W dniu 25 maja 2018 roku wchodzi w życie rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE. Rozporządzenie to będzie stosowane jednolicie i bezpośrednio w całej Unii Europejskiej, obligując tym samym przedsiębiorców działających w Polsce, w tym w obszarze e-commerce, do dostosowania się do nowych regulacji.

Abstract:
W ramach niniejszej publikacji zostają przedstawione kluczowe zagadnienia związane z problematyką ochrony podatników unikających opodatkowania. Problem ten jest analizowany zwłaszcza w kontekście zasady in dubio pro tributario, zasad systemowych CIT oraz klauzuli ogólnej obejścia prawa podatkowego. Pod adresem ustawodawcy zostają sformułowane postulaty de lege lata oraz de lege ferenda dotyczące skonstruowania odpowiedniej korelacji (współzależności) między tymi zagadnieniami.

Abstract Two new genera of the leafhopper tribe Erythroneurini, Hamata gen. nov. and Levigata gen. nov., are established based on type species from Yunnan, China: Hamata coralliformis sp. nov. and Levigata arborea sp. nov., respectively. Barley yellow dwarf disease, an important, ubiquitous virus disease of cereal crops worldwide, is caused by a group of related single-stranded RNA viruses assigned to luteovirus (Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) spp. PAV, PAS, MAV, and GAV) or polerovirus (Cereal yellow dwarf virus-RPV) genera or unassigned to a genera (BYDV-SGV, BYDV-RMV, and BYDV-GPV) in the family Luteoviridae (2).
