L'objet de cette these est l'etude des relations entre fiction et histoire dans l'oeuvre de l'ecrivain espagnol luis romero. Romancier neo-realiste, il a redige dans les annees cinquante et au debut des annees soixante une oeuvre fictive ancree dans la realite quotidienne. Il cherchait a denoncer les inegalites sociales et les injustices de la societe franquiste. Abandonnant la fiction, il s'est ensuite oriente vers des compositions d'histoire romancee, s'interessant a la guerre civile et a ses premices. Ce travail analyse les rapports entre ces deux types de production. Il est articule autour de trois axes. Dans une premiere phase, j'ai replace luis romero et l'ensemble de sa production dans leur contexte. Dans une seconde phase, j'ai etudie la tetralogie barcelonaise, ensemble romanesque comprenant la noria. Las vieias voces. Los otros. La corriente et decrivant la vie dans la metropole catalane dans les annees 1950. Quelle representation ce cycle offre-t-il de la societe franquiste de l'apres-guerre ? (ruelles en sont les limites ? pourquoi l'ecrivain abandonne-t-il la fiction pour se tourner vers l'histoire ? je tache d'apporter une reponse a ces questions dans la seconde partie de ma these. Dans une troisieme phase, j'analyse tres dias de julio. Quelle vision de l'aube de la guerre civile ce livre presente-t-il ? quels liens se tissent entre oeuvre romanesque et oeuvre hisorique ? quel regard l'ensemble de cette production apporte-t-il sur une epoque et un regime ? ce sont les principales questions soulevees par ma reflexion et auxquelles je m'efforce de repondre.

Inicialmente, com fundamento nos clássicos da economia ecológica (Daly, Boulding e Georgescu-Roegen), busca demonstrar que a sociedade de risco (Ulrich Beck) é resultado da ausência de complexidade na abordagem econômica tradicional, que desconsiderou a variável ambiental e concebeu a economia como um sistema fechado e o planeta terra como um sistema aberto, de modo a permitir o crescimento infinito. Como forma de contornar a crise, sugere-se o retorno ao pensamento complexo que, na esfera jurídica, se dá por meio da ruptura do paradigma positivista (Hans Kelsen) e pela reformulação do conceito de norma jurídica, que não deve corresponder apenas ao texto normativo mas também ao âmbito da norma, ou seja, à realidade (Friedrich Müller). Sugere, assim, a aplicação desse novo conceito de norma à argumentação jurídica deduzida nas lides ambientais, de modo a permitir que o intérprete compreenda a complexidade das interações ecológicas subjacentes às demandas ambientais. Indica, como forma de concretização da norma ambiental, a readequação do discurso, por meio de uma argumentação simples, clara e contudente. Sugere também o uso de metáforas e de argumentos metajurídicos (imagens, gráficos, exemplos, reportagens, argumentos de ordem econômica, sociológica e holística), bem como a busca por sensibilização ecológica dos operadores do Direito. Por fim, analisa casos concretos, julgados pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região, em que se utilizou a abordagem proposta, com sucesso <br><br>This work aims to demonstrate that engagement of the environmental crisis, by means of juridical instruments, must necessarily pass by the use of the complex thought (Edgar Morin), in opposition to the Cartesian approach (René Descartes). Initially, grounded in the classics of ecological economy (Daly, Boulding e Georgescu-Roegen), aims to demonstrate that the risk society (Ulrich Beck) is the result of the lack of complexity in the traditional economic approach, which disregarded the environmental variable and conceived the economy as a closed system and the planet earth as an open system so it allows infinite growth. As a way to go around the crisis it is suggested the return to complex thought which, in the juridical sphere, happens by means of the rupture of positivist paradigm and the reformulation of the concept of the juridical norm, which should not corresponded solely to the normative text but also to the scope of the norm, that is, reality (Friedrich Müller). Suggests, thus, the application of this new concept of norm to the juridical argumentation in the environmental arguing, as to allow the interpreter to understand the complexity of the ecological interactions underlying the environmental demands. It shows, as a form of concretion of the environmental norm, the readjustment of the speech, by means of a simpler argumentation, clear and strait to the point. Suggests as well the use of metaphors and meta juridical arguments (images, graphics, examples, news stories, arguments of economical, sociological and holistic nature) as the search for ecological sensibilization of the law operators. Finally it analyzes concrete cases judged by Fourth Region Federal Regional Court where the proposed approach was used with success

Despite the theoretical and practical ramifications arising from sociolinguistic studies in Brazil, the 90s brought the resurgence of a set of reflections on language which, expressed in newspaper columns, school grammars, books “no more mistakes" and writing manuals of major newspapers and public administration bodies, spreads the belief that there is only a "right" way to use language and that is the only acceptable way: the standard norm. All others are "wrong", and should be avoided. In this line of thought, in the state of Sergipe stands the book "Do not bite the Portuguese language", authored by Professor Wilma Ramos, described in its 10th edition as a reference guide for everyday difficulties of the Portuguese language, which brings advice on how to use the language in the light of the grammar of standard variant.This research aims to analyze prescriptions contained in the book “Do not bite the Portuguese language”, which disregard lessons contained in the normative instruments reference of Portuguese and disqualify the several varieties non-standard, as its speakers;discuss lessons that reject typical linguistic phenomena of Brazilian Portuguese, not welcomed by normative instruments reference of the Portuguese language, but widely disseminated in speech or writing from educated urban speakers, and, moreover, to assert the principles underlying the work “Do not bite the Portuguese language”, its contribution to the process of social representation of language and its implications for the process of teaching and learning Portuguese.The theoretical framework will focus in the postulates of sociolinguistics, whose studies have evidenced that natural languages are characterized by the phenomenon of variation and change and that the cultured varieties coexist with the informal varieties in a complex process of interactions, making room for the recognition of the legitimacy of difference, which are a result of the recent publication of the first grammars aimed for variety of Portuguese spoken in Brazil. Based on the norm concept in Coseriu, they seek to clarify the use of the terms "cultured norms", "standard norm", "grammatical norm", "pedagogical norm", "popular norm", characterizing Brazilian linguistic reality as essentially tripartite, formed by a standard norm, a set of prestigious norms and a large range of popular standards. It will set-up the concept of short standard, based on Faraco, to show their materialization in the work under review. It will also discuss the concept of legitimate language, as Bourdieu, aiming to outline the large-scale social factors involved in the construction processof the standard norm,in order to correlate linguistic issues properly with its institutional interface.The process of building the legitimate language, coupled with the sociolinguistic conception of the variation phenomenon, will provide the basis to place the institutional role of the work from Professor Wilma Ramos and discuss their implications for the Portuguese language teaching-learning process. The reference normative instruments of Portuguese language were chosen from grammars and dictionaries in vogue in the second half of the twentieth century, whose authors are or were consecrated philologists. Regarding the dictionaries, works ratified by the National Textbook Program will also be used – Dictionaries.<br>A despeito dos desdobramentos teóricos e práticos decorrentes dos estudos sociolinguísticos no Brasil, os anos 90 trouxeram o recrudescimento de um conjunto de reflexões sobre a língua que, manifestadas em colunas jornalísticas, gramáticas escolares, livros de “não erre mais” e manuais de redação de grandes jornais e órgãos da Administração Pública, difunde a crença de que só existe uma maneira “certa” de usar a língua e que essa é a única maneira aceitável: a norma-padrão. Todas as outras são “erradas” e devem ser evitadas. Nessa linha de reflexão, no Estado de Sergipe sobressai a obra Não morda a língua portuguesa, de autoria da professora Wilma Ramos, descrita em sua 10ª edição como um manual de consulta para dificuldades corriqueiras da língua portuguesa, que traz conselhos de como usar o idioma à luz da gramática da variante padrão. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar prescrições contidas na obra Não morda a língua portuguesaque desconsideram lições constantes nos instrumentos normativos de referência da língua e desqualificam as variedades diversas da norma-padrão, assim como seus falantes; discutir lições que rejeitam fenômenos linguísticos típicos do português brasileiro, não acolhidos pelos instrumentos normativos de referência da língua portuguesa, mas amplamente disseminados na fala ou escrita de falantes urbanos escolarizados, além de perquirir os princípios subjacentes à obra Não morda a língua portuguesa, sua contribuição ao processo de representação social da língua e suas implicações para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem da língua portuguesa. O referencial teórico centrarse- á em postulados da Sociolinguística, cujos estudos têm evidenciado que as línguas naturais são caracterizadas pelo fenômeno da variação e mudança e que as variedades cultas convivem com as variedades informais em um complexo processo de interações, abrindo espaço para o reconhecimento da legitimidade da diferença, de que são resultado as recentes publicações das primeiras gramáticas voltadas para a variedade do português falado no Brasil. Com fundamento no conceito de norma em Coseriu, busca-se precisar o emprego dos termos “norma culta”, “norma-padrão”, “norma gramatical”, “norma pedagógica”, “norma popular”, caracterizando a realidade linguística brasileira como essencialmente tripartite, formada por uma norma-padrão, um conjunto de normas prestigiadas e uma gama de normas populares. Definiu-se o conceito de norma curta, com base em Faraco, para mostrar a sua materialização na obra em análise. Discutir-se-á também o conceito de língua legítima, conforme Bourdieu, objetivando delinear os fatores sociais de larga escala envolvidos no processo de construção da norma-padrão, de modo a correlacionar questões linguísticas com sua interface propriamente institucional. O processo de construção da língua legítima, conjugado com a concepção sociolinguística acerca do fenômeno da variação, fornecerá as bases parasituar o papel institucional da obra da professora Wilma Ramos e discutir as suas implicações para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem da língua portuguesa. Os instrumentos normativos de referência da língua portuguesa foram escolhidos entre gramáticas e dicionários em voga na segunda metade do século XX, cujos autores são ou foram filólogos consagrados. No tocante aos dicionários, também foram utilizadas obras referendadas pelo Programa Nacional do Livro Didático – Dicionários.

Norrköping är en stad vars historia har haft en stor inverkan på stadens utveckling. Mest framträdande är dess storhetstid som en industristad. När en av stadens mest attraktiva områden blir tillgängliga genom omlokalisering av den inre hamnens aktiviteter, ser jag en möjlighet att fördjupa stadens karaktär som en industristad, genom att förankra ett nytt lager av stadens historia. Den norra delen av Inre hamnen kommer att vara en delvis nybyggd stadsdel i anknytning till innerstaden, men med en genomträngande karaktär av den tidigare hamnen. Spår av den tidigare industriverksamheten kommer att synas i både byggnader och gaturum. Utvalda byggnader kommer att bevaras och ett noggrant arbete med byggprocessen, kommer att bli en två av de viktigaste verktygen i processen för att fördjupa stadens karaktär. Detta historiska lager är det andra planerade bevarandet av ett arkitektoniskt lager i stadens historia, och det är en inbjudan till att ytterligare lager läggs till i framtiden. Allt i syfte att bibehålla stadens karaktär och ta med den med stolthet in i framtiden.<br>Norrköping is a city with a history which has had a strong impact on the city’s development. Most prominent is its heydays as an industrial city. When one of the city's most attractive areas becomes available through the relocation of the inner harbour activities, I see the opportunity to deepen the city’s character as an industrial city, by adding a new layer of historical impact. The North part of the Inner harbour will be a partly newly built neighbourhood related to the inner city but with a penetrating character of the former harbour. Traces of the past industrial activity will be visible in both the buildings and the street rooms. Specific buildings will be kept and a careful work with the building process, will be a two of the important tools in the process to deepen the city’s character. This historical layer is the second architectural layer planned in the city’s history, and it’s an invitation for further layers to be added in the future. All with the intention to maintain the city’s character and bring it with pride into the future.

Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli etsiä Nokian puhelinliiketoiminnasta se ajanjakso, jolloin lopullinen käänne huonompaan alkoi. Tässä tutkimuksessa analysoitiin Nokiassa suoritettuja strategisia päätöksiä, etsien keskeisiä syitä yrityksen puhelinliiketoiminnan kokemiin vaikeuksiin 2000-luvun lopulla ja 2010-luvulla. Nokian puhelinliiketoiminnasta julkaisemat vuosiraportit sekä tiedotteet auttoivat tätä tutkimusta vastaamaan tutkimukselle asetettuun kysymykseen. Lisäksi siinä auttoivat Nokian puhelimien käyttötestit, käyttäjien kokemukset, sekä tilastoaineistot Nokian puhelinmyynneistä. Tämän tutkimuksen teoreettinen malli toteutettiin sisällönanalyysin avulla, keräämällä ensin riittävä määrä teoreettista aineistoa, hajottamalla se pienempiin osiin, jonka jälkeen tietomäärästä koostettiin täysin uudenlainen kokonaisuus. Tässä tutkimuksessa käytettiin laadullista, kvalitatiivista sisällönanalyysiä. Tämän tutkimuksen mukaan Nokia nousi 1990-luvun lopulta 2000-luvun alun markkinajohtajaksi investoimalla voimakkaasti uusiin teknologioihin. Tässä tutkimuksessa havaittiin Nokian olleen kilpailijoitaan nopeampi useissa suurissa puhelinliiketoiminnan murrosvaiheissa. Tämä tutkimus koki kyseisten muutosten olleen osa digitaalista yhteenliittymistä. Nokian onnistui tämän tutkimuksen mukaan kehittämään disruptiivisia innovaatioita, joilla se kasvatti puhelinmyyntiään uusilla ja kehittyvillä markkinoilla. Nokia menestyi 2000-luvun lopulla tämän tutkimuksen mukaan tuottamalla useita uusia innovaatioita. Tämä tutkimus havaitsi Nokian puhelinliiketoiminnan alamäen alkaneen kiihtyä vuosien 2008 ja 2011 välillä, johtuen useista samanaikaisista negatiivisista tapahtumista. Vuosien 2008 ja 2010 välillä Nokian useissa uusissa älypuhelimissa tämä tutkimus havaitsi merkittäviä puutteita. Niiden tämä tutkimus havaitsi olleen kuluttajille negatiivinen signaali Nokian tuotteiden laadusta. Tämä tutkimus havaitsi lisäksi Nokian epäonnistuneen Ovi mobiilikaupan kehitystyön suhteen vuosina 2007–2009. Lisäksi tämä tutkimus havaitsi Nokian epäonnistuneen Nseries-malleillaan vuosivälillä 2008–2010. Nokian johto teki tämän tutkimuksen mukaan väärän strategisen valinnan siirtyessään käyttämään Windowsin laitealustaa alkuvuodesta 2011. Sillä estettiin tämän tutkimuksen mukaan Nokian mahdollisuus menestyä vuodesta 2011 eteenpäin. Tämä tutkimus kuvasi Nokiaa puhelinliiketoiminnan merkittävänä kehittäjänä ja menestyjänä. Nokian ongelmien tämä tutkimus havaitsi tapahtuneen suhteellisen pienellä aikajaksolla.
