychom toho dosáhli, je však nutný vývoj a aplikace přesnějších diagnostických metod. Předložená disertační práce, jako můj příspěvek k částečnému dosažení tohoto cíle, se zabývá metodami lokální diagnostiky povrchu optoelektronických zařízení a jejich materiálů, většinou za využití nedestruktivních mechanických, elektrických a optických technik. Tyto techniky umožňují jednak pochopit podstatu a jednak zlepšit celkovou účinnost a spolehlivost optoelektronických struktur, které jsou obecně degradovány přítomností malých defektů, na nichž dochází k absorpci světla, vnitřnímu odrazu a dalším ztrátovým mechanismům. Hlavní úsilí disertační práce je zaměřeno na studium degradačních jevů, které jsou nejčastěji způsobeny celkovým i lokálním ohřevem, což vede ke zvýšené difúze iontů a vakancí v daných materiálech. Z množství optoelektronických zařízení, jsem zvolila dva reprezentaty: a) křemíkové solární články – součástky s velkým pn přechodem a b) tenké vrstvy – substráty pro mikro optoelektronická zařízení. V obou případech jsem provedla jejich detailní povrchovou charakterizaci. U solárních článků jsem použila sondovou mikroskopii jako hlavní nástroj pro nedestruktivní charakterizaci povrchových vlastností. Tyto metody jsou v práci popsány, a jejich pozitivní i negativní aspekty jsou vysvětleny na základě rešerše literatury a našich vlastních experimentů. Je také uvedeno stanovisko k použití sondy mikroskopických aplikací pro studium solárních článků. V případě tenkých vrstev jsem zvolila dva, z hlediska stability, zajímavé materiály, které jsou vhodnými kandidáty pro přípravu heterostruktury: safír a karbid křemíku. Ze získaných dat a analýzy obrazu jsem našla korelaci mezi povrchovými parametry a podmínkami růstu heterostruktur studovaných pro optoelektronické aplikace. Práce zdůvodňuje používání těchto perspektivních materiálů pro zlepšení účinnosti, stability a spolehlivosti optoelektronických zařízení.

Abstract:
The masers’s thesis is about the methods of non-destructive testing and about determining the properties of prestressed concrete. The first part pursues an introduction on the prestressed concrete, its essence and material properties. The next section describes the non-destructive diagnostic methods used in the practical part – the ultrasound impulse method, the resonance method and the rebound hardness test method. There are described destructive tests on the specimens for the calculation of the calibration. This is followed by a practical part, which describes the item tested - truss, its manufacturing, storage, and perform the test. Then search value are calculated from the test results and results are compared according to various procedures specified in the standards. The last section is devoted to the calculation of camber truss and loss of preload.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is making the design process for the production of parts for the aerospace industry by bending. Forming technology is the perspective of manufacturing technology, what has frequent use in the aerospace industry. Part of this thesis is the experimental finding of maximum possible ram speed on press brake machine during bending of small radius to prevent cracking. Bending was performed on the press brake and possible cracks of the material were check by capillary fluorescence testing. These knowledge were applied in the design process for the manufacturing of parts and there was provided economic evaluation.

Nondestructive testing methods are employed as a tool for evaluation of parameters of building materials, especially to ascertain strength properties and to determine alteration occured during durability tests. An ultrasonic pulse velocity method is one of the most used nondestructive methods. A resonance method is employed among the nondestructive methods less. The aim of this work is to establish the calibration relationships between parameters of nondestructive testing and compressive strength value and flexural tensile strength value, respectively. Moreover, applicability of the calibration relationships is also discussed.

Abstract:
Concretes reinforced by, using distributed steel reinforcements (fibres) are known as fibre-concrete. In case of disturbances or accidents of concrete structures reinforced with wires, it is necessary to carefully examine the actual implementation of dispersed reinforcement. Fibre concretes belong to modern building materials whose possible applications have not been fully utilized so far. Have been mainly used for floor structures loaded with factory halls and warehouses. Recently, thanks to well-known physical and mechanical properties of fibre-concrete, there were numerous attempts of designers, and namely investors, to utilize this kind of materials for support structures either. Favorable properties of wire-concrete can be utilized if there is a necessity to increase the resistance of concrete to stresses exceeding its strength, cyclic stress or impact stress. Daily practice shows to prove that the applications of fibre-concrete in such structures lead to the economic success. Necessary condition for successful application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in constructions however consists in its uniform dispersion, a homogeneous distribution of the wires throughout the volume of the structure. In case of inappropriate processing and deposition of the mixture during the manufacturing process fiber-concrete structures, the fibers are often unevenly distributed. Wires itself represent unfavourably shaped mixture components and they are extremely deteriorating its workability. A grouping of wires may be encountered as well, which reduces the overall homogeneity and the quality of steel fiber-concrete structures. If the homogeneity of fibre-concrete is not kept, the material possess different properties in various parts of the structure (for example, tensile strength), which can lead to defects in the structure (generation and development of cracks). The relevant lower reliability of the structure which is caused by unequal distribution of fibres (wires) in concrete volume can lead to damage of the property as well as the safety and the human lives can be jeopardized. Hence it is necessary to secure the effective control of the fibre-concrete homogeneity in ready support fibre-concrete structures. Contemporary homogeneity control is still ongoing on fresh blends, but if the fibre-concrete hardened and is a part of the construction, no known reliable methods are currently in available to test the homogeneity of the fibre-concrete on the structure without its destruction. The methods developed to control the concentration of wires in wire-concrete structures are based mostly on magnetic or electromagnetic properties of wires. The thesis deals with the development of the magnetic method in situ using permanent magnets for monitoring the distribution of fibers in hardened steel fiber-concrete structures. The test principle is based on measurements of the changes in magnetic field strength of permanent magnets which are induced by a change in wire distribution in steel fibre-concrete structure. Test is characterized as a so called local- failure- test using a small diameter core drill. In this sense it is a semi-destructive method.

Abstract:
This master’s thesis is concerned analysis of signal of acoustic emission. The analysis is based on data of bearing material and real bearings testing, tested in the Axmat stands. The data was run by software Matlab and Python. Below I created plan for identification of damage stage depending on particular AE events. The results are put into diagram. Finally I’m trying to develop the new possibilities of using acoustic emission into practice on the real machines. There could be earlier prediction of a defect of monitored bearings compared to vibrating diagnostic used until now.
