Abstract:

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre videograbaciones académicas y las competencias de ciencias sociales de los estudiantes de cuarto grado de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 80921 Nemesio Vargas Marquina Huamachuco. El tipo de investigación básica teórica, nivel descriptivo, con diseño correlacional, se usó el método hipotético deductivo, con una muestra de 60 estudiantes, se utilizó la técnica del examen con sus instrumentos la rúbrica para ambas variables. Para la correlación y prueba de hipótesis se hizo uso de coeficiente “r” de Pearson para la escala de intervalos. Se concluyó que existe relación directa y significativa las videograbaciones y las competencias de ciencias sociales en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 80921 Nemesio Vargas Marquina Huamachuco, demostrado por Rho de Spearman de 0,339 y un p-valor de significancia de 0,000, a un nivel de 0,05 de significancia.

Abstract:

Dlabola (1961) redescribed the species Paralimnus cingulatus Dlabola, 1960 and designated it as type species of a new subgenus, Bubulcus, in Paralimnus Matsumura, 1902. Later, Emeljanov (1972) established the genus Paralimnellus, designating P. cingulatus Dlabola as its type species. Hamilton (1975) and Webb & Heller (1990) treated Bubulcus as a separate genus. According to the Law of Priority of the ICZN (1999), two genus-group names, regardless of their rank within this category (genus or subgenus), cannot have the same type species. Therefore, Bubulcus and Paralimnellus are objective synonyms and the latter, younger, name is invalid. Recently, Nemesio (2007) proposed a new subgeneric name Dlabolasia to replace Bubulcus Dlabola, 1961, because the latter is a junior homonym of Bubulcus Bonaparte, 1854. However, because Paralimnellus, an objective synonym of Bubulcus Dlabola, is an older available name, Paralimnellus must be retained as the replacement name for Bubulcus Dlabola. Thus, according to ICZN Articles 23.3.5 and 60.1, Dlabolasia Nemesio should be treated as a junior objective synonym of Paralimnellus Emeljanov.

El presente artículo presta atención a las estrategias de mediación presentes en la versión española del Mercader de Venecia realizada en 2002 por Nemesio Martín para un público juvenil. Presta especial atención a la forma en que aborda las complejas cuestiones de carácter ético que representan en la obra los personajes de Shylock y Portia. Analiza la incidencia de las transformaciones textuales y adiciones paratextuales de la adaptación en la representación de la identidad personal, nacional, racial y religiosa de los personajes, poniendo de relieve hasta qué punto una adaptación puede preservar o reducir el carácter crítico de su hipotexto. El trabajo se propone, en última instancia, proporcionar herramientas útiles a los pedagogos que les ayude a discernir qué adaptaciones de los textos clásicos son susceptibles de favorecer una actitud crítica y tolerante entre los adolescentes y jóvenes.

Abstract:

Este artículo analiza los textos escritos por el periodista Nemesio García Naranjo, que tuvieron como tema central los sucesos desatados entre el 28 de julio y el 26 de agosto de 1949 en Morelia Michoacán (México), en donde se dio la disputa entre estudiantes y autoridades de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo y el Gobernador de la entidad, José María Mendoza Pardo, miembro del partido gobernante. El conflicto tuvo como detonante la muerte de dos universitarios a manos del ejército. Dicho evento desató marchas y paros universitarios en todo el país, a la vez que puso en crisis la gobernabilidad del estado de Michoacán.El análisis del corpus periodístico escrito por García Naranjo desarrollado aquí, reflexiona en dos direcciones. Por un lado, pone de relieve el talante liberal con el que examinó los sucesos y sus repercusiones sociales y políticas para el régimen; siendo precisamente este posicionamiento ideológico, una evidencia del lugar equivocado en que la historiografía ha colocado al personaje: la derecha reaccionaria y antirrevolucionaria. Por otro lado, al mostrarse que este personaje exhibió un pensamiento propio de una ‘derecha liberal’, se establece también que desde este posicionamiento juzgó los hechos en Morelia y el papel de la Universidad Michoacana, siendo una voz disonante en un escenario dominado por los sesgos ideológicos y por los intereses políticos, los cuales acusaban unánimemente a la «conjura comunista» como principal responsable.

Hace aproximadamente doce años se creó el programa “jugando limpio todos ganamos” que pretendía impulsar procesos de convivencia entre los crecientes grupos de barristas asistentes al Estadio Nemesio Camacho el Campín, con el fin de mitigar las situaciones de violencias generadas por estos grupos. Actualmente, el programa “Goles en Paz” se ha posicionado, como un programa con capacidad para minimizar tales hechos en el Estadio. No obstante, el fenómeno de las Barras se ha extendido a las localidades de Bogotá generando dinámicas de apropiación territoriales por parte de estos grupos que en ocasiones desembocan en violencia. Por lo anterior, el programa presenta un marcado énfasis desde el enfoque de la seguridad, lo que deja de lado componentes claves para dimensionar el fenómeno de las Barras, tales como la Juventud y la Crisis del sistema de valores, que pueden aportar desde otra perspectiva para su intervención. Este texto presentara fragmentos de la sistematización realizada en el año 2012 del programa Goles en Paz, en sus 12 años, con el fin de ilustrar al lector acerca del fenómeno de las Barras desde esta experiencia de programa institucional.

El libro Tres intelectuales de la derecha hispanoamericana: Alberto María Carreño, Nemesio García Naranjo, Jesús Guisa y Azevedo, de la Dra. Felícitas viene a acrecentar la historiografía sobre los conservadurismos y las derechas en México, misma que recientemente ha sido renovada por un conjunto nuevo de certezas y miradas. Esta historiografía padeció por décadas, como se sabe, el desprecio de las verdades sacralizadas de la historiografía mexicana en general y el agravio del discurso oficial de los gobiernos del siglo XX priísta. Y es que la historiografía en México estuvo determinada grandemente por la idea progresista de la historia, que en el caso mexicano tuvo en la Independencia (1810), la Reforma (1857), la Revolución mexicana (1810) y el gobierno de Lázaro Cárdenas (1934-1940) cuatro hitos fundacionales, mismo que determinaron el desdén y desinterés por los perdedores de la historia: realistas, conservadores, monarquistas, porfiristas, reaccionarios, católicos, hispanistas, fascistas, sinarquistas, anticomunistas, y los panistas (como “herederos” del pensamiento de todos los anteriores). No fue sino después del triunfo presidencial del PAN en el año 2000 que se detonó una nueva ola de ensayos, libros de historia y de literatura que se interesaron por el estudio del PAN y de las derechas mexicanas en general, buscando conocer y entender a esta ideología que llegaba al poder enarbolando paradójicamente la bandera del cambio.

Abstract:

An alternate method for supporting amphibian and reptilian inventory was tested. This experimental method involved the collection of regurgitated food from water bird nestlings from a total of 10 heronries: four mixed-species and six single-species heronries in Gujarat State, India, during 1997 to 1999. We verified the presence of twelve species of amphibians, and twelve species of reptiles were recovered intact. Various methods are used to evaluate the diversity of amphibians and reptiles, many of which are resource-dependent in terms of both time and money (e.g., Heyer et al. 1994). The verification process in such diversity surveys generally requires the collection of voucher specimens for establishing the credibility of the work (Dubois and Nemesio 2007; Funk et al. 2005). Vouchers also facilitate further taxonomic studies and the identification of cryptic species, especially when species complexes occupy the area being surveyed. The collection of specimens requires permission from the appropriate government authority. Because relevant authorities in India are often hardcore believers of the philosophy of “Jiv Daya” (a Jainist concept involving compassion for all beings) and unaware of the need for voucher specimens, acquisition of permits to collect in protected areas (sanctuaries and national parks), even for studies of biodiversity and environmental assessments is extremely difficult. Even when permission for voucher collection is granted, strict time constraints are imposed. These render surveys of large areas almost impossible, particularly because vouchers ideally involve a series of specimens of various species (Goodman and Lanyon 1994) and collection methods often are very time consuming. Consequently, methods that are less time-consuming and less expensive are needed. Herein, we test one such alternative.

Abstract:

The analysis of iconographic representation from ceramic medallion/cast for cakes (crustulum) from Viminatium showed that we are dealing with a very rare type of iconographic representation of goddess Nemesis-Diana. The monuments with syncretistic presentation of goddess Nemesis-Diana are not only very rare, but they imply a very close connection of the goddess with imperial cult and with games and gladiator fights in amphitheatre. Overview and analysis of all so far known cult monuments of goddess Nemesis, opened a question about the correlation of goddess and presumed amphitheatre in Viminatium and also a question about new aspect of honouring Nemesis in the territory of Roman provinces of Central Balkans - as a patroness of agonistic competitions and protectress of gladiatorial games and gladiators.

Abstract:

This article attempts to account for the fact thatnemesisoccurs only once in Herodotus. It connects the term to Phrygia and the importance of Nemesis there, esp. as seen in ‘confession-inscriptions’ (Beichtinschriften). It argues that the Atys-Adrastus story is meant as an interpretative guide to the rest of theHistorythrough its use of significant names, comparable to the use of significant names in the Old Testament.
