Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to analyze the current condition and development prospects for the Russian LNG sector. Taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the Russian state, the author chose the realistic paradigm (neoclassical realism), which is useful in the context of showing the relationship between internal structures and external activity of the state. The author argues that Russian expansion in the LNG sector is the result of the lobbying capacity of Novatek – the largest private gas producer in Russia. Although the state budget incurs significant costs related to the implementation of Novatek projects, in particular due to fiscal preferences, it also achieves the possibility of achieving the objectives in external and internal energy policy. Novatek’s expansion increases Russia’s share in external energy markets; at the same time LNG expansion, it is used for internal purposes. Novatek’s dominant position in the LNG sector is confirmed by both already implemented projects and plans for further expansion. The factors favoring Russian expansion are constant state support for Novatek projects, high level of internationalization of implemented projects and favorable forecasts on energy markets. The strong competition between currently dominant LNG producers and the risk of internal competition between Russian exporters are among the key long-term challenges.

Abstract:
The article presents data on the study of the effect of foliar water-soluble mineral fertilizer NOVATEK Solub K-Max 10-5-30 on the biochemical composition and commercial quality of apple fruits. A rise in vitamin C from the introduction of NOVATEK at a rate of 2.5 kg/ha indicates the effectiveness of this drug for optimizing the content of ascorbic acid in fruits. An increase in the content of monosaccharides and a decrease in disaccharides were found for all the studied rates of consumption of agrochemicals. The use of mineral fertilizer “Novatek Solub K-Max” contributed to increase the dry weight of fruits. The application of this mineral fertilizer is recommended for inclusion in the industry regulations for Apple cultivation as one of the elements of the technology.

Abstract:
The article presents data on the study of the effect of non-root water-soluble mineral fertilizer Novatek Solub K-Max 10-5-30 on productivity, mass and size of the fruit, depending on the application rate of the preparation, as well as indicators of growth activity of apple trees of Krymskoe cultivar. Obtaining high rates of yield increase from the introduction of the preparation Novatek also indicates that it is an active stimulator of increasing the productivity of apple. The use of this mineral fertilizer is recommended for inclusion in the industry regulation of apple cultivation as one of the technology elements.

Abstract:
The realities of the Russian Arctic in recent decades make it possible to determine a special phenomenon of corporate development risks, which can be structured into resource, institutional and ecosystem risks. The resource risk reflects the contradiction between the conjuncture of the global resource markets and the specific conditions for the development of unique deposits located in the Arctic zone; institutional risk — between federal norms and rules for the development of natural resource deposits and local specific conditions for the construction and operation of resource facilities in the Arctic; ecosystem risk reflects the contradiction between large-scale economic activity and the fragility of Arctic natural systems. As a result of a comparative assessment of the development risks of three Arctic corporations in Russia, it was found that the highest risk is typical for the facilities of Norilsk Nickel, the lowest — for NovaTEK, and Gaz-promneft is in the middle. Using the OLI paradigm of John Dunning, it can be argued that Arctic corpora-tions respond to the challenge of development risks by adapting their spatial, institutional and organiza-tional structure to the conditions for the development of resources and resource territories. The spatial factor is most efficiently used by Norilsk Nickel, then NovaTEK, in the strategy of adaptation to develop-ment risks, with the receipt of benefits from localization and the creation of a regional cluster, while Gaz-promneft is the least effective. The institutional factor is most effectively used by NovaTEK and Gazprom-neft, and the least by Norilsk Nickel. The organizational and structural factor as a tool for adapting to risks is most skillfully used by Gazpromneft, weaker — by NovaTEK and Norilsk Nickel. Integrally, the best positions in the strategy of adaptation to development risks are held by Gazpromneft, and the worst positions by Norilsk Nickel, which has the most significant contrast between the size of development risks and the means of adaptation to them. Strengthening the internal competencies of the company and its corporate innovation system is the most important way to successfully cope with the high risks of corporate development of resources and spaces of the Arctic.

Abstract:
The research paper focuses on identifying the conditions in which Yamal LNG can effectively finance construction work through private investment. The Case study of the Yamal LNG liquefied natural gas production complex, the ratio of the shares of public and private investment in the project for the construction of the Utrenniy terminal is considered. The authors analyze possible ways of financing construction works: using Yamal LNG's own funds, Bank lending, and a loan from NOVATEK PJSC, as the main shareholder of the project. Calculations are made and the expediency of issuing and receiving a loan from PJSC «NOVATEK» for the construction of the terminal «Untrenniy» in the port of Sabetta is proved. Regression analysis confirms the possibility of repayment of the loan from the main Yamal LNG activities is proved. As a result of the study, methods of analysis of solvency, liquidity, autonomy, cash flow analysis, forecasting and generalization methods are used. This analysis allows to take into account the scale of activity of one of the largest operators for the supply of liquefied natural gas in Russia.

Abstract:
A comparative analysis of three large Russian companies – PJSC “Novatek”, PJSC “Gazprom”, PJSC “Surgutneftegaz”, – is presented. The study relevance is caused by the gas industry strategic importance of the country as a whole as well as the specifics of its current situation: a large-scale drop of world gas prices, the ruble depreciation in relation to the US dollar, the introduction of sanctions on Russia. The financial and economic activities of the company PJSC “Novatek” is examined in the article. Various approaches to the analysis and identification of the company’s activities potential are studied. The investment attractiveness of competitors’ companies is evaluated. The research methodology included: complex, empirical, retrospective types of analysis (since the calculations of the companies’ financial conditions indicators are based on their consolidated financial statements data as of December 31, 2015); comparative, horizontal and vertical types of analysis; grouping method is categorization. As a result methodological principles of carrying out an economic analysis of gas producing companies’ activities are formed in order to make effective management decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty.

Traffic on the road is increasing constantly and uncontrollably, that makes necessary to build roads from fundamentally new materials. An alternative to modern asphalt- and cement concretes is epoxy polymer concrete surpassing them in performance figures and durability. However, high cost of organic binder limits its wide application in the road sector, and it leads to the necessity of studying of plastics and petroleum industries waste. The possibility of obtaining of epoxy polymer concrete is based on bicomponent epoxy primer waste of the enterprise Novatek-Polymer and sludges of Syzran and Kuibyshev refineries oil. The developed compositions are recommended for foundations and airfields pavements and roads of Ist, IInd technical categories for all road-climatic zones.

Abstract:
The article touches upon the most urgent problem of creating the stock portfolio of a commercial bank, where studying the strategies and tools of the bank’s investment activity and using mathematical models for its assessment help to identify the relationship between profitability and the risk of investing in securities. As a result of applied analysis and modeling of the portfolio structure, the optimal portfolio option is selected, which corresponds to a given level of risk and profitability, as well as to the investment strategy chosen by the bank. There has been analyzed the portfolio structure with specified characteristics of risk and profitability, according to the statistics of previous years. The types of documents have been systematized according to the compliance with the strategy of managing the portfolio of profitability growth, liquidity and risk minimization. Using the models of Markowitz, Tobin and other researchers of probabilistic portfolio assessment through covariance indicators and a correlation coefficient, there have been found the values of return on assets that can change in one direction or have a multidirectional nature, and allow to calculate dependence between the values of return on securities in the portfolio. There have been considered the following models: a portfolio model based on calculating the level of stock returns of LUKOIL JSC, Novatek JSC, Yandex; a portfolio model that includes risk-free assets with the highest level of reliability (government short-term bonds, federal loan bonds); capital asset pricing model which describes dependency between the risk and the required profitability. Based on these calculations there has been inferred the possibility of developing specific areas of the banking business in the field of securities transactions, including: saving funds (providing protection against inflation); capital growth (focus on the securities that have the potential for growth in market value); profitability (purchasing securities in order to obtain dividends on shares and interest on debt securities); liquidity (investments into financial tools that can be sold at any time at favorable prices); risk minimization. The results of the conducted analysis of correlation and regression of the securities portfolio have revealed the most preferred types of securities for growing profitability that are in the bank's portfolio: shares of the Russian oil company LUKOIL, the Russian gas company Novatek, Yandex cIA, as well as the federal loan bonds (based on the terms of calculating history dynamics since May 1, 2018 up to May 1, 2019)

Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of adaptation of the Russian oil and gas company (Novatek, Russia) to the rapidly changing external environment, the avalanche of data from competitors, and the need to filter important information for business development and the prosperity of the industry as a whole. The approach is based on the system of integrated software monitoring of key business processes at the enterprise developed by the authors—from the formation of the idea of a new product to its implementation to paying customers. The scientific novelty lies in the use of an optimization model that allows for minimizing the maximum losses of the investor at all levels of decision-making, from the distribution of capital between companies, to the optimization of internal reserves to increase the competitiveness of the company. The toolkit is a minimax model that allows you to redistribute the shares of investor influence at the portfolio level, and then within the business processes of each company selected by investors, in order to achieve the optimal solution in accordance with the selected estimated indicators. Application of the well-known portfolio investment models of Markowitz, Tobin, Sharp, etc. is not possible due to the lack of necessary data on the basis of which the probabilistic parameters involved in the model are estimated. Even if we get them, it is necessary to take into account the level of correlation influence of the technological process in the composition of each subsystem, which is unacceptable for the data used, as it leads to a strong increase in errors. Using minimax and a systematic approach allows you to minimize such errors by choosing a balanced concentration of distributed assets for both the investor and the buyer. To this end, a three-way analysis of the company’s development was carried out and a technology for comprehensive improvement of the company’s activities was developed in the following areas: the company’s rating in the industry, financial condition, and interaction with counterparties using merchandising technologies. Tools for optimal image zoning at the Novatek site using the minimax approximation criterion have been developed. The technology provides a procedure for creating a comfortable mode of image perception based on high-tech visualization of merchandising, zoning of the screen area, and a mathematical approach that allows you to develop a calculation algorithm.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research is to determine whether Russia being under Western economic sanctions could significantly strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific with a pipeline gas and LNG supplies. Based on the study of the Russia’s current and planned gas projects in the eastern part of the country and in the Arctic, that are realized under sanctions’ pressure, the authors concluded that most probably by 2030 Moscow can reach this strategic objective. To resist Western sanctions against the Russian energy industry Moscow launched a program of accelerated import substitution, and as a result they have only partially achieved their goals. Considering Russia’s largest gas exporters, they resorted to different strategies to counter sanctions. The state company Gazprom postponed plans for offshore gas exploration in the Arctic and continues to prioritize gas pipeline projects which reinforce its dependence on China. In contrast, with the help from the RF government and foreign investors, the private company Novatek successfully creates a powerful infrastructure for producing LNG in the Arctic and for delivering it to Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

Abstract:
Testing and analysis has been performed on square steel thin-walled tubes fabricated using symmetrically-overlapping U-channels and foam. This research analyzes flange-to-flange attachment, effect of foam in the columns, effect of adhesive stiffness, and influence of steel thickness, as related to the local buckling loads, global buckling loads, and crippling loads. Four 14-foot (4.27 m) foam-filled, thin-walled, galvanized steel columns were manufactured by Novatek, Inc. and tested in axial compression with pinned boundary conditions. For three of the four configurations, the two-piece 4-in. (10.2-cm) square shell surrounded prefabricated polystyrene foam inserts; the fourth column had no foam insert. The column outer shells were composed of two 16-gauge galvanized steel channels with overlapping flanges and the webs on opposite sides of the column. The two adjacent flanges on each side of the columns were adhesively bonded together in all cases. In addition to the adhesive, two columns had either periodic screws or short welds spaced evenly along the length of the columns to delay the onset of flange buckling of the outer channel, and potentially increase the compression strength. The other two columns had adhesive only bonding the flanges, one of which had no foam filler. The various configurations all exhibited similar compression strengths. Failure for all columns initiated with local buckling, followed by global buckling and local crippling, which occurred simultaneously. The method of flange attachment, the effect of the foam in the columns, and flange thicknesses were isolated and analyzed using mechanics-based analysis, parametric studies, and finite element analysis. The results show the ideal spacing of screws or short-welds, if used, is less than or equal to 5 in (12.7 cm) for the given column length. This increases the local buckling load to the Euler buckling load and preserves the original shape of the cross-section. The adhesive needs only a tensile strength of approximately 1 ksi (6.4 kPa) to prevent local buckling for any spacing of screws or short-welds, but needs to be applied uniformly (much of the adhesive in the column tests had been scraped off of the flanges during assembly). The results also show that foam core does not increase the Euler buckling load, but does increase the crippling load by delaying inward buckling of the column webs and flanges. Using foam with the given stiffness and a yield strength of 50 psi (345 kPa), uniform foam-to-steel bonding could increase the crippling strength up to 21% even without adhesive between the flanges. Using adhesive with the given stiffness between the flanges could increase the crippling strength by up to 63% without foam. The crippling strength could increase up to 72% if both adhesive between the flanges and a foam insert are used.

O presente estudo consiste em uma pesquisa realizada no município de Pelotas/RS sobre a inserção na docência do professor de ciências considerado novato. Desta pesquisa participaram 10 docentes recém-ingressos no campo profissional, os quais responderam a um questionário com perguntas relativas à formação inicial e ao ingresso na profissão. A revisão bibliográfica foi de fundamental importância para compreender melhor o tema em questão e também me situar da importância mundial e no impacto da melhoria educacional que se pode alcançar dando maior assistência ao professor que está em início de carreira. Os objetivos desta pesquisa foram de compreender como ocorreu a inserção do professor novato de ciências, com quais dificuldades eles se depararam no exercício da profissão e qual a contribuição teve a formação inicial para preparar esses profissionais a atuar plenamente como docente. A metodologia utilizada foi de caráter qualitativo e investigativo e como instrumento de coleta de dados, foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado aos professores novatos participantes da pesquisa e após esses dados foram analisados pelo método da “análise de conteúdos” (MORAES,1999), que consiste em categorização, descrição e interpretação das respostas obtidas. Os resultados demonstraram que há lacunas na formação inicial desses novatos no que se refere principalmente a desarticulação entre teoria e prática pedagógica e também evidencia a ausência de ações de inserção por parte das escolas da rede estadual de Pelotas. Ao final, é proposto um curso de formação continuada para professores novatos de ciências como uma possível solução que venha a melhorar a entrada no campo profissional docente e a preencher as lacunas da formação inicial, proporcionando ao novato um crescimento no seu modelo didático pessoal, uma maior autonomia profissional e a contribuir com a fixação na carreira docente.
This study consists of a survey conducted in Pelotas / RS on the inclusion in teaching science teacher regarded rookie. This research participated 10 freshmen teachers in the professional field, which answered a questionnaire with questions relating to the initial training and entry into the profession. The literature review was of fundamental importance to better understand the issue at hand and also my place of global importance and impact of educational improvement can be achieved by giving more assistance to the teacher who is just beginning their careers. The objectives of this study were to understand how was the insertion of the new science teacher, with what difficulties they have encountered in the profession and the contribution had initial training to prepare these professionals to fully act as a teacher. The methodology was qualitative and investigative character and as a data collection instrument was applied a semi structured to novice participants teachers of the research and after these data were analyzed by the method of "content analysis" (MORAES, 1999), which It consists of categorization, description and interpretation of the responses. The results showed that there are gaps in the initial formation of these newcomers as it mainly refers to the disconnection between theory and teaching practice and also highlights the lack of integration of actions by state schools of Pelotas. Finally, a continuing education course is proposed for novice science teachers as a possible solution that will improve the entry into the teaching profession field and fill in the gaps of initial training, providing new growth in your personal educational model, greater professional autonomy and contribute to fixing the teaching profession.

Este trabalho, no seu enfoque teórico, teve como objetivo compilar dados das áreas de design, ergonomia de interfaces e cognitiva, e usabilidade para o desenvolvimento de interfaces de ambientes interativos com foco primordial em usuários novatos. No seu enfoque prático, o objetivo foi desenvolver o projeto do ambiente interativo para Diagnóstico e Educação em Ergonomia à Distância (REDE) para acesso através da Internet. O ambiente interativo REDE foi desenvolvido para a formação de uma rede de diagnóstico, à distância, das Distrofias Osteomoleculares Relacionadas ao Trabalho e para a melhoria nas atividades produtivas dos trabalhadores rurais. O ambiente interativo REDE estará disponível para acesso nos ambientes interativos da Empresa de Pesquisa Agropecuária e Extensão Rural de Santa Catarina (Epagri) e do Laboratório de Ergonomia e Projeto do Trabalho (LEPT) da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Para o desenvolvimento do ambiente interativo REDE foi realizada pesquisa para identificação do perfil do usuário, recursos tecnológicos para acesso e interesse pela informação disponível neste ambiente interativo. A etapa seguinte foi a aplicação dos critérios ergonômicos de Bastien e Scapin (1993) para avaliação do ambiente interativo da Epagri que serviu de referência gráfica para o ambiente interativo REDE. Com o resultado desta avaliação, foi desenvolvido o ambiente interativo REDE de acordo com as recomendações ergonômicas destes autores.

Alors qu'à la Renaissance le roman est partagé, théoriquement, entre inexistence et bâtardise et sociologiquement, entre corruption et délectation, des praticiens ont une conscience assez nette de la liberté formelle qui carctérise le genre pour lui conférer une originalité inconnue de leurs contemporains et seulement ébauchée par leurs prédécesseurs. Ces quelques romanciers ont la particularité de fonder une poétique à nouveaux frais à partir de matériaux linguistiques le plus souvent anciens. Ce faisant, ils prennent le parti de démarquer leur art, qu'ils ne se risqueront jamais à qualifier de "romanesque", tant des formes de romans héritées du Moyen Age ou importées de l'étranger que des recueils narratifs variés. Confronté au foisonnement de la langue, le lecteur se voit invité à réfléchir à une facture problématique qui rassemble autant d'énoncés divers que de conceptions du monde contradictoires. While during the Renaissance romance is divided, theoretically, between nonexistence and bastardy and, sociologically, between corruption and delectation, writers are enough aware of the formal freedom which defines the genre to confer on it an originality unknown by their contemporaries and only sketched out by their predecessors. These few romancers are characterised by the creation of a new poetics stemmed from usually old linguistic material. This way, they resolve to dissociate their art - that they will never go so far as to "romance" - from the forms of romances handed down by the Middle Ages or imported from abroad as well as from the various narrative collections. Confronted with the flourishing of the language, the reader is invited to think about a problematic composition which gathers as many utterances as contradictory conceptions of the world. The humanistic romance intends to form his mind to a mode of questioning and of dialogue

Desde la década del 60, progresivamente ha ido creciendo el interés de los profesionales de la salud por el proceso de desgaste emocional que pueden vivir algunos de ellos quienes, en su trabajo, se relacionan constantemente con el sufrimiento humano. Respecto a esto, durante los últimos años en Chile, los trabajadores de la salud han ido solicitando progresivamente la consideración del riesgo y la protección para ellos en el área de la salud mental, llamándola autocuidado. En este contexto, la presente investigación se enfoca en el autocuidado en los psicólogos clínicos, ya que forman parte de los profesionales de la salud que trabajan con el sufrimiento humano, por lo que se encuentran potencialmente expuestos a una serie de riesgos, que pueden derivar en desgaste emocional, motivo por el cual cobra importancia el autocuidado ya que es una práctica que ayuda a proteger el bienestar de los terapeutas. El objetivo de la investigación es describir la percepción que tienen los psicólogos clínicos novatos y experimentados sobre el autocuidado y dar cuenta si hay o no diferencias entre ambos grupos. El estudio es de tipo cualitativo, exploratorio-descriptivo, con un diseño no-experimental de tipo transversal. La muestra es no probabilística e intencionada, de sujetos tipo, compuesta por 24 terapeutas divididos en dos grupos de acuerdo al nivel de experiencia; 12 novatos (1.5 a 3.5 años de experiencia) y 12 experimentados (15 o más años de experiencia). El instrumento utilizado es una entrevista semi-estructurada. En cuanto a los resultados, se encontraron tanto similitudes como diferencias en la percepción del autocuidado en psicólogos clínicos novatos y experimentados en los distintos sub-temas del autocuidado que se investigaron

Os projetos de Software Livre dependem de contribuições voluntárias e precisam da entrada contínua de novatos para sua sustentabilidade. Entretanto, é comum que os novatos enfrentem barreiras ao fazer sua primeira contribuição. Em um trabalho anterior, um portal web chamado FLOSSCoach foi criado para apoiar a primeira contribuição dos novatos neste tipo de projeto. Uma avaliação preliminar desse portal indicou que o FLOSSCoach desempenhou um papel importante na orientação dos novatos e na diminuição das barreiras relacionadas aos processos de orientação e contribuição. Baseado nos indícios iniciais, deseja-se entender o papel da gamificação no apoio da primeira contribuição de um novato usando o portal. Dessa forma, esse trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a proposta de gamificação do FLOSSCoach, representada em formato de wireframes que ilustram o uso dos elementos de jogo selecionados. Também se apresenta os resultados de uma avaliação inicial dos wireframes.

Для идентификации состояния спутниковых каналов связи используются прогнозные методы и модели. Однако, они оценивают их состояние лишь на качественном уровне, что не позволяет производить тонкую настройку характеристик и параметров спутниковых каналов. Подобные модели и методы не могут обеспечивать достоверную идентификацию состояний спутниковых каналов связи и оперативно определять изменение законов распределения случайных величин, связанных с появлением мелкомасштабных неоднородностей в случае динамичного изменения ионосферного слоя, что характерно для быстрых замираний сигналов GPS/ГЛОНАСС. Материалы и методы. На практике, для прогнозирования и исследования распространения радиоволн, нашли широкое применение вероятностные модели, основанные на законах распределения случайных величин Райса, Релея, Нака-гами и нормального закона распределения. Оперативное управление и поддержание на требуемом уровне отношения сиг-нал/шум требует различать состояния спутниковых каналов и идентифицировать их характеристики не только между законами распределения случайных величин, но и внутри каждого закона. Это позволит обеспечить поддержание количе-ственных и качественных характеристик спутниковых каналов на требуемом уровне. Расстояние между эмпирической и теоретической функциями распределения вероятностей является достаточно эффективной статистикой для проверки гипотез о виде закона распределения вероятностей случайной величины. К критериям согласия, использующим различные варианты анализа расстояния между теоретической и эмпирической функциями распределения, относятся: Крамера-фон Мизеса-Смирнова (Омега-квадрат); Колмогорова-Смирнова; Пирсона (Критерий Хи-квадрат); Андерсона-Дарлинга; Купе-ра; Ватсона. В связи с этим, от того, какой критерий будет использован, и насколько адекватно будет проведена оценка и идентификация текущего состояния спутниковых каналов связи, зависит возможность удовлетворения качественных характеристик передаваемых сигналов GPS/ГЛОНАСС. Для каждого из идентифицируемых законов распределений (Нака-гами, Райса, Релея, нормального закона) были сгенерированы статистические выборки, по 100 выборок с различным коли-чеством измерений (от 1 000 до 1 000 000). Таким образом, суммарное количество выборок различного размера для иден-тифицируемых законов распределения составляет 1600. Все исследуемые критерии проверялись на одинаковых выборках. Выборки обрабатывались с помощью библиотеки SciPy. Разработан алгоритм, позволяющий осуществить выбор гипоте-зы по максимальному значению коэффициента правдоподобия. Результатом работы алгоритма является коэффициент правдоподобия, сопоставленный с каждой из статистических гипотез, при этом предпочтение отдается той гипотезе, которая имеет максимальный коэффициент правдоподобия. С помощью библиотеки Timeit проведены измерения времени работы алгоритмов исследуемых критериев в зависимости от размера выборки для исследуемых законов распределений. В статье предложен критерий идентификации состояния спутниковых каналов, обеспечивающий точность не менее 95 %. Его адекватность подтверждена данными, полученными при мониторинге трансионосферных каналов связи с использова-нием научного оборудования «Аппаратно-программный комплекс пассивного мониторинга ионосферы NovAtel GPStation-6».
