Abstract:
Purpose – Business Intelligence (BI) is the company's ability, through the use of technologies and methods, to transform data from external and internal environments into information to improve performance. Capture, management and transformation can be understood as processes and these can present problems and need for improvement. This article presents a case of applying Lean Office in a BI process in a service large company. The goal is to identify BI process-related waste and propose improvements through Lean Office tools and principles. Methodology – The research was developed through a case study. Three data collection instruments were used: participant observation, document analysis and documented interviews. The analyzes were conducted based on the data collected and tools identified in the literature were applied that helped in conducting the analysis of the information transformation process. Findings - The article presented two main results, the detailed presentation of BI activities that are little explored in the literature, especially in developing countries, and the contribution of Lean Office's philosophy and tools for improving the management of a BI process. Originality/value – It contributes to a better understanding and creation of a common vision about the BI process between researchers and practitioners, and with a case that exemplifies the potential of the Lean Office to identify waste, analyze causes and improve the performance of this process. Abstract:
The study was aimed to find out whether or not the emotional intelligence, communication, and working environment individually have a significant effect to the work performance of the civil servants. The respondents in the study were all the state servants working in three public service offices, including the Office of Integrated Investement and Business Permits, the Vehicle-Tax Payment Office (Samsat), and the Office of Population and Civil Administration. The sampling method was a saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the result of analysis, it could be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence, and working environment individually have no significant effect to the work performance of the employees. One variable having a significant effect on the work performance among the civil servants is the communication. However, the three variables simultenaously have significant effects to their performance. From the findings, it is suggested that the offices should explore more deeply the emotional intelligence, communication, and the working environment to improve their staffs. Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to analyze work stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover of the intention of internal auditors at PT Bank BRI. The study was conducted in 29 offices at PT Bank BRI Bali-Nusra Region in 2019. The auditor's research respondents were 107. Complementary techniques with saturated sample methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and returning data as many as 96 auditors. Data was tested by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the work stress variable has a significant effect on the auditor's internal turnover intention at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Regional Office with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on internal auditor turnover intention at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Regional Office with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, H1 is accepted. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence partially and jointly on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi, with a population of 83 people, and a study sample. of 82 people.Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (1.953 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office of Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (0.112 ˂ 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tebing Tinggi Primary Tax Office employee, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (3.53 1.67) at n = 82 with a significant level of 95%. Abstract Glare is a common local visual discomfort that is difficult to identify with conventional light sensors. This article presents an artificial intelligence algorithm that detects subjective local glare discomfort from the image analysis of the video footage of an office occupant’s face. The occupant’s face is directly used as a visual comfort sensor. Results show that it can recognize glare discomfort with around 90% accuracy. This algorithm can thus be at the basis of an efficient feedback control system to regulate shading devices in an office building.

Organizational commitment cannot be separated from emotional intelligence employee and satisfaction work which is obtained by employees. This study aims to identify and explain the influence of emotional intelligence toward organizational commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This is causal research using quantitative approach. The sampling technique using 72 respondents saturated sample and collected as many as 64 respondents in DKI Bank Branch Office Surabaya. The statistical analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the support of smartPLS software.This study results explains that emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has positive effect and significant on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment.

Abstract:
It has been reported that office environment is an important determinant of physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior (SB) in office workers. However, the effect of changes in office environment (office renovation) is unclear. The purpose of this study was to examine PA, SB, and space utilization changes among office workers in response to office renovation. This study was a natural experiment at three offices of a single company in Tokyo, Japan. The participants were, 13 workers from one office in the renovation group (mean age: 37.9 ± 10.8 years, percentage of females: 23.1%) and 29 from two offices in the control group (mean age: 42.3 ± 11.2 years, percentage of females: 31.0%). In the renovation, introduction of activity-based working (ABW) and installation of height-adjustable desks (HAD) were adopted. The ABW office was designed to provide various shared workstations, enabling the workers to choose workstations depending on their task or mood. Accelerometer measurement and object detection method using artificial intelligence (AI) technology for video images were used to assess behavior and space utilization before and after the renovation. Two weeks after the renovation, significant improvements in SB (pre- to post-renovation improvements: 346.8 ± 28.6 to 321.2 ± 17.8 min/working-hours) and PA (total PA: 173.2 ± 28.6 to 198.8 ± 17.8 min/working-hours; and light-intensity PA: 130.4 ± 27.1 to 150.7 ± 31.0 min/working-hours) were observed. In addition, the results of the object detection analysis showed that the central aisle of the office and shared HAD workstations near the entrance or window were utilized more frequently than the other spaces. This study suggested that office renovation could improve SB and PA immediately after the renovation. Moreover, utilized spaces and HAD workstations could play an important role to enhance employees’ activity in an ABW office.

This study aims to determine the moderating ability of emotional intelligence to time budget pressure and compliance pressure to the auditor. The population in this study was the entire auditor auditor IIIA at the Central BPK office. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents from 68 auditor auditor IIIA at the Central BPK office. The size of the sample is based on the technique of determining saturated samples. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of burnout on the turnover intentions of tax consultant employees in Bali with emotional intelligence and religiosity as moderating variables. The location of the research was carried out at the Tax Consultant Office in the Bali Region as a representation of the Tax Consultant Office in Indonesia, which was registered with the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) in 2021 which was obtained through the website www.ikpi.or.id. The population in this study are all employees who work at the Tax Consultant Office registered at IKPI Bali Branch. The data analysis technique used the MRA test. The results of the study indicate that burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, increased burnout will increase turnover intention. The higher emotional intelligence is not able to reduce the high turnover intention due to the increased burnout of tax consultant employees. The interaction between burnout and emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, high emotional intelligence will reduce turnover intention due to increased burnout.

Abstract:
The article defines the main criteria of office buildings intelligence, describes the stages of intelligent buildings formation, analyzes the profitability of the introduction of modern technical means (engineering systems) and architectural planning techniques in office buildings. At different stages of civilization, the concept of "technology" defines the path leading to future progress, and the rate of technology change is directly proportional to the rate of progress. Nowadays, artificial intelligence is extremely important for the functioning of modern office buildings, including the impact on the environment, resource conservation, safety, comfort and life support. According to research based on the works of scientists such as Derek Clements-Croome, Mervi Himannen, Akin Adejimi and others, and based on the analysis of intellectual buildings of the world from the 50s of the twentieth century to the present, 4 stages of intelligent buildings formation were identified. At the first stage (1950-1980) of the formation, separate controllers were introduced. At the second stage (1980-1995), the introduction of the "artificial intelligence" - Building Management System (BMS) - was developed and used. At the third stage (from 1995 to 2010) an intelligent building management system (IBMS) was introduced, which can independently identify threats, look for ways to achieve results and make decisions. Starting from 2010, we can highlight the fourth stage of development of the intelligent buildings, in which, in addition to the availability of the intelligent management system (IBMS), it became necessary to use approaches of sustainable architecture. The research results indicate that the office building should be classified as an "intelligent building" if it meets the following criteria: 1. Has artificial intelligence (IBMS), which autonomously manages the building; 2. Has at least 15 thousand information points, in other words, sensors and controllers, through which information is received from controlled engineering systems about the state of equipment and the environment, the state of building structures, etc.; 3. Complies with the principles of sustainable architecture, when planning and architectural techniques can minimize the negative impact of buildings on the environment through energy efficiency. The article proves that the office buildings intelligence is determined by the availability of both technological means and the optimal architectural concept, which minimize the negative impact of buildings on the environment; improve energy efficiency and conditions of the building exploitation. Therefore, further research of intelligent buildings from the point of architectural view is necessary, because a modern office building must be designed with the ability to adapt to rapid changes in technology and human needs.

During consideration of renovation of deteriorated office buildings, it is critical for project owners to estimate the change in monetary value of the office buildings due to the completed renovation work. Nevertheless, related research and methods for predicting this value remain insufficient. In this study, the monetary value prediction model for post-renovation office buildings was developed by using artificial intelligence techniques and multivariate data analysis techniques based on 90 actual cases of renovated office buildings. The model application results showed (i) relatively high prediction performance (average error rate of 14.12%) and (ii) advantages in various aspects compared to existing approaches. It is expected that project owners considering office building renovations can be supported in decision-making by the developed proposed model. Furthermore, this research will contribute to promoting the office building renovation market.

This study aims to test the relationship and influence between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence towards competency and performance and partially test both variables. The object of this study was a civil servant at the inspectorate office in Gorontalo province with a sample of 150 respondents by spreading questioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that intellectual intelligence variables positively and significantly influence employees' competence and performance. On the other hand, emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This research can reference relevant agencies in looking at the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence to employees' competence and performance to take the right policies. This research in the design is static. The model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing is limited to establishing simple relationships related to intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables that can affect employees' competence and performance.

The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews, and dokumentation. The data analysis techniques of data in this study using triangulation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the kinesthetic intelligence development activities of children in the first kindergarten of the Padang governor’s office has been maximazed. First, seen from the semester program made by the teacher, the weekly learning implementation plan (RPPM), the plan of implementing daily learning (RPPH). Second, the implementation of the methods used varies, including direct practice methods, demonstration method, and methods of assigning assignments. Third, evaluations used are observation, performance and anecdotal records. It can be concluded that the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teachers can develop children’s kinesthetic intelligence and the achievements obtained include the runner up of the plate dance competition in the city of Padang, Batok dance, movements and songs etc.</p>

La Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia Estratégico Militar (DINIEM), dependiente del Ministerio de Defensa, es la encargada de realizar la última tarea nombrada, mientras que la ley coloca a cargo de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia la producción de contrainteligencia. El objetivo de este artículo es abordar un problema jurídico que no ha sido tratado por la literatura especializada: la falta de regulación precisa de la contrainteligencia militar, actividad que no encuentra un lugar claro en la legislación. Mediante decretos del Poder Ejecutivo, la tarea es llevada adelante por la DINIEM, al menos parcialmente, lo cual tensiona la legislación de defensa nacional, que veda el involucramiento de las Fuerzas Armadas en asuntos internos del Estado, en especial en tareas de inteligencia. La metodología empleada es la propia de la ciencia jurídica, pero atendiendo al contexto histórico-político de la normativa que se analiza. Se concluye que la legislación nacional ha habilitado un margen de discrecionalidad en el Poder Ejecutivo, que permite asignar la función de contrainteligencia militar a más de un organismo, con todos los problemas que esto genera. Abstract The legislation of Argentina establishes four activities for the National Intelligence System: national intelligence, counterintelligence, criminal intelligence and, at least, military-strategic intelligence. The Direction on National Military-Strategic Intelligence (DINIEM), under the Ministry of Defense, produces the military-strategic intelligence, while the Federal Intelligence Agency produces counterintelligence. The aim of this paper is to study a legal problem that has not been addressed in literature: the lack of regulation on military counterintelligence, which has no place in the national legislation. The executive branch has decided that the DINIEM carries out at least part of the military counterintelligence activities. This decision enables a military office to carry out an intelligence task inside the State, something that stresses the legal limits of the operations of Armed Forces. The methodology of legal science is used to analyze the problem, but taking into account the historical and political context of the legislation. It is concluded that the legislation allows the executive branch to decide discretionally about the appointed office to develop military counterintelligence.

Therefore, the government issued a policy towards the civil servant work system to become Work from Home (WFH). Human resources in government agencies, especially in the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of the East Java, are required to carry out their duties and obligations maximally so that performance increases, even though they do not work from the office. The sample of this research is 56 employees of BKD in East Java. The technique of collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. This study concludes that the use of information technology has a significant effect on emotional intelligence, job stress, and employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job stress has no significant effect on employee performance.

Emotional intelligence is needed by students to face, change and strengthen unpleasant conditions to be natural to face. The components contained in emotional intelligence are: self-awareness, controlling emotions, self-motivation, empathy and social relationships. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of students' emotional intelligence at SMK Kimia Dharma Bhakti. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research is 100 students of SMK Kimia Dharma Bhakti. The data collection procedure uses a 24 item emotional intelligence questionnaire. Analysis and processing of emotional intelligence data with the Exel program from Microsoft office, and based on the results of the study show that not all of them have high emotional intelligence. It is proven by the results of the emotional intelligence questionnaire, there are only 18 people who have emotional intelligence in the high category with a percentage of 18%, while 69 people in the medium category with a proportion of 69%, and 13 people in the low category with a percentage of 13%.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, student

Aim/Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of the front/back-office structure affecting new service development (NSD) performance and examine the role of knowledge transfer in the relationship between front/back-office structure and NSD. Background: The separation of front and back-office has become the prevailing trend of the organizational transformation of modern service enterprises in the digital era. Yet, the influence of front and back-office separation dealing with new service development has not been widely researched. Methodology: Building on the internal social capital perspective, a multivariate regression analysis was conducted to investigate the impact of front/back-office structure on the NSD performance through knowledge transfer as an intermediate variable. The data was collected through a survey questionnaire from 198 project-level officers in the commercial banking industry of China. Contribution: This study advances the understanding of front/back-office structure’s influence mechanism on new service development activity. It reveals that knowledge transfer plays a critical role in bridging the impact of front and back-office separation to NSD performance under the trend of digitalization of service organizations. Findings: This study verified the positive effects of front/back-office social capital on NSD performance. Moreover, knowledge transfer predicted the variation in NSD performance and fully mediated the effect of front/back-office social capital on NSD performance. Recommendations for Practitioners: Service organizations should optimize knowledge transfer by promoting the social capital between front and back-office to overcome the negative effect organizational separation brings to NSD. Service and other organizations could explore developing an internal social network management platform, by which the internal social network could be visualized and dynamically managed. Recommendation for Researchers: The introduction of information and communications technology not only divides the organization into front and back-office, but also reduces the face-to-face customer contact. The impacts of new forms of customer contact to new service development and knowledge transfer between customer and service organizations call for further research. Along with the digital servitization, some manufacturing organizations also separate front and back-offices. The current model can be applied and assessed further in manufacturing and other service sectors. Impact on Society: The conclusion of this study guides us to pay attention to the construction of social capital inside organizations with front/back-office structure and implicates introducing and developing sociotechnical theory in front/back-office issue undergoing technological revolution. Future Research: As this study is based on the retail banking industry, similar studies are called upon in other service sectors to identify differences and draw more general conclusions. In addition, as the front and back-offices are being replaced increasingly by information technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), it is necessary to advance the research on front/back-office research with a new theoretical perspective, such as sociotechnical theory.

The realization of the paper-free office seems to be difficult that expected. Therefore, good paper-computer interfaces are necessary to transform paper documents into an electronic form, which allows the use of a filing and retrieval system. An electronic document page is an optically scanned and digitized representation of a printed page. Document analysis is the problem of interpreting and labeling the constitutents of the document. Although there are very reliable optical character recognition (OCR) methods, the process could be very inefficient. To prune the search space and to become more efficient, some search supporting methods have to be developed. This article proposes an approach to identify the layout of a document page by dividing it recursively into nested rectangular areas. The procedure is used as a basis for a document layout model, which is able to control an automatic interpretation mechanism for deriving a high level representation of the contents of a document. We have implemented our method in Common Lisp on a Symbolies 3640 Workstation and have run it for a large population of office documents. The results obtained have been very encouraging and have convincingly confirmed the soundness of our approach.

This qualitative phenomenological study aims to examine andcompare the perceptions of workers in the banking sector regarding theimplementation of STARA in their work. This study was conducted throughin-depth interviews with informants about perceptions regarding optimizing STARA implementation in the banking sector, in the form of bankingdigitalization in the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The informantsin this study were bank employees such as the teller, customer service, andback-office personnel. Sampling was done using non-random samplingmethod with purposive sampling technique which amounted to 12 informants, consisting of four tellers, four customer service officers, and fourback-office personnel. The results of the study showed that the majority ofbank employees in frontliner positions, namely tellers, felt that their position could be replaced by the implementation of STARA. However, someinformants in the frontliner position, namely customer service, stated thatthey did not feel threatened, because they believed there was a certaincomfort when customers were served by humans rather than by machines.Meanwhile, bank employees in the back-office position have not felt anythreat due to the implementation of STARA because they feel that the analysis process cannot be fully carried out properly by a system and still requires humans. In addition, employees in the back-office position statedthat the implementation of STARA makes it easy for them to completetheir work and can be used as an opportunity to achieve work performance.The results of this study also show that overall employees have not felt adecrease in commitment to the organization, obstacles in career advancement, desire to move, cynicism, or depression when working with the implementation of STARA, which is predicted to take their jobs.

is study aims to determine the effect of professional ethics and emotional intelligence on the performance of auditors at the District Inspectorate Office Dompu.The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach using primary data. Statistical analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and f test and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The study results reveal: 1) professional ethics and emotional intelligence have a simultaneous effect on auditor performance. The Fable value of 3.24 is more minor than the Fount of 39.810, with a significant value less than 0.05, which is 0.000. 2) professional ethics and emotional intelligence significantly affect auditor performance with the result that the t value on professional ethics is 3.513, which means that the t count is more significant than the t table of 1.68595 and has a significant level of 0.05. This shows that the professional ethics variable positively affects auditor performance. The t value of emotional intelligence is 4.285, with a significance value of 0.032. In other words, the emotional intelligence variable positively affects auditor performance. So that future researchers can add or respond to other variables besides professional ethics and emotional intelligence on auditor performance to realize even better research.

This study aims to determine the influencet of education and training as well as emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at the State Attorney Office of Palu, Central Sulawesi. Sample consists of 31 people, who were selected with census method. Model of analysis multiple linear regressions with SPSS computer program for Windows Release 22.0. The research concludes that education and training (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance (Y) in Attorney Office of Palu. This is evidenced by the F test that shows the significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Education and training (X1) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y); this is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05, of 0.001. Emotional intelligence (X2) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y), which is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan serta kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kejaksaan Negeri Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan (X1) dan emotional intelligence (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Kejaksaan Negeri Palu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 adalah 0,000. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (X1)berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,001. It was not until 1873, however, that the British Army recognised this formally by establishing an explicitly named unit, under the auspices of the War Office, dedicated to the development of strategic intelligence: the Intelligence Branch. Based on documents held in the National Archives (UK), this study explores the ways in which the work of the Intelligence Branch developed before the First World War in response to imperial and foreign military challenges and the growing awareness of the importance of strategic intelligence and planning. The Branch’s steam-age origins should not disguise the intensity and sophistication of the information management that underpinned its operations. Attention is paid to the type of information management methods that were employed. The existence of a rational system of information management is revealed, consisting of planned phases for the collection, processing, storage, organisation, analysis and dissemination of information.

Introduction. Based on modern social trends, the demand becomes not only for professionally trained people, but also for the level of their general culture, value system and, ultimately, intelligence. At the same time, there is no place for intellectuals and educating intellectuals in program documents on educational activities, although this task is very logical for the pedagogical practice of a developed society. This work presents the experience of the author's analysis of the psychological nature of the intelligence of an officer. Consistently considering the essence and structure of such a complex phenomenon, the structure and the real functioning of the values that allow characterizing the subject as an intellectual are ascertained.Materials and methods. As the main research methodology, the authors use sociological (I.S. Kon), culturological adapted to solve the problems of this work (M.S. Kagan), historiographic (A.V. Popov), systemic (I.V. Blauberg, V.A. Lektersky, V.N. Sadovsky, S.L. Rubinstein, M.S. Kagan, N.V. Kuzmina) and functional approaches (P.K. Anokhin, M.S. Kagan, N. Wiener). The main research methods were: hypothetical-deductive method; analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy and abstraction; systemic method and modeling.Results. The result of the study is that the authors identified and justified the structural psychological qualities of intelligence as the subjective characteristics of an officer and examined the basic mechanisms of formation of intellectual values.Discussion and Conclusions. The required criteria for being intelligent as a subject characteristics of an officer is the level of education (self education)of an officer, his manners, the scope of his values , existential assessment –correlating every fact he faces with general life-span problems of objective reality, having respect for values of others and being ready for talk to employees and superiors as well as the representatives of other social groups, other cultures, nationalities, confessions and professions which requires dialog in search of optimal forms and options of interaction. The cornerstone principle for intelligence of the officer are, therefore, his education and upbringing, ideological conviction in his own values and readiness for self-sacrifice for their sake.

Analytical standards and its impact is a topic compelling the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) toward a discipline of proficiency and structure comparable to other professional fields is an evolutionary process. Following the creation of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) became the feature through which guidance and a consensus on a topic became methods of aligning entities within the IC. The research questions about the usefulness of ODNI’s ICDs on the individual analyst and IC member agencies as the intelligence profession emerges are intriguing. Therefore, practitioners should consider several approaches and criteria to evaluate analytical standards. This article outlines methods for determining the analytical standards and the impact standards creation has had on intelligence analysis, furthering the professional development of the discipline through a qualitative methodology using a descriptive and explanatory approach based on an organizational theory foundation. Using multiple case studies and a structured approach evidence supports the creation of standards while examining the various professional structures that can provide guidance.

Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze Korean research papers in which Interpersonal Caring Theory was applied and suggest future directions for effective application and development. Methods: Data collection was done through electronic databases RISS, KISS, DBpia, NDSL and SCHOLAR. Twenty papers were analyzed according to general characteristics, interventions, variables and findings. Results: The number of published papers per publication year was 5 in the 2000s and 15 in the 2010s. The type of research design was for case studies, 1, for survey studies, 8 and for quasi experimental studies, 11. Participants in the studies included students, nurses, patients, office workers, volunteers and widows. Interventions used included drama therapy, Enneagram based interpersonal caring, horticulture, hospice, multimedia, music and rehabilitation. Variables that were related to Interpersonal Caring work included anxiety, college life adjustment, emotional intelligence, grief, happiness heart rate variability, hope, interpersonal caring behaviors, interpersonal relations, job stress, knowledge on self illness, loneliness, mental health, quality of life, self-esteem, serum cortisol, social behavior and stress coping. Emotional intelligence, interpersonal relations, job stress, loneliness and self-esteem were among the variables that did not work. Conclusion: The results show that Interpersonal Caring Theory can be a micro-range theory of nursing care that can be applied with clients in many fields by converging with various activities.

In this study, using associative research with a sample of 81 respondents who are employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. Data collection techniques using interviews and a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using partial least squares (smartpls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the research show that emotional intelligence has no effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has no effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on commitment. organization through job satisfaction (in other words job satisfaction acts as a mediator).

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the emotional intelligence, independence, and professionalism of the auditors in decision making at the Padang Public Accountant Office either partially or simultaneously. The method in this research uses multiple linear regression data analysis and determination. The results of the research show that the intelligence coefficient of intelligence is 0.379 with a significant value of 0.094, this indicates that the significant value is 0.094> alpha 0.05, so emotional intelligence has no positive effect on the auditor's decision, the regression coefficient value is -0.097 with a significant value of 0.519. , this shows that the significant value is 0.519> alpha 0.05, so the independence does not have a negative effect on auditor decision making, while the professionalism regression coefficient value is 0.526 with a significant value of 0.009, this indicates that the significant value is 0.009 <alpha 0, 05 then professionalism has a positive effect on auditor decision making. The conclusions of this investigation are emotional intelligence, independent, and auditor professionalism simultaneously have a significant effect on decision making at the Padang Public Accounting Firm either partially or simultaneously. Automatic analysis of images of forms is a problem of both practical and theoretical interest; due to its importance in office automation, and due to the conceptual challenges posed for document image analysis, respectively. We describe an approach to the extraction of text, both typed and handwritten, from scanned and digitized images of filled-out forms. In decomposing a filled-out form into three basic components of boxes, line segments and the remainder (handwritten and typed characters, words, and logos), the method does not use a priori knowledge of form structure. The input binary image is first segmented into small and large connected components. Complex boxes are decomposed into elementary regions using an approach based on key-point analysis. Handwritten and machine-printed text that touches or overlaps guide lines and boxes are separated by removing lines. Characters broken by line removal are rejoined using a character patching method. Experimental results with filled-out forms, from several different domains (insurance, banking, tax, retail and postal) are given.
