Abstract:
Slom ustanka u Srbiji u jesen 1941. otvorio je i pitanje sudbine njegovih učesnika koji su u prethodnom periodu uzeli učešća u aktivnostima protiv nemačkih snaga i srpskih vlasti pod okupacijom. Manji deo pripadnika partizanskih odreda odstupio je sa Vrhovnim štabom u Sandžak, dok je onima koji su ostali u nekadašnjim žarištima ustanka predstojala teška borba za opstanak na terenu. Dok su aktivnosti partizana koji su produžili gerilsku borbu ili po raspuštanju svojih odreda bili uhapšeni i odvedeni u logore detaljno rekonstruisane, pitanje onih koji su tada položili oružje ostalo je u senci istorijskih istraživanja. U istoriografiji se pod pojmom „legalizacija“ 1941. podrazumeva prelazak dela vojno-četničkih odreda u okvire vojnih struktura Srpske vlade pod okupacijom. Povratak primarnim istorijskim izvorima, pre svega arhivskoj građi, ali i pojedinim memoarskim zapisima ukazuje nam da se i jedan deo partizana i komunista na sličan način legalizovao pri kolaboracionističkim formacijama. Njihova legalizacija imala je nešto drugačije karakteristike. Opšta pojava na prelazu 1941/1942. bila je i njihovo privremeno sklanjanje i prelazak u jedinice JVuO. U ovom radu analiziramo karakteristike tog procesa.

Abstract:
Goal of this thesis is to compare yellow flowering hybrid WOSR varieties growth in conventional agriculture to white flowering OP variety growth in Flower Power System (FPS). We also have to confirm/deny that OP variety Witt is at least the same profitable as hybrid varieties (HV), due to the ecological and economical advantages of the FPS. The effect of FPS is in growing Witt variety sown around by earlier yellow flowering variety buffer strip. The yellow flowering strip should be wide as minimum as plant protection sprayer, in this case it was 24 m. The buffer strip was sown by OP variety Cortes. Primary tillage plowing was done immediately after the forecrop of winter barley harvest and after application of organic manure - pig manure on crushed straw. Sowing all studied varieties was conducted in the period 11th to 21st August 2014. Autumn crop emergence and development carried out evenly, no significant pest damage was observed, due to the warm weather was needed triple application of morphoregulator. To winter crops entered with a sufficient number of true leaves, strong root neck and joined rosette of leaves. Spring crop development launched very soon, thanks to a mild winter hibernating varieties by 91-96% plants. Applications of DASA took place in early March, the first application of DAM 390 in the second half of March. Flowering took place in an average of month, March 29 - May 30, 2015. Application of insecticides was carried out on all varieties 1x in the bud stage, the second one in bloom against gall midges (Dasineura brassicae) was dropped due to a weak incidence, so did not show the expected effect of FPS. Harvest was initiated due to the very hot and dry weather on the 21st of July 2015. The overall average yield was 4.64 t8%/ha. Witt yield was 4.64 t8%/ha and buffer strip variety Cortes 4,62 t8%/ha and the HV 4.67 t8%/ha (4.19 to 5.01 t8%/ha). Plant protection products profitability for a variety Witt reached 87.10%, the average HV 87.49% (86.10% to 88.46%). The numbers show us that the OP variety Witt does not reach at least the same profitability as the HV, but when compared with some specific HV is significantly overcome, which is at OP variety interesting. When comparing the content of fat acids, Witt contains almost the same proportions of fat acids as Cortes. That gives no reason to reach higher prices when selling Witt seeds, so you cannot count on this advantage as stated by the dealer. But in conjunction with lower environmental burden on bees and other non-target organisms, the variety Witt seems to be a very interesting choice.

Abstract:
The target of the work was verificated the varietal differences in varietal resistance onion Allium cepa L. to pathogens onion neck rot Botrytis aclada and pathogens mildew onion Peronospora destructor and verificated the effect of the seed treatment with hot water to reduce choosen pathogens of onion neck rot Botrytis aclada and mildew onion Peronospora destructor. Seed were sown to bowls with sand and destilled water. Bowls were place in growth chambers. For experiments with varietal resistance were used cultivar onion: Alice, Amfora F1, Avalon, Bolero F1, Grenada, Karmen, Tosca, Triumf F1 and Všetana. For experiments with hot watre treatment were used cultivar onion: Alice, Amfora F1, Unico F1 and Tandem. Growth chambre had ideal climate by method firm Moravoseed s. r. o. and seed germination was evaluented by method ISTA International Seed Testing Association. Experiments were evalueter by modified method by Pawelec et al. (2006). The results demonstrated the exists between coultivar differences the resistence onion to selected pathogens. The most resistence cultivar onion were Bolero F1, Karmen, Všetana and Triumf F1 againts the pathogens onion neck rot Botrytis aclada and cultivar onion Alice, Avalon, Bolero F1 and Tosca againts the pathogens mildew onion Peronospora destructor. The result demonstrated the effect of seed treatment with hot water to select pathogens hadn´t signification efect. Hot water treatment about 50 °C for 20 minuts for seeds onion can´t reduce infect onion neck rot Botrytis aclada and infect mildew onion Peronospora destructor. For cultivar onion Amfora F1 was observed treatment effect, but results were inconclusive. Growing varieties with better resistence to the phytopathogenic fungy, could be after verifying higher resistence in multi-experiment, important preventive tool for regulating presence of such diseases when growing onions.

Abstract:
In this diploma thesis the impacts of both nitrogen fertilization and drought on the content of proteins of the gliadin fraction in case of a winter wheat variety Tiguan were observed. Selected samples were cultivated at two locations in a total duration of two years. Two different conditions were selected: one without the nitrogen fertilization (0 kg N/ ha) and the other with the nitrogen fertilization in 140 kg N/ ha concentration. Second observed factor was the drought which was ensured by roofs above the crops and their cultivation in common climatic environment. Gliadin fraction was separated by the A-PAGE method and the protein quantification carried out by a computer densitometry. Such nitrogen fertilization caused a significant increase of gliadins, especially -1,2 and -5 fractions. Stress induced by the drought caused an increase of gliadin content compared to the control sample, particularly in case of - and - fractions. The most important factor influencing the gliadin content in grains was therefore the nitrogen fertilization in a dry environment. The observed increase of gliadin content was lower in case of the sample which was fertilized in a humid environment than in case of the sample which was fertilized in the dry one.

Abstract:
The thesis Classifier for garden varieties of peonies (Paeonia) describes in the introduction genus Paeonia, it´s origin, propagation, utilization and botanical dividing plants. Further, there are listed basic kinds of herbaceous and woody peonies that high light the diversity of this genus. Following its own investigation, which involves measuring and recording individual characters, such as the genus Paeonia features, which as color and size of flowers, flowering stems height, shape and color of seeds habit. Signs were recorded and assembled form classifier. The values were measured in the Botanical Garden Institute of Botany AV ČR v. i. i., Průhonice. Institute of Botany has been a tradition in the cultivation, breeding and maintaining collections of both woody and herbaceous peonies as well. Institute of Botany in is part of a National program for the conservation of genetic resources to which they were entered 2014 just peonies, because of which it was entered this thesis. The classifier will be used in the Institute of Botany to classify additional herbal and woody peonies (Paeonia).

Abstract:
This master thesis deals with analysis of Czech garlic varieties in comparison with two varieties from abroad. Alliin and carbohydrates were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detector or evaporative light scattering detector. Crude proteins were calculated from total content of nitrogen that was determinated by Kjeldahl method. Elementary analysis was performed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. In theoretical part of this thesis is describes botanical characterization and cultivation of garlic, chemical composition of garlic, especially groups of substances which were analysed in this thesis. Principle of used methods is described too. The experimental part of this work deals with sample and calibration solution preparation and process of analysis. Obtained results from analysed substances are summarized in the tables, discussed and compared with results of analysis of other authors. Between Czech and Spanish/Chinese garlic are slight differences. Garlics contain 24,66 g/kg dry weight of alliin. Content of crude proteins in Czech garlic is comparable to Chinese garlic but the Spanish garlic has just half of amount crude proteins. Elementary analysis also includes significant differences. Czech varieties contain higher amount of phosphorus, iron and zinc. On the contrary, content of potassium in foreign garlic is higher than in Czech Republic and the analysed amount is 15 g/kg dry weight.

The main goal of my diploma thesis was to identify and characterize yeasts from must Hibernal and also collection yeasts by using methods called RFLP-PCR (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism - Polymerase Chain Reaction). Theory was the first part of my diploma thesis which dealt with wine, yeasts and molecular methods. Theory section was followed by experimental section divided into two parts. The main goal of the first part was to characterize and identify yeasts from must Hibernal by using PCR and RFLP-PCR methods. In the samples there were found yeasts Saccharomyces and Pichia. The second experimental part of my diploma thesis had a goal to extend the database of new yeasts using the same methods mentioned in the first part of experimental section.

Abstract:
This work deals with the elemental analysis of different elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) cultivars. In the theoretical part the botanical characteristics of elderberry, including its extension and places of occurrence, the possibilities of collecting the various parts of the elderberry and its use in food and cosmetics is described. A large part is devoted to the occurrence and characteristics of minerals in food, and to the methods that are suitable for elemental analysis and decomposition of biological material. The aim of the experimental part was to analyze different cultivars of elderberry and juice made from this cultivars, and to determine concentration of selected elements (Zn, Mn, Fe, Mg, Cu, P, Ca, Na and K) using ICP–OES. The total amount of 24 cultivars was analysed from which 6 varieties were harvested in two different seasons in 2011 and 2013. Measured concentrations of elements in different varieties of elderberry were mutually compared using statistical methods. The differences between the content of elements in fruits and juice, obtained by pressing the fruit, and the effect of seasonal conditions on the content of elements in the fruit juice from different elderberry cultivars were studied.

Abstract:
The work deals with the chemical analysis of juices selected varieties of black currant (Ribes nigrum L.). The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter there are short botanical characteristics of black currants, content of biologically active substances in fruit and utilization of black currant fruit in food industry. In the second chapter there are characteristics, importance and methods of determination of phenolic compounds. Vitamin C is describe in the last chapter, its characteristics, importance and methods of determination. Experimental part describes determination of three chemical characteristic of black currant fruits: content of total phenolic compounds, content of total anthocyanins and content of vitamin C. Twelve modern varieties of black currant were selected for determination. Based on these results, it is possible to deduce the more important varieties. The content of total phenolic compounds was in the range of 326,7–641,4 mg•100 g-1 in all samples. The content of total anthocyanins was analysed in the range from 102,5 to 284,5 mg•100 g-1 in all samples. And content of vitamin C was in the range from 82,0 to 379,1 mg•100 g-1 in all samples. The overall comparison of the varieties of black currant was found, the varieties Ceres, Ben Hope, Ben Lomond, Démon and Ometa are the most promising varieties in terms of the content of the above mentioned compounds.

Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on chemical characteristics of nine selected sweet cherry varieties in nine parameters. Total and soluble solids were analyzed with these results 13.07–16.58 % for total and 14.67–19.50 °Brix for soluble solids, ash content 0,31–0,39 %, titratable acidity 5.44–9.91 g of malic acid per 1 kg of fresh cherries and formol number 14.45–23.73 ml of 0.1 M NaOH per 100 g of cherries. Then there were analyzed crude proteins content calculated from total nitrogen content determined by Kjeldahl method with results 0.41–0.68 % of crude proteins. Molecular absorption UV/VIS spectrophotometry was used for determination of total phenolic substances 0.30–0.89 g of gallic acid per 1 kg of cherries and total content of anthocyanins 128–848 mg of cyanidine-3-glucoside in 1 kg of cherries. Saccharides were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ELSD detector. Content of glucose was 45.45–59.49 g/kg and fructose 46.88–60.01 g/kg. All results are compiled using tables and graphs and discussed. Experimental part of the thesis also describes principles and procedures of every analysis, so it can be reproduced. In theoretical part there is described botanical characteristic of cherry tree (Prunus avium L.), active substances contained in its fruits and their use in food industry. At the end of the theoretical part there is described instrumentation of high-performance liquid chromatography.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deasl with the chemical charakterization of wine from selected PIWI varieties. The theoretical part describes the general origin and reason for breeding PIWI varieties, a closer characterization of selected three PIWI varieties, Johaniter, Hibernal and Solaris. The next part is devoted to the description of analytical methods that were used to determine the chemical characteristics. The experimental part is developed to the determination of chemical characteristics, namely general characteristics such as alcohol, total phenols, phenolic substances, volatile substances and elemental composition. The results show that are differences between wines from selected PIWI varieties in therms of chemical composition. The most represented organic acid was in the range of 735,1-1286,2mg/l malic acid. This was followed by acetic in the range of 100-400mg/l. The antioxidant activity was determined in the range of 0,2988-0,9683 mmol/l of Trollox and content of total phenols 273,5-390,3mg/l. Of the phenolic substances, gallic acid was the most represented, ranging from 6,9-13,9mg/l. As another, abundant phenolic substances, catechin in the range of 1,6-6,0mg/l was detected. Of the determined elements, phosphorus in the range of 165,4-450,5mg/l was the most represented. Representatives of ethyl ester, ethyl acetate, decanoic acid ethyl acetate and hexanoic acid ethyl ester, were detected as the most abundant volatiles. From the measured data it was evident that wines from PIWI varieties different from standard varieties, especially in the profile of aromatic substances.

Abstract:
The outlet distance of large river, Odra in Poland is a place where large area of the terrain is made of peat. Those places are close to the river so the investors would like to use the area for industrial purpose having direct access to the waterways (cheap transport). One of the methods to reinforce the soft soil (peat) is consolidation. In the presented case the surcharging layer is made of fly ashes. The researches have been done at the Technical University of Szczecin that allow to formulate a mathematical description of peat consolidation in case when elasticity modulus of peat increases along with the consolidation process and the permeability coefficient for peat decreases. The method also allows to calculate the terminal settlement of the peat layer in a long time. The method was invented by Z. Meyer. The paper presents the method and the results of practical calculations in the case of peat from area of Szczecin – Skolwin close to Odra River in Poland.

Abstract:
Slovenija se na agroživilskem področju sooča z izrazito negativno bilanco lastno pridelane hrane, povečuje se zunanje trgovinska izmenjava, lokalno proizvedenih živil na slovenskem trgu pa je še bistveno manj. Dodaten izziv predstavljajo podnebne in okoljske razmere na svetovni ravni, kako v najkrajšem času povečati lokalno pridelavo/uporabo hrane, zmanjšati zavržke in negativne vplive na okolje. Ob strukturnih spremembah, sektorskih vlaganjih, izboljšanju proizvodnih procesov, povezovanju in vzpostavljanju lokalnih prehranskih verig brez konkretnih naporov v smeri ozaveščanja domačih kupcev teh ciljev ne bo mogoče doseči. Zagotavljanje kakovosti lokalnih pridelkov, večje vključevanje lokalnih živil v gostinstvo, ponudba tradicionalnih jedi in osebna izkušnja pridelave hrane lahko dodatno vzpodbudijo povečanje pridelave in povpraševanje ter prispevajo k zmanjševanju zavržkov hrane v prehrambni verigi. Kupci v okviru raziskave izkazujejo interes po kakovostnih živilih s slovenskim poreklom, žal pa lahko obstoječe stanje prinaša tveganje za upad zaupanja, kar se odraža v razkoraku med pričakovanim in dejanskim stanjem. Okrepitev gostinske ponudbe s tradicionalnimi jedmi lahko pripomore k povečanemu povpraševanju lokalno pridelane hrane s potrebo po večji izbiri raznolikih in ustrezno prezentiranih sezonskih tradicionalnih jedi. Osebna izkušnja lastne pridelave prispeva k boljši ozaveščenosti. Izboljšanje ukrepov na teh področjih pozitivno vpliva tudi na odnos do lokalne hrane oziroma na zmanjšanje njenih zavržkov.

Osnova vsakega zdravstvenega sistema je postavitev omejitev in sprejem odločitve, kako se bodo razporejala sredstva. Za sprejemanje ukrepov, politik in odločitev je nujno upoštevati ekonomski vidik. Pri planiranju oz. razporejanju sredstev iz proračuna je pomembna informacija o tem, koliko določena bolezen državo stane. Zdravstvene težave, ki jih povzročajo različne bolezni, velikokrat vodijo v slabšo kakovost življenja, prezgodnjo upokojitev, lahko pa pripeljejo celo do prezgodnje smrti. Posameznik, ki ima zdravstvene težave, je manj učinkovit in manj produktiven pri delu, kar se odraža v slabših ekonomskih rezultatih družbe kot celote. Vsaka prezgodnja smrt pa tudi vsaka predčasna upokojitev, ki bi jo lahko preprečili, predstavlja izgubo človeškega kapitala, kar pomeni za družbo veliko socialno in ekonomsko škodo. Na Nacionalnem Inštitutu za javno zdravje smo v povezavi z Ekonomsko fakulteto v Ljubljani vspostavili sistem izračunavanja bremena bolezni, ki temelji na metodologiji neposrednih in posrednih stroškov. Tudi v letu 2019 smo izvedli dve analizi z uporabo te metodologije. Rezultati teh dveh analiz kažejo, da je bilo v proučevanem obdobju v povprečju ocenjeno ekonomsko breme visoko in bi bilo še višje z vključitvijo socialnih posledic. Zato bi moral biti, na eni strani, cilj vsake družbe spodbujanje preventivnih dejavnosti, preprečevanje tako prezgodnjih smrti kot prezgodnjih upokojitev ter izboljšanje kvalitete življenja posameznika, na drugi strani pa bi to pripomoglo pri obvladovanju stroškov za zdravstvo.

<p>Heavy car traffic on main streets is nowadays a major problem of modern cities. In order to improve safety of pedestrians and cyclists and at the same time maintain fluent car traffic flow, a separation of those two traffic types may be desirable in some cases. This paper presents different possible solutions to this problem implemented in Polish cities.</p><p>Underpasses or footbridges across busy streets in urbanized areas can be an alternative to pedestrian crossings. Footbridges apart from ensuring safe communication, can be attractive architectural elements of urban space. The cable stayed footbridge in Jaworzno will not only facilitate safe pedestrian communication between a large housing estate and a sports hall, but is likely to become a landmark of the city.</p><p>An attractive proposal for pedestrians and cyclists moving along crowded and polluted streets are routes marked out on riverside areas. The footbridges connecting islands on the Odra River in Wrocław not only have enabled efficient communication, but also have changed the islands into easily accessible places of relaxation. Free communication along the river embankments intersected by busy routes can be facilitated by building additional passages under existing bridges. The subject of the competition in Poznań was a footbridge over the Warta River, located close to the historical part of the city. Its implementation, apart from the main function of connecting the university campus with the city centre, will create a great recreational place for students and all citizens.</p><p>An unusual supplement for traditional means of transport in urbanized area can be an aerial tramway line. “Polinka” cable car that connects both parts of the campus of Wrocław University of Science and Technology separated by the Odra River have turned out to be an unconventional and attractive alternative to a typical footbridge.</p>
