Abstract: The objectives of this study are to: 1) Analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. 2) Analyzing the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. 3) Analyzing the effect of product quality and quality of service simultaneously on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. The type of method of this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is to customers who use the Nisaan Grand Livina product whose numbers are unknown. Sampling technique using accidental sampling is the determination of samples based on respondents who meet the criteria, namely those who use Nissan Grand Livina products. Furthermore, using the Cochran formula, so that a sample of 100 people is obtained.Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires. For data analysis used multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keyword:product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction.

The quantitative research is adapted as the method in this study and used questionnaire as the reflection of its method. Datsun buyers at Nissan Martadinata Manado are used as the population and Datsun customers are used as the samples. The questionnaires will be distributed with purposive sampling method. This study uses SmartPLS software to assist the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study resulted in 3 hypotheses were rejected from 5 hypotheses.

Aktivitas pertambakan mengalami penurunan kualitas air tambak akibat dari masukan bahan organik terutama sisa pakan yang tidak dimakan oleh organisme kultivan, serta kotoran yang dikeluarkan oleh kultivan budidaya, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi produktifitas tambak yaitu proses dekomposisi. Keberlangsungan proses dekomposisi ditandai dengan nisbah C/N, dimana nisbah C/N yang tinggi menunjukkan kecilnya kandungan N (N-Organik dan N-Amoniak) dan sebaliknya nisbah C/N yang rendah menunjukkan proses dekomposisi bakteri berjalan cepat menghasilkan N besar. Pada sedimen tambak terjadi banyak proses, salah satunya adalah bakteri sedimen yang mempunyai kemampuan mengikat nitrogen dari udara dan mengubah amonium menjadi nitrat. Bakteri sedimen mempunyai fungsi untuk mengfiksasi nitrogen dalam keadaan anaerob dan mengikat nitrogen dalam keadaan aerob. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nisbah C/N dengan jumlah bakteri sedimen. Adapun manfaat yang diperoleh memberikan gambaran tentang tingkat dekomposisi berdasarkan nisbah C/N dengan jumlah bakteri sedimen, sehingga dapat diketahui cara budidaya perairan yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilaksakan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2010 di BBPBAP Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Random Sampling. Pengambilan sampel dan pengukuran parameter kualitas tanah dan air dilakukan di tiga stasiun yaitu stasiun F1, stasiun F2, stasiun F3, yang masing stasiun terdiri satu titik sampling di plataran dekat pintu outlet. Sampling dilakukan empat kali ulangan. Pengujian nisbah C/N dan penghitungan jumlah bakteri sedimen dilakukan di Laboratorium BBPBAP Jepara. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nisbah C/N pada stasiun F1 18,87 - 38,93%, stasiun F2 22,25 – 41,59 %, stasiun F3 24,31 – 61,90 %. Sedangkan jumlah bakteri sedimen pada stasiun F1 10x105 – 42x105 cfu, stasiun F2 4x105 – 34x105 cfu, dan stasiun F3 8,1x105 – 29x105 cfu. Uji korelasi antara nisbah C/N dengan jumlah bakteri sedimen menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup erat, dimana 32,6% bakteri mempengaruhi nisbah C/N sedangkan sisanya 67,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penyusutan dan penurunan nisbah C/N padavermicompostingcampuran feses sapi perah dan jerami padi menggunakan Eisenia fetida. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah tiga perlakuan nisbah C/N yakni : 25 (T1), 30 (T2), dan 35 (T3). Proses diawali dengan dekomposisi awal selama 7 hari, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan vermicompostingselama 15 hari. Data dianalisis melalui sidik ragam dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar perlakuan dilakukan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Penyusutan selama dekomposisi awal berkisar antara 20,5 – 28,8 % dengan nisbah C/N mencapai 15,5-17,5. (2) Penyusutan selama vermicompostingberkisar antara 52,35 – 60,50 % dengan nisbah C/N mencapai 10,5 – 11,0.

Abstract:
This paper investigates listed firm efficiency on Pakistan Stock Exchange by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The reason for application and calculation of the DEA score is to know how much the firms are efficient in utilizing their resources to be converted into output (sales/Net Income). An optimization technique (DEA) that helps calculate efficiencies of firm’s decision making Units (DMU’s) by taking different inputs and outputs variables. This paper uses DEA in measuring efficiency of 136 Pakistani firms listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Using secondary data set of 136 firms for the period 2008-2017, efficiency measurements are calculated by using financial ratios and financial indicators as input and output variables. Results show that some of the firms are efficient in utilizing their available resources in an efficient way to convert it into output, while some are inconsistent in efficiently utilizing their resources (inputs) to get the desired outputs.

Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui morfologi alat reproduksi dan nisbah kelamin jantan-betina pada udang mantis Cloridopsis scorpio telah dilakukan selama 3 bulan, sejak bulan Maret hingga Mei 2019 pada perairan ekosistem mangrove Belawan. Pengambilan sampel udang mantis Cloridopsis scorpio dilakukan menggunakan jaring ambai berbahan nilon polyfilament dengan peletakan posisi jaring melawan pergerakan arus air. Penentuan stasiun pengamatan ditetapkan dengan metode purposive random sampling sehingga diharapkan dapat memperoleh data yang mewakili lokasi. Data nisbah kelamin dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi-square (χ2) (Sugiono, 2006) dan data sebaran frekuensi matang gonad udang dianalisa dengan rumus Walpole (1993). Hasil analisis nisbah kelamin menunjukkan nisbah kelamin jantan C. scorpio lebih sedikit dibandingkan betina dengan perolehan nilai chi-square hitung > chi-square tabel(0,05.10) (63,20 >18,30). Dari hasil analisa data sebaran frekuensi udang ditemukan C. scorpio kategori belum matang gonad (BMG) paling banyak ditemukan pada ekosistem mangrove Belawan dengan selang ukuran panjang tubuh 32 mm hingga 128,72 mm, dan udang mantis yang matang gonad (MG) ditemukan mulai pada selang kelas ukuran panjang tubuh 128,72 mm hingga 298,00 mm Kata kunci: Belawan, Nisbah Kelamin, Cloridopsis scorpio, Reproduksi

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to analyze the change in the complex structure formed in water-glycols mixture under mixture composition. The dynamic viscosity for various glycol (mono-, di- and triethylene glycol) aqueous solutions have been measured over wide range of concentration at temperature 25 °C and atmospheric pressure. The new scale of viscosity concentration dependences of various glycols for common description in range of low glycol composition was suggested. From experimental data, the excess viscosity (deviation in viscosity) was calculated. Excess viscosity was negative for monoethylene glycol – water mixture over the entire range of composition. In the case diethylene glycol –water mixture excess viscosity values were found to be negative between 0 and 20 mol %, then became positive in the diethylene glycol rich region. In the case triethylene glycol – water mixture excess viscosity values were negative between 0 and 10 mol %. The Grunberg-Nissan parameter was calculated. By comparing the monoethylene glycol – water hydrogen bonding, reported in literature and Grunberg-Nissan parameter variation versus glycol molar fraction, a correspondence between Grunberg-Nissan parameter and the complex varieties was established. It was shown, that concentration dependence of the Grunberg-Nissan parameter separates the different concentration regions. The variation of the Grunberg-Nissan parameter with glycol molar fraction deals with the interaction variation between water and glycol molecules, the Grunberg-Nissan parameter slop varies.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Mengertahui Pengaruh Distribusi dan Promosi penjualan Terhadap Volume penjualan pada Dealer Nissan-Datsun Cabang pajajaran Bogor (Studi Kasus Nissan Grand livina) Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diolah dengan bantuan Program SPSS 20. Data diperoleh dari Perusahaan PT INDOMOBIL TRADA NASIONAL (Dealer Nissan-Datsun Cabang pajajaran Bogor) Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Analisis Regresi, Analisi Kolerasi, analisis Determinasi, Uji T dan Uji F. Dari hasil pengelolaan data diperoleh persamaan linier rergresi berganda Y = (-76733619,063)+ 791,625 X1+541,175 X2. Hasil perhitungan R = 0,961 terletak pada interval (0,80-1,000) atau Positif dan sangat Kuat. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara Variabel X1 (Distribusi) dan Variabel X2 (Promosi penjualan) terhadap Variabel Y (Volume Penjualan) adalah Positif dan Sangat Kuat. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji Hipotesis pada taraf kesalah 5% adalah f hitung = 24,658 > f tabel = 19,16 maka Ho di tolak (Ha di terima), berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Dstribusi dan Promosi penjualan secara bersama-sama terhadap Volume Penjualan.

Padi merupakan komoditas penting yang mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan tiap tahun. Perluasan areal penanaman ke lahan kering adalah salah satu cara meningkatkan produksi padi. Perlu penelitian terhadap ketahanan kekeringan pada padi agar kebutuhan dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan nisbah jumlah, bobot segar, bobot kering, panjang, luas permukaan, dan volume perakaran dalam yang mempunyai hubungan dengan ketahanan kekeringan pada tanaman padi gogo secara dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Tridharma Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Gadjah Mada di Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta pada bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2019. Rancangan lingkungan yang dipakai split plot dengan dua faktor yaitu perlakuan kekeringan sebagai faktor pertama dan kultivar sebagai faktor kedua. Perlakuan kekeringan terdiri dari 2 aras yaitu cukup air dengan disiram 2 hari sekali dan kekeringan dengan disiram 10 hari sekali. Kultivar padi yang digunakan terdiri dari 6 macam yaitu Unsoed Parimas, Rindang 2, Inpago 9, Inpago 10, Inpago 11 dan IR 64. Variabel pengamatan berupa nisbah perakaran dalam (jumlah akar, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, panjang akar, luas permukaan akar, volume akar) dan indeks toleransi cekaman. Terdapat hubungan nyata nisbah bobot kering perakaran dalam, nisbah panjang perakaran dalam, dan nisbah luas permukaan perakaran dalam dengan indeks toleransi cekaman hasil saat panen. Nisbah perakaran dalam tidak dapat digunakan untuk pendugaan ketahanan kekeringan tanaman padi secara dini, yaitu pada 6 mst dan 9 mst.

<em>The consumer purchase decisions of Nissan Setiabudi Semarang Dealers to Nissan type Livina cars higher when compared to other types of Nissan cars, which can be seen from the car sales data of Nissan Setiabudi Semarang Dealers. Purchase decisions are influenced by several factors, including brand image, product quality, and price. The purpose of this research was to see the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on the purchase decision of Nissan type Livina cars at Nissan Setiabudi Semarang Dealers. The methods of collecting data were questionnaire, interview, and literature view. The data analysis used was multiple linier regression analysis. The number of samples in the research were 98 consumers. The results shows that the brand image partially had no significant effect on purchase decisions, while product quality and price had significant increase on purchase decisions. Then simultaneously the variables were brand image, product quality, and price had significant effect on purchase decisions. Based on results of multiple linier regression analysis, the equation Y = <strong> </strong>1,199 + 0,105X1 + 0,547X2 + 0,222X3</em>. <em>Purchase decisions were explained by the variables of brand image, product quality, and price by 73,7%, while the remaining 26,3% was explained by other variables not examined in this research.</em>

Abstract:
Abstract. The National Institute of Standards and Technology Advanced Radiometer (NISTAR) onboard the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) provides continuous full-disk global broadband irradiance measurements over most of the sunlit side of the Earth. The three active cavity radiometers measure the total radiant energy from the sunlit side of the Earth in shortwave (SW; 0.2–4 µm), total (0.4–100 µm), and near-infrared (NIR; 0.7–4 µm) channels. The Level 1 NISTAR dataset provides the filtered radiances (the ratio between irradiance and solid angle). To determine the daytime top-of-atmosphere (TOA) shortwave and longwave radiative fluxes, the NISTAR-measured shortwave radiances must be unfiltered first. An unfiltering algorithm was developed for the NISTAR SW and NIR channels using a spectral radiance database calculated for typical Earth scenes. The resulting unfiltered NISTAR radiances are then converted to full-disk daytime SW and LW flux by accounting for the anisotropic characteristics of the Earth-reflected and emitted radiances. The anisotropy factors are determined using scene identifications determined from multiple low-Earth orbit and geostationary satellites as well as the angular distribution models (ADMs) developed using data collected by the Clouds and the Earth's Radiant Energy System (CERES). Global annual daytime mean SW fluxes from NISTAR are about 6 % greater than those from CERES, and both show strong diurnal variations with daily maximum–minimum differences as great as 20 Wm−2 depending on the conditions of the sunlit portion of the Earth. They are also highly correlated, having correlation coefficients of 0.89, indicating that they both capture the diurnal variation. Global annual daytime mean LW fluxes from NISTAR are 3 % greater than those from CERES, but the correlation between them is only about 0.38.

ABSTRAK Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesan penentuan peluang pelaburan, nisbah pembayaran dividen dan leverage kewangan ke atas nilai buku harga dalam syarikat pembuatan dalam tempoh 2012-2016. Kaedah analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liga berganda menggunakan program SPSS 20.0. Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa peluang pelaburan serentak, set peluang pelaburan dan leverage kewangan mempengaruhi nilai buku harga. Walaupun sebahagiannya menetapkan peluang pelaburan dan nisbah pembayaran dividen memberi kesan kepada nilai buku harga. <p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keunggulan kompetitif agronomis dan ekonomis 15 genotipe kedelai pada tumpangsari jagung dengan kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di KP Kendalpayak Malang pada Maret-Juli 2018, menggunakan 12 galur harapan kedelai dan tiga varietas pembanding, yaitu Dena 1 dan Dena 2 (toleran naungan) serta Grobogan (ukuran biji besar dan umur genjah). Perlakuan disusun berdasarkan rancangan petak terbagi, empat ulangan. Petak utama adalah pola tanam (monokultur dan tumpangsari jagung dengan kedelai), sedangkan anak petak adalah 15 genotipe kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tumpangsari menurunkan hasil kedelai dan jagung masing-masing 61,53% dan 31,05% dibandingkan monokultur. Pada pola tanam tumpangsari, hasil jagung tertinggi dicapai pada tumpangsari jagung dengan genotipe Grob/Pander-395-2, dan hasil kedelai tertinggi dicapai pada tumpangsari jagung dengan genotipe Grob/IT-7-2. Genotipe kedelai berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai koefisien kepadatan relatif (K), nilai agresivitas (A), nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL), nisbah kompetitif (NK), dan kehilangan hasil aktual (KHA) pada tumpangsari jagung dengan kedelai. Genotipe Grob/IT-7-2 merupakan kompetitor terkuat, dan memiliki dominasi terbesar bagi tanaman jagung dalam tumpangsari jagung dengan kedelai. Namun, berdasarkan nisbah R/C, indeks keuntungan finansial (IKF), nisbah kesetaraan pendapatan (NKP), dan nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL), keuntungan terbesar dicapai pada tumpangsari jagung dengan kedelai genotipe Grob/IT-7-7.<br /><br /></p>

The Nisava river has a great importance for the sustainable development of the city of Nis. From the Mediana spring, which is on the bank of the Nisava, the city of Nis satisfies around 30% of its water demand. The aim of this paper is to, on the basis of the analysis of several tens of parameters of water quality; determine whether the Nisava river is a limiting factor to the sustainable development of the city of Nis. For this purpose the data of Public Utility Company Naissus have been used, as it collects daily samples of the Nisava river water. The number of conducted analyses, depending on the water quality parameters, varies from 1 to 1,240. The obtained results, which have been presented in detail in the paper, indicate that a great majority of analyses, of almost all the water quality parameters, is within predicted range. At the end of the paper, certain measures have been proposed, which should contribute to the sustainable development of Nis in this field. .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan nisbah kelamin, kematangan gonad yang meliputi tingkat kematangan gonad, ukuran pertama kali matang gonad, dan indeks kematangan gonad ikan momar putih. Pengambilan contoh ikan dilakukan sebanyak lima kali dengan jarak waktu dua minggu sekali pada bulan Mei – Juli 2016. Contoh ikan diperoleh dari hasil tangkapan nelayan jaring mini purse seine yang didaratkan di Desa Oma. Analisis contoh dilakukan di Laboratorium Iktiologi ,Universitas Darussalam Ambon. Nisbah kelamin dianalisis dengan uji chi-square , sedangkan ukuran pertama kali matang gonad dihitung dengan metode Spearman –Karber. Hasil memperlihatkan bahwa nisbah kelamin jantan : betina adalah 1,21 : 1,00. Panjang pertama kali matang gonad adalah 189,98 mm (jantan) dan 200,91 mm ( betina ). Indeks kematangan gonad berkisar 0,2417- 3,7804% untuk ikan jantan dan 0,2525 – 4, 0491% untuk ikan betina.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif, stasiun pengamatan ditentukan dengan metode Purposive sampling. pola pertumbuhan ikan belida menunjukan allometrik negative. Nisbah kelamin jantan dan betina ikan belida diketahui dengan perbandian 1,2:0,8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan kondisi populasi ikan belida di kawasan perairan rawa Sungai Barumun dalam Kondisi terancam. Perlu dilakukan upaya konservasi habitat, sehingga populasinya di alam bisa terjaga.

The objective of this chapter was to understand how a “hybrid organization” (two automobile manufacturers Renault and Nissan within a strategic alliance) uses social networking and Web 2.0 tools to collaborate not only inside traditional organizational boundaries and within the alliance structure but also across geographical frontiers. Nissan has gradually lost its historic status as keiretsu as a result of its strategic alliance with the Renault. This alliance has had numerous consequences for the organizational structure of Nissan, even though both companies have maintained their identity by maintaining the two brands internationally. KM practices have evolved since the beginning of the strategic alliance. Two phases can be considered. During the first three years of the alliance, the two car manufacturers relied mainly on their own specific KM practices and processes. The second phase started in 2004 with the development of KM 2.0 and web 2.0 tools. The adoption of these tools by Renault has led to increased collaboration between the two manufacturers. The third period (2011-2013) is characterised by the development of collaborative tools and practices during which the Renault-Nissan alliance may enter a new phase of maturity.

Materi yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah 270 ekor puyuh jantan umur 2 hari dengan bobot badan 8,6 ± 0,50 g (CV = 5,81%), mulai perlakuan puyuh berumur 4 minggu dengan bobot badan 82,5 ± 0,80 g (CV = 0,97%). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan pola Rancangan Petak Terbagi. Lama pencahayaan sebagai petak utama, meliputi C1 : lama pencahayaan lampu selama 4 jam, C2 : selama 6 jam dan C3 : selama 12 jam. Level protein dalam ransum sebagai anak petak, meliputi P1 : kadar protein ransum 18%, P2 : protein ransum 20% dan P3 : protein ransum 22%. Parameter yang diamati bobot daging, bobot tulang dan nisbah daging tulang karkas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada minggu ke-8. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi (P>0,05) antara level protein dalam ransum dan lama pencahayaan terhadap bobot daging, bobot tulang dan nisbah daging tulang karkas. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian level protein dan lama pencahayaan yang berbeda tidak mempengaruhi bobot daging, bobot tulang dan nisbah daging tulang karkas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh nisbah bagi hasil deposito mudharabah terhadap minat nasabah berinvestasi pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Tajur Bogor. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survei, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive samplingdengan alat bantukuesioner kepada 75 nasabah. Teknis analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi) dan menguji hipotesis menggunakan (uji parsial, koefisien determinasi dan uji persamaan regresi linear sederhana) dengan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nisbah bagi hasil deposito mudharabahsecara parsial atau terpisah berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berinvestasi pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Tajur Bogor. Bisa disimpukan bahwa motif nasabah menyimpan hartanya pada bank bukan hanya untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran dan karena tingkat keaman hartanya saja, tapi memang ingin mendapatkan keuntungan (bagi hasil)

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelurahan Sabak Ulu serta di desa Siao Dalam kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur dengan kondisi lahan gambut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada lahan-lahan petani yang ditanami Pinang monokultur dan Pinang tumpang sari dengan Kelapa Dalam. Parameter yang diamati meliputi jarak tanam (m), tinggi tanaman (m), lingkar batang (cm), umur mulai produksi (th), produktivitas buah Pinang dan Kelapa secara tumpang sari (ton per ha), produktivitas buah Pinang dan Kelapa tunggal (ton per ha), dan produktivitas lahan (NKL). Untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan, data dianalisis secara deskriptif dalam bentuk tabulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi tanaman Pinang dan Kelapa Dalam sistem tunggal lebih besar dari sistem tumpang sari. Pengukuran setiap 30 menit mulai pukul 06.00 sampai pukul 18.00 Komponen yang diukur dengan AWS adalah radiasi, suhu, kelembaban, tekanan udara, curah hujan, arah dan kecepatan angin. Perhitungan dengan metode Nisbah Bowen kemudian dibandingkan dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode FAO Penman-Monteith. Hubungan evapotranspirasi harian hasil perhitungan dengan dua metode tersebut dianalisis dengan Korelasi (Pearson Correlation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evapotranspirasi harian di areal persawahan Kabupaten Indramayu pada saat periode kekeringan musim tanam II yang diduga menggunakan metode Nisbah Bowen berkisar antara antara 2,4 mm sampai 4,3 mm dengan rata-rata 3,3 mm, sedangkan evapotranspirasi harian yang diduga menggunakan metode FAO Penman-Monteith bervariasi antara 2,4 mm sampai 4,6 mm dengan rata-rata 3,5 mm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan kepala cabang atau pimpinan BMT NU Cabang Wringin dan mendeskripsikan seluruh data penentuan nisbah bagi hasil pada pembiayaan mudharabah yang kemudian menganalisis kesesuaian akuntansi pembiayaan mudharabah yang ada pada BMT NU dengan PSAK No. 105. Rajungan hijau (Thalamita crenata) merupakan salah satu spesies tangkapan sampingan (bycatch) utama perikanan rajungan, dan kajian tentang segi hayati dan tingkat eksploitasinya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi ukuran, nisbah kelamin, perkembangan gonad, musim pemijahan, dan tingkat eksploitasi spesies tersebut di Teluk Kendari. Sampel diambil setiap bulan pada lima lokasi pendaratan penangkapan rajungan. Tingkat eksploitasi rajungan hijau dianalisis dengan konversi kurva hasil tangkapan ke panjang dengan FISAT II. Data ditampilkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan periode sampling. Ukuran karapas hewan jantan lebih besar daripada betina dan betina oviger, dan nisbah kelaminnya tidak seimbang antara jantan dan betina. Perkembangan gonad hewan jantan, serta ovarium betina, dan betina oviger didominasi yang matang, dan musim pemijahannya berlangsung sepanjang tahun. Tingkat eksploitasi rajungan hijau di Teluk Kendari telah lebih tangkap (overfishing), sehingga perlu dikendalikan penangkapannya. Globalisation of supply chains for the automotive industry has made it increasingly difficult for developed economies to compete on price alone. In Australia, Nissan Casting has adopted technologies to reduce tooling costs and improve productivity of the die casting machines which use vacuum. Nissan Casting was experiencing cracking of their dies which extended into cooling lines, causing porosity outbreaks and shortened die life. CAST developed a repair technology called CASTrepair™ which is a relatively quick, simple and inexpensive repair technique for cracked cooling lines in HPDC dies. Also Nissan Casting is an extensive user of vacuum and a major issue was identified as unscheduled machine stoppages caused by aluminium blockages in the vacuum valves. The valves were of the mechanical shut off type and when they failed to shut off quickly enough aluminium entered the valve which then had to be changed. CAST developed CASTvac™ which is essentially a three dimensional chill vent with no moving parts required as a means to stop the aluminium entering the vacuum system. CASTvac™ has proven to be very reliable in production and has significantly reduced downtimes and toolroom maintenance at Nissan Casting. These two technologies, CASTrepair™ and CASTvac™, will be explained in detail with the latest developments in the technologies and associated benefits of their adoption.

Context: To gain a better understanding of the nature of gene action involved in the inheritance of quantitative characters can be obtained through the use of diallel cross analytical approach for the choice of desirable parents and the formulation of an effective breeding programme. Objectives: The aim was to study the nature and magnitude of gene action of inheritance for quantitative traits, length and weight of mature larvae in B. mori through six-parent diallel cross analysis in four rearing seasons Materials and Methods: Six inbred varieties of B. mori were used as parents for a diallel cross. The experiment was conducted in four rearing seasons. Mature larval length (cm) and weight (gm) were collected for statistical analysis. The data were analyzed following the biometrical techniques proposed by Jinks and Hayman (1953), Hayman (1954), Dickinson and Jinks (1956) and Jhonson and Aksel (1964). Results: In the Hayman’s analysis of variance for length and weight of mature larvae the items ‘a’ and ‘b’ were found to be significant against all the three tests of significance. The item ‘b2’ was significant for the seasons S-2 and S-3 and the ‘b3’ item was significant for all the seasons. The Items ‘c’ and ‘d’ were insignificant in all the seasons. The regressions of Wr on Vr for majority of the seasons were significant but did not deviate significantly from unit slope. The varieties Nistari, Nistari oval (G) and NanNung7B of S-1, S-2 and S-4, and Nistari of S-3 for length of larvae and Nistari and Nistari oval (G) of S-1, S-2 and S-3 and Nistari, Nistari oval (G) and Nan Nung 7B of S-4 for larval weight possessed an excess of recessive genes of negative effect. But Nistari oval (G) in S-3 for LL possessed excess of recessive genes with positive effects. On the other hand BSRI-95, BSRI-98 and BV (high) in S-1, S-2 and S-4, and Nan Nung 7B, BSRI-98 and BV(high) in S-3 for LL and BSRI-95, BSRI-98 and BV(high) in S-1, S-2 and S-3, and BSRI-95 and BV(high) in S-4 for LW possessed an excess of dominant genes, which was positive in nature. In S-3 only BSRI-95 for LL and NanNung7B in S-1, S-2 and S-3 and BSRI-98 in S-4 for LW possessed an excess of dominant genes of negative nature. At least one group of dominant genes was involved in controlling these characters. The broad sense heritability was high in all seasons for both the characters whereas the narrow sense heritability was moderate for majority of the seasons except S-3 and S-4 for LW. Conclusion: High heritability, dominant and recessive gene effects suggest that these parents could be used to develop better lines in respect of larval characters investigated in this study and selection programmes will be effective in early generations. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Cikabayan, IPB Dramaga, Bogor dan Laboratorium Pascapanen Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura IPB pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2016. Analisis bobot buah, kelunakan buah, Padatan Terlarut Total (PTT) dan Total Asam Tertitrasi (TAT) dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Pascapanen, Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, IPB. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yang dicobakan yaitu nisbah jumlah daun:buah yang terdiri dari empat taraf: 50, 100, 200, dan 300 daun. Pengamatan terdiri dari pengamatan diameter buah per minggu, pengamatan bobot akhir buah, pengamatan diameter akhir buah, kelunakan buah, padatan terlarut total serta pengamatan total asam tertitrasi. Nisbah daun buah berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter buah dan bobot buah. Secara keseluruhan rasio daun buah tidak berpengaruh terhadap padatan terlarut total, total asam tertitrasi dan kelunakan buah.

Bangia atropurpurea was found at two new localities in the Nisava River (Southern Serbia). In Serbia, this species is endangered. It has been found so far in the Trgoviski Timok River, the Gvozdovacka River and the Raska River. With the two new localities in the Nisava River, at present Bangia occupies four rivers (five localities). New findings are important for the protection of the biodiversity of red algal flora in the region, and provide useful information on the ecological preferences of the species in Serbia.

Abstract Background The CompactDry “Nissui” ETC is a ready-to-use dry media sheet using a chromogenic medium with selective agents for the detection and enumeration of Enterococcus spp. After a 20–24 h incubation at 37 ± 1°C, Enterococcus colonies appear blue. Objective The performance of the CompactDry “Nissui” ETC was compared to that of the Nordic Committee on Food Analysis (NMKL) reference method 68, Enterococcus, Determination in Foods and Feeds, for 10 matrixes including cream, custard, lettuce, parsley, pasta salad, frozen ground beef patties, fresh cooked prawns, sandwiches, raw beef, and tuna pate. Methods Performance indicators included repeatability, difference of means (DOM), robustness and inclusivity/exclusivity. Results For all 30 materials (10 matrixes each inoculated at three levels), the relative standard deviation of repeatability (RSDr) was &lt;10% for both methods. Most materials yielded RSDr &lt;5%, with five materials between 5 and 10% for the CompactDry “Nissui” ETC method and ten materials between 5 and 10% for the NMKL 68 method. The DOM ranged from –0.240 (95% CI–0.363, –0.118) to 0.228 (95% CI 0.041, 0.415) log10 CFU/g, well within the –0.5 to 0.5 log10 CFU/g range generally accepted as microbiologically insignificant. Both the reference method and this method have limitations of the species detected. Conclusions The CompactDry “Nissui” ETC was validated for the enumeration of Enterococcus species in cream, custard, lettuce, parsley, pasta salad, frozen ground beef patties, fresh cooked prawns, sandwiches, raw beef, and tuna pate.
