Městské popraviště v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem se nacházelo na dobře viditelném kopci jižně od městské zástavby. Z původní šibenice čtvercového až mírně lichoběžníkovitého tvaru o vnější délce 4 až 4,5 m se dochovalo do výšky 65 cm kamenné ohrazení. Zkoumaná byla vnitřní část šibenice, kde se nacházely vrstvy kamenů, perleťářského odpadu a suti proložené humusovitou mezivrstvou s četnými rozptýlenými i anatomický uspořádanými lidskými kostmi. Na dně šibenice byl odkryt neporušený hrob chlapce ve věku kolem 13 let. Při odkryvu vnitřní výplně šibenice se našly zlomky keramiky datovatelné od přelomu 15. a 16. století do 18. století; nalezené záponky typu háček a očko a knoflíky byly běžnou součástí oděvu; hřebíky, železný nůž a srp pravděpodobně souvisely s provozem na místě. Nalezené stříbrné mince české, polské a korutanské ražby jsou datovatelné do 15. až 17. století. Sondáží byla zkoumaná terénní hrana, která vymezovala areál popraviště. Po ukončení výzkumu byl vnitřní prostor šibenice a její okolí upraveno v souvislosti s budováním lesní stezky.

The subject of this thesis is construction of the narrow gauge in district Jindřichův Hradec, specifically line J.Hradec-N.Bystřice, and its impact on near landscape. In the first part I specify by using literary sources the period during which the railways were built, the importance of these buildings and the history of narrow-gauge tracks. Next point is the analysis of concrete railroad J.Hradec-N.Bystřice, its history and influence of the surrounding originally agrarian landscape. These theoretical information along with detailed field survey and photohraphs are then used in the practical part in which the track is divided and mapped by individual sections.

The subject of the thesis is the Constructive-Technological Project of building New Flats – Bystrice on Paseky. The building will be realized at the building plot of land within a developed area. The attempt is to leave the calm rural character of the surroundings undisturbed. The bulding is supposed to merge with the surroundings. Concerned are two apartment buildings with grand plans of 18 x 36 meters, disposing of three above-ground floors, no cellar, and a panel roof. In order to make the building merge with the surroundings, a wooden external cladding has been projected. Thus, the building is supposed to give the impression as if it was constructed of wood.

The paper focuses on the analysis and description of the options considered in the use of the castle Terezín in Albeř near Nová Bystřice. It shows also economic performance of these options, and total reconstruction of the castle. The output is an evaluation of these options, depending on financial performance and other entitlements to the options. Work is processed in order to verify whether it is economically realistic proposed solutions actually implemented.

This thesis deals with the establishment of the Paulans order, and his activities at Czech, establishment of the Paulans monastery of the Holy Trinity by Nová Bystřice. It describes the important circumstances of the paulans monkery arrival to this convent. Thesis also observe the termination of the convent in 1533 and his new establishment in 1626 and following 200 years of this greatest properity. Then it also describes the final termination of the convent in 1785, caused by the reforms of emperor Josef II.

This diploma thesis maps the changes in the landscape of the Czech border zone since 1945. The landscape and its perception is defined and landscape changes in the context of historic events affecting the landscape the strongest way are also described within the terms of literary research. The goal of this work was to identify specific changes in the cultural landscape of at least one selected locality on the Czech and Austrian sides of the border zone over a period of 50 - 70 years, to evaluate and compare them from the landuse point of view, and also describe cultural, demographic and historic changes. The locality on the Czech side is represented by the Nový Bystřice cadastral area and by the town of Litschau cadastral area on the Austrian side. The comparative analysis was used in the empirical section where both localities were compared by using available historic data. The questionnaire survey method targeted on Czech inhabitants of the border zone and their relationship to the landscape and their Austrian neighbours was also used. The semi-standardised interview method described landscape sen-timent, which differed between Czech and Austrian respondents. The work also included a SWOT analysis reporting strong sides and risk factors for both the examined localities. The results confirmed a significant change in the landscape of the Czech borderland, mainly due to the political situation and the different priorities of the previous government management mode, which basicly separated man from the countryside, whereas the Austrian side contin-ued its natural evolution in democratic conditions. Czech territory was approached in 1989 by Austrian model, but to set the balance in the landscape will take years.
