Abstract:
Zusammenfassung. Zur Förderung organisationaler Kreativität sind einerseits Öffnungsprozesse, wie z. B. die Förderung individueller Freiheiten, notwendig. Diese Öffnungsprozesse führen jedoch andererseits zu Koordinationsdefiziten, die den Organisationserfolg gefährden. In einer empirischen Studie wird erstmals gezeigt, dass in Forschungseinrichtungen (n = 113 Befragte) und in Theatern (n = 88 Befragte) Öffnungsprozesse stets von parallelen Schließungsprozessen (durch Förderung von Orientierung, Konsens und Vertrauen) begleitet sind. Diese reduzieren die negativen Sekundäreffekte der Öffnung, können sie jedoch im Theater nicht vollständig kompensieren, weil hier ein besonders hoher Koordinationsbedarf besteht. Im Theater wird daher zusätzlich der Grad der Öffnung selbst reduziert, um der Entstehung negativer Sekundäreffekte vorzubeugen.

Zusammenfassung Ziel Die Rate inzidenteller Mammakarzinomen bei CT-Untersuchungen wird basierend auf Auswertungen der Befundberichte mit ≤ 2 % beziffert. Wegen der ansteigenden Frequenz von CT-Untersuchungen und der hohen Prävalenz von Mammakarzinomen sollten Häufigkeit und Art senologisch falsch negativer CT-Befunde auf der Basis retrospektiver Bildauswertungen überprüft werden. Material und Methoden Alle erstmalig im Jahre 2012 durchgeführten KM-gestützten CT-Untersuchungen des Thorax bei volljährigen Patientinnen wurden retrospektiv eingeschlossen. Ein Radiologe wertete alle Bilddokumentationen nach BI-RADS hinsichtlich senologischer Herdbefunde aus. Alle BI-RADS ≥ 3 Einstufungen wurden von einem 2. Auswerter überprüft und bei divergierender Einschätzung im Konsens besprochen. Basierend auf allen klinischen, radiologischen und pathologischen Angaben wurden Referenzdiagnosen erarbeitet. Die senologischen Informationen der Befundberichte wurden retrospektiv nach BI-RADS klassifiziert und mit den retrospektiven Konsensauswertungen und den Referenzdiagnosen abgeglichen. Ergebnisse Das Spektrum der Indikationen umfasste Staging und Verlaufskontrollen von soliden Organtumoren/Lymphomen (N = 701, 59,9 %) sowie vaskuläre (190, 16,2 %), entzündliche (48, 4,1 %) und pneumologische (22, 1,9 %) Fragestellungen. BI-RADS 1/2 Befunde lagen bei 92,5 % und BI-RADS 6 Befunde bei 1,7 % der 1170 Untersuchungen vor. Bei 68 Untersuchungen (5,8 %) wurden retrospektiv BI-RADS 3 – 5 Befunde beschrieben, die in 57 Fällen als benigne (46; 3,9 %) oder maligne (11; 0,9 %) einzustufen waren. 13 BI-RADS 4/5 Einstufungen (1,1 %) der Konsensauswertungen waren falsch positiv. Die beiden gesicherten falsch negativen CT-Befunde (0,2 %) waren therapeutisch und prognostisch nicht relevant. Schlussfolgerung Bei der kurativen Diagnostik überwiegend nicht senologischer Fragestellungen betrug die relative Häufigkeit von BI-RADS 3 – 5 Befunden 5,8 %. Die Raten gesicherter falsch positiver retrospektiver BI-RADS 4/5-Befunde (1,1 %) und falsch negativer CT-Befundberichte (0,2 %) weichen naturgemäß von Werten aus einem senologischen Screening ab. Aussagen zur Prävalenz des okkulten Mammakarzinoms sind aufgrund des selektierten Kollektivs, der teils unvollständigen Parenchymerfassung und des retrospektiven Ansatzes nur mit Einschränkungen möglich.

The ahwal are muraqabah , mahabbah, khauf, raja', syauq,' uns, tuma'ninah, musyahadah , and sure. The relevance of the concepts of Sufism to present life is that these concepts will become a guideline for achieving a true approach to God.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to understand students’ initial and final concept profile, in order to investigate the process and the patterns of students’ conceptual change. This study was conducted because many students have a conception which is not in accordance with the scientific conception for environmental problems such as global warming, ozone layer depletion, acid rain and radioactive pollution caused by environmental pollution. Research method was descriptive method and subjects used in this study were seventh grade students taught by experienced teachers and pre-service teacher in one of junior high schools in Bandung. The instrument used to view the initial conception profile, final conception profile, and the patterns of students' conceptual change was a written test in the form of multiple choice questions along with the explanations that is given at the beginning and the end of the lesson. Tests answers were then qualitatively analyzed. Analysis showed that conceptual change happen in students in both students groups. Conceptual change process happened on greenhouse effect, environment’s carrying capacity, CFC gases, and global warming concept. Furthermore, analysis also showed students’s conceptual change patterns, i.e. changing to be positive, changing to be negative, still positive, and still negative.Keywords: conceptual change, conceptual change patterns, initial conception profile, final conception profileABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil konsepsi awal dan profil konsepsi akhir siswa serta untuk melihat proses dan pola perubahan konseptual siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyak siswa yang memiliki konsepsi yang tidak sesuai dengan konsepsi ilmiah mengenai masalah lingkungan seperti pemanasan global, deplesi lapisan ozon, hujan asam dan polusi radioaktif yang diakibatkan oleh pencemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang diajar oleh guru berpengalaman dan guru praktikan di salah satu SMP di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk melihat profil konsepsi awal, profil konsepsi akhir, serta pola perubahan konseptual siswa adalah tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda disertai dengan penjelasan yang diberikan pada awal pembelajaran serta akhir pembelajaran. Jawaban dari tes tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan konseptual pada siswa, baik yang diajar oleh guru berpengalaman, maupun yang diajar oleh guru praktikan. Proses perubahan konseptual ini terjadi pada beberapa konsep seperti konsep efek rumah kaca, daya dukung lingkungan, gas CFC, serta pemanasan global. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan adanya pola perubahan konseptual pada siswa yaitu berubah positif, berubah negatif, bertahan positif, dan bertahan negatif.Kata kunci: perubahan konseptual, pola perubahan konseptual, profil konsepsi awal, profil konsepsi akhir

Abstract:
HIV/AIDS is still a major health problem in Indonesia and its incidence rate is the third highest in Asia. People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) often get a negative stigma which has an impact on negative self-concept. This study aims to examine the self-concept of PLWHA. This research was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. 40 respondents enrolled in this study, especially PLWHA who underwent routine control in the PKT-VCT Room at the Dr. M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu. The self-concept questionnaire was used in this study. The results of this research showed that the majority of respondents experience poor or negative self-concept, especially for female respondents in the age range from 26 to 45 years. These results could be a special concern for health care workers and families to provide full support for PLWHA in improving positive self-concept.Keywords: self-concept, PLWHA, HIV/AIDS

Artikel ini menggambarkan konsepsi salah seorang siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bengkulu tentang bilangan bulat di luar pembelajaran formal. Siswa ini mengalami banyak intervensi tanpa skenario dalam pembelajarannya, di antaranya dari keluarga (kakak kelas 8 yang memiliki prestasi baik dalam matematika, kedua orang tua pengajar matematika) dan pelatihan sempoa. Konsepsi yang digali adalah arti bilangan negatif, bilangan bulat, serta operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek diberikan beberapa pertanyaan seputar konsepsi bilangan bulat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek memiliki konsepsi sebagai berikut: 1) menggunakan istilah “kurang”, “utang” atau “posisi di bawah permukaan” untuk memaknai bilangan bulat ne­gatif, 2) bilangan bulat negatif diartikan sebagai invers penjumlahan bilangan asli, 3) ada perbe­daan antara simbol negatif dengan simbol operasi pengurangan, 4) bilangan bulat negatif bera­da di sebelah kiri bilangan 0 pada garis bilangan, 5) bilangan bulat negatif terkecil berada di sebe­lah kiri bilangan bulat negatif lainnya, seperti bilangan-bilangan pada penggaris, dan mampu menggunakan dinding sebagai pengganti garis bilangan, 6) menggunakan istilah “maju” atau “mundur” untuk mengoperasikan penjumlahan bilangan bulat, 7) menggunakan kata “jarak”, “lompatan di atas garis bilangan”, dan “lompatan di bawah garis bilangan” untuk mengoperasi­kan pengurangan bilangan bulat. Conceptions of third-grader elementary school about integersAbstractThis article described the conception of a third-grader elementary school in the City of Bengkulu about integers outside formal learning. This student experienced many interventions without scenarios in their learning, including their families (a brother in eighth-graders who had good mathematics achievements, parents were mathematics education lecturer) and an abacus trai­ning. The explored conceptions were the meaning of negative numbers, integers, and addition and subtraction operations on integers. This research was qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject was asked several questions regarding the conception of integers. The results of this research indicated that the subject had the following conception: 1) using the term “less”, “debt”, or “position under the surface” to interpret negative integers; 2) interpreting nega­tive integers as the inverse of the addition of natural numbers; 3) differentiating the negative symbol and the subtraction operation symbol, 4) locating negative integers to the left of “0” on a number line; 5) locating smaller negative integers to the left of other negative integers like num­bers on a ruler and having an ability to use a wall as a substitute of a number line; 6) using terms “forward” or “backward” to operate integer additions; and 7) using the term “distance”, “jumps over the number line”, and “jumps under the number line” to operate integer subtractions.

Negative labeling defined as giving the name to a person or group based on the deficiencies or advantages they have. Labeling often poses negative things to a person when it did not give appropriately. Self-concept related to self-like views, self-evaluation results and self-expectations and these become the shaping factor of self-concept. When child with learning disability labeled as "the slacker" or "the stupid" it is giving negative impact to his or her self-concept. Understanding the harmful of negative labeling could be a preventive strategy to avoiding negative labeling toward the child with learning disability.

Sampai dewasa ini sebagian besar anak jalanan bekerja sebagai pengamen, menyemir sepatu, mengasong, menjadi calo, menjajakan koran atau majalah, mengelap mobil, mencuci kendaraan, menjadi pemulung, menjadi kuli angkut, menyewakan payung, menjadi penghubung atau penjual jasa alasannya karena kesulitan ekonomi untuk mencari uang tambahan dan juga untuk rekreasi. Pendidikan orangtua anak jalanan rata-rata hanya tamat sekolah dasar dan bekerja disektor marjinal seperti buruh dan pada bidang jasa seperti tukang ojek ataupun kuli angkut. Konsep diri anak jalanan menyangkut karakter pribadi ,penampilan fisik, hubungan dengan orang tua, teman sebaya, umum dan sikap jujur dan percaya dan hubungan dengan Tuhan cenderung positif .artinya sebagian anak jalanan melihat dirinya cenderung positif. Namun konsep diri menyangkut kestabilan dan emosi yang dimiliki anak jalanan cenderung sedang, anak jalanan mengakui kondisi mereka yang sering labil. Ada perbedaan konsep diri anak jalanan berdasarkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi yang mereka miliki seperti usia, jenis kelamin dan alasan turun kejalan, namun tidak ada perbedaan konsep diri berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan mereka. Konsep diri anak jalanan cenderung negative ternyata belum muncul dalam usaha mereka untuk memperbaiki diri dalam memilih pekerjaaaan dan berhubungan dengan oranglain yang tidak bekerja sebagai anak jalanan ataupun orang lain yang tidak senasib dengan mereka.

Abstract:
This article examines the positioning of the concept of khilāfah in the context of global history. It must be admitted that this concept received a negative response from various groups, especially scholars and governments, which did not allow the power of Islam to emerge ideologically on the global stage. Therefore, various results of geopolitical analysis always assume that the concept of khilāfah is a concept that has a negative impact on the global order. However, as explained in this article, the concept of khilāfah has a very strong theological dimension in Islamic teachings. Therefore, the more it is shunned from being used as an Islamic political force, the stronger the desire of some Muslims to use this concept as an argument and pretext in their system of struggle. Through a bibliographic survey, this article finds that the problem of war or violence in the name of religion is not only triggered by the concept of khilāfah but there are other problems that arise socio-historically and socio-politically, in Muslim countries, where interests Western countries, also play a significant role geopolitically and geo-strategic, in the contestation.

Der Einfluss Internationaler Organisationen reicht angesichts der Herausforderung, für globale Probleme Lösungen zu finden, mittlerweile so weit, dass sich die Frage nach den in ihnen vorhandenen Machtbegrenzungsmechanismen stellt. Doch wie kann die Macht Internationaler Organisationen kontrolliert werden, wenn das aus dem nationalen Verfassungsrecht bekannte Gewaltenteilungsprinzip nicht auf die internationale Ebene übertragen werden kann?   Die Arbeit analysiert die dazu innerhalb der Vereinten Nationen (UNO) und der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) existierenden formalisierten Mechanismen anhand ihrer Gründungsverträge. Dabei werden drei Kategorien von Machtbegrenzungsmechanismen identifiziert: Kompetenzzuweisungen und -abgrenzungen, organinterne Mechanismen und schließlich Interaktion zwischen den Organen. Die in der Praxis bedeutsamsten Mechanismen stellen zum einen das Vetorecht im UN-Sicherheitsrat sowie der negative Konsens im Streitbeilegungsgremium der WTO dar, die zur Gruppe der organinternen Mechanismen gehören. Zum anderen besteht in der Kontrolle der Streitbeilegungs-Panel der WTO durch den Appellate Body eine wichtige Machtbegrenzung durch Interaktion.  Die Untersuchung dokumentiert das paradoxe Phänomen, dass die Mechanismen zur Begrenzung der Macht in vielen Fällen auch eine machtsteigernde Wirkung haben, indem sie die Effizienz, Akzeptanz und Legitimation der Organisation erhöhen. Die Verfasserin erklärt dies damit, dass das Augenmerk der Gründungsstaaten in der Entstehungsphase auf dem Funktionieren der Organisation als Gegengewicht zu ihren jeweiligen Mitgliedsstaaten lag. Dass Internationale Organisationen in der Zwischenzeit so stark an Einfluss gewonnen haben, dass ihre Macht nunmehr begrenzt werden sollte, ist eine neue Entwicklung, die jedoch in Zukunft deutlich an Bedeutung gewinnen wird.
In light of the challenge to find answers to global problems, the influence of international organizations nowadays goes so far that the question of existing checks and balances within these organizations arises. But how can power be controlled when the principle of separation of powers originating from national constitutional law cannot be transferred to the international stage? The purpose of this thesis is to analyze existing formalized internal mechanisms within the United Nations and the World Trade Organization on the basis of their founding treaties. The author identifies three categories of checks and balances: allowing and limiting competencies, mechanisms within the organs and finally interactions between the organs. In practice, the most important mechanisms of these organizations are on the one hand the power of veto within the UN Security Council and the negative consensus within the WTO dispute settlement body, which belong to the category of mechanisms within the organs. In addition, the control of the WTO dispute settlement panels by the Appellate Body is an important form of checks and balances through interaction. The analysis shows the paradoxical phenomenon, that checks and balances in many cases have the effect of increasing power by augmenting the efficiency, acceptance and legitimacy of the organization. The author explains this by reference to the intentions of the founding states during the developing phase to strengthen these organizations as a counterbalance to their respective member states. It is a new development that international organizations have now increased their influence so much that their power should be limited, but this will become significantly more important in the future.
