Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis (EPF) (Ofuji disease) is a chronic, noninfectious pruritic cutaneous disorder of unknown etiology. No official guidelines are available for its treatment. Herein we present the case of a 59-year-old Caucasian man admitted to our outpatient clinic due to a generalized itchy skin rash characterized by papulo-pustules involving the face, trunk, and limbs. Papuloerythroderma of Ofuji was first described by Ofuji in 1984. This rare entity is characterized by presence of polygonal, erythematous to brown papules, covering the entire body surface, with a characteristic sparing of body folds (deck chair sign). On hematological investigations, there is characteristic eosinophilia with lymphopenia. It may or may not be associated with underlying malignancies.
