Ce travail de thèse a été réalisé dans le cadre du Programme National de Recherche sur des NOuveaux REfractaires Verriers (NOREV), et porte sur l’étude de deux nuances de matériaux réfractaires à très haute teneur en zircone (THTZ) obtenus par électrofusion. L’objectif était de comprendre les mécanismes microstructuraux à l’origine de l’évolution des propriétés mécaniques de ces deux matériaux au cours de l’étape de recuisson (refroidissement contrôlé post-fusion), et d’évaluer l’influence de la composition de leur phase vitreuse. Une étude détaillée de la microstructure héritée des mécanismes de solidification et des passages successifs des transformations de phase de la zircone a permis d’expliquer l’origine des différentes hétérogénéités présentes au sein d’un bloc et de révéler la complexité de l’organisation multi-échelle des THTZ (sélection de variantes cristallographiques). L’étude des propriétés d’élasticité par techniques ultrasonores au cours d’un traitement thermique à 1500°C, a montré l’influence notable du passage de la transformation martensitique quadratique→monoclinique de la zircone et de la rigidification de la phase vitreuse sur le comportement mécanique des matériaux, avec notamment le développement d’un endommagement en fin de cycle. De plus, des essais de traction et de compression réalisés au refroidissement, ont mis en évidence le comportement visco-plastique plus marqué à haute température du THTZ-B par rapport au THTZ-A. Ceci résulte d’une évolution très différente des viscosités des deux phases vitreuses. Par ailleurs, la relation entre le champ de contraintes présent au sein du bloc, lors de la recuisson, et l’organisation cristallographique locale du matériau a été étudiée, en particulier, par des essais de refroidissement sous contrainteThis thesis has been carried out under the National Program of Research on new glass refractories (NOREV), focusing on the study of two shades of refractories with a very high content of zirconia (THTZ) obtained by a fused-cast process. The objective was to understand the microstructural mechanisms responsible for changes in mechanical properties of these materials during the annealing step (controlled cooling after melting), and to assess the influence of composition their glassy phase. A detailed study of the microstructure inherited from the solidification mechanisms and successive runs of phase transformations of zirconia has helped to explain the origin of different heterogeneities present within a block and to reveal the complexity of the multi-scaled organization of THTZ materials (selection of crystallographic variants). The study of elastic properties by ultrasonic techniques during a heat treatment at 1500°C, showed the significant influence of the transformation from tetragonal → monoclinic martensitic transformation of zirconia and the stiffening of the glassy phase on the mechanical behavior of materials, including the development of damage at the end of the cycle. Moreover, tensile and compressive tests performed during a cooling stage, have highlighted the higher viscous-plastic behavior at high temperature of THTZ-B compared to THTZ-A. This follows a very different evolution of viscosities of the two glassy phases. Furthermore, the relationship between the stress field in this block during the annealing, and local crystallographic organization of the material was studied, in particular, by cooling under stress tests

The diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of setting the number of employees in the selected department (team) in a specific company. With respect to the severity of impact of this decision, the diploma thesis choses a sophisticated tool, norms of work consumption. To simplify their utilization a model is created to specify the number of employees. The basis for construction of the model is summarized in the theoretical-methodological part. Practical part of the diploma thesis presents the company, the department and the team and it defines preformed processes. Furthermore, it calculates (determines) individual elements needed for building the required model, namely the time normatives (norms) of the activities, probabilities of occurrence of certain activities and usable time fund of an employee. Lastly, the created model is tested by using real data from the last period and consequent recommendations are presented.

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the importance of technical and sanitary standards harmonization for international trade. The first chapter describes the global perspective of standardization and attitude of WTO to the harmonization process. It also outlines an overview of actors involved in the process of creation and implementation standards and WTO relations with other organizations cooperating in the standardization process. The second chapter focuses on harmonization and its historical development in the European Union. It describes the vision of EU harmonization within the next years. The third part addresses the effects of standardization on the Czech Republic. There are presented specific procedures and rules applied in the Czech Republic. Conclusions are provided in the closing part which summarizes the current issues.

My work deals with analysis of attitudes to ČSN EN ISO standards acceptance, above all ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004. It focuses on microeconomic view of acceptance of these standards by Czech companies. The first problem is concerned with what standard is accepted and perceived in the Czech Republic and it examines possible influence by refusal or acceptance of the standard. The second area of my study is assesment of the degree of assets and costs for a company by standard implementation and subsequent calculation of these values. Analysis of estimations from experience, if the standard is an administrative burden for the society or if it is dealt with an effective instrument to successful development of the society. My study treats of reasons, causes and consequences of acceptance or non-acceptance of the standards.

The American mink is among the weaselly (Mustelidae) carnivore native to North America. It is a food opportunist living semiaquatic lifestyle. He is very well adapted to the new environment. And he was introduced by humans as a furry animal to many areas of Europe, Asia, South America and other areas. Secondarily often he escaped or were released into the wild, where he managed very well prosper and continue to reproduce. To the Czech Republic came as a furry animal in 20. to 30. years of the last century, in the wild he was then observed since the 60s.
This study examines the impact of American mink on our fauna, especially in view of the food spectrum. The research was conducted in the middle of the river Berounka in Křivoklát from December 2014 to December 2015. The aim of the study was to capture the largest possible number of minks during the summer and in winter. Another aim was whether mink dangerous for the local population of reptiles.
Trapping took place during the 552 trapping night. a total of 20 were trapped mink. This means that the average captured 1 mink to 28 trapping night. Of these 20 individuals were 5 females and 15 males. It caught up to 8 mink in the winter and 12 in the summer. Based on the analyzes were 7 mink (35 %) excluded from the analysis because of an empty stomach. The largest component of food mink accounted for 76.16 % mammals for example order: Rodentia eg. vole (Microtus arvalis), muskrat (Ondatra zibethicus). Other food components formed on the same level with a share of 7.69 % reptile grass snake (Natrix Natrix), birds (order: Passeriformes) and fish (class: Actinopterygii). The last component of food occurring in the samples was 0.77 % of the insects (orders: Coleoptera, Lepidoptera). In the analysis wasn´t detected representative of the class of amphibians (Amphibia). The food spectrum in the winter and summer season was no different. At-risk populations reptile shows finding snakes in the stomach mink. An important outcome of this study is also alert to legislative issues concerning the mink in the Czech Republic and the possible effects on the otter (Lutra Lutra).

The purpose of this study is to identify and elucidate the unique aspects of Isang Yun's compositional style through in-depth examination of his piano chamber works: Gasa for Violin and Piano, Garak for Flute and Piano, Nore for Cello and Piano and Riul for Clarinet and Piano. Isang Yun (1917-1995), a Korean-born composer, is renowned for having established a compositional language which expresses Eastern thought in music crafted from Western musical elements. He was a pioneer and leader who created new compositional techniques in his efforts to combine Western styles with Korean musical traditions. He achieved international acclaim for his highly developed compositional techniques such as Haupttontechnik (Main-tone Technique) and Hauptklangtechnik (Sound-complex Technique), which modernized and westernized ancient Korean performance practices and native Korean music traditions. Four chamber works for piano by Isang Yun are used to trace the development of his use of twelve-tone technique and Haupttontechnik and to identify the connection between his spiritual philosophies and his music. This essay provides these insights to give the reader a more complete understanding of the life and music of Isang Yun.

A part of the thesis defines risks according to standard revision 17025:2017. Subsequently, these risks are processed by selected methods, which are used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Risks determination in the thesis is based on methods Risk Matrix, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Bow Tie Analysis. Introducing possibilities and patterns of described methods to testing laboratories is the main aim of the thesis, this could be a way to increase their chance to get a new accreditation.

In this thesis we explore the importance of consumer protection (concretely protection against misleading advertising and minimal quality standards of product) for providing consumers' utility. Our target is to discover whether these protections are necessary for providing consumers' utility or not, and whether are the consumers able to provide themselves equal or higher utility (then can mentioned protections do), scilicet through their mutual communication and buying behavior. Furthermore, we want to discover, if can happen a situation in which the mentioned protection decline the consumers' utility, in comparison with situation, when no protections exist. These conclusions are stated for concrete product (LCD TV) and concrete society (little community within the Czech Republic society), whereas we explore the influence of consumer protection both on utility of whole community and on utility of each social class within different proportions of these classes within society. For this research has been created an original multi-agent model, in which we simulate consumer behavior and companies behavior on market. The important parts of the model architecture are presented in this thesis: principles of social structure creation (based on the knowledge about social groups and different types of social ties), buyer behavior and principles of consumer communication through social network, and decision of companies about product characteristics. In conclusion we have interpreted the simulation results and have stated an importance of consumer protection in tested society buying tested product.

This thesis deals with issues surrounding the management of IS/ICT projects, primarily from the point of view of ČSN ISO/IEC norms. I will list and analyse those norms used to define important indicators and processes, which are subsequently mapped to PMBOK process groups. Every norm is accompanied by a brief evaluation describing its suitability for use in IS/ICT projects, its anticipated benefits and the approach taken in its application. The next part of the thesis consists of an analysis of norms from the point of view of methods of estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. An analysis is made of the majority of norms that directly or tangentially affect estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. The practical section of the thesis contains a metric for the monitoring of projects from the point of view of ISO/IEC norms and the dissemination of the "MMaHPISICTv5.7" model, as created by Ondřej Kmoníček in the thesis "Sledování a vyhodnocování IT projektů - Monitoring and Evaluation of IT Projects" [38]. The model is supplemented by ISO/IEC metrics and also other functionalities, focussing primarily on the depiction of individual metrics over a period of time.

The diploma thesis examines the influence of established quality management system to improve processes and to further improve the performance of selected company VHL Ltd. Related analyzes and their results are considered as the main goals of the thesis. The first theoretical part of the thesis compares current approaches to quality management and explains basic terms. Introduction to the practical part is the characteristic of the chosen company. Next step is analysis of the impact of the system's implementation and comparison to the precertification state. Analysis uses CMMI model for measuring the maturity of processes. The results of the analysis are used to additional process improvement based on potential improvement. Identified constraints, which are limiting higher business performance, will be subject of the design solution to overcome them. The greatest benefits of the thesis is practical application of the technique for increasing business performance and determining whether quality management system using ISO 9001 will improve the processes.

Avhandlinga er ein kasusstudie i 6. klasse i grunnskulen skuleåret 1998-99. Målet med studien er å utvikla kunnskap om i kva grad barn i dag synest å oppleva undervisninga om kulturskiftet i Noreg ca. 950-1050 som eit fruktbart kulturmøte. Forfattaren si antaking er at om barn i dag skal oppleva møtet med kulturskiftet som eit fruktbart kulturmøte, føreset dette at barna har utvikla erkjenning innan myte/religion, historie og estetikk. Vidare at barna opplever temaet som aktuelt og relevant. Studien tek utgangspunkt i undervisningsopplegget i to sjetteklassar i Sunnhordland, der sentreringspunktet er deira møte med Mostraspelet våren 1999. Gjennom ekskursjon til Moster våren 1998, med besøk i Moster gamle kyrkje, Moster amfi og Moster kyrkjehistoriske senter vart barna kjende med staden. Dei hadde vidare prosjektarbeid om vikingtida og fekk innføring i religionsskiftet i undervisninga gjennom året som førebuing til å sjå spelet. Gjennom denne prosessen vart det samla inn materiale i form av observasjonsnotat, intervju, teikningar, forteljingar og dramatiseringar. Som teoretisk grunnlag for analysen vert nytta den tyske kulturfilosofen Ernst Cassirers filosofi om dei symbolske formene. Sentralt i denne teorien er at menneska erkjenner seg sjølv og kulturen gjennom myte/religion, historie, språk, kunst og vitskap. I presentasjonen av resultata vert det gjeve eit oversiktsbilete frå dei to klassane og eit djupnestudium av einskildelevar og smågrupper. Både det mytisk-religiøse, det historiske og det estetiske perspektivet er med i barnas framstelling av møtet med kulturskiftet. Dette tyder på at skulen har lukkast med å nytta varierte arbeidsformer, som på ulik måte har appellert til barna og fått fram dei ulike perspektiva. Det kan sjå ut som at barna har hatt eit fruktbart kulturmøte, men dette må likevel nyanserast. Barna hadde ei omfattande førebuing til Mostraspelet. Dei fleste kjenner til sentrale norrøne gudar som Odin og Tor, men elles varierer kjennskapen mykje når det gjeld gudsforståinga. Barna framsteller verdsbiletet til vikingane i lys av ’pannekakemetaforen’. Norrøne skapingsmytar har få kjennskap til. Sentralt i forståinga deira av den kristne trua står Kvitekrist og at det her er tale om ein gud. Framstellinga av møtet mellom norrøn tru og kristendommen varierer: Frå eit konfliktparadigme til eit harmoniparadigme som dei mest vanlege oppfatningane, til nokre få barn som trekkjer fram overtyding og dialog. Jentene synest i større grad enn gutane å leggja vekt på det harmoniske. Det er ein tendens til å leggja større vekt på kvardagsliv enn før, sjølv om barna generelt oppfattar vikingsamfunnet som prega av brutalitet. Fleirtalet av barn opplevde møtet med Mostraspelet som kjekt og lærerikt. Dei legg vekt på at dei lærte om fortida. Ein del av barna seier at dei opplevde det kjedeleg å sjå spelet. Dette grunngjev dei med at dei gjennomskoda ’triksa’. For somme verkar det som om spenninga var teken bort på førehand. Barna har ulike meiningar om autensiteten i spelet; somme meiner forholda eigenleg var verre, andre at det var betre. Dei fleste synest ikkje å sjå nokon direkte samanheng mellom spelet og deira eiga notid og framtid. Barna er i liten grad opptekne av å formidla til andre det dei trur på. Dei fleste er også skeptiske, eller likesæle, dersom andre vil overtyda dei. L'intégrité des portées d'étanchéité des robinets des centrales REP nécessite l'emploi de revêtements durs comme par exemple le Norem02, base Fe, déposés par soudage PTA (Plasma Transfered Arc). La prédiction de leur tenue en service nécessite la connaissance de leur état mécanique en fin de fabrication. Pour cela, la simulation numérique du procédé de dépôt doit être effectuée. La microstructure du Norem02 est essentiellement constituée d'une matrice austénitique parsemée d'ilôts de ferrite et de carbures. Son évolution et ses éventuelles transformations allotropiques sont étudiées durant des cycles thermiques représentatifs de ceux subis par le matériau au cours du dépôt, amenant à la conclusion que l'évolution métallurgique de l'alliage n'a que très peu d'influence sur ses propriétés mécaniques. En s'appuyant sur des essais jusqu'à 1000°C de dilatométrie libre, de traction isotherme, ainsi que de traction-compression, l'évolution des caractéristiques thermomécaniques est déterminée en fonction de la température et une loi de comportement élasto-plastique à écrouissage cinématique non linéaire est identifiée. Des mesures expérimentales de températures, déplacements, déformations et contraintes résiduelles lors d'essais de dépôt PTA sur des maquettes représentatives de la géométrie réelle d'un robinet permettent l'identification d'un chargement thermique équivalent. Enfin, des simulations numériques sont conduites en utilisant le code éléments finis développé au sein d'EDF R&D Code_Aster. Elles permettent la validation du caractère prédictif des modèles développés par comparaison entre les résultats mécaniques simulés et expérimentaux. Une excellente corrélation est ainsi observée entre les températures mesurées et simulées tout au long du procédé. De la même façon, à l'issue du refroidissement, les distorsions, déformations et contraintes résiduelles expérimentales et simulées sont en adéquation, validant ainsi la stratégie de modélisation proposée dans ces travaux.

Les prophages sont des vecteurs majeurs de l’évolution des génomes bactériens et ont des rôles divers dans le processus adaptatif de leurs hôtes et peuvent leur apporter un avantage sélectif. Au cours de l’évolution, certains gènes prophagiques peuvent être perdus, notamment ceux codant pour des protéines du cycle lytique. Cependant, alors que certains de ces prophages défectifs sont capables de s’exciser, ils sont maintenus dans le génome de l’hôte, suggérant une pression sélective pour les conserver. C’est le cas du prophage défectif KplE1 chez E. coli K12. Dans l’équipe, des travaux ont mis en évidence que le maintien en lysogénie de différents prophages était sous le contrôle du terminateur de la transcription bactérien Rho. Afin d’identifier de nouveaux facteurs de l’hôte impliqués dans le maintien des prophages, j’ai développé un crible génétique qui m’a permis d’identifier plusieurs candidats impliqués dans le métabolisme général, la détoxification du NO ou qui appartiennent à un autre prophage défectif. Mon travail a été de discriminer lesquels de ces candidats jouaient un rôle significatif dans le maintien des prophages. Sur les trois gènes impliqués dans la détoxification du NO, seule l’expression de norV ou norW permet le maintien de KplE1. NorV réduit le NO et cette réduction nécessite l’utilisation d’un électron généré par l’oxydation du NADH par NorW. J’ai pu également montrer que l’expression du gène norV permettait le maintien d’un autre prophage fonctionnel (HK620) partageant le même module de recombinaison spécifique de site que KplE1. L’ensemble de mes résultats montre qu’il existe un lien co-évolutif important entre les prophages et leurs hôtesProphages play recognized roles in their host genomes evolution and adaptation to variable ecosystems. They can provide to their host selective advantages that increase their competitiveness. Upon evolution, some prophage genes can be lost, especially those coding for lytic cycle capacity. While some of the defective prophages are perfectly competent for excision, they prove to be maintained in bacterial genomes, suggesting the involvement of a selective pressure. This is the case for our defective prophage model: KplE1 in E. coli K12. Previous work in our laboratory demonstrated that lysogeny maintenance of various prophages was controlled by Rho which is the bacterial transcription termination factor. In order to identify new host factors involved in prophage maintenance, I developed a genetic screen. This screen allowed me to identify candidate genes involved in bacterial general metabolism, in NO detoxification and also some genes that belong to another defective prophage. I determined which candidate genes actually played a role in KplE1 maintenance. Among the three genes involved in NO detoxification, I showed that norV or norW individual expression allowed KplE1 maintenance. NorV reduces NO and this reduction needs an electron produced by NorW NADH oxidation. I also showed that norV expression allowed the maintenance of another functional prophage (HK620) that shares the same site specific recombination module as KplE1. Together, my results illustrate the coevolution between prophages and their hosts

This thesis examines the distribution of prehistoric hunting structures for reindeer in the mountain area of central Norway. This study focuses on two different main types of hunting structures: stone bricked archery position and pitfalls. Pitfalls can be divided in two groups: stone bricked pitfalls or pitfalls dug in the ground. This thesis wants to review a theory introduced by Øystein Mølmen, who has suggested that there exist two main types of hunting structures. One type consists of a dense concentration of archery positions in a terrain stripe of the coastal mountain area from Geiranger in south to Sunndal in the north. In the mountain area further east, the dominant hunting structures consists however of large pitfall trapping systems. As a part of this study, all known information concerning hunting structures for trapping reindeer in central Norway will be presented on a map showing various concentration and distribution of the two main types of hunting structures within the research area. This information will be used to review the distribution of the different types of hunting structures, and where the boundary between the different hunting structures may be identified. Interpretation will focus on the location of the hunting structures in relation to known migration patterns and reindeer behavior to see if these elements can explain how the hunting might have taken place and why there exist a different distribution of hunting structures in the western mountain area compared to the east. The age of the hunting structure will also be discussed. Have the archery positions and the pitfalls been used in different periods, are they contemporary or perhaps reused over a longer time period? In this study, potential variations in social organizing behind the hunt and whether the hunting structures might have been used by different culture groups will also be mentioned. This might explain the different geographical distribution of hunting structures within the research area. In this connection various aspects regarding an ongoing ethnicity debate and conflict in the Trollheimen area will be mention. The conflict concern whether the Sami people have a historical claim to use the mountain area of Trollheimen as grazing land for domesticated reindeer, and how the archaeological science works and stands in this political conflict.

Denne case-studien undersøkjer styreroller og ansvarsforhold i det tidlegare styret i Helse Midt-Noreg RHF. Styret vart avsett som heilskap av statsråd Anne-Grethe Strøm-Erichsen 30. januar i år (2012). Vel ein månad etter avsettinga intervjua eg ti av i alt 13 styremedlemmar. Studien undersøkjer tre styreroller: ei strategirolle, ei kontrollrolle og ei representasjons-/legitimeringsrolle. I tillegg undersøkjer studien føresetnadane om gjensidig rolleforståing og balanse mellom statleg styring og regionalt sjølvstende. Trass i at styremedlemmane responderer positivt på strategi- og kontrollrolla, avvik svara på fleire punkt frå intensjonen og dei formelle retningslinene i styringsmodellen. Styremedlemmane er jamt over samstemde i at ansvarsforholda og signala frå eigar har vore uklare. Balansen mellom statleg styring og regionalt sjølvstende er heller ikkje funne. I tillegg innrømmer styremedlemmane at det har vore representasjon i einskildsaker. Dei har òg vore opptekne av å legitimere avgjerder. Studien tek utgangspunkt i konkrete sakskompleks og analyserer hendingane frå tre teoretiske perspektiv: Eit instrumentelt, eit institusjonelt og eit omgjevnadsperspektiv. Det instrumentelle perspektivet viser at tvitydige reformelement frå New Public Management-retninga gjev uklare grenseoppgangar mellom statleg styring og regionalt sjølvstende. Dette ser ut til å gjere relasjonen mellom eigar og styret vanskeleg. I tillegg sikrar ikkje organisasjonsstrukturen god nok kommunikasjon i den vertikale koordineringa. Det institusjonelle perspektivet viser at innarbeidde tenkjemåtar har gjort at styret til ein viss grad har hatt eigne mål og ein eigen logikk. Desse har vore robuste, og ført til at styret har sett vekk ifrå formelle retningsliner, og modifisert eller avvist styringssignal. Omgjevnadsperspektivet analyserer representasjon, legitimering og saksgang i lys av ein meir grunnleggjande diskusjon. Ved å kople omgjevnadsperspektivet til demokratiteori formar studien ein forklaringsmodell med utgangspunk i to ulike demokratiideal. Denne forklaringsmodellen gjev eit perspektiv på korleis dynamikken i styringa, i møte med press frå omgjevnaden, kan vere eit resultat av ei manglande prinsipiell avklaring av dei demokratiske elementa i styringsmodellen. På grunn av demokratiforståinga i omgjevnaden, må styringa på ein eller annan måte svare til forventningar om input.

Subsequently is described capital market functioning in the framework of the standard market economy. The practical part is devoted to collecting data from the lay public and experts. The aim of the survey is if the capital market is properly treated after a change in legislation. The method is a statistical evaluation. The thesis also shows how practically proceed in the beginnings of securities trading on the Internet.

At present, human trafficking is a very lucrative business. It is the third largest illegal market after the trade in arms and drugs, even some authors suggest that in the near future it could get in the first place "in the ranking." For what reason is the trafficking in human beeings so profitable and how states are trying to tackle this phenomenon? What does actually human trafficking involve and what are its impact on the current global world? Although there is a wide range of initiatives and programs, a deeper analysis of the actual situation in the States shows that neither the process of implementation of international standards nor the law enforcement is going smoothly. The aim of my work is to illuminate the phenomenon of human trafficking in regions of Africa and Europe with regard to the operation of international and non-governmental organizations. Firstly to point out that there are some shortcomings in the implementation and compliance with laws on trafficking in persons by States, and secondly that human trafficking is not only the problem of developing world, but it is a growing global problem involving currently also the developed states. The fight against trafficking in human beings requires global action and cooperation of various actors of international relations. It would be more desirable to have a clooser cooperation of international organizations and States particularly in the field of implementation and law compliance.

The thesis approaches the problem of design of sewer network rehabilitation of urbanized area named Kamenná čtvrť. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part of the thesis there is the accompaying report, which describs characteristics of the area as a whole. The second part of the thesis is about describing each part of the network, clasification of defects according to the ČSN EN 13508 -2 and fothcoming TNV 75 6905 and photographs from network camera survey. In the third part of this thesis there is a chart with all defects located on the network. Also there is an evaluation of each part of network according to prepared TNV 75 6905. The fourth part of the thesis talks about evaluation of each part of the network as a whole. In the fifth part of the thesis we design possible choises of reahabilitation on the network. The sixth part of the thesis contains the economic aspects of possible alternatives and their comparsion. Last part of the thesis contains a hydrotechnical calculation, which means calculation of the current situation and the possible alternatives. There is an individual evaluation of the calculation and if its necessary optimizations of the network.

In my diploma thesis i deal with legal aspects of the protection of sound recordings of musical compositions in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. In connection with the development of modern technoligies that facilitate access to copyright works, for example the internet, protection of copyright and rights related to copyright is becoming a very important and should be corresponding. The first chapter deals with the definition of the basic concepts of copyright. The second chapter focuses on the issue of copyright infringement and infringement of related rights in the Czech Republic and Russia. In the following section copyright's international treaties (TRIPS, ACTA and others) are analyzed and liabilities, which arise from them. The fourth chapter deals with the issue of enforcement of copyright. In the last chapter, I compare effectiveness of Czech and Russian legal norms for the protection of copyright, based on anonymous sociological research among university students relatively to the origin of audio recordings of musical compositions.

The diploma thesis is focused on software process improvement in very small entities. It contains description of benefits that can be achieved by implementing such improvements. The focus is on the use of the fairly new ISO/IEC 29110 international standard and the basic profile of ISO/IEC 29110 standard for software engineering in particular. The standard is also suitable for use in system engineering. However, such application is not discussed within this diploma thesis. The aim of the work was to promote dissemination of information regarding said standard in the Czech Republic. The thesis, therefore, describes advantages of conforming to the standard and issues that the standard deals with. Thus, the attractiveness of the standard for very small entities is expected to increase. Furthermore, the thesis describes the importance of centers (organizations) providing support for very small entities. These centers are dedicated to spreading information about the standard and helping VSEs with the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 into practice. The possibility of creation of such center in the Czech Republic is discussed in the thesis. A description for the center is provided designed based on information about similar foreign centers and their experiences gained during execution of pilot projects aimed at implementing the ISO/IEC 29110 processes and practices. In the practical part of the thesis, an informational website about ISO/IEC 29110 has been designed and created. The website will serve as a source of information regarding the ISO/IEC 29110 standard in the Czech Republic. It will also promote the activities of the center for very small entities and provide organizations with possibilities of collaboration. I regard the main contributions of the thesis to be: evaluation of center's competencies needed promote the use of ISO/IEC 29110 in Very Small Entities for example by an execution of pilot projects us; and the creation of a website that can be used to concentrate knowledge about the ISO/IEC 29110 standard and to share it among the target audience.

La thèse analyse l’esthétique du diffus et son devenir dramaturgique dans les théâtralités symboliste et néo-symboliste. Elle interroge la notion d’atmosphère théâtrale depuis la fin du XIXe siècle sur la scène symboliste, à partir du moment où l’économie de l’immatériel en fait un enjeu spécifique pour l’écriture du drame. A travers l’analyse des travaux d’Appia sur la dramaturgie wagnérienne, de Meyerhold et de Régy sur le théâtre de Maeterlinck, elle vise à repenser la corrélation que la pensée brechtienne a établie entre cette esthétique du diffus et de l’effacement que nous désignons par le substantif « diaphane » et un régime de pure fascination esthétique qui caractérise le divertissement bourgeois. Est ainsi interrogée la place de l’altération perceptive dans la politique de la représentation. Quelle éthique, quelle politique de la représentation la dramaturgie du diaphane fait-elle intervenir ? Dans la première partie, intitulée « Influences et contextes : modélisation d’une théâtralité atmosphérique au XIXe siècle », est analysé comment, dans le contexte d’une autonomisation des arts, s’est développée une esthétique symboliste du diaphane fondée sur le voilage et la dématérialisation. La seconde partie, intitulée « Du symbolisme au néo-symbolisme : devenir scénique du corps diaphane » envisage la proxémie du spectacle et montre comment s'est formée une conception du jeu et de la présence fondée sur une approche auratique. Dans la troisième partie, intitulée « Dramaturgies contemporaines du diaphane », les dramaturgies de Lars Norén, Jon Fosse et Arne Lygre sont plus particulièrement analysées dans la mesure où elles sollicitent à des degrés divers l’esthétique néo-symboliste et travaillent à partir du diaphane dans une perspective politique. La non-transparence apparaît ainsi comme un régime de perception du réel et de construction de la réflexivité qui caractérise ce que nous nommons « théâtre du disparaître »The dissertation analyzes the aesthetics of diaphanous and its scenic becoming in symbolist and neo-symbolist drama. It aims at refunding the combination that Brecht established between the aesthetics of diaphanous and a pure fascination regimen that annihilates critical judgment. Through the analyze of Appia’s work on Wagnerian “Worttondrama” and of Meyerhold or Régy’s works on Maeterlinck drama, the dissertation aims at emphasizing the role of perceptive alteration in politics of representation. Which ethics, which politics does aesthetics of diaphanous promote? To answer this question, the work analyzes the way that Lars Norén, Jon Fosse and Arne Lygre drama, as reluctant as Brecht to a pure aesthetic approach of representation, nevertheless use diaphanous in a political purpose. Suspension and unclearness then can be considered as ways of perceiving and building reality. Thus is renewed the dialectics of irony and empathy, identity and alteration, politics and metaphysics that fed perspectivist theory of representation. Lars Norén, Jon Fosse and Arne Lygre drama are significant in their purpose of dissolving rhetorical structures and teleology, questioning the status of emotion and judgment that lies in vanishment

The present dissertation deals with selected questions arising in the course of the application of choice of law rules and of the foreign law designated on the basis thereof. In this context, the dissertation analyzes general issues connected to the selected questions and then compares the possible solutions as implemented in Czech law, EU law and in selected foreign laws. As far as Czech law is concerned, attention is also paid to its historical development; the same is true about some of the foreign laws discussed in the dissertation. The dissertation focuses on selected wording and interpretation difficulties that used to arise and still arise in the context of particular legal instruments. First, two basic hypotheses are set out; their verification is one of the aims of the dissertation. The first is the question of whether the doctrine of choice of law rules represents a self- contained and self-sufficient system that - at least on a theoretical level - offers answers to all questions arising in the context of the application of choice of law rules. The second is the question of whether the concept of a bilateral choice of law rule, as commonly implemented today, facilitates international private law interaction and is - at least on a general level - a suitable way of governing international private...

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the latest emission standards for JCB engines that are used in JCB telescopic loaders. The first part of this work is focused on the history of JCB, the development of JCB Loadall telescopic loaders and also deals with issues of emissions, their origin, effects on humans and the atmosphere. In addition, there are listed ways how to reduce emissions, both ways of reducing pollutants by designing the combustion chamber and reducing them by systems such as SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and particulate filters. Emission regulations are included as well. The second part of this work is focused on the actual measurement of the exhaust gas emissions of JCB engines with different technologies for their reduction. The measured values will be further processed and inserted into tables and graphs that will then be compared to each other.
