Abstract:
Produktem neziskové organizace jsou změněné lidské osobnosti (Drucker 1993). V mnoha oblastech (sociální, výchova a vzdělávání, politická) proto nemůže nezisková organizace - na rozdíl od organizace ziskové - reagovat přímo na přání svého zákazníka. Cíle organizace a společnosti jsou totiž často v protikladu s tím co, si přeje zákazník (klient) neziskové organizace. Rozdílnosti mezi neziskovou a ziskovou sférou se projevují i při použití marketingového řízení. Zpráva o stavu neziskového sektoru (2009) uvádí, že neziskové organizace trpí nedostatky v oblasti marketingového řízení. Autorem předložená studie si klade za cíl přispět k odpovědi na otázku, proč tomu tak je. Nejdříve charakterizuje, jaký marketing neziskové organizace v současné době realizují, a následně uvádí faktory, které mají zásadní vliv na jeho úroveň (např. velikost, právní forma, zaměření činnosti organizace, aj.) Studie je založena na detailní analýze webových stránek organizací regionu NUTS II - Severovýchod. Metodicky bylo využito Evidence nestátních neziskových organizací administrované Ministerstvem vnitra ČR.

Abstract:
Tato stať se věnuje profesionalizaci občanského sektoru v ČR a jejímu vlivu na změnu probíhající v kultuře a organizační struktuře neziskových organizací. Konkrétně se jedná o změnu rolí dobrovolníků a celkové uspořádání mocenských vztahů po příchodu nových aktérů – profesionálů – do těchto organizací. Dále je, s využitím integrace organizační teorie a studia dobrovolnictví, potažmo profesionalizace v neziskovém sektoru, věnována pozornost možným změnám, ke kterým dochází v důsledku profesionalizace v oblasti cílů a strategií neziskových organizací: komplexitě, formalizaci a specializaci. K popisu a pochopení procesu profesionalizace a některých z jeho konsekvencí je využito případové studie jedné české ekologické neziskové organizace. Záměrem je doplnit teoretické diskuse o empirická zjištění, jež mohou přinést odpovědi na otázku, „co se děje v neziskovém sektoru“, a to formou rekonstrukce významů, kterými se aktéři dané neziskové organizace řídí a na základě nichž konstruují své jednání.

Abstract:
Mnoho sociologických teorií předpokládá privatizovanou a sociálně bezvýznamnou povahu individualizovaných a de-institucionalizovaných forem spirituality. Tato práce se tomuto pojetí vzpírá: rozebírá alternativní spiritualitu zaměstnanců a dobrovolníků neziskové organizace Embercombe (UK) a ukazuje ji jako deprivatizovanou. Embercombe pořádá jak kurzy osobnostního rozvoje, tak environmentálně a sociálně zaměřené programy. Tato organizace je v práci vymezena jako součást sítě nového sociálního a náboženského hnutí (New Age) a tzv. holistického milieu. Na základě tříměsíčního zúčastněného a nezúčastněného pozorování, hloubkových rozhovorů, studia dokumentů a následné analýzy těchto dat rozebírám způsoby, kterými aktéři propojují vlastní spirituální růst s touhou po transformaci lokální komunity a širší společnosti. Alternativní spiritualitu vykládám jako kulturní zdroj, který tematizuje sociální a environmentální problémy přesahující privátní životy aktérů spjatých s kulturou organizace. Tento text je tedy příspěvkem ke studiu spirituality ve veřejné sféře (zejména v občanské společnosti) a jejího vztahu k sociální změně.

Abstract:
Jedná se o problematiku fungování neziskového sektoru a hledání způsobů zvýšení povědomí a důvěryhodnosti ze strany obchodních partnerů a veřejnosti. Zabývá se oblastí legislativy neziskového sektoru. Řeší problémy NNO prostřednictvím spolupráce neziskového sektoru se sektorem ziskovým především skrze moderní prvky marketingu. Navrhuje způsob zlepšení postavení a posílení pozice v neziskovém sektoru vybrané neziskové organizace prostřednictvím spolupráce s komerční firmou. Kapitoly se zabývají specifiky a subjekty neziskového sektoru, postihují právní úpravu fungování a možnosti získávání finančních prostředků.V další kapitole se zabývá marketingem neziskových organizací a rozdíly mezi marketingem v rámci ziskového sektoru. Čtvrtá kapitola srovnává český neziskový sektor s vybranými evropskými zeměmi. Předposlední část představuje nový prvek marketingu ? sociální marketing a hodnotí přínosy a dává návod, jakým způsobem sociální marketing realizovat. Presentuje příklady sociálního marketingu českých firem. Poslední kapitola popisuje neziskovou organizace Máme otevřeno? o.s. z pohledu marketingových aktivit.

Abstract:
Internal communication represents an often neglected part of public relations in both the commercial and the non-profit sector, even though it is exactly internal communication that can considerably affect not only organisation's functioning, but equally its prosperity and development. Lack of information and poorly adjusted processes of internal communication often lead to demotivation, passivity, frustration and lowered work performance of employees. Thus, internal communication does not only express the notion of effective flow of information from superiors to subordinates, it stands for a complex process that aims to clarify employees' attitudes and behavior within the organisation, creating and strengthening the feeling of togetherness towards the organisation and its culture. The following thesis presents the results of qualitative research in several cultural organisations - The City Theatres of Prague, The National Theatre and The Theatre faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague - and reveals how these organisations set and run their internal communication. It is focused on analysing accessible instruments and effective strategies of conducting internal communication regarding specific conditions within organisations in cultural sector.

The dissertation is focused on the possibility of raising funds for nongovernmental NPO s. The theoretical part describes basic characteristics of the non-profit sector. It focuses on the environment in which it operates, describes the establishment and termination conditions and gives a detailed description of its funding and associated promotion. The practical part describes four selected nongovernmental organizations (Apropo Jičín, o.p.s, Sdružení SPLAV, z.s., Oblastní charita Trutnov a Centrum handicapovaných lyžařů, o.s.) and specifies their activities, missions and fields of their action. It focuses on the current state of funding and forms of promotion. The final part summarizes the results discovered and suggests possible solutions.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to define conclusions, suggestions and recommendations for further stabilization and development of two non profit organizations Siriri, o. p. s. and Wontanara o. p. s. including sources of financing organizations. In the theoretical section of thesis is used the method of studying secondary documents, a literary research is formed from the reference literature and verified internet sources. The theoretical part describes non-profit organizations, fundraising as a key activity in raising funds. Also describes the methodology of financial analysis adjusted for non-profit organizations. The analytical section is made up of description of Siriri, o. p. s. and Wontanara, o. p. s., they are economically characterized and the method of financial analysis is applied. In the financial analysis are used formulas for calculate the profitability, liquidity, indebtedness, self-financing, activity and autarchy. As sources of data for the analytical part of the thesis were mainly used accountancy reports and information available from the organization's website, as well as consultation with the leadership of both organizations. Then are organizations compared in economic and financial analysis and in the conclusion are defined the results of analyzes, proposals and recommendations. From the economic and financial analyzes appears that Siriri, o. p. s. is in a negative and unsustainable trend. It shows economic loss and the most of the revenues receives from contributions, donations and operating subsidies and only a small proportion is sale of own goods. The organization should to try achieve a positive result in own economy preferably increase the share of self-financing. Wontanara, o. p. s. achieves an economic profit in the last year of monitoring. We can suppose that it will try to continue to be in positive economic results and avoid the economic loss. Self-financing could also help in economically independence. Now is organization fully depends on contributions from donors. Both organizations should therefore increase their revenues, preferably through self-financing. One option is to expand their activities and existing projects. A possible solution could be a joint concert, where artists from Guinea and the Central African Republic can sing. It means they are from states where the organization involved and where the potential profits from the concert wandered. The solution of this project is given in attachment.

During the analytical part,a financial statement will ge given by a CBA analysis based on a practical example of designing a new building with changing rooms and technical infrastructure of the football club "TJ Sokol Slavonin". "Finally, proposals improving the return on investment, followed by a financial structure, how to finance the project in an optimal way, show that an integrated finance model was created.

Abstract:
The task of mapping the existing procedures and methodologies of subsidies provided from the state budget in terms of efficiency, transparency and effectiveness and proposing their evaluation, the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak Republic for Civil Society Development resulted from the Strategy of Civil Society Development in Slovakia Action Plan 2019-2020. The analysis is based on research solved for the needs of practice and focuses on ministries, central state administration bodies and funds of the Slovak Republic, which is a total of 21 institutions that provide subsidies for non-governmental organizations as carriers of innovative solutions to regional disparities. The aim of this paper is to review all subsidy schemes of the ministries and evaluate them in terms of efficiency, transparency and effectiveness, ie. to map existing procedures and methodologies for providers of public resources in the form of subsidies provided from the state budget, which determine how goals / measurable indicators proving the meaning of provided public resources are to be set and at the same time enable them to be evaluated. Based on the mapped and evaluated state, we propose additional procedures and methodologies that will allow a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness, transparency and efficiency of spent funds of individual subsidy programs provided from the state budget and which can also be used to provide subsidies at regional and local level.
