Abstract:

Le roman camerounais reflète le paysage, les moeurs, l’histoire, les manières de dire la vie, en bref, la société du Cameroun contemporain. La langue parlée par les personnages, le français (camerounais), est à l’image de l’hétérogénéité socioculturelle, sociolinguistique, socioéconomique et sociopolitique du pays, remarquable à travers les manières d’exprimer une politesse, essentiellement hybride en raison du métissage langagier et culturel qui en sous-tend le fonctionnement. Ainsi, la politesse à la camerounaise pose des problèmes de traduction. Il serait alors intéressant de savoir si et comment cette spécificité linguistique et culturelle est prise en charge par le traducteur. Nous interrogerons à cet effet les traductions allemande et anglaise du roman Temps de chien de Patrice Nganang, avec une attention particulière pour les formes d’adresse. L’analyse de quelques exemples révèle que le terme de déférence chef (employé envers les policiers et autres membres des forces de l’ordre) et les termes affectifs asso, mola et tara posent effectivement d’énormes problèmes de traduction en allemand et en anglais. Des défis que le traducteur pourrait relever, à condition de puiser, entre autres, dans des connaissances sociopragmatiques.

Une troisième partie est enfin consacrée aux infléchissements contemporains apportés par les romanciers Tierno Monénembo et Patrice Nganang, dans leur souci de représenter une Afrique guerrière autant en résistance qu’en guerre, en France et sur le continent africain.

Cet article propose une réflexion à propos de la figure roma-nesque du chien en contexte postcolonial, et plus spécialement dans l’espace francophone africain. Partant de la polysémie du terme et de son association avec une pensée cynique elle-même plurielle et évolutive, l’étude met en avant la récurrence d’une figure canine « au sens propre », point d’ancrage d’un « canisme » littéraire aux prises avec la récurrence contemporaine de la posture cynique. L’étude des romans de Patrice Nganang et de Fiston Mwanza Mujila permet à ce titre d’envisager le chien comme vecteur d’une interrogation à propos de l’identité conçue dans la confrontation au « maître » et dans la mise en doute de la frontière interspécifique.

Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk mengungkapkan identitas budaya hibrid yang ditampilkan dalam tiga cerpen yang ditulis oleh pengarang Afrikadalam buku kumpulan cerpen L’Europe Vue D’Afrique (Eropa dilihat Afrika). Tiga cerpen itu berjudul ”Femme de Gouverneur” (LFG) karya Ken Bugul, “La Bibliothèque d’Ernst” (LBE) karya Patrice Nganang, dan “Âllo” karya Aziz Chouaki. Identitas budaya hibrid itu tercermin melalui pandangan Eropasentris para tokoh utama dan mimikriyang mereka lakukan sebagai individu hibrid (Afrika-Eropa). Homi Bhabha (1994) dalam The Location of Culture, mengungkapkan bahwa konsep mimikri tidak berarti sepenuhnya meniru karena terkandung juga unsur mengejek (mockery). Oleh karena itu, budaya hibrid yang muncul itu dapatdianggap sebagai senjata untuk meresistensi pengaruh budaya Eropa pada diri mereka, juga untuk mengkritik pengaruh budaya Eropa yang selama ini telah dianggap baik oleh masyarakat Afrika.Abstract: This paper aims to describe the hybrid cultural identity shown in three short stories, which were written by African authors in the book of the short story collection “L’Europe Vue D’Afrique”. The three short stories are Ken Bugul’s La Femme de Gouverneur (LFG), Patrice Nganang’s La Bibliothèque d’Ernst (LBE) , and Aziz Chouaki’s Allo. The hybrid cultural identity is reflected through the Eurocentric perspective and mimicry of the main character as individual hybrid (African-European). Homi Bhabha (1994) in “The Location of Culture” describes that the concept of mimicry not only mimics something but also contains mockery. Therefore, the hybrid culture represented in the short stories can be considered a weapon to resist the influence of European culture on them and to criticize the influence of European culture, which has been considered superior by the African society.

Taking as its theoretical frame of reference Jean-Luc Nancy's distinction between globalization and mondialisation, this article explores the relationship between contemporary Africa, the ‘world’ and the ‘literary’. The discussion centres on a number of present-day African novelists, and looks in particular at a controversial recent text by the Cameroonian writer and critic, Patrice Nganang, who is inspired by the work of the well-known theorist of postcolonial Africa, Achille Mbembe. For both writers ‘Africa’, as a generic point of reference, is seen in terms of a certain genealogy of Africanist thinking, from colonial times through to the contemporary postcolonial era, and the article reflects on what a radical challenge to this genealogy might entail. Using a more phenomenologically oriented reading of monde (world) and immonde (abject, literally un-world), this rupture could be conceived in terms of the kind of ‘epistemological break’ that thinkers like Althusser and Foucault introduced into common usage and theoretical currency in contemporary French thought back in the 1960s.

L’hétérolinguisme, en dépit d’une présence quasi constante dans l’histoire de la littérature, n’a été que rarement pris en compte par la traductologie. Si les chercheurs l’envisagent, c’est presque toujours pour en avouer l’intraduisibilité. Il se présente généralement comme une voie sans issue où la traduction ne peut que se fourvoyer. Mais que se passe-t-il si l’on cesse de le considérer uniquement en tant que problème ? Cet article tente de démontrer en quoi les textes hétérolingues, tout en remettant en cause le présupposé monolingue sur lequel se fonde la conception littéraire traditionnelle, ouvrent à une pensée et à une pratique alternatives de la traduction. Cette étude retrace tout d’abord l’histoire de l’hétérolinguisme littéraire, examine ensuite la relation entre écriture hétérolingue et traduction, et se penche enfin sur le devenir de l’hétérolinguisme en traduction. Partant des romansTemps de chien(2001/2003) de Patrice Nganang etVerre cassé(2005) d’Alain Mabanckou et de leurs versions anglaise, espagnole et italienne, ce dernier temps de l’étude propose une analyse des stratégies de traduction de l’hétérolinguisme. Analyzing the speech of Lara Pangkon in Ngantang this study aims to determine the forms of speech acts, explain its meaning and how the delivery of this speech. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, and narrative in Lara Pangkon as a primary source as well as the book the documentation as the source of secondary data. Acquisition of data through observation, interview, check out the note, and documentation. Data processing techniques are as follows: (1) a transcript and translation of the data, (2) the classification of the data, (3) data analysis, and (4) the exposure of the conclusion of the study. The end result of this research is there are 2(two) speech acts expressive, 2(two) said follow the directive, 2( two) speech acts assertive and 2( two) speech acts komisif are delivered with obvious can be delivered in a concise and straightforward and each speech act are said illocutionary.

Pariwisata pedesaan menjadi dorongan baru agar semua daerah dapat mengembangkan daya tarik wisatanya. Pengembangan konsep desa wisata dianggap strategis untuk menjawab beberapa agenda dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan terdapat 3 (tiga) faktor yang mendasari pentingnya pengembangan desa wisata diantaranya pariwisata menjadi sektor prospektif di masa depan, munculnya tren dan motivasi perjalanan wisata minat khusus, serta pengembangan daya produktif lokal untuk mendorong pengembangan wilayah dan ekonomi masyarakat. Daya tarik utama desa bagi wisatawan adalah pada budaya, adat istiadat yang unik, serta kehidupan sehari-hari yang menarik. Selanjutnya, dengan konsep ini masyarakat desa yang memiliki kemampuan ekonomi kurang dapat berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Ekowisata merupakan suatu bentuk wisata yang sangat erat dengan prinsip konservasi, bahkan dalam strategi pengembangan ekowisata juga menggunakan strategi konservasi, dengan demikian ekowisata sangat tepat dalam mempertahankan keutuhan dan keaslian ekosistem di areal yang masih alami. Bahkan dengan ekowisata pelestarian alam juga dapat ditingkatkan kualitasnya karena desakan dan tuntutan dari para eco-traveler. Background: Ngantang Public Health Center, being a public health center, always tries to apply minimum service standards. Services provided are a form of effort organized to meet community needs. Purpose: The research objective was to explore customer perceptions about the quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at Public Health Center Ngantang. Methodhs: The design used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study design, which describes customer perceptions about infrastructure; quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at the Public Health Center Ngantang. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study consisted of 21 people, namely 5 BPJS PBI, 5 General, 5 Independent BPJS and 6 patient companions as triangulation informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the research on customer perceptions about the Public Health Center Ngantang building are the contours of lands prone to landslides, adequate parking facilities, unsafe security facilities, building components and materials are good enough, facilities for persons with disabilities and the elderly are incomplete, consumables are not yet available, furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack of sympathy and empathy. Masalah muncul dari berbagai faktor diantaranya minimnya pendidikan petani, kemudian mahalnya kebutuhan biaya pertanian, lingkungan untuk mengembangkan pertanian padi mahal dan rendahnya minat generasi muda untuk mempelajari dan menekuni bidang pertanian. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya media pembelajaran tentang pertanian yang dispesifikasikan pada tanaman padi yang tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya yang mahal dengan memanfaatkan teknologi multimedia berupa game. Game yang dibuat bergenre game simulasi yang mensimulasikan penanaman padi. Game dirancang dan dimplementasikan menggunakan algoritma fuzzy untuk menentukan tingkat kemampuan pemain. Game yang dibuat juga telah diuji coba kepada user dengan tingkat kepuasan pengetahuan yang didapat oleh pengguna sebesar 84%.

Penelitian ini menganalisa tuturan Lara Pangkon pada upacara temu manten masyarakat Kec. Ngantang guna mengetahui bentuk- bentuk tindak tutur, menjelaskan maknanya dan bagaimana penyampaian nya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan dalam Lara Pangkon sebagai sumber data utama dari dan buku dokumentasi sebagai sumber data tambahan. Pada hasil akhirnya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiap bentuk tuturan yang disampaikan berisikan makna dan simbol yang mengandung tindak tutur. Setelah dikaji bisa disimpulkan dari ke 2 (dua) bagian posesi Lara Pangkon tersebut, tuturan yang dikemukakan baik oleh Pamasrah maupun Panampi tersebut terdapat 3( tiga) tindak tutur ekspresif, 3( tiga) tindak tutur direktif, 3( tiga) tindak tutur asertif dan 2( dua) tindak tutur komisif yang disampaikan dengan jelas dapat disampaikan secara ringkas dan lugas. Abstract:

Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan UKM di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang bekerjasama dengan mitra Kelompok PKK Desa Sumberagung adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mitra dengan cara memproduksi dan memasarkan produk olahan susu sapi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dalam hal pengelolahan hasil susu sapi yang selama ini hanya sebatas disalurkan kepada KUD setempat dan pabrik pengepul susu murni, tidak mengetahui cara pemasaran produk olahan susu sapi. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, perlu diadakan pendampingan UKM kelompok PKK Desa Sumberagung melalui pelatihan pengolahan susu sapi menjadi produk unggulan desa dan dapat dijadikan sebagai produk khas Desa Sumberagung. Oleh karena itu, metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini dengan memberikan informasi tentang gambaran variasi produk olahan susu sapi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok PKK, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolahan susu sapi menjadi produk bernilai jual, pelatihan dan pendampingan soft skill motivasi kerja dan creative thinking, serta pelatihan pendampingan pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra, terciptanya produk olahan susu sapi yang bernilai jual serta mampu mendukung program Desa Sumberagung sebagai salah satu desa wisata di Lingkar Selorejo, publikasi pada media massa, serta adanya media sosial yang dapat mendukung dalam memasarkan potensi desa secara luas.

Abstract:

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendapatkan harmonik-harmonik yang memberi sumbangan terhadap ragam data hujan tahunan rata-rata pada Stasiun Pujon dan Ngantang di DAS Kali Konto Hulu, Jawa Timur, sehingga dapat disusun persamaan Deret Fourier. Data utama ialah data hujan tahunan rata-rata di Pujon selama 26 tahun (1951-1988) dan Ngantang selama 29 tahun (1960-1988). Tahap analisis data adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, rata-rata bergerak, dan analisis harmonik. Hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data di kedua, stasiun menyebar normal dan homogen, sedangkan rata-rata bergerak polynomial menggunakan orde-9 adalah paling sesuai dengan data asli. Analisis harmonik data hujan stasiun Pujon menunjukkan tiga harmonik. Sumbangan ragam terjadi pada harmonik III sebesar 61% dan diikuti oleh Harmonik I dan II masing-masing mempunyai ragam 4% dan 2%. Kurva Harmonik pada stasiun Ngantang relatif hampir sama antara harmonik I, II dan III dengan sumbangan ragam berturut-turut sebesar 7%, 4% dan 3%. Dengan demiktan dapat disusun dua persamaan deret Fourier untuk kedua stasiun tersebut.

Ngantang, Kab. Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis IE Matriks. Hasil penelitian ini adalah banyaknya obyek wisata dan hasil pertanian yang seragam di wilayah Kab. Malang, maka pihak pemerintah khususnya di wilayah Ngantang bisa memberikan atmosfer yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan wilayah lainnya.

Abstract:

Soil conditions as a foundation and greatly affect the quality of service and road construction conditions. This condition occurs in Ngantru Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency which is the object of research. The research objectives include knowing the characteristics of the soil, knowing the effect of soil conditions on road damage and knowing the solution to the problem of road damage due to soil conditions. The data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The results of the study include the average value of the plasticity index of 0.60% <10% with silt soil type and the plasticity index value of 6% and the average moisture content value of 33.3%, the average CBR value of 8.20%. CBR average of 8.20%, so it can be concluded that the soil condition affects the road damage. The solution in this research is to repair the road by excavating the damaged part of the road.

Early Breastfeeding Initiation a process of letting the baby's skin contact with the mother's skin for 1 hour, until the baby can suckle itself, Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation, followed by exclusive breastfeeding, can reduce infant mortality, while the baby can grow more optimally and with quality. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Malang, especially in Puskesmas Ngantang, which is 49.1% is influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze the influence, Early Breastfeeding Initiation, Husband Support, Mother's Live Status, and Mother's Motivation towards Exclusive Breastfeeding Breastfeeding Patterns, in the working area of Ngantang Health Center in Malang Regency. This research uses quantitative analysis, using retrospective observation, and the Random sampling technique. Respondents were 151 nursing mothers whose babies were 6-12 months old. The location of the study was conducted in 13 villages in the Work Area of the Ngantang Community Health Center, in February 2020. Results of the analysis of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (p = 0.352), Maternal Residence Status (p = 0.378), Husband Support (p = 0.872), had no significant effect about breastfeeding, only maternal motivation is influential (p = 0.026) Exclusive breastfeeding is indeed very difficult to do, many factors are needed for achieving exclusive breastfeeding, support from all parties is needed especially, great motivation from mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract:

Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian utama masyarakat di Desa Pandasari, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang. Salah satu jenis bencana yang mengancam mata pencaharian penduduk sebagai petani adalah kejadian erupsi Gunung Kelud yang menyisakan material pasir dan bebatuan dilahan pertanian. Tulisan ini disusun untuk mengetahui strategi penghidupan masyarakat Desa Pandansari pada saat pasca erupsi menerjang lahan pertanian masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei lapangan dan wawancara mendalam (in- depth interview). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penghidupan pada saat pasca erupsi yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Pandasaribergantung pada aset, akses dan kapasitas masing-masing individu maupun kelompok. Secara spesifik, strategi yang dilakukan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu akumulasi, konsolidasi, dan bertahan (survival). Strategi akumulasi dipilih oleh masyarakat yang memiliki asset, akses dan kapasitas yang baik pada lapisan sosial atas, sedang strategi konsolidasi dipilih masyarakat yang memiliki akses dan kapasitas yang baik pada lapisan sosial menengah. Strategi bertahan dipilih oleh masyarakat pra-sejahtera atau lapisan bawah.

Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. This research was implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as a video editing application and Adobe After Effect CS 6 as an application for adding effects and animations to videos and using Adobe Audition Pro CS6 as a sound editor.The test was did through several stages, there were the content expert test and media expert test in pre-production, content expert test and media expert test after the production until the audience respondent tests to determine the achievement and quality of the film. For the results of the test the audience respondents get very good results, by the percentage of 96%. After the film was finished, it was hoped that the people understanding of the tradition, both hanging and buried and tolerance between religious people is rising and solve the ongoing conflict. Perempuan dalam setiap bencana umumnya hanya dipandang sebagai korban yang pasif dan tidak melakukan apa-apa setelah bencana terjadi. Padahal peran perempuan dalam bencana dapat berpengaruh besar dalam percepatan upaya pemulihan pasca bencana. Dari hasil pengolahan data mentah dilapangan, strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh perempuan Desa Pandansari pasca erupsi Gunungapi Kelud tahun 2014 mencakup adaptasi sosial dan ekonomi. Pada adaptasi sosial beberapa perempuan mengalokasikan seluruh anggota keluarga untuk bekerja, bentuk lain dari adaptasi ini adalah dengan adanya kegiatan kumpul warga yang rutin dilakukan seminggu sekali. Dan pada adaptasi ekonomi, beberapa perempuan menerapkan diversifikasi pekerjaan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga sementara menunggu lahan pertanian dapat diolah kembali. Seluruh bentuk adaptasi tersebut merupakan upaya untuk memulihkan sumber-sumber penghidupan dengan cepat.Kata kunci: sumber penghidupan, berkelanjutan, perempuan, dan KeludABSTRACT Women in every disaster are generally only seen as passive victims and do nothing after the disaster. Whereas the role of women in disasters can have a major impact in the acceleration of post-disaster recovery efforts. From the results of raw data processing in the field, adaptation strategies implemented by Pandansari Village women after the eruption of Gunungapi Kelud in 2014 include social and economic adaptation. In social adaptation some women allocate all family members to work, another form of adaptation is with the regular gathering of citizens once a week. And in economic adaptation, some women apply job diversification to increase family income while waiting for agricultural land to be reprocessed. Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the effect of livelihood assets and demographics on the implementation of farmers' livelihood strategies in Pandansari Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency after the eruption of Mount Kelud. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Warp PLS approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews using questionnaires and field observations, while secondary data obtained through literature studies from various related sources. It was determined the location deliberately considering that Pandansari Village was the area in Ngantang District that was the worst affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud. Seventy-five farmers with simple random sampling technique were selected as respondents in this study. The results showed that livelihood assets had a positive but insignificant effect on demographics. Then livelihood assets have a positive and significant influence on livelihood strategies. Meanwhile, demographics have a negative and significant impact on livelihood strategies.
