There is a steady trend in the wide range of literature on the study of institutions: the definition of theoretical judgments often does not coincide and is not combined with the definition of general connections and patterns, which leads to ignoring the principle of systematic analysis of socio-economic processes. Indirectly, this means the priority of the random (individual) over the whole and general. Meanwhile, the concept of an institution correlates with the specific content of a phenomenon or process and is supplemented by a generalized and systematic approach. The study of such an urge

A well-established empirical generalization is that brand users are more likely than non-users to recall advertising for the brand they use. The pairing of a corporate and charity brand in advertising should create an expanded brand-user base, which should, in turn, lead to higher ad-memorability than either brand advertising alone. This study tests this hypothesis for consumer-packaged goods and charity brands in the United Kingdom and Australia. We find evidence that extends the generalization that ad-memorability is higher among brand users to charity supporters in non-profit contexts. We a

Abstract:
This chapter tries to contribute to the discussion about nonprofit organizations in the cash management area. The leaders of non-profit organizations are mostly concerned with their primary aim such as charity or such as the eradication of fluorocarbons. Usually, nonprofits' leaders ignore the subject of financial management. However, this ignorance may lead business failure. The cash management, which is an important subject of financial management, is vital for non-profit organizations because these organizations are usually poor in cash and their cash flow fluctuates throughout the year. The finance managers have to plan the cash flow periodically in order to pay current bills on at the appropriate time with an appropriate cost. In this chapter, the cash inflow characteristics of non-profit organizations, the basic concepts of cash flow management such as cash flow statement, cash flow budgeting, cash flow analysis based on financial ratios and cash flow problems and its possible solutions are tried to be explained.

Abstract:
This chapter examines young people's perception and experiences of charity and voluntary action online, and what the implications of these practices might be. Findings show that despite the supposedly globalised nature of social media connections, friends and family still drive young people's giving online. Young participants report awkwardness about asking for donations and feeling that they may be ‘guilt tripping’ others into giving by requesting donations from friends. They also worry that talking about charity online could be perceived as ‘showing off’ how good they were or ‘humblebragging’ in a faux presentation of goodness, and, in the wake of several scandals in the non-profit sector, were concerned about authenticity in the charitable acts and good deeds of their peers. Contextualised within the sociology of youth on social media, such findings indicate difficulties for non-profits online, as wider social media behaviour shapes the reception of charity.

Abstract:
This chapter delves further into the legal definitions and provisions for charitable trusts. Charities must follow purposes recognized as such in law, and are required to demonstrate that they carry out their activities to the benefit of the public at large. Similarly, an organization that carries out charitable purposes must be ‘exclusively charitable’, which, in practice, means if it pursues non-charitable activities, they must be ancillary to the main charitable purposes. Charities have no named beneficiaries, so the law is enforced by the Attorney-General and the Charity Commission on behalf of the public. Organizations which nonetheless do good, and may exist for reasons other than private profit are referred to as (non-charitable) voluntary organizations.
