The subject of this thesis is an analysis of plugin technology. The goal of the thesis is to characterization of basics of this technology in common and with focus on application on NetBeans platform and its integrated development environment and further demonstration of the technology in form developing exemplary NetBeans plugin. Opening part is dedicated to theoretical analysis of plugin principals, its purposes in soft-ware development and use cases for current software applications. The theoretical part follows by describing use cases of plugins for NetBeans platform and bringing thought for designing, developing and distributing new plugins. The subsequent part is dedicated to implementation of NetBeans plugin to demonstrate technology and methods described. The result of implementation is a NetBeans plugin allowing advanced editing of documentation commentary from Java source code inside WYSISYG HTML editor just from NetBeans environment. The resulting plugin, source codes and documentation is included attachment of this thesis. This thesis expands collection of theses dedicated to subject of NetBeans platform and those theses are referred in the text.

Programiškai realizuoti ir aprašyti keli uždaviniai NetBeans aplinkoje, kurie demonstruoja vartotojo grafinės sąsajos kūrimą. Darbo tikslas yra NetBeans aplinkos taikymas objektinio programavimo mokymo tikslams.<br>In this work are analyzed objective programming principles. Reviewed JAVA programming language, its platforms, virtual machine (apparatus), program types. Also are overviewed JAVA basic packets, classes. Described programming environment and user graphic interface creation in NetBeans environment. Described main SWING and AWT packets component. Program realized and described few tasks in NetBeans environment which demonstrates user graphic connections creation. Work purpose is NetBeans environment application for studying objective programming.

Databases increase by new data continually. A process called Knowledge Discovery in Databases has been defined for analyzing these data and new complex systems has been developed for its support. Developing of one of this systems is described in this thesis. Main goal is to analyse the actual state of implementation of this system which is based on the Java NetBeans Platform and the Oracle database system and to extend it by data preprocessing algorithms and the source data analysis. Implementation of data preprocessing components and changes in kernel of this system are described in detail in this thesis.

The design addresses most of the issues related to building a new version and eventually recommends porting EAT to EMP.

This is a client application consisting of a kernel and its graphical user interface and independent mining modules. The application uses support of Oracle Data Mining. The data mining system is implemented in Java language and its graphical user interface is built on NetBeans platform. The content of this work will be the introduction into the issue of knowledge discovery and then the presentation of the chosen Bayesian classification method, for which there will subsequently be implemented the stand-alone data mining module. Furthermore, the implementation of this module will be described.

V této práci jsem se primárně zaměřoval na vývojová prostředí NetBeans a Eclipse a jejich podporu pro různé analyzéry kódu (FindBugs, PMD, atd.) z oblasti open source. Práce se zabývá analýzou kontroly kvality ve vývojových prostředích a analyzérech kódu.

Išanalizuotos IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse IDE, Python for S60 ir NetBeans IDE programavimo priemonės. Aprašyti programavimo įrankių veikimo bruožai, nustatytos programavimo priemonių galimybės, išvardinti jų privalumai ir trūkumai. Pagal gautus rezultatus pasirinktas NetBeans IDE programavimo įrankis ir juo naudojantis sukurta taikomoji aplikacija. Ji skirta vairavimo mokyklos veiklos procesų optimizavimui bei moksliniams tyrimams atlikti. Taikomoji aplikacija išbandyta skirtingose mobilių įrenginių platfromose. Eksperimentinis tyrimas parodo kurios aplikacijos funkcijos veikia neteisingai. Svarbiausios funkcijos ištaisytos, tačiau keletas neatitikimu negali būti pašalinti, tokie kaip duomenų atvaizdavimas. Nustatyta, kad šis trūkumas gali būti pašalintas tik vaizduojant duomenų lentelę horizontaliai. Eksperimentinis tyrimas parodo kelis universalios sąsajos aplikacijos kūrimo metodus. Be to darbe pateiktas pasiūlymas universalios sąsajos kūrimui naudoti UML diagramas.<br>The goals of this master’s work are analyzes tools for mobile devices programming and universal interface for different models creation opportunities. Also the paper analyzes Java ME, Visual Studio .NET, Python for S60, NetBeans IDE and BREW programming tools. Describe the features of the functioning of the programming tools, to set the programming options, listed the advantages and disadvantages. The best in this analyze was NetBeans IDE. There are created IS conceptual model of driving school and project of mobile software. According to the programming tools analyzes results and IS project was created new application. It is dedicated to improve driving school processes and make scientific research. Application was tested in different mobile platforms. The test shown application functions which works wrong. Most important functions fixed, but some of them can’t be fixed, such as displaying full table of content. This bug can be fixed only displaying table horizontally. This experimental work shows some methods of universal application creation. Also there is suggested how we can create universal application by using UML diagrams.

Detta arbete utvärderar huruvida Netbeans RCP är en lämplig plattform att bygga en kampanjredigerare för en spelmotor på. Arbetet är en del av ett större projekt där en spelmotor för Androidtelefoner skapas. Kampanjredigeraren ska kunna skapa och redigera filer i XML-format som spelmotorn använder. Den ska även kunna skapa nytt material till spelmotorn utifrån bilder. Allt detta ska fungera på flera operativsystem. Valet att använda en plattform istället för att implementera allt manuellt skedde för att påskynda utvecklingen och höja kvaliteten på programmet. Utöver Netbeans RCP gjordes en översiktsgranskning av andra plattformar och program för att se om dessa också hade kunnat vara lämpliga. Netbeans RCP visade sig vara lämpligt för att skapa kampanjredigeraren på då den tillhandahöll funktioner relevanta för kampanjredigeraren som gick att använda på flera operativsystem och programmets implementerade funktionalitet fungerade på alla testade operativsystem.<br>This paper examines if Netbeans RCP is a suitable platform for creating a campaign editor for a game engine on. The work is part of a larger project where a game engine for Android phones is being developed. The campaign editor must be able to modify and create files in an XML-format that the engine will then use. It must also be able to create new material for the engine from images. All of this functionality must be usable on multiple operating systems. The decision to use a platform rather than implement everything manually was made to speed up the development and increase the quality of the campaign editor. Other platforms and programs were also briefly examined to see if these could have been suitable as well. Netbeans RCP was determined to be a suitable platform for creating a campaign editor because it provides functions relevant to the campaign editor that are usable on multiple operating systems, and the functionality implemented in the program was usable on every tested operating system.

This thesis serves as an introduction to use of the NetBeans Platform for development of desktop applications. Its goal is to present the platform both on a compact example application and on a real-world scenario application. Secondary goal is to provide a summary of materials for further learning. The description of the particular pieces of the platform is interlaid with the step by step tutorial, which invites to further testing of the platform's features. Some principles of the platform are then presented in a source code from a real-world application. This application is a tool for authors and should provide an evidence of both academic and literary texts, notes and named entities (like characters, locations, terms etc.). The analysis of this tool and a description in a more detail is presented in the appendix. An organized summary of shortly commented links to other sources is there too. The main benefits of this thesis are: the demonstration of the NetBeans Platform on particular examples in context, and the summary of online materials for further reading.

The task of the Master's thesis has been to develop the MIDlet, which is able to receive data from an external GPS module via Bluetooth. Data are received in the NMEA 0183 format and are processed to extract longitude, latitude, elevation, velocity, number of visible satellites and measurement accuracy of longitude, latitude and elevation. Users have a possibility to save their actual location with a short description to the cell phone’s memory. The MIDlet is also able to save a user defined way-point and navigate to this way-point. The MIDlet itself was developed in the Netbeans IDE with a software development kit (SDK) made by Nokia company. This kit is designed for the Symbian OS s60 3rd edition FP1, which contains a s60 emulator and a s60 MIDlet for a direct compilation in the cell phone. The MIDlet is made of three main parts. The first part shows a longitude, latitude, elevation, velocity, longitude and latitude measurement accuracy, date and time. The second one shows a direction of north, latitude and longitude. The last one shows a direction to the selected way-point and a distance to this location. In theoretic part of the thesis there are described the GPS navigation system, Bluetooth system, geodetic system WGS 84 and programing language Java and its part Java ME.

In the context of building software systems, Service-oriented Systems (SOS) have become one of the major research topics in the past few years. In SOS, services are basic functional units that can be created, invoked, composed, and if needed deleted on-the-fly. Since these software systems are composed of different services there is no easy way to assure the Quality of Service (QoS), therefore, formal specification of both functional and extra-functional system behaviour, compatibility, and interoperability between different services have become important issues. As a way to address this issues, resource-aware timing behavioural language REMES was chosen to be extended towards service-oriented paradigm with service specific information, such as type, capacity, time-to-serve, etc., as well as Boolean predicate constraints on control flow guarantees. In this thesis we present a design framework that provides a graphical user interface for behaviour modelling of services based on REMES language. NetBeans Visual Library API is used to display editable service diagrams with support for graph-oriented models. A textual dynamic service composition language was implemented, together with means to automatically verify service composition correctness. We ensure also an automated traceability between service specification interfaces, where both modelling levels are combined in an efficient tool for designing SOS.

In the beginning of the thesis will be described a principles of structured programing, enlisted used ways of visualization of source code -- modeling language UML and other possibilities of graphic form of algorithm like flowchart diagrams, Nassi-Shneiderman diagrams, Jackson diagrams and especially not as well-known kopenograms. In the second part of the thesis is described creation of editor used to visualization of kopenograms. In the chapters is described structure of creating of application, the editors what are available for its creation, phase of creating editor and final testing for approve of the success. Part of the thesis is also a user guide for beginning with this program. In Java domain we have several IDEs and techniques to approach the problem. The knowledge to choose between these techniques to use is as much as important if a programmer can gain it, he can apply it in many other software engineering domains like a personal management system, library system, etc. Therefore the importance of a descriptive and applied experience is showing itself up. This thesis has started with a discussion to choose NetBeans IDE and application definition, and use case modeling then it goes through comparison and implementation part. The comparison will go in depth for each use case in this project in its implementation in C# and Java and see which techniques are used. This includes comparison between these two apps in Software quality factors.

Next part of the thesis is focused on EndaceProbe analyzer and analytic application EndaceVision. Also web services, programming language WSDL and protocol SOAP are described. The practical part is focused on creating three laboratory exercises for network monitoring and for using EndaceProbe. Components of the exercises are the traffic generator IXIA and Cisco switches with the application of remote switched port analyzer. There are also used web services EndaceProbe, programming language WSDL and SOAP protocol.

Main objective of this graduation thesis is clarification of informations about human emontions and its recognition and classification on basis of generally known methods. Among generally known methods belongs classification based on mimic and pantomimic expression basis and on voice tone basis. This graduation thesis is primary focused on human emotions recoginition and classification on text messages analysis. Specifically anger and joy. A Czech database in lemma form was crated for this method and it contains emotion functional words. It was made by translation of English emotion functional words and it is divided to emotion key words, emotion modification words and emotion phrases. Also was made special database of neutral words, which are removed from emotions classification except emotion phrases comparation. A degrees were assigned to emotion key words and phrases and this assignment was made by more people. That guarantee better objectivity of the database. Values of single emotion words and phrases might be influenced by emotion modification words, words that contains gradation, negation or punctuation. Output of this graduation thesis is application in JAVA language. That application after insertion input text message compare single words with all available databases and count resultant emotion rate for joy and anger emotions. Evaluation involve also single words, sentences and paragraphs. Application was designed in NetBeans with Swing GUI Builder.

This master's thesis deals with questions of the data mining and an extension of a data mining system in the Oracle environment developed at FIT. So far, this system cannot apply to real-life conditions as there are no data mining modules available. This system's core application design includes an interface allowing the addition of mining modules. Until now, this interface has been tested on a sample mining module only; this module has not been executing any activity just demonstrating the use of this interface. The main focus of this thesis is the study of this interface and the implementation of a functional mining module testing the applicability of the implemented interface. Association rule mining module was selected for implementation.

Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan har för en tid sedan anordnat så kallade ”workshops” för att hjälpa studenter med sina studier. Dessa workshops ger studenterna tillfälle att få hjälp av assistenter. Syftet med detta projekt är därför att göra administrationen för workshopstillfällena så effektiv och smidig som möjligt.För att uppnå detta syfte har en webbapplikation konstruerats i utvecklingsmiljön Netbeans och är baserad på en treskiktsarkitektur. Detta har genomförts med hjälp av utvecklingsmetoden Scrum och programmeringsspråket Java. Stor vikt har lagts på att skapa en modulär applikation med fokus på hållbar utveckling.Resultatet har blivit en webbapplikation som kan nås via mobila enheter, surfplattor och stationära enheter. Den har prestandatestats och är därmed redo för att testas för en utvärdering av dess effektivitet och inverkan på workshopverksamheten.<br>The Royal Institute of Technology has recently arranged so-called "workshops" to help students with their studies. These workshops give students the opportunity to receive help from assistants. The purpose of this project is to make the administration of the workshop sessions as efficient and seamless as possible.To achieve this purpose, a web application has been designed in Netbeans the development environment and is based on three-layer architecture. This has been implemented using the Scrum development methodology and the Java programming language. Great emphasis was placed on creating a modular application with focus on sustainable development.The result is a web application that can be accessed via mobile devices, tablets, and stationary units. Its performance has been tested and the web application is thus ready to be tested in order to evaluate its effectiveness and impact on the workshop activities.

Två grundläggande paradigm inom datavetenskap är objektorienterad programmering och relationsdatabasteknik. En kombinering av applikationer gjorda i ett objektorienterat programmeringsspråk med den beständighet och funktionalitet som ges av relationsdatabaser är en möjlig vidareutveckling av ens kunskaper inom dessa områden. Kombinationen av dessa båda förutnämnda paradigm innebär åtminstone ett problem som uppkommer då en relationsdatabas lagrar data i tabeller och en objektorienterad applikation lagrar data i objekt. Detta problem kallas objekt/relations paradigmens missanpassning. På grund av detta problem så måste kopplingen mellan paradigmen skötas av ett ramverk av något slag. I vår rapport så undersöker vi två av de ramverk som behandlar kopplingen mellan paradigmen. Specifikt i våran studie kommer vi att fokusera på kvalitetsattributet användbarhet. De ramverk som vi undersöker heter Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) och Hibernate. Båda dessa verktyg är skapade för det objektorienterade programmeringsspråket Java.<br>Two of the fundamental paradigms within computer science are object oriented programming and relational databases. A combination of an object oriented application with the persistence and functionality provided by relational databases is a further development of one’s knowledge within these areas. The combination of the two aforementioned paradigms will yield at least one problem, which occurs because in a database data is stored in tables whereas an object oriented application stores data in objects. This problem is called the object/relational paradigm mismatch. Because of this problem the connection between the paradigms must be handled by some kind of framework. In our report we investigate two of the frameworks which handle the connection between the paradigms. Specifically in our study we will focus on the quality attribute usability of the two frameworks and conduct a comparison between these two. The frameworks we investigate are called Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and Hibernate. Both of these tools are created for the object oriented programming language Java.

This master thesis is mainly focused on the backup systems and describes each individual backup techniques in detail. Next main point of this thesis, is explaining functionality of IPv4 and FTP, which are closely related to the topic. Outcome is a backup application written in Java language, which is capable of backup files on FTP server or on local/ network storage area. Backup application also allows settings for automatic backup and restoring files from the storage area. Finally there was made a measurment, where were point out advantages and disadvantages of transfer mediums and where was practically shown a logic of creating the backup system. Goal was a creation of multiplatform backup application.

The first part describes the general knowledge discovery process and cluster analysis including cluster validation; it also describes Oracle Data Mining including algorithms, which it uses for clustering. At the end it deals with the system and the technologies it uses, such as NetBeans Platform and DMSL. The second part describes design of a clustering module and a module used to compare its results. It also deals with visualization of cluster analysis results and shows the achievements.

This master thesis deals with design and implementation of betting agent. It covers issues such as theoretical background of an online betting, probability and statistics. In its first part it is focused on data mining and explains the principle of knowledge mining form data warehouses and certain methods suitable for different types of tasks. Second, it is concerned with neural networks and algorithm of back-propagation. All the findings are demonstrated on and supported by graphs and histograms of data analysis, made via SAS Enterprise Miner program. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes all the results and offers specific methods of extension of the agent.

Об’єкт дослідження – алгоритми для видалення прихованих ліній та граней. Мета роботи – розробка та аналіз алгоритмів видалення прихованих ліній графічних об’єктів. Метод дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, алгоритмізація, програмування. Апаратура – персональний комп’ютер, програмне забезпечення. Результат кваліфікаційній роботи – висновки з аналізу алгоритмів прихованих ліній, алгоритм видалення прихованих ліній та рекомендації стосовно його використання. У сучасній графіці дуже важливу позицію займають оптимізуючі процеси, особливо у 3D-графіці. Важко уявити собі сучасний 3D-движок без оптимізаційних заходів та процесів, які полегшують навантаження на фізичну та програмну частину пристрою. Один із нишових напрямів – це використання алгоритмів видалення прихованих ліній, граней та площин. У кваліфікаційній роботі присутній огляд відомих алгоритмів видалення прихованих ліній та поверхонь, більш детально розглянуто алгоритми Художника та Z-буферу. Також описується процес розробки додатку з використанням алгоритма видалення прихованих ліній.<br>EN : The work is presented on 64 pages of printed text, 2 tables, 32 figures, 5 annexes, 24 references. The object of the study is algorithms for removing hidden lines and faces. The purpose of the study is to analyse different algorithms and develop an algorithm for removing hidden lines. The methods of research are descriptive, comparative, algorithmization, programming. The hardware are personal computer and software. The result of the diploma project is an analysis result and algorithm for removing hidden lines. In modern graphics, optimization processes occupy a very important position, especially in 3D graphics. It is difficult to imagine a modern 3D engine without optimization measures and processes that ease the load on the physical and software part of the device. One of the niche areas is the use of algorithms for removing hidden lines, faces and planes. In the qualification work there is a review of known algorithms for removing hidden lines and surfaces, the algorithms of the Artist and Z-buffer are considered in more detail. It also describes the process of developing an application using an algorithm for removing hidden lines.

The aim of the thesis was to design and develop a unified application for installation and integration of the software management tools into a single comprehensive and functional unit. The application should also allow export of the project metadata via the RESTful API. The goals of the thesis were fulfilled relatively well. A set of installation scripts was created, as well as a functional web application built using the JavaEE platform. The application can be deployed in a small company after performing minor modifications. Less common deployment scenarios for CGI based applications on Apache Tomcat were also examined. Minor enhancements in the open-source project NetBeans were implemented as well. Also, a branded version of Bugzilla was created and deployed in an existing small software company.

O processamento de alimentos e a sua conservação representam fatores decisivos para a sustentabilidade do planeta, dado o crescimento significativo da população mundial nas últimas décadas. Por esse motivo, a refrigeração dos produtos alimentares tem vindo a ser objeto de estudo e aperfeiçoamento de modo a ser possível garantir o abastecimento de alimentos com boa qualidade, controlando as especificações da refrigeração/congelação durante os processos de fabrico e armazenamento. Os sistemas de refrigeração e/ou congelação, para além de serem os maiores consumidores de energia elétrica de uma indústria agroalimentar, são denominados consumidores intensivos, pois este consumo é contínuo. A necessidade de racionalizar energia, resultado do aumento do consumo energético, tem levado à procura de novas metodologias e soluções, a fim de otimizar processos industriais para promover a eficiência energética.
Com o intuito de promover uma melhoria do desempenho energético das indústrias agroalimentares, desenvolveu-se uma ferramenta computacional com base na linguagem de programação Java e Netbeans, para análise das cargas térmicas e elétricas de câmaras de frio. Esta ferramenta permite que sejam analisadas as cargas de, no máximo, seis câmaras de frio, refrigeração e/ou congelação, de uma indústria agroalimentar. É requerida a introdução de informações referentes às características técnicas destas câmaras, permitindo assim calcular as cargas térmicas associadas à envolvente, infiltração de ar, sistemas de descongelação, empilhadores, iluminação, produtos, pessoal, evaporadores e outras perdas. Os dados introduzidos permitem também determinar as cargas elétricas dos evaporadores, condensadores, compressor, sistema de descongelação, iluminação, e outras perdas. Esta ferramenta possui uma opção que permite o uso de um ficheiro climático, uma vez que as cargas associadas à envolvente, infiltração de ar e do sistema de descongelação são influenciadas por fatores que variam ao longo do ano, permitindo assim obter uma análise dinâmica da variação das cargas o longo do ano. Os resultados referentes às cargas dos componentes das câmaras são apresentados, individualmente, em tabelas e também é possível serem observados graficamente, onde é apresentada a percentagem do impacto de cada componente, por forma a facilitar a sua análise, tornando-a mais simples e expedita. No que toca à validação de resultados, duas empresas do sector agroalimentar, uma da fileira das carnes e outra da fileira dos lacticínios, foram analisadas e os valores obtidos na ferramenta computacional foram comparados com os resultados de outra ferramenta computacional disponível para validação de resultaods. Através desta comparação, verificou-se diferenças mínimas no que diz respeito às cargas calculadas, o que atesta a precisão da ferramenta e fundamenta a sua utilização nas empresas nacionais do setor agroalimentar com o intuito de promover reduções no consumo energético, quer seja por medidas técnicas ou por aplicação de boas práticas, que se possam traduzir num aumento de competitividade do setor.<br>Food processing and its conservation are decisive factors for the sustainability of the planet, given the significant growth of the world population in the last decades. For this reason, the refrigeration of food products has been studied and improved so that it is possible to ensure the quality of the supplied good food by controlling the specifications of refrigeration/freezing during the manufacturing and storage processes. The refrigeration and/or freezing systems, besides being larger electrical energy consumers of an agri-food industry, are denominated intensive consumers, since this consumption is continuous. The necessity to rationalize energy, as a result of increased energy consumption, has led the search for new methodologies and solutions in order to optimize industrial processes to promote energy efficiency.
In order to promote the improvement of the energy performance of the agri-food industries, a computational tool was developed based on the Java and Netbeans programming language, for the analysis of thermal and electrical loads of cold rooms. The computational tool can analyze the loads of a maximum of six refrigeration and/or freezing cold rooms of an agri-food company. It is required to input data concerning the technical characteristics of the cold room, thus allowing to determine the thermal loads associated with the external environment, air infiltration, defrost systems, forklifts, lighting, products, personnel, evaporators and other losses. The input data also allows to determine the electrical loads of evaporators, condensers, compressor, defrost system, lighting, and other losses. This computational tool has an option that allows the use of a climatic file, since the thermal loads associated with the external environment, air infiltration and defrost system are influenced by factors that vary throughout the year, and thus obtain a dynamic analysis of the thermal loads variation throughout the year.
The results concerning the loads of the components of the cold rooms are presented individually in tables and is also possible to be observed graphically, where the percentage of the impact of each component is shown, in order to facilitate its analysis, making it simpler and more expedite.
Regarding the validation of results, two companies in the agri-food sector, a meat processing industry and a dairy industry, were analyzed. The values obtained by the computational tool were compared with an available computational tool for validation of results. Through the results comparison, minimal differences within the calculated loads were determined, which indicates the reliability of the computational tool developed and ensures its use in national agri-food companies in order to promote the reduction of energy consumption, either by technical measures or best practices application, that can be transferred into competitiveness increase of the agri-food sector.
