Abstract:
This article examines the phenomenon of nunchi (being conscious of others’ or observing other people's state of mind, behavior, and situation) in Korean culture. Nunchi is different from Korean collectivism (We, affection) and Western European culture, where individualism is more important than the needs of society. In Korea nunchi is accepted as essential for forming a sense of solidarity in relations with people. Silence and observation are an important part of an individual's life and social interactions in Korean society. Observing the changes in the circumstances and the people around them in a group reveals the concerns of the Koreans for those close to them. The Koreans hide their opinions, do not speak directly, and tell white lies because they believe it is essential to avoid conflict with others. Korean politeness when they talk about their thoughts, either indirectly or with a hidden meaning, may raise questions from the Russians. In Korean society, it is necessary to keep an eye out. It is not a coincidence that the Westerns understood nunchi as a means of surviving in Korean society. However, the meaning of nunchi is not just a means to survive, but with the help of nunchi, Koreans try to predict other people's minds and understand their true desires in order to accurately understand and socialize with them. Nunchi is a basic Korean etiquette. It has deep historical roots and is closely related to collectivism.

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the effects of simulation-Based Education on nursing students' nunchi, communication skills and clinical reasoning ability. For the study, an experimental study with a one group pre-post design was used. The participants were 48, 4-years nursing students from S University in G-city, and participated in the 'Simulation-Based Education' course for 12 weeks from August to October 2022. parid t-test using SPSS program. Result, Nunchi(t=3.29, p=.003), Communication skills(t=2.51, p=.018) and Clinical reasoning ability (t=-4.98, p<.001) of nursing students significantly improved after application of simulation-based Education. In addition, the correlation between nunchi, communication skills, and clinical reasoning ability shows that clinical reasoning ability has a strong positive correlation with Nunchi(r=.644, p<.001) and communication ability (r=.629, p<.001). A relationship appeared. Additionally, the factor accounted for 41.9% of the variance in Clinical reasoning ability. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various clinical nursing scenarios of simulation-based training education to nursing subjects to improve clinical reasoning capabilities for nursing students'. It is believed that the period of education should be considered before clinical practice.

Abstract:
Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of nursing students' nunchi and self-determination on clinical practice stress. Methods The subjects of this study were recruited from two universities located in U-city, and there were 123 nursing students. Data were collected from August 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 using a Google questionnaire. The analysis method was performed by real number, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical regression using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results Clinical practice stress in Nursing students showed a negative correlation with nunchi(r=-.255 p<.01) and self-determination(r=-.398, p<.001). As a result of Hierarchical regression analysis, self-determination (β=-.220, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction: dissatisfaction (β=.460, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction: average (β= .190, p<. 05) were found to be factors affecting clinical practice stress, and the explanatory power of these variables was 33.5% (F=11.238, p<.001, Adjusted R2=33.5%). Conclusions In order to reduce the stress of clinical practice, it is necessary to identify the difficulties that nursing students experience in the clinical field in detail, and seek a realistic clinical practice guidance strategy that supports students to find appropriate solutions while maximizing their self-determination. In addition, it is rnecessary to develop an educational program that can apply these teaching strategies.

Abstract:
This paper, seeking to examine the aspects of Korean culture unfamiliar to foreigners, explores the relationship between Korean culture and communication. In doing so, this paper takes a look at Korean cultural codes unfamiliar to foreigners. They are categorized into: Thrift on Words, Silence and Smiling, Group-Networking(Collectivism), Chemyon, Nunchi, Kongson, Harmony of Eum and Yang, Chong and Euiri. The paper explains the relationship the above cultural codes to Korean communication styles and patterns by taking examples from the everyday life of the Koreans today. Since there are too many variations in how the cultural codes are displayed in everyday life, this paper recognizes that there may have been broad generalization and oversimplification. Nonetheless, this paper seeks to present Korean cultural codes and Korean communication in terms of current everyday life of the Korean people with the hope that foreigners can gain better insight into how Korea's cultural codes have affected its people and communication.

The main objective of this work was to strengthen logical-mathematical thinking through chess as a pedagogical strategy in sixth grade students of the Antonio Nariño la Yopalosa Educational Institution «Nunchía Casanare», based on the shortcomings presented in the exercises of the mathematics classes with topics that address addition and subtraction, due to the rejection and little interest in this area. Taking into account that pedagogical strategies that contribute to meaningful learning should be sought where the student feels the ability to participate in a class of their interest and pleasure without affecting their learning process, according to the basic competency standards established by the MEN, it was decided to involve the game of chess in math classes so that teachers and parents would know its importance for the development of intellectual abilities in students.

Abstract:
In 1996, Helen Lee dubbed the departure of second-generation Asian Americans from the non-English-speaking immigrant churches that they were raised in as the “silent exodus”. This nationwide phenomenon was taking place largely because first-generation churches failed to provide the second generation with culturally relevant care that would enrich their ethnic, national, and spiritual identities. Glory, the church of focus in this study, was founded by and is home to many silent exiles. In hopes of being an enriching church for second-generation Asian Americans, pastoral staff and leaders have created spaces within Glory for racial identity and faith to be in conversation with one another. However, in regard to the music of the church, they were stumped on what could be done to make it uniquely and proudly Asian American. This conundrum inspired a key question in this study: What is distinct about the way that Asian Americans worship God through music? This study argues that the worship music at Glory Church is distinctly Asian American not by what is sonically perceived, but rather by what is physically performed and collectively experienced. The Korean-English, or Konglish, term nunchi bwa-ing (눈치 봐-ing) is utilized as a keyword to describes Christian musicking in a multilingual setting and foregrounds the Korean/Asian American worshiping body. This study concludes by looking forward and arguing that Asian Americans ought to amplify their worship music to the larger Contemporary Worship Music scene as it has the potential to be a powerful site of intergenerational healing.

Abstract:

Abstract:
