The article examines the impact of the giga-economy on economic growth in the context of labor market transformation. Positive and negative consequences of the spread of new forms of accidents, such as work through digital platforms and short-term contracts, are analyzed. It is revealed that the gigaeconomy ensures accessibility of the labor market and flexible employment, but at the same time affects income instability and limits access to guaranteed guarantees.
