Seven species are described as new: Emphytopsis nigricornis Wei & Xu, sp. nov., E. quadrata Wei & Xu, sp. nov., E. unimaculata Wei, sp. nov., E. zhongi Wei & Niu, sp. nov., E. lii Wei, sp. nov. from China, E. shinoharai Wei & Niu, sp. nov. and E. flatoserrula Wei, sp. nov. from Japan. E. nigromaculata (Takeuchi, 1952) new combination is transferred from Taxonus Hartig. A key to the species of the genus is presented. The Chinese bees of the genus Trachusa Panzer, 1804 are reviewed. Nine species are confirmed to occur in China. Three new species are described and illustrated: Trachusa (Paraanthidium) pingdaensis Niu, sp. nov., T. (P.) staabi Niu, sp. nov. and T. (P.) wuae Niu, sp. nov. The distribution of each species is given. An illustrated key to the Chinese species is provided.

Abstract:
The primary goals of treatment in patients with non-infectious uveitis (NIU) are to control ocular inflammation and prevent sight-threatening complications such as macular edema and glaucoma. Systemic corticosteroids are the mainstay of treatment in NIU of the posterior segment (NIU-PS); however, long-term use is associated with treatment-limiting adverse effects. The need for agents with improved safety and tolerability coupled with recent insights into the pathogenesis of NIU-PS have led to the development of novel targeted interventions that potentially reduce or eliminate systemic corticosteroid exposure. Targeted interventions include intraocular drug delivery systems that provide high local concentrations at the site of inflammation with low systemic exposure and therapeutic agents, such as monoclonal antibodies that target specific pro-inflammatory cytokines and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways. The expanding range of therapeutic options enhances the ability to tailor therapy according to individual patient circumstances and optimize outcomes in patients with NIU-PS.

Abstract:
Non-infectious uveitis (NIU) represents one of the leading causes of blindness in developed countries. The therapeutic strategy aims to rapidly control intra-ocular inflammation, prevent irremediable ocular damage, allow corticosteroid sparing and save the vision, and has evolved over the last few years. Anterior NIU is mostly managed with topical treatment in adults. However, for intermediate, posterior and pan-uveitis, notably when both eyes are involved, systemic treatment is usually warranted. Biotherapies are recommended in case of inefficacy or non-tolerance of conventional immunosuppressive drugs in non-anterior NIU. Anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha (anti-TNF-α) agents are by far the most widely used, especially adalimumab (ADA) and infliximab (IFX). In case of sight-threatening uveitis in Behçet’s disease or in case of risk of severe recurrences, respectively IFX and ADA may be recommended as first-line therapy. Many questions are left unanswered; how long to treat NIU, how to discontinue anti-TNF-α agents, what biologic to use in case of anti-TNF-α failure? The objective of this review is to present an updated overview of knowledge on the use of biological treatments in NIU.

Abstract:
Nickel-based and cobalt-based metal alloys are frequently used in dentistry. The introduction of various elements in the alloy changes its characteristics, and a thorough study of each alloy should be completed to determine its appropriate corrosion resistance and biocompatibility in contact with physiological fluids. There are scarce investigations on these widely used dental alloys in Ringer solution, and findings in this research bring new experimental data and information. The present study evaluated and compared the corrosion behavior of six NiCr- and two CoCr-based dental materials in Ringer solution, using the following techniques: potentiostatic polarization curves (chronoamperometry), microstructural analysis, and EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy). The results obtained in this investigation showed that in the NiCr-based specimens Ni4, Ni5, and Ni6 the stability of the passive layer was destroyed after polarization and a development and growth of stable pits was found in the microstructural analysis after electrochemical treatment. In terms of susceptibility to corrosion, two different groups of specimens were derived from this investigation. A first group which included the two CoCr (Co1 and Co2) and three of the six NiCr alloys studied (Ni1, Ni2, and Ni3). A second group with the other NiCr alloys investigated Ni4, Ni5, and Ni6.

Sammanfattning Problemområde:Inom NIU-fotboll finns det olika sätt att organisera sig. Vilken påverkan har de olika organisationsformerna på identifikationen av vad de anser vara talang. Hur bedriver det sin uttagning och kommer fram till vilka som ska selekteras och erbjudas en plats på utbildningen Syfte: Studiens övergripande syfte är att beskriva och analysera på vilka grunder som pojkar respektive flickor väljs ut till två olika Nationellt godkända idrottsutbildningar i fotboll samt diskutera om skolornas organisationsformer påverkar dessa talangidentifikationsprocesser. Metod:Studien har tillämpat en hermeneutisk kunskapsteoretisk utgångspunkt och det empiriskt insamlade materialet har inhämtats genom intervjuer och observationer. I och med att mer än en insamlingsmetod har valts har metodtriangulering tillämpats i denna studie som uttryckligen har en kvalitativ ansats. Resultat:Studiens resultat visar att det finns olika sätt att organisera sin NIU-utbildning och att detta påverkar hur talangidentifikation och selektering till sker inom de olika organisationsformerna.

Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet var att undersöka hur fotbollsklubbar i en region har inflytande över utbildningen på ett NIU-fotbollsgymnasium. • Påverkar intressen från olika fotbollsklubbar inom regionen utbildningen på NIU-fotbollsgymnasium? I sådana fall, på vilka sätt? • Hur beskriver lärare och elever relationen mellan fotbollsklubbar i det omgivande samhället och undervisningen inom NIU-fotbollsgymnasium? Metod Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats där semistrukturerade intervjuer användes som datainsamlingsmetod. Fyra semistrukturerade intervjuerna genomfördes enskilt och hade som syfte att erhålla svar på studiens frågeställningar. Deltagarna i studien var en manlig och en kvinnlig elev som studerar sista året vid ett NIU-fotbollsgymnasium och två lärare som vartdera främst är ansvarig för manliga och kvinnliga elever vid NIU-utbildningen i fotboll. Intervjuerna genomfördes via videosamtal med deltagarna och transkriberades senare för en tematisk analys. Resultat Genom den tematiska analysen utmynnade fyra centrala teman för samspelet mellan klubbar och utbildningen. Dessa teman var: Positiv påverkan, Svårt att samarbeta med alla, Vikten av en elitsatsning och Skolans roll. Resultatet i den här studien bidrar med kunskap kring hur samverkan och påverkan mellan en NIU-fotbollsutbildning och fotbollsföreningar i en region kan se ut. Studien visar att två fotbollsklubbar samverkar med den undersökta skolan, och att fotbollsklubbarna påverkar åtminstone delar av den utbildning som bedrivs. Resultatet visar att både lärare och elever i denna studie har en väldigt positiv bild av samarbetet. Slutsats Denna studie visar på att nära samarbeten mellan NIU-gymnasium och fotbollsklubbar inom samma region kan existera på ett av lärare och elever upplevt väl fungerande sätt. Det framkommer av både lärare och elever i studien att undervisningen i vissa hänseenden anpassas efter samarbetsklubbarna. Lärarna vid den undersökta skolan uttrycker en medvetenhet om att skolan har det bestämmande ordet men så länge ramarna och direktiven från Skolverket följs ser lärarna inga problem med att fotbollsföreningar tillåts påverka. Alla deltagare i studien bekräftar dock att det i realiteten är svårt att avgöra vilka som faktiskt bestämmer mest, skolan eller fotbollsföreningarna. Studien skapar en intressant fråga för framtida forskning om vilka som egentligen har mest makt över undervisningen på NIU-gymnasium.

Abstract:
Studien har som grund den nya gymnasiereformen som tagit fart och medfört att svenska ridgymnasier har utvecklats. Då det tidigare riksidrottsgymnasiet inte längre kommer att drivas, har svenska ridsportförbundet valt att satsa på NIU, nationellt godkända utbildningar. Utbildningsmålet är att ryttarna ska kunna befinna sig på nationell elit vid gymnasiets slut. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur ridsportens elva nationellt godkända utbildningar ser på begreppet talang, samt vilken roll hästmaterialet har i en ryttares talangutveckling. Skolornas tankar och åsikter presenteras kring NIU:s upplägg, uttagningsprocesserna, samt ryttartalang och att vad som krävs för att bli elitryttare. Studien tar stöd i teoretiska begrepp så som talang och talangutveckling där bl. a Fahlströms studier använts i analysen av skolornas arbete med att välja ut elever vid uttagningsprocessen samt vidare utveckling mot att bli elitryttare.   Resultatet visar att skolorna har en gemensam syn på vad en ryttartalang är då det finns såväl fysiska som psykiska aspekter som spelar in. Hästens påverkan samt vad som krävs för att bli elitryttare har visat sig vara två delar som hänger samman. Framförallt då hästen spelar stor roll i elitsatsningen. Det har även blivit märkbart att skolornas verksamheter ser olika ut.

Background: There is a newly founded national sports education program. This newly founded national sports program comprises of several different sports of which football is one of them. Before a football player can reach the European- or national elite the player usually is first developed in clubs and their respective academies where a lot of time is spent on fine tuning the players’ individual skillsets. The main goal for the NIU program is to develop future elite athletes to different sports. When it comes to football, the Swedish Football Association and the Swedish school board have together developed a study plan which will serve as a guideline for the NIU-football classes in Sweden. Because of this, it is interesting to get a further insight in the training setup of the youth academies and the involved upper secondary schools. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to examine football schools and their cooperation with football academies. The purpose is also to examine the potential goals that the different schools have with the academies. Methodology: This thesis has a qualitative approach with the authors gathering data with the help of interviews with members of the respective schools and football academies. A document study has also been done in order to further strengthen the empiric data. Result: The cooperation between school and academy is incredibly thorough. The academies are in charge of the NIU training-sessions and decide what to train according to their own preferences and goals but stay within the schoolboards theoretic guidelines.

Abstract:
Bakgrund: Mer eller mindre idrott i skolan är en stor debatt som delar Sverige. Studier visar på att daglig fysisk aktivitet under skoltid förbättrar betygen hos eleverna samt att trivseln ökar. Vad händer om det blir för mycket idrott? Bra? Dåligt?   Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka elevers upplevda hälsa, motivation och utveckling under tiden på ett NIU-gymnasium. Hur påverkar mängden träning skolan, idrotten och fritiden?   Metod: Metoden som har valts i denna studie är en kvalitativ ansats där fem semistrukturerade fokusgruppintervjuer utfördes, samt en semistrukturerad intervju. Elva flickor och elva pojkar deltog i studien från årkurs ett och årskurs på tre olika NIU-fotbollsgymnasier.    Resultat: Resultatet visade att mängden träning som blev i början av tiden på NIU-fotboll var ovan för många. De blev ofta sjuka/skadade i början av gymnasietiden. Eleverna prioriterade i de flesta fall fotbollen före skolan. Eleverna var överrens om att alla hade utvecklats och ett större fotbollsmässigt register, många hade även fått en annan bild av fotbollen.   Diskussion: Under elevers första tid på NIU borde lärarna/tränarna prioritera föreläsningar om kost och återhämtning istället för tre träningspass i veckan på skoltid. Öka träningsmängden successivt och låt eleverna komma in i gymnasieskolans värld. Borde allt detta flyttas upp på akademisk nivå istället (universitet/högskola)?
More or less sport in schools is a big debate that divides Sweden. Studies show that daily physical activity during school hours improves the grades of the students and also increase satisfaction of the students’. What happens if there is too much sport? Good? Bad?    The purpose of the study is to examine students' perceived health, motivation and development over time of the NIU football. How the amount of training does affects school, sport and leisure time?    The method that was chosen in this study is a qualitative approach where five semi-structured focus group interviews were conducted, and one semi-structured interview. Eleven girls and eleven boys participated in the study from grade one and grade three on three different nationally approved sports programs in upper secondary school (NIU).   The results showed that the amount of training that became in the beginning of the time of the NIU-football was above many. They often became sick / injured early in upper secondary school. Students’ priority in most cases football before school. Students were agreed that all had been developed and a major in terms of football records, many had also received another image of football.   During the students' first time at NIU teachers / coaches should prioritize lectures on nutrition and recovery instead of three sessions a week during school hours. Increase the amount of exercise gradually and let the students enter secondary school world. Should all this be moved up to the academic level instead (university / college)?

Syfte Syftet med studien var att undersöka om relative age effect förekommer på svenska längdskidgymnasier bland antagna elever och hur eventuell förekomst ser ut bland flickor och pojkar samt hur det ser ut vid Riksidrottsgymnasierna och de Nationell Idrottsutbildningarna. Metod För att besvara syftet har statistisk data analyserats med hjälp av ett Pearson Chi2-test. Analysen har skett genom att undersöka födelsemånad, kön och inriktning bland antagna elever vid svenska längdskidgymnasier mellan åren 2010-2015. Resultat Resultatet visar att det finns signifikanta bevis på att relative age effect förkommer på svenska längdskidgymnasier (p= <0,05). Vid uppdelning av respektive utbildningsinriktning kunde det endast konstateras förekomst av relative age effect vid Riksidrottsgymnasierna, vid uppdelning av kön går det inte att säkerställa en signifikant förekomst av relative age effect. Slutsatser Studiens resultat visar att det förekommer relative age effect på svenska längdskidgymnasier, dock varierar den mellan de analyserade undervariablerna. Tydligast förekommer relative age effect vid Riksidrottsgymnasierna, medan det vid Nationell Idottsutbildning, kunde det inte konstateras bevis för en signifikant överrepresentation av elever födda under första kvartalet. När flickor och pojkar analyserades separat kunde ingen relative age effect konstateras. Det behövs mer forskning inom området för att få en överblick av konsekvenserna av relative age effect på längdskidgymnasier men även konsekvenserna för svensk längdskidåkning i stort.
Aim The purpose of this study was to investigate if relative age effect occurs at Swedish cross-country ski schools and if there were a differences in the presence among boys and girls, and between Riksidrottsgymnasier (Country-wide sport academy) and Nationell Idrottsutbildning (National sport academy). Method To answer the aim, statistical data were analyzed using a Pearson Chi2-test. The analysis has been done by examining birth month, sex and education among students at Swedish cross-country ski schools between 2010-2015. Results The result shows that there is a significant evidence of relative age effect at Swedish cross-country ski schools (p= <0,05). When the results were partial between Riksidrottsgymnasier and Nationell Idrottsutbildning, the relative age effect was only seen at Riksidrottsgymnasierna. There were no significant evidence for relative age effect when boys and girls where analyzed separately. Conclusion The results show that relative age effect appears on Swedish cross-country ski schools; however, there were some varies between analyzed variables. Strongest evidence for relative age effect was seen at Riksidrottsgymnaiserna. Further research is needed to get a overview of the consequences of relative age effect at cross-country ski schools, and the consequences it has in Swedish cross-country skiing overall, both for younger and older skiers.

In this essay, the outcome of a NIU football secondary school education and the ability of the schools to educate elite players is studied. Aim The aim of the study was to investigate the correlation between special education and future elite careers. The study will be answered by the following questions: How many elite-level players have completed a NIU football education? Do the schools differ in terms of the number of students who reach elite level? Does the geographical location of schools affect how many that reach elite levels? Does the association with elite teams influence how many student´s that reach the elite level? Is there a difference between men and women?  Method A quantitative approach has been used to study 2400 male and female football players.The collection of data has been conducted through contact with all 68 NIU schools and the Swedish football federation, which provides the information about the players' team affiliations and level.   Results 51.8% women, 53.8% men, and 53% of the total elite-level players have undergone NIU football education. The observed schools differ in the number of pupils who reach elite football. 5,68% ±5,47% of pupils per school reaches elite football, concerning men 4,62% ±6,08% and women 8,31% ±10,66%. An independent t-test analysis (p<0,05) showed no significant differences depending on geographic location for total players (p=0,747), males (p=0,817) or females (p=0,807). Schools association with elite teams showed significant differences (p<0,05) for the total number of players (p=0,006) and males (p=0,004). However, there was no significant difference in females (p=0,462). Conclusion A NIU education seems to increase the chances of reaching elite level. When it comes to the schools´association with elite teams, the results indicate that it is beneficial for boys but not girls. However the geographic location does not impact the result. Finally, future studies are needed to demonstrate the reasons why some schools deliver more players to elite level.
Sammanfattning Inom den svenska gymnasieskolan förekommer det specialidrottsutbildningar med syfte att ge eleverna en möjlighet att kombinera studier och sin specifika idrott. I denna uppsats kartläggs utfallet av en NIU-fotboll gymnasiala utbildning samt skolornas förmåga att utbilda elitspelare.  Syfte frågeställning Syftet med studien var att kartlägga sambandet mellan genomförd specialidrotts utbildning och elevers framtida elitkarriär. Studien kommer att besvaras genom följande frågeställningar: Hur många spelare på elitnivå har genomfört en NIU-fotboll utbildning? Skiljer sig skolorna åt gällande antal elever som når elitnivå? Påverkar skolornas geografiska placering hur många som når elitnivå? Påverkar skolornas föreningssamarbete hur många som når elitnivå? Existerar det någon skillnad mellan kvinnor och män? Metod En kvantitativ ansats har använts för att undersöka 2400 manliga och kvinnliga fotbollsspelare. Insamlingen av materialet har skett genom kontakt med alla 68 NIU-skolor samt Svenska fotbollförbundet som tillhandahåller informationen om spelarnas lag-tillhörigheter och nivå.  Resultat 51,8% kvinnor, 53,8% män samt 53% av det totala antalet spelare på elitnivå har genomgått en NIU-fotboll utbildning. De observerade skolorna skiljer sig åt gällande antal elever som når elitfotboll. 5,68% ±5,47% elever per skola når elitfotboll, gällande män 4,62% ±6,08% och kvinnor 8,31% ±10,66%. Ett oparat T-test visade ingen signifikant skillnad (p<0,05) gällande geografisk placering för totalt antal spelare (p=0,747), män (p=0,817) eller kvinnor (p=0,807. Slutligen, framtida studier behövs för att påvisa anledningarna till varför vissa skolor får fram fler spelare till elitnivå.

Sammanfattning Syfte och frågeställning Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och beskriva hur de elitföreningar i Stockholm som bedriver specialidrott fotboll i skolan upplever samarbetet med de olika skolorna. Syftet är också att undersöka och beskriva vilka svårigheter respektive utvecklingsmöjligheter föreningarna upplever. Gymnasieskolans ramar och regler måste föreningarna förhålla sig till men vägen dit och prioriteringarna kan se olika ut. De frågeställningar som användes är: Hur beskriver föreningen sitt samarbete med gymnasieskolan? Hur upplever föreningen att målet att utbilda elitspelare påverkas av samarbetet med gymnasieskolan? Vilket utvecklingsområde är det viktigaste i samarbetet med gymnasiet? Metod Studiens ansats är kvalitativ och den datainsamlingsmetod som använts är semistrukturerade enskilda intervjuer. Enligt Bryman (2011) tillåter semistrukturerade intervjuer att respondenternas svar leder till eventuella följdfrågor. Studiens intervjuguide är uppbyggd tematiskt. Resultatet Resultatet visar att de undersökta föreningarnas förhållningssätt till både studier och fotbollsträningen i gymnasiet är att det är ett helhetskoncept. Skillnaderna i hur föreningarna prioriterar finns men målet är detsamma. Som helhet är klubbarna nöjda med sina respektive samarbeten och förslag på utvecklingsmöjligheter finns hos samtliga. Slutsats Den Nationella Idrottsutbildningen, NIU, kanske inte är den perfekta lösningen men fungerar i de undersökta föreningarna väl. Formerna för utbildningen, faciliteterna och andra resurser håller hög klass rakt igenom. Det finns anledning för vidare studier i ämnet för att utvecklingen ska ske i hela landet.

The main challenge faced by higher education is overcoming the gap between university education and the demands of society and the professional world. This gap cannot be accounted for merely in terms of a shortcoming in the relationship between the competencies of academic programmes and the real training needs of lifelong learners, but also involves the mismatch between the design of training models and students' expectations. The UOC has launched the PLA-Niu project in response to this problem. It aims to transform the subjects in the University's programmes into activities designed strictly based on competencies which are aimed at resolving challenges inspired by the professional sphere; to implement a new means of selecting, designing and managing learning resources based on content curation for learning, organising it into specific aggregators for each activity; and to provide a system that enables the production and organisation of training in an agile, flexible and personalisable manner. In this paper, we set out the experience of applying the PLA-Niu in the University as a whole, and present its characteristics, explain the strategies and measures involved in its implementation, and share the reflections of those involved from a critical perspective.

In order to devise and establish a cost-effective strategy to simulate flows in continuum to slip and transitional regimes, present study focuses on evaluating a lattice Boltzmann equation [Niu et al., Phys. Rev. E 76, 036711, 2007] formerly proposed by the present authors’ group. The main test flow case is a flow around a square cylinder situated in a sub-micro channel. Since a rather shorter streamwise domain size and a periodic streamwise boundary condition are imposed, the flow regime is regarded as a part of an infinite cylinder array set in a narrow channel which can be considered as a kind of micro-porous media. For the assessment of the lattice Boltzmann simulations, the molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using Leonard-Jones potential are also performed. In the MD simulations, novel boundary treatments are applied. The results of the square cylinder flow by both the simulations at Knudsen number Kn=0.08 show reasonable agreement and confirm the reliability of the present lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The fact that the computational time of the present MD simulation to obtain the reliable statistics is 1800 times as much as that of the LBM clearly indicates the usability of the LBM for engineering applications even in the slip and transitional flow regimes.

Abstract:
An experimental study is presented on designing and electrochemical fabrication of sandwich-structured NiO/Ni/NiO nanotube arrays for suppercapacitor applications. The electrochemical performance of different NiO based electrodes with different values of specific capacitance has been reported, including NiO film (∼309 F g−1)[1], NiO nanosheets (∼600 F g−1)[2], NiO nanotubes (∼266 F g−1)[3] and NiO-TiO2 based nanotubes (∼300 F g−1)[4]. These reported pseudocapacitors are still far from the theoretical value of NiO based capacitance, which is largely attributed to the poor electronic conduction. To overcome this difficulty, we designed and fabricated novel sandwich-structured NiO/Ni/NiO nanotube arrays as pseudocapacitor electrodes on conductive substrates. Fabrication of these nanotube arrays starts with the growth of ZnO nanorods, which then act as sacrificial template. The Ni nanotube arrays subsequently are synthesized by electrodeposition of a Ni layer onto the surface of ZnO nanorods, followed by dissolving the sacrificial template in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. The final sandwich-structured NiO/Ni/NiO nanotube arrays are then formed by annealing of the Ni nanotubes at temperature of 450°C in air. The aspect ratio of the Ni nanotubes is conformable with the morphology of the ZnO nanorods template and their wall-thickness is determined by the electrodeposition. The thickness of the NiO layer can be further controlled by adjusting the processing parameters of the annealing process (i.e., time and temperature). The results of electrochemical tests, that is, the cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge cycling measurements, show that the NiO/Ni/NiO sandwich-like nanotubes electrode clearly displays pseudo-capacitive behavior with improved capacitive performance. Experimental data suggest that the metal Ni core in the NiO/Ni/NiO sandwich-like nanotube structures uniquely serves as a channel for high electron transfer rate from current collector to support the rapid redox reaction activated in the bilateral NiO shells with a higher electrolytic accessible surface area, which is responsible for the high performance of energy storage.
