AbstractThis study overviews the most recent digital methods used in Slovakia Hungarian dialectology. Slovakia Hungarian dialectology started out by using the most modern digital methods in 2010 at Nitra/Nyitra university, creating regional dialect databases, first for the Žitný ostrov/Csallóköz region and then for the whole Slovakia Hungarian dialect region. Recording and processing data has been carried out with the help of the Bihalbocs software developed by Domokos Vékás and Fruzsina Sára Vargha in Hungary. The present paper first provides an overview of digital methods in dialectology and its results for Hungarian dialects, and then summarizes the results of the Nitra/Nyitra team so far, illustrating the diversity of digitized dialectological data. It discusses the findings of publications reporting on the results of this research, including maps showing the geographical and social distribution of linguistic phenomena and acoustic phonetic analyses of data aligned with sound files. Important output of this research also includes recently published audiobooks of Slovakia Hungarian dialects. The paper outlines further avenues of research based on the most recent findings.

Abstract:
Between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, findings of a New York State Gaming Commission–Cornell University postmortem examination program were utilized in a multi-disciplinary mortality review process to review 129 racing fatalities at Thoroughbred racetracks operated by the New York Racing Association (NYRA). Musculoskeletal fractures comprised 79% of the fatalities; cardiopulmonary conditions accounted for 12% of the fatalities. Other causes of death included gastrointestinal (3%), respiratory (5%), and central nervous system (2%) conditions. Fetlock failure represented 50% of the musculoskeletal fatalities. The general distribution of these findings was very similar to that reported by the California Animal Health and Food Safety Laboratory System during the same period. These findings, used in conjunction with a comprehensive mortality review process and regulatory reform, have contributed to a significant reduction of the incidence of Thoroughbred racing fatalities at NYRA racetracks during the period of this review.

Abstract:
In the last 5 years Russia developed Schemes of Integrated Use and Protection of Water Objects (SKIOVO) aiming at remediating and maintaining water resources quality. The main limitation of the schemes is seen in their large spatial scale, which is determined by the available environmental monitoring data. The meso-scale catchments are usually ungauged, which does not allow monitoring and management of water quality on the respective scale and thus they are not included in the schemes. This can have severe consequences, if the catchment is used for drinking water supply (DWS) from surface waters. This is shown in the example of the Nytva river basin, where raw water is extracted from the eutrophic Nytva reservoir for DWS. The solution of the problem is seen in the application of structured water quality mitigation measures, included in the basin management plan. A method to develop such a plan is presented here. The preliminary results of system screening (identification of problems and drivers) and material flow analysis (MFA) have shown that the reservoir is hypertrophic and the probable drivers are emissions from cattle breading, point sources and erosion from arable land. Apart from first measurements, soft factors and the problem of eutrophication identification are discussed, pointing out the need for further studies with regard to eutrophication in the reservoir and the analysis of stakeholders and material flow.

Hjelperolla og samhandlinga med pasientane blir av studentane framheva som særleg verdfulle og synest å ha stor betyding for utviklinga av sjukepleiaridentitet. Rettleiing bidrar til at studentane tileignar seg avdelinga sitt repertoar.

General Subjects in Vocational Education and Training in Post-War SwedenThe present article focuses on the role of general subjects in the curriculum for vocational education and training (VET) in Swedish upper secondary schools after the Second World War. It shows that a steady increase in general VET subjects as a result of Social Democratic legislation in 1968 and 1991 was interrupted by a Liberal-Conservative government bill introduced in 2009, which led to a reduction. The rhetoric of these reforms is analyzed with the intent of increasing insight into the perceived educational benefits of general subjects in VET. The study employs the analytical lens of Gert Biesta and his proposed major functions of education: qualification, socialization, and sub-jectification. The results serve to illuminate the present-day educational po-licy debate, showing that the place of general subjects in the curriculum has been motivated by the important role they play in educating youth in demo-cracy, teaching them to function effectively in an increasingly international-ized and multicultural society and economy, for their lifelong learning and for the continued economic growth of the Swedish society. With the enactment of the government bill of 2009, however, the qualifying function of general subjects in VET was devaluated. The new curriculum that followed prioritized strictly vocational skills and the transition of graduates directly into the labour market.

Samtidigt visar ett stort antal studier att pojkar och flickor trots sådana ambitioner behandlas olika. De beter sig också olika och i skolan presterar de olika. Spridningen pojkar respektive flickor sinsemellan är samtidigt mycket stor och en förenklande kategorisering gör mera skada än nytta, när det gäller att skapa jämställda förutsättningar i utbildningen. Även rekryteringen till olika delar av utbildningsväsendet är ojämn mellan kvinnor och män och i den internationella forskningen talas ofta om en feminisering av förskollärar- och läraryrket (Murray och Maguire 2007). Hur kan vi gemensamt möta de utmaningar som vi ställs inför, i arbetet med att skapa skolor och lärarutbildningar där alla elever, studerande och lärare får jämlika förutsättningar för sin utveckling?

Perkawinan adat Sumba, suatu hal yang masih melekat hingga saat ini yaitu tradisi pemindahan perempuan sebagai salah satu tahapan yang harus di lalui agar perkawinan dikatakan sah dan dapat dijemput oleh keluarga laki-laki. Perkembangan zaman dan peradaban yang semakin maju, akhirnya tradisi ini tidak berjalan sesuai dengan kebiasaan yang telah disepakati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sumber data primer di peroleh melalui hasil wawancara sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen-dokumen dan informasi lain yang terkait dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses Tradisi pemindahan perempuan (Padikina Minne Pala Koro Burru Nauta) pada perkawinan adat masyarakat desa Nyura Lele suku Wee Leo kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya meliputi tahapan perkenalan, tahapan perkenalan adat, tahapan ikat adat dan tahapan pindah dinding turun tangga/ikat pindah. Dalam proses pelaksanan tradisi pemindahan perempuan dalam istilah masyarakat Sumba disebut padikkina mine pala koro burru nauta (pemindahan perempuan/ mempelai wanita pindah dinding turun tangga) meliputi yaitu membuka/memulai pembicaraan, pemberian Tagu Loka (bagian om/paman), pemberian Tagu Umma Kalada (Belis untuk rumah besar), pemberian Imbalan Air Susu Ibu (Itta Kere Puaro Mata), dan urusan Belis. The traditional wedding of Sumba, a thing that is still inherent to the present is the tradition of Padikkina Minne mone nutmeg Velvet (the transfer of women/brides moved the wall down the stairs) as one of the stages that must be passed so that the marriage is said to be valid and can be picked up by the male family. The development of the time and civilization is progressing, eventually this tradition does not go according to the agreed habit. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a phenyomological approach. In this research researchers use primary data sources in obtaining through the results of interviews while secondary data is obtained through documents and other information related to the study. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed the process of women's removal tradition (Padikina Minne Pala Koro Burru Nauta) on the indigenous marriage of the villagers Nyura Lele tribe Wee the West Sumba Regency Power includes the introductory stage, the stage of customary introduction, the stage of customary ikat and the stage of moving the wall down stairs In the process of the tradition of the removal of women in the community term Sumba called Padikkina mine pala Koro burru Nauta (Transfer of women/bride moving Wall down stairs) covering the opening/starting talks, giving Tagu Loka (part om/uncle), giving Tagu Umma Kalada (Belis for Big House), giving breast milk (Itta Kere Puaro Mata), and Belis affairs.

Allt frá fyrstu öldum byggðar hér á landi hefur æðarfugl verið til mikilla nytja. Egg fuglsins hafa verið tekin alla tíð og veiðar á fuglinum voru stundaðar lengi framan af. Það var ekki fyrr en árið 1847 sem æðarfugl var friðaður fyrir allri veiði, fyrst allra fuglategunda. Friðun æðarfugls byggir reyndar á öðrum nytjum, nefnilega dúntekju, en frá 17. öld, eftir að Íslendingar lærðu að hreinsa dún, hefur æðardúnn verið verðmæt útflutningsvara. Í þessari grein er sjónum beint að nytjasambandi manns og æðarfugls út frá pósthúmanísku sjónarhorni. Horft er til þeirrar efnismenningar sem hefur skapast í gagnvirku sambandi manns og æðar. Fjallað er um tengsl æðarræktar og friðunar æðarfuglsins, sem og það fordæmi sem sett var með friðun fuglsins fyrir verndun fugla af öðrum tegundum. Með þessu er leidd í ljós sú gerendahæfni sem æðarfuglinn hefur haft við þróun fuglaverndar hér á landi. Í hnotskurn sýnir þetta dæmi hvernig gerendatengsl í samskiptum manna og náttúru eru til muna flóknari en oftast er álitið.

Three new species of Chrysomelidae with extraordinary extensions of the male mandibles are described: Scaphodius drehu sp. nov. and S. ferox sp. nov. (Cryptocephalinae), from New Caledonia, and Chaloenus gajah sp. nov. (Galerucinae), from Borneo. Designation of the type species of Chaloenus Westwood, 1861, is clarified. Synonymy of Scaphodius Chapuis, 1874, with Nyetra Baly, 1877, is supported. Four species of Ditropidus Erichson, 1842, described from New Caledonia, but hitherto regarded as nomina nuda, are shown to be available and are placed in Scaphodius: S. aeneus (Fauvel, 1907), comb. nov., S. nitidus (Fauvel, 1907) comb. nov., S. striolatus (Fauvel, 1907) comb. nov., S. sulcatus (Fauvel, 1907) comb. nov. Ditropidus opacicollis Fauvel, 1907, is also transferred to Scaphodius, as S. opacicollis (Fauvel) comb. nov. The genus Ditropidus does not occur onNew Caledonia. Male mandible enlargment in the Chrysomelidae is reviewed: it is common in Cryptocephalinae, but otherwise restricted to a few species of Chrysomelinae, Eumolpinae and Galerucinae. Possible reasons for its distribution in the Chrysomelidae are discussed.

<p>For candy cones and layer cakes: The use of translations according to Swedish translators of classical literature from the first fifty years of the 18th century.</p><p>This is a study of prefaces and dedications to Swedish translations of Greek and Roman literature from the first fifty years of the eighteenth century. The introductory paratexts of this period are highly homogenous. Most cover the following five topoi: the importance of the chosen text is specified; the text and author are introduced; the usefulness of the translation is discussed; the principles of translation are touched upon; and, in conclusion, translators anticipate and try to deflect criticism of their work. Not only are the same topoi found in most translatory prefaces and dedications, but are moreover often filled with very similar arguments. The focus of this study is on the most central topos, that of the usefulness of the translation. As a rule, during this period translators tended toward utilitarian arguments to justify their translations. The use could be argued (1) to be the moral value of the text, (2) to help students to learn Latin and, to a lesser extent, Greek, (3) to make the subject-matter of the texts available to readers with no Greek or Latin, or (4) to further the development of the Swedish language and poetry. These utilitarian arguments are illustrated with quotations from the translatory paratexts and discussed with reference to contemporary debates.</p>

Abstract:
The article presents results of laboratory tests performed on samples of NOMEX®910 cellulose–aramid insulation impregnated with Nynas Nytro 10× inhibited insulating mineral oil using the polarization and depolarization current analysis method (PDC Method). In the course of the tests, the insulation samples were subjected to a process of accelerated thermal degradation of cellulose macromolecules, as well as weight-controlled dampening, thereby simulating the ageing processes occurring when using the insulation in power transformers. The effects of temperature in the ranges typical of normal transformer operation were also taken into account. On the basis of the obtained data, the activation energy was then fixed together with dominant time constants of cellulose–aramid insulation relaxation processes with respect to the temperature and degree of moisture, as well as thermal degradation of cellulose macromolecules. It was found that the greatest and predictable changes in the activation energy value were caused by the temperature and the degree of moisture in the samples. A similar conclusion applies to the dominant time constant of the relaxation process of cellulose fibers. Degree of thermal degradation samples was of marginal importance for the described parameters. The final outcome of the test results and analyses presented in the article are regression functions for the activation energy and the dominant time constants depending on the earlier listed parameters of the experiment, which may be used in the future diagnostics of the degree of technical wear of cellulose–aramid insulation performed using the PDC method.

Pelabuhan perikanan merupakan tempat yang terdiri dari daratan dan perairan serta sekitarnya dengan batas-batas tertentu. Pelabuhan perikanan sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam pasal 3 dan 4 KEPMEN No.34 tahun 2004 yang mempunya tugas melaksanakan fasilitas produksi, penanganan dan pengelolaan, fasilitas pengendalian pengawasan mutu, pemasaran hasil perikanan di wilayahnya, fasilitas dan melakukan pembinaan masyarakat nelayan. Melihat perkembangan dari infrastruktur pelabuhan perikanan sangat berbeda dari sebelum dikelola, dan sekarang setelah dikelola dan danya fasilitas yang memadai lebih efektif dan efisien. Hal ini merupakan resiko yang harus dilakukan dan resiko tersebut merupakan tantangan dan tuntutan nasional yang harus dijawab dengan melaksanakan berbagai tindakan yang nyta dan sistematis serta berkelanjutan. Indeks vegetasi yang diperoleh dari data NOAA-AVHRR sudah umum digunakan sebagai indikator kehijauan dan kekeringan vegetasi. Kondisi iklim global dan regional diatas Sumatera mempengaruhi indeks vegetasi di Sumatera. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari keragaman indeks vegetasi terutama di Sumatra dan hubungannya dengan El Nino - Southern Oscillation (ENSO) dan Indian Ocean Dipole Mode Event (DME). LAC NDVI periode 1996-2002 digunakan untuk menganalisa koefisien keragaman dan analisis korelasi kanonik. Keragaman NDVI yang tinggi ditemukan di pantai timur, bagian selatan dan bagian utara Sumatera, sedangkan di bagian barat dan tengah keragamannya rendah. Secara keseluruhan, keragaman NDVI selama monsun barat lebih tinggi daripada periode monsun timur. ENSO dan DME mempangaruhi indeks vegetasi di Sumatera pada lag 0,4,dan 5 bulan (nyata pada taraf 5%). Kontribusi terbesar diberikan oleh variable kanonik lag 1 (R2=70.1%), sisa 29,9 % disebabkan oleh keragaman factor-faktor lainnya. Kerana korelasi dan signifikansi dari parameter iklim secara statistik tinggi, maka dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor NDVI di Sumatera. Diantara 6 time lag , parameter dengan lag 6 bulan mempunyai keragaman yang tertinggi. Namun, uji beda nyata menunjukkan bahwz korelasi kanonik pada lag 0,4,dan 5 yang mempunyai beda nyta tertinggi (pada taraf 95%). Struktur korelasi kanonik untuk parameter iklim pada lag 0 dan 1 didominasi oleh SOI dan anomaly SST. Sedangkan korelasi pada lag 2,5, dan 6 didominasi oleh SOI, anomaly SST, dan DMI. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, kami menyimpulkan bahwa analisis korelasi kanonik merupakan metode yang optimum untuk memprediksi NDVI di Sumatera pada lag 5 bulan menggunakan SOI, SSTA, dan DMI sebagai prediktor. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa parameter iklim dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi NDVI 5 bulan ke depan dengan baik di Sumatera.

Þegar árekstrar koma upp í sambúð dýra og manna er nauðsynlegt að skoða vel þær forsendur sem að baki liggja. Í greininni er fjallað um þær deilur sem sprottið hafa upp á síðustu árum um alfriðun álftarinnar og tengjast aukinni kornrækt. Í upphafi er gerð stutt grein fyrir nýlegum nálgunum sem tengjast auknum áhuga á sambandi dýra og manna í hugvísindum. Í stað þess að skoða dýr sem óvirka þolendur eða jafnvel vélar, eins og algengt hefur verið um aldir, er nú lögð áhersla á gerendahæfni þeirra og gagnvirk tengsl við umhverfi sitt. Þau eru virkir þátttakendur í lífpólitík hvers tíma. Friðun tegunda er eitt birtingarform slíkrar lífpólitíkur, sem auk líffræðilegrar vitneskju snýst ævinlega um margvísleg gildi og hrif. Friðunarsaga álftarinnar er að því búnu rakin. Ýmsar fornar heimildir og lagaákvæði vitna um mikilvægi hennar sem nytjafugls á fyrstu öldum Íslandsbyggðar. Álftin hafði enn fremur margþætta menningarlega þýðingu í gegnum aldirnar. Þegar fyrsta almenna löggjöf um friðun fugla kom til sögu á nítjándu öld var þó ekki horft sérstaklega til álfta, enda fuglinn enn veiddur að einhverju marki. Nytja- og friðunarsjónarmið tókust á í rökræðum um álftina, sem var loks tekin í hóp alfriðaðra fugla árið 1913. Á síðustu áratugum tuttugustu aldar jókst kornrækt verulega í sveitum landsins. Jafnframt hefur álftum fjölgað og raddir hafa heyrst meðal bænda um að aflétta beri friðun fuglsins. Í rannsókn höfunda á Suðurlandi voru tekin eigindleg ítarviðtöl við níu kornbændur til að varpa skýrara ljósi á sambúð bænda og álfta. Reynsla þeirra og viðhorf voru með ýmsu móti. Flestir töldu álftir vera skynugar skepnur og viðurkenndu gerendahæfni þeirra. Hins vegar töldu þeir almennt ekki að fuglinn hefði sérstakt gildi sökum fegurðar. Flestir töldu að breyta þyrfti ákvæðum um alfriðun álfta. Ábyrgð á þeim árekstrum sem upp hafa komið var oftast varpað á fuglinn. Að rætur árekstranna mætti rekja til athafna þeirra sjálfra var almennt ekki ofarlega í huga bændanna. Í heild sýnir sagan af samskiptum manna og álfta vel hinar flóknu sögulegu rætur og menningarlegu forsendur sem vernd dýrategunda byggir jafnan á. Rannsóknir af þessu tagi, sem nýta kenningar og aðferðir umhverfishugvísinda, eru mikilvægar til að auka skilning á lífpólitík náttúruverndar.

SamandragDenne studien er ei oppfølging av ein tidlegare studie der det vart konkludert med at lærarrolla kan ordnast i tre hovudkategoriar: den styrande, den støttande og den tilbaketrekte lærarrolla. Dette er dynamiske roller eller posisjonar som pedagogen kontinuerleg vekslar mellom for å oppnå måla for læring og sosialisering. Problemstillinga i denne studien er å utdjupa karakteristikken av desse lærarrollene og lærarens didaktiske intensjonar med val av lærarrolle. Basert på nye data frå klasserom i grunnskulen der undervisningsmetodane dramaforløp og dramatisering vert nytta i fagundervisninga, gjennomfører me ein dramaturgisk didaktisk analyse av aktørane sine handlingar og kommunikasjon i klasserommet. Funna vert kategoriserte i tre didaktiske aspekt ved lærarrollene: i) lærarens posisjonering, ii) lærarens faglege bidrag og iii) lærarens samhandling og kommunikasjon med elevane. Våre funn viser at kvar lærarrolle har sine distinkte kjenneteikn, og at kvar rolle representerer bestemte intensjonar frå læraren si side. Lærarens avveging mellom ulike undervisningsformer og det Biesta kallar undervisningas fleirdimensjonale føremål stiller såleis krav til lærarens profesjonelle dømmekraft. Kunnskap om desse kjenneteikna og intensjonane kan hjelpa lærarar og lærarstudentar med profesjonell planlegging og analyse av undervising, som korleis dei kan balansera mellom å setja seg sjølv i styrande, interaktiv eller tilbaketrekt posisjon i forhold til elevane si faglege tileigning; om dei vil leggja opp til undervising for elevane, saman med elevane eller ved elevane i samspel med kvarandre og andre læringsmedium. Our findings are categorized in three didactic aspects of the teacher role: i) the teacher`s positioning, ii) the teacher`s academic contribution and iii) the teacher`s interaction and communication with the students. Our findings highlight that each teacher role has its distinct, but sometimes overlapping characteristics and that each role represents certain teacher intensions. The teacher`s balancing of, on the one hand, the forms of teaching and on the other, what Biesta calls the multidimensional purpose of education places certain demands on the teacher’s professional judgment. Knowledge about these characteristics and intensions may help teachers and PSTs in their professional planning and analysis of their teaching, for instance in finding a balance between placing themselves in a directing, interactive or distal position in the students’ qualification process, e.g. if their purpose is education for the students, together with the students or by the students in interaction with each other and different learning media. Semua bagian lalat berperan sebagai alat penular penyakit, dari badan, bulu tangan dan kaki, feses, serta muntahannya. Fly Grilladakah salah satu teknik pengendalian lalat dengan melihat kepadatan lalat disuatu tempat. Alat ini dapat diberikan variasi warna karena serangga memiliki ketertarikan kepada gelombang warna yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepadatan lalat pada variasi warna pada Fly Grill.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Perlakuan denganFly Grillyang berbeda warna (kuning, biru, hijau, putih) dan kontrol (bambu tanpa diberi cat).Pengukuran pada tiga titik ukur (0, 1, 2 m dari tempat pemotongan). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunkan uji ANOVA dengan derajat kesalahan α 0,05.dilanjutkan dengan uji Post hoc Benferroni.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkanada perbedaan signifikan rata rata jumlah lalat yang terperangkap pada Fly Grillyang berbeda warna. Antara Fly Grillwarna kuning- biru diperoleh nilai p value 0,030<α (0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara Fly Grillwarna kuning dan biru. Sedangkan antara Fly Grillwarna biru- putih diperoleh nilai p value 0,037<α (0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara Fly Grillwarna biru dan putih.Simpulan: Ada perbedaan nyara kepadatan lalat pada Fly Grill warna Putih, Kuning, Biru, Hijau, dan Kontrol. All parts of fly play role in transferring disease, from body, feathers of hands and feet, feces, and vomiting. One technique to understand fly density in one location is to use Fly Grill. This tool can be given varying colors because this insect has attraction to different color waves. A research was done to understand difference of fly densities in various colors of Fly Grill.Method: The research in this study was quasi experimental. The data were collected by using five Fly Grills with different colors (yellow, blue, green, white and control), conducted in three measuring points (0, 1, and 2m) from Chicken slaughterhouse. The collected data were analyzed by using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) with error degree α=0.05followed by the Post hoc Benferroni test.Results: The result was a significant difference in the average number of flies trapped on different colored Fly Grills. Between yellow and blue Fly Grills indicated that p value 0.30 < α(0.05), that means had significant difference between the yellow and blue Fly Grills, and blue and white Fly Grills indicated that p value 0.037 < α(0.05) that means had significant difference between blue and white Fly Grills.Conclusions: There was a difference in the density of flies on the Fly Grill colors White, Yellow, Blue, Green, and Control There was difference of fly densities in yellow-blue Fly Grills and blue-white Fly Grills in the Chicken slaughterhouse (RPA) in Terban Market, Yogyakarta City. В статье рассматривается один из видов территорий с особым экономическим статусом – территории опережающего социально-экономического развития (ТОСЭР) как механизм регионального управления в период реновации российской экономики. В качестве теоретико-методологической основы исследования выступает теория цикличности развития мирового хозяйства, в рамках которой раскрываются закономерности развития старопромышленных регионов. Переживая стагнацию и деградацию традиционных отраслей промышленности, такие регионы находятся в поиске новых импульсов развития, некоторые объявляются территориями опережающего развития. Научный подход, реализуемый в работе, основан на концепции поляризованного развития, которая предполагает выявление полюсов (точек роста) с высоким потенциалом и приложение адекватных усилий для их развития. В статье акцентируется внимание на роли территорий опережающего развития в качестве научной базы региональной политики и современного инструмента развития региональной социоэкономики. Динамический анализ условий формирования таких территорий выявил современные тенденции их продвижения с востока на запад. На примере ТОСЭР, созданных в «моногородах» Пермского края, раскрываются проблемы их становления. В качестве индикаторов эффективности прилагаемых усилий по формированию Чусовского и Нытвенского ТОСЭР использованы демографические показатели, анализ которых выявил, что социально-экономическая ситуация остается неблагополучной, естественная убыль населения сопровождается миграционным оттоком. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о необходимости усиления региональной политики в целях сохранения и преумножения человеческого капитала. Механизм трансформации проблемных регионов в ТОСЭР может стать инструментом стратегического планирования и территориального управления, позволяющим сместить акцент на эффективную социальную ориентацию хозяйства. The article examines one of the types of territories with a special economic status - the territory of advanced socio-economic development (TASED) as a mechanism of regional management in the course of the Russian economy renovation. The theory of the cyclical development of the world economy serves as the theoretical and methodological basis of this study to reveal the development patterns of old-industrial regions. Experiencing stagnation and degradation in traditional industries, such regions are looking for new impulses for their development. Some of them are declared as priority development areas. The scientific approach implemented in the work is based on the concept of polarized development, which involves identifying “growth poles” (points) with high potential and applying of adequate efforts for their development. The main attention focuses on the role of the advanced development areas as a scientific basis for making regional policy and as a modern tool for the development of regional socioeconomics. A dynamic analysis of the TASED creation in Russia has revealed current trends in their formation mainly from east to west. The authors consider the problems in the TASED formation by examples of two mono-industrial urban settlements in the Perm region – Chusovoy and Nytva. The demographic data used as indicators to reflect effectiveness of the TASED formation show that the socio-economic situation remains unfavorable, and the natural population decline accompanied by a noticeable migration outflow. The obtained results indicate the need to strengthen regional policy in order to preserve and increase human capital. The mechanism of transformation of problem regions into TASEDs can become the instrument of strategic planning and territorial management to shift the emphasis on effective social orientation of the economy. At the first stage of forming the “growth poles” in mono-industrial towns of the Perm Region, it is necessary to solve the employment problem, to prioritize not economic, but social tasks. It also needs a creation of the conditions for any type of economic activity in order to prevent the social tension growth and labor forces outflow. It is advisable to form a “knowledge economy”, to create a system “science - business – power”. The local socioeconomic development requires long-term, painstaking and purposeful efforts, coordinating actions of regional and municipal authorities. TASED has prospects for becoming an effective mechanism in territorial management, a “growth pole” in the old industrial region.

This book seems to be steeped in various traditions from children’s literature, making it at once new, yet familiar. Anthropomorphic animals, delightful and peculiar worlds, and adventure in a dream are just a few of the traditions that Nytra draws from. Siblings Leah and Alan wake up one morning and are surprised to find themselves in the middle of an enchanted forest. As they are wondering how to get home, a stone frog speaks up and offers to be their guide. On their journey home, the brother and sister travel through a strange and spectacular world, not unlike Alice in Wonderland, where they encounter fantastic creatures at every turn. First they come across a garden with giant bees, then an orchard with enormous cherries where they meet some lions that play croquet and keep giant rabbits as pets. The lions, who are dressed as dandies, are both friendly and familiar; you feel like you know them from somewhere but you’re not quite sure where, and you wish you could spend some more time with them. Later in their travels, Leah and Alan encounter walking deep-sea creatures dressed in Victorian hats and suits, oddly proportioned humans, and buildings that seem to be fluid and alive. Upon returning home, Leah announces that their parents have decided she is old enough to have her own room, leaving the reader wondering if this was a final journey into a fantasy world, or a first journey that was meant to prepare Alan to go back on his own. Not surprisingly, readers are drawn into the fantasy world right from the very first panel. Nytra’s black and white pen and ink drawings are stunning. Finely rendered, busy backgrounds contrast with the simple shapes and faces of the children and the frogs. Further contrast is noticeable between things that are depicted realistically and those that are more cartoonish. Nytra masterfully uses black and white to enhance the feeling of the story; some panels are light and whimsical while others are dark and frightening. Simple dialogue makes this book accessible for young readers in grades two and three, although older children that are fond of fantasy are also likely to enjoy this charming book. Some illustrations may frighten young children. Automation to benefit or ruin?The purpose of this article is to discuss and analyze how digital automation of the provision of social assistance affects the practice of social work, as part of welfare. Based on interviews with supervisors/project managers and social case workers, who work with social assistance in a strategic selection of municipalities, the opportunities and challenges that robotization brings to the function of social assistance are problematized as a selective welfare right. The results show that robotisation can help to increase efficiency and that resources can be re-prioritized, but at the same time there are significant risks to the erosion of the social work practice, both in terms of the practitioners’ work in the provision of social assistance and its function as a selective right in a universal welfare construction. The results also indicate needs for further in-depth studies.

Ved å studere fagstoff om teikneopplæring nytta ved norske grunnskulelærarutdanningar, utviklar denne teksten tre ulike teoretiske kategoriar som skildrar teiknemetodiske tilnærmingar. Kategoriane er forma med støtte frå lese- og skriveopplæringsfeltet og omgrepa analytiske og syntetiske tilnærmingar, samt kunnskapsteoretiske og læringsteoretiske posisjonar. I tillegg blir omgrepet progresjon ved Ralph Tyler (1948) nytta for å utdjupe det som kjem fram. Bidraget er meint å vere ein forsiktig start på å utvikle ei teikneteoretisk plattform til støtte for dei institusjonane som utdannar lærarar for dei minste i skulen.

I den här texten sammanfattar jag resultaten av min avhandling "Encountering evolution: Children’s meaning-making processes in collaborative interactions". Resultaten baseras på videoanalyser av tre olika gruppbaserade aktiviteter med evolution i fokus. Alla barn som deltog i studien gick vid tiden i förskoleklass. Då förskoleklassens verksamhet har drag både av förskolans lekbaserade praktik och grundskolans mer undervisningsinriktade praktik, är min förhoppning att resultaten kan vara till nytta för lärare och pedagoger i såväl förskolan som grundskolan. Sammanfattningsvis visar resultaten att både tillgång till material och uppgifters utformning och kontext har stor påverkan på vad som sker när barn deltar i aktiviteter med naturvetenskapligt innehåll.

AbstractThe aim of the paper is to discuss the role of the line manager in implementing to plan, implement and evaluate successful organizational interventions using our experiences from the ARK-program. Earlier literature has shown that line managers have a major influence on an intervention’s outcomes (Nielsen, 2017; Saksvik, Nytrø, Dahl-Jørgensen, & Mikkelsen, 2002), however, there is a lack of knowledge about the managements’ role throughout the entire intervention process and how line managers are influenced by the context at different levels. We therefore discuss the line managers’ role within the five phase cycle of an organizational intervention, including preparation, screening, action planning, implementation and evaluation. We also introduce a more in-depth understanding of the context by using of the IGLO-model (Individual, Group, Leadership and Organizational level). Based on our knowledge and experience from the ARK-program we make some recommendations for (a) what the line managers need throughout the five phases in order to contribute to a successful intervention, and (b) on what the line manager has to provide in order to develop and implement a successful intervention process.

Abstrakt: This article explores knowledge related to the gaze of the kindergarten teachers. By considering performances of the eyes as aspects of professionalism, the article discusses how different arrangements of the gaze are generated in complex conditions of judgment and power. Just as the eyeballs lies deeply tied into the corpus, both the gaze and the knowledge of the kindergarten teachers are deeply tied together in a comprehensive body of knowledge. This article draws upon interviews of kindergarten teachers related to mapping of children’s skills in a Norwegian context. However, the statements in the study bring in a larger web of judgements in kindergarten. Foucault's theories are chosen as step stones for the discussion.Samandrag: Denne artikkelen handlar om kunnskapskonstruksjonar knytte til barnehagelæraren sitt blikk, og tek føre seg korleis barnehagelæraren bruker blikket i utøvinga av profesjonen sin. Ulike ordningar av blikk kan få grobotn i samansette konstruksjonar av skjønn og makt. Slik augeepla ligg djupt kopla saman med resten av kroppen, er også blikket og kunnskapen til barnehagelæraren djupt kopla saman i ein omfattande kunnskapskropp. Artikkelen tek utgangspunkt i gruppeintervju med barnehagelærarar om kartlegging av barn i ein norsk barnehagekontekst, men utsegnene frå intervjua bringar òg inn ein større vev av vurderingsarbeid i barnehagen. Teoriane til Foucault er nytta som reiskap i drøftinga.

A tanulmány egy városi rendőrkapitányság megalakulásának történetét mutatja be röviden. Az egykori Magyarország területén elhelyezkedő Nyitra városa ma már Szlovákiához tartozik. Időbeli elhelyezést tekintve az esemény a 19. század vége és a 20. század elejére, vagyis a dualizmus korára tehető. Az 1867-es osztrák-magyar kiegyezés alaptézisként foglalta magába az alkotmányosság helyreállítását. Ezzel együtt a Habsburg Birodalmat polgári alkotmányos monarchiává alakította át, ahol az államhatalom gyakorlásának döntő része a parlament és az azért felelős miniszteriális kormány hatáskörébe került. Ausztria és Magyarország igen széleskörű állami önállósága alapján a monarchia valóban dualista rendszerű volt. Bár ez következetesen csupán a két ország belső ügyeire nézve érvényesült. Az uralkodó széles jogköre tekintetében azonban mindkét állam belügyei vonatkozásában korlátokat állított fel. Az állami szuverenitás legfőbb kérdéseiben, úgymint a külügy, hadügy és az ezekhez kapcsolódó pénzügyek tekintetében a birodalom valójában egyközpontú lett. A belügyek rendezése ezáltal központi kérdéssé vált, ami azt jelentette, hogy egységes állami irányítás és felügyelet alá vonják a rendőrkapitányságok működését. A rendszerszintű felépítés egy, az addigi felépítéstől eltérő működést hozott magával. A feladatkörök sokoldalúsága, a képzés kiforratlan struktúrája és az állami felügyelet együtt komoly feladat elé állította a rendőrkapitányt, akinek korabeli nyilatkozata is az olvasó elé tárul. A tanulmány két olyan esetet mutat be, ami ebben az időszakban történt és sajtónyilvánosságot kapott. Mindezt egykori újságok hasábjairól gyűjtöttem össze. Tekintettel arra, hogy ezek valóságtartalmának visszaellenőrzésére más forrásból nem volt módom, épp ezért úgy gondolom messzemenő következtetéseket nem is lehet levonni a történetekből. Az esetek – kezelendően az előbb leírtak szerint – azonban több olyan problémát felvetnek, amelyekre szükséges figyelemmel lenni. Kiváltképp azokban, amelyben nagy szerepet kap a képzés és a testületen belüli mindennapi munkavégzés erkölcsisége.

O peptídeo natriurético atrial felino (PNA) é um hormônio sintetizado pelo miocárdio cardíaco atrial que, uma vez liberado na circulação, produz diurese, natriurese e vasodilatação periférica. Nós recentemente isolamos, sequenciamos e estabelemos a expressão cardíaca normal do PNA felino. No presente estudo, nós apresentamos o número de cópias gênicas do PNA em gatos. Foram extraídas amostras de DNA genômico do sangue periférico humano e felino, as quais foram purificadas e digeridas com as enzimas de restrição EcoRI, BamHI e HindIII, com posterior realização da técnica de Southern Blots. Primers para PCR, confeccionados para regiões de alta conservatividade entre espécies, foram utilizados para amplificação, clonagem e sequenciamento de um produto de 900 pares de bases, posteriormente utilizado como sonda de DNA. O gene do PNA felino possui uma única cópia gênica, a exemplo do PNA humano. Devido a sua similaridade, sondas de DNA felino puderam ser utilizadas para a hibridização de DNA genômico tanto do gato como do homem. Abstract Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is a hormone normally synthesized by the cardiac atrial myocardium that once released, produces diuresis, natriuresis and peripheral vasodilation. We have recently isolated, sequenced and assessed the normal cardiac expression of feline ANP. In this study, we report on the number of copies of the feline ANP gene, which could have an effect on future molecular biology studies of ANP gene expression in cat models of cardiovascular disease. Cat and human genomic DNA (gDNA) were extracted for Southern blotting from blood. The purified DNA was digested with the restriction enzymes EcoRI, BamHI and HindIII followed by agarose gel electrophoresis and blotting onto nytran membranes. A feline ANP cDNA probe of approximately 900 base pairs was used for hybridization of the membranes. The results of Southern blotting showed that both the feline and human genomes contain a single copy of the ANP gene.

Based on the symptoms of that’s the meaning, the idea that becomes an offer in the work of pencug music is to cultivate or explore the motives that exist in kendang sunda (especially tepak pencug) into a work of art object (music).The purpose of the creation of the compositions of musical works is to develop patterns, rhythms and motifs in the form of music composition. While the benefit is to contribute thoughts about the process of creation through the development of patterns, rhythms and motifs in the drum kendang Sunda to other creators. The realization of the work of this musical composition can’t be separated from various sources that provide inspiration and guidance or reference. This work uses two types of sources as a reference, namely the source of art work and some sources of books (literature of review). The work of the composition of pencug music refers to the concept of working on Suwanda as the owner and creator of tepak kendang jaipongan. These methods include; Salambar directly saayana tinu heubeul (what it is from the first), janten ku nyira (so by itself or improvisation) and ngarobah nu aya (change existing). The form of musical composition of pencug composition refers to the concept of musical form of vocal-instrumental mix (sekar gending). Abstract National curriculum and teaching materials play a significant role in how students discuss and learn to understand issues which are controversial in society. However, the ways curriculum content aims to answer to rapidly changing political landscapes also influence the phenomena that the curriculum aims to unpack. In this article, we analyse one such phenomenon. Our aim is to investigate how the curriculum content about the Romani people in Norway has been used in the ongoing negotiation of the group’s position in Norwegian education and society. In the Green Paper NOU 2015: 7 Assimi­lation and Resistance – Norwegian policies towards Tater/Romani people from 1850 to the present, it is suggested that the curriculum should include more knowledge about Romani. In this article, we analyse the consultation process that was initiated after the publication of the Green Paper. We focus on how the submissions by individuals and institutions are discussing the curriculum content concerning the Romani. Our analysis illuminates how a specific curriculum content can have effects and play a part in on­going issues outside of the school context. We have focused on reading the positions on the curriculum in light of the contexts of historical justice for the Romani, and of multi­culturalism in education. The analysis illustrates that, how controversial societal issues are handled in the curriculum, can impact societal processes outside of the classroom. Samtidig vil måten lære­planen sitt innhald siktar mot å svare på politiske landskap i rask endring, også påverke dei fenomena som læreplanen omhandlar. I denne artikkelen analyserer vi eit slikt feno­men. Målet er å undersøkje korleis læreplanen sitt innhald om romanifolket i Noreg har blitt nytta i pågåande forhandlingar om gruppa sin posisjon i norsk skule og samfunn. I NOU 2015: 7 Assimilering og motstand – Norsk politikk overfor taterne/romanifolket fra 1850 til i dag blir det foreslått at læreplanen bør inkludere meir kunnskap om romani­folket. I denne artikkelen analyserer vi høringsrunden som blei initiert etter publiseringa av NOU 2015: 7. Vi fokuserer på korleis høringssvara frå både individ og institusjonar diskuterer læreplanen sitt innhald om romanifolket. Vår analyse kastar ljos over korleis eit konkret innhald i læreplanen kan ha effekt og spele ei rolle i pågåande prosessar utanfor skulekonteksten. Vi har fokusert på korleis dei ulike posisjonane til læreplanen sitt innhald kan lesast i ljos av kontekstane om historisk rettferd for romanifolket og av multikulturalisme i utdanning. De senaste åren har stor uppmärksamhet riktats mot behovet av praktiknära, eller praktikutvecklande, forskning i skolan. Tillsammans väntas forskare och lärare utarbeta ny kunskap och vetenskapligt underbyggda metoder för höjd kvalitet och ökad måluppfyllelse. Föreliggande artikel rapporterar resultat från en kvalitativ pilotstudie tillsammans med fyra lärare i det så kallade ULF-projektet (Utbildning, Lärande, Forskning), där forskare och lärare på gemensamt initiativ prövar en modell för samarbete om utvecklad undervisningskvalitet. Studien bygger på tidigare storskaliga observationsstudier där särskilda observa­tionsprotokoll utformats för att identifiera kritiska aspekter av undervisningskvalitet. Syftet med studien är att pröva om observationer och videoinspelningar av undervisning följt av återkoppling till lärarna utifrån ett sådant observationsprotokoll (PLATO) kan användas för att stötta lärarnas undervisningsutveckling. Forskningsintresset riktas dels mot observationernas och återkopplingens eventuella påverkan på undervisningen eller på lärarnas tänkande om undervisningen, dels mot förutsättningarna för att underlätta och utvidga samarbetet och göra det mer långsiktigt hållbart. Resultaten antyder att de forskningsbaserade kvalitetsdimensionerna i PLATO syn­liggör relevanta utvecklingsområden som lärarna drar nytta av i planering och analys av sin undervisning. Samtidigt konstateras att ett fungerande forsknings- och utvecklings­samarbete fordrar mer tid i lärarnas schema för planering och reflexion och en lokalt placerad ämneskompetent mottagarresurs som kan driva och förankra utvecklings­arbetet på huvudmannanivå. Implikationer för ett utvecklat och uppskalat samarbete diskuteras i artikeln. Together, teachers and researchers are expected to build new knowledge and arrive at evidence-based methods for improved quality and more efficient learning in schools. This article reports from a pilot study in the Swedish ULF project (Utbildning, Lärande, Forskning [Education, Learning, Research]), where researchers and teachers, on joint initiative and within the context of application, try out a model of collaboration for improved instructional quality. This research builds on previous large-scale studies where observation protocols have been used to identify critical aspects of instructional quality. The study aims to determine whether observations and video recordings of teaching followed by feedback to teachers, based on an observation protocol (PLATO), can be used to support the improvement of language arts instruction. Research interests concern both the effect caused by observation and feedback on teachers’ practice and their thinking about practice, and the potentials and pitfalls for a sustained collaboration. Findings indicate that the research-based quality criteria in PLATO pinpoint areas of development relevant for teachers’ planning and analysis of instruction. At the same time, the collaboration accentuates the need of more time for planning and reflection in teachers’ schedule as well as a local change agent to operate and authorize professional development at school level. (3) Apa dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap pembangunan Bandara Matahora di Pulau Wangi-Wangi Kabupaten Wakatobi? dan (4) Bagaimana Perkembangan pembangunan Bandara Matahora di Pulau Wangi-Wangi Kabupaten Wakatobi? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang dikemukakan oleh Helius Sjamsuddin, yang terdiri atas 3 tahap yaitu: (1) Heuristik yakni mencari sumber melalui wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian lapangan, (2) Kritik Sumber terdiri atas kritik eksternal dan kritik internal guna mendapat data yang akurat, (3) Historiografi yang dimaksudkan dalam bentuk karya tulis kronologis, sistematis dan ilmiah. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa latar belakang perkembangan Bandara Matahora berawal dari pemikiran atau ide bupati wakatobi Ir. Hugua yang yang tergambar dalam visi misinya membangun dan menjadikan Kabupaten Wakatobi menjadi daerah yang digemari oleh banyak orang dengan visi “Terwujudnya Surga Nyta Bawah Laut di Pusat Segitiga Karang Dunia” (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembangunan Bandara Matahora dapat dilihat dari pandangan masyarakat yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk respon dari masyarakat berkaitan dengan pembangunan Bandara Matahora serta kecenderungan rencana yang dilakukan pasca Bandara terbangun. Respon yang dimaksud adalah respon mengenai pembangunan Bandara Matahora. Misalnya dari satu pihak menerima adanya Bandara Matahora dipihak lain ada yang menolak pembangunan Bandara Matahora. (3) Dampak dari pembangunan Bandara Matahora ialah terdapat dampak yang bersifat positif dan yang bersifat negatif bagi masyarakat dan daerah. (4) Perkembangan pembangunan Bandara Matahora dari tahun ke tahun semakin bagus, dimana Bandara yang menjadi kebanggaan masyarakat tersebut digunakan dengan semaksimal mungkin dan pembangunan tambahan Bandara terus berkelanjutan hingga saat ini. This research uses the historical method proposed by Helius Sjamsuddin, which consists of 3 stages, namely: (1) Heuristics which is looking for sources through interviews, library research, and field research, (2) Source Criticism consists of external criticism and internal criticism in order to obtain data accurate, (3) Historiography intended in the form of chronological, systematic and scientific writing. This research shows that the background of the development of Matahora Airport originated from the thoughts or ideas of the Regent of Wakatobi, Ir.
