Abstract:
The current digital commerce landscape is dominated by closed platforms, where buyers, sellers, and network participants interact freely but in a limited ecosystem. In contrast to an open network, a closed network restricts access. It creates a contained communication and data exchange environment and remains costly for small business owners. Open Networks Digital Commerce (ONDC) intends to eliminate this limitation. For instance, ONDC charges a commission of only 2-4%, less than half the substantial 18-25% commissions charged by food aggregators present on closed networks. The research primarily explores the opportunities for cloud kitchen owners over an open network. The findings reveal cost opportunities for cloud kitchen owners and their marketing, technology integration, and payment processing dilemmas. The findings are novel and provide insights to the policymakers as ONDC is still in its nascent stage, a perspective from stakeholders would be of immense importance.

Abstract:
<em>Global digital commerce is reshaping the global business environment and has the potential to provide a more level playing field that is more welcoming to all types of businesses. It has the potential to open up opportunities in the economy for new groups of players, particularly for smaller businesses. COVID-19 has facilitated the growth of digital commerce throughout the world. Although digital commerce in mobility and travel services declined, it grew in the retail sector, where its proportion of total retail sales has increased. The increase in sales can be attributed to an increase in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales. This is especially evident in sales of household essentials, medical supplies, as well as food products online. Additionally, COVID-19 resulted in increased business-to-business (B2B) digital commerce. The current version of eCommerce stifles innovation and also creates substantial barriers to access for novice players. Industry analysts have found feasible solutions for managing the bottlenecks within India&#39;s digital commerce ecosystem. Taking ideas from the presently successful model solutions such as the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), HTTP (protocols for data communication and browsing), and so on, the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) has actually been developed to revolutionize digital commerce within India. It is going to be an open network developed on open protocols based on open-source standards with set registries, enabling wide-scale involvement by digital commerce ecosystem players within India via multiple gateways. The Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) project is intended to curb digital monopolies. ONDC will offer a level playing field for big and small digital commerce applications and platforms via the possibility to be ONDC permitted and make buyers and sellers registered with all of them visible as well as discoverable. ONDC aims to make e-commerce procedures open source, thus creating a platform that can be utilized by all online retailers. This paper intends to provide a summary of the context, underlying principles, as well as building blocks for the advancement and operation of ONDC. It also provides an overview of what ONDC can do to help the various players in the digital commerce ecosystem.</em>

Abstract : It was founded by the government with the intention of democratizing online commerce and leveling the playing field for all as regards small and medium-sized retailers operating in India. This paper examines ONDC&rsquo;s impact on the competitiveness of small retailers within the larger Indian e-commerce ecosystem. Using secondary data as drawn from government reports and reputable news sources, the paper investigates ONDC&rsquo;s operational model, cost advantages, adoption trends, and sectoral penetration. Findings indicate that ONDC significantly reduces operational costs and expands the market for small retailers while infrastructure and awareness issues remain.

Geographic and linguistic distances are becoming less relevant due to digital technology advances. Due to digitalization, E-commerce is one of the many technological breakthroughs that have directly and indirectly impacted consumers' lives. With the rise of e-commerce, consumers may more easily choose items that meet their interests, and quality and reputation can be verified. For this reason, e-commerce businesses have risen to prominence in consumers' lives. Customers may engage with sellers and buyers via online and mobile platforms for a unique selling or purchasing experience because the e-commerce industry relies on digital technologies. But with time, this market became opaque due to the monopolistic practices of some of the world's largest e-commerce companies, who began to exert influence over consumer purchasing habits. Those players' interests must be safeguarded in a country like India, where small retail firms control more than 80 percent of the retail segment. As a measure, the Indian government developed a new concept called Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) to protect merchants and buyers. When it comes to online shopping, this ONDC architecture is going to have a significant impact. Without a doubt, ONDC is addressing numerous concerns regarding future Indian e-commerce challenges, even though it is unclear what ONDC aims to achieve with the network's many building pieces or what privacy and security protections it intends to put in place for data interchange. All the befits and challenges of ONDC are highlighted in this article.Â

Abstract:
<strong>Background</strong>: Presentation of patients with altered sensorium to the emergency department is very common. Central nervous system (CNS) infections, cerebrovascular accidents and traumatic brain injury are common for such situation. Raised Intra cranial Pressure (ICP) is a dreaded complication of neurological disease and head injury, hydrocephalus, subarachnoid haemorrhage and intracranial haematoma that often leads to adverse outcomes either by reducing cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) and causing cerebral ischemia or by compressing and causing herniation of the brain stem or other vital structures. Since there is paucity of literature, this study was undertaken to measure the optic nerve sheath diameter in patients presenting to the emergency department and correlation of optic nerve sheath diameter with raised intracranial pressure. <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: A Comparative Analytical study of Optic Nerve Sheath Diameter in patients presented to Emergency Medicine Department was conducted. From an earlier study about measuring optic nerve sheath diameter using ultrasonography in increased intra cranial pressure, the sensitivity of Ultrasonography was 75% and specificity of 100%. All adult patients with clinical features suggestive of raised intracranial pressure brought to the Emergency Department in casualty, at SSG HOSPITAL, who underwent CT-brain. <strong>Results</strong>: History of trauma was present in 33.3% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 24.4% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure in this study. The history of fever was present in 10.4% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 14.6% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure. History of vomiting present in 61.5% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 62.5% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure. The history headache was present in 47.9% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 42.7% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure. The history of convulsion was present in 46.9% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 50.0% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure in this study. The history of unconsciousness was present in 55.2% of patients with raised intracranial pressure and 59.4% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure. This study had shown that, bradycardia was present in 52.1% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 34.4% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure. The elevated blood pressure was present in 59.4% of the patients with raised intracranial pressure and 52.1% of the patients without raised intracranial pressure in this study.

<strong>Purpose: </strong><em>Digital India, Make in India opened new avenues of innovation to promote the digital economy, the government of India in association with the department for the promotion of industry and internal trade launched ONDC the open source e-commerce ecosystem infrastructure similar to UPI. It is one of 17 sustainable Development Goals to promote innovation, infrastructure, Decent work in e-commerce and decentralization and democratisation. The e-commerce in SME and MSME business sectors to adapt B2B, B2C, C2C, and M-commerce across the segment such as mobility, grocery, food order, delivery hotel booking travel, with a partnership with customers, suppliers, distributors, warehouse, logistics, payments with the support by the government policy on FDI, PE/VC in e-commerce with API infrastructure, and Consumer Protection Bill 2018 regulate the online transactions by including the e-commerce sector. The worth of the e-commerce market in India is US$200 billion by 2026 led by Walmart, Flipkart, and Amazon market share of 31.9%, 31.2% in India and social commerce market share is $800 and mobile phones. Internet penetration drives the opportunity to develop network-based open protocol e-commerce appsto have scope for wider reach and support micro, small, and medium enterprises get into the online platform for small merchants as well as consumers of urban, semi-urban, and rural areas and it leads to a bank to introduce digitally product based lending improve the flow of credit to SMEs. The Aatmanirbhar Bharat movement gave a huge opportunity to Indian entrepreneurs to contribute to GDP by providing E-commerce credit to customers and bringing more inclusiveness, and sustainability to the consumer digital economy.</em> <strong>Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong><em>The Descriptive study and secondary data are collected from relevant and government websites to analyse the result and ABCD Listing Framework.</em> <strong>Findings/Result:</strong> <em>Contribution of ONDC and other players of e-commerce towards the inclusive and economic growth of the country. The data shows that E-commerce start-ups have raised VC&amp;PE funding for technology adoption, BNLP, B2B, and open network technology provide a huge opportunity backed by the Digital India revolution.</em> <strong>Research limitations/implication:</strong><em> First hand data of ONDC and other player&rsquo;s information is not taken for the study. </em> <strong>Social implications:</strong><em> It is E-Commerce digital tool to integrate small traders with integrate small traders with integration of all apps Big tech for more sustainable in incomes, business expansion, employment, economic growth. Abstract:
<p>The nature of evil is clearly defined in catholic dogma and tradition but, though very rarely addressed, what is actually preached and transmitted in pastoral context often differs significantly from this line of thought. Based on the experience that the topic is often evaded or treated poorly, as well as on information concerning a recent increase in reports of demonic possession in western society, this study explored the schism within the church concerning evil. It was noted that embarrassment - as in the face of 21<sup>st</sup> century-enlightened-thought the Church still officially states the existence of the Devil and associated malevolent spirits - seems to have promoted an intellectual cover-up. While not desiring to inhibit freedom of thought or opinion, this work aimed at establishing clarity, coherence and truthfulness concerning teachings of the Church, and implications. It was argued that left in the dark as to the Church’s concept of spiritual reality, and ensuing controversy, the laity is not given fair opportunity to make existential choices, reach own conclusions or put forth important questions and issues for debate. The study was grounded in a systematic presentation of catholic dogma on evil, followed by a phenomenologically inspired method of analysis. Recent theological arguments put forth by <em>the New Theology</em> were related to extracts of an extensive interview with a catholic exorcist in Sweden (included in full). It was shown how the traditional Christian idea of Jesus Christ is inseparably bound up with, and based on, the concept of spiritual forces of light/good and darkness/evil, mutually repelling each other. It was concluded therefore that annihilation of the devil in one way or another, inevitably ends up by making the incarnation pointless, deconstructing not only traditional concepts of evil but the whole Christian idea in itself. The need for open discussion was stressed, including uncomfortable implications of belief in the existence of a spiritual evil.</p>

A economia compartilhada é um sistema econômico baseado no compartilhamento de bens subutilizados, de forma gratuita ou por uma taxa. Com os adventos da internet, smartphones e Gps surgiram as plataformas digitais que se baseiam nesse conceito, em que se faz emergir a necessidade da compreensão de sua relação com mercados two-side. Tal expansão atingiu diversos setores da economia, e, ainda, criou nova demanda, como a plataforma Uber, o que, no entanto, gerou distúrbios no setor de táxis, tradicionalmente regulamentado e com ineficiências mundialmente reconhecidas. Dessa forma, o objetivo dessa dissertação é entender o que são as plataformas digitais e analisar o caso especifico da empresa Uber, apresentando quais os principais fatores que permitiram que esse tipo de empresa surgisse; onde estamos, definindo o que é efetivamente a Uber e os serviços por ela prestado, abordando quais os ganhos de bem-estar proporcionados (excedente do consumidor) e problemas de regulamentação enfrentados; e para onde iremos, prospectando um caminho para a economia compartilhada a respeito das plataformas digitais em mercados two-side.<br>Shared economy is an economic system based on the share of underutilized goods free of charge or for a fee. With the advent of the internet, the digital platforms based on this concept have been developed, emerging the need of understanding its relationship with two-side markets. This expansion has reached various sectors of the economy, as well as created new demand, such as the Uber platform, which ,however, has generated disturbances in the taxi sector, traditionally regulated with its worldwide recognised inefficiencies. Thus, the goal of this dissertation is to understand what the digital platforms are and to analyse the specific case of Uber company, showing the main factors which allowed this type of business to arise; where we are, defining what Uber effectively is and the services provided by it, addressing the welfare gains provided (consumer surplus) and regulatory problems faced; and where we go, prospecting a path for the shared economy regarding the digital platforms in two-side markets.

É feita uma revisão dos conceitos básicos da Teoria de Caos, ondas em plasmas, instabilidades e interação onda-onda. Uma série de evidências observacionais de interações onda-onda não-lineares no espaço interplanetário e em magnetosfera planetária, que motivam o presente estudo, são apresentados. A análise da dinâmica não-linear dos modelos teóricos estudados é feita por meio do estudo de dois tipos de intermitência via bifurcação sela-nó e crise interior observada, que exibem séries temporais caóticas. Finalmente, discute-se a aplicação desta análise tanto para o estudo de emissões de rádio em plasmas espaciais como para o estudo e controle de plasmas de fusão em laboratório.<br>The aim of this work is to study the dynamics of nonlinear wave-wave interactions by numerical simulations using Chaos Theory. Two types of processes are analyzed: the three-wave process, and the sub-sonic modulational process. In both cases the pump wave is assumed linearly unstable, and the other waves linearly damped. A brief review of the concepts of Chaos Theory, plasma waves, instabilities and wave-wave interactions is presented. Observational evidence of nonlinear wave-wave interactions in the interplanetary space and in the planetary magnetosphere, which is the main motivation of this study, is also presented. The nonlinear dynamics analysis of the models is performed based on the study of two types of intermittency via the saddlenade bifurcation and the interior crisis, which exhibit chaotic time series. Aplications for radio emissions on space plasmas and the control of fusion plasmas in laboratory are discussed.

Banksy is a graffiti and stencils authorial code name, a tag looming to the walls, to the façades, to the streets, to the squares of England since the early 90's, spreading for so many other urban spaces around the world (from Europe to Latin America, from USA to Palestine), a transit, an attitude already typical of the new British street artists joint tribe. From suffixing, Banksy is a signature in possible nicknaming to the term bank, on the profit, consumption diminutives; on the barricade, obstacle, resistance superlatives. By his efficient and effective anonymity it's conjectured to hide a 34-year-old English man, Robert Banks, from Bristol. Another possibility would be the pseudonym sheltering a group of artists making an effort at the exact same plastic and conceptual reasoning (cheerful and philosophical, reflexive of the Real and theNow). Besides the street's public spaces, Banksy also operates in original interference and appropriation of other public spaces: amusement parks (like Disneyland), zoos, museums specially; in "art-intruders" which inserts his works ironically defrauding not only the surveillance, but even more the access, the selective process and the authorization. Assinatura em possível apelidação, pelasufixação, do termo inglês bank (banco), nos diminutivos do lucro, do consumo; nos superlativos da barricada, do obstáculo, da resistência. De seu eficiente e eficaz anonimato conjetura-se encobrir um bretão de Bristol, Robert Banks, de supostos trinta e cinco anos. Outra possibilidade estaria no pseudônimo abrigar um coletivo de artistas esforçando-se num mesmo raciocínio plástico e conceitual (bem-humorado e filosófico, reflexivo do real, do agora). Trabalhou-se com a hipótese de que, ao se gramaticalizar, onde passou a desempenhar papeis linguísticos de referências mais abstratadas, deixando as referenciações mais concretas para as formas aonde e na onde. Os informantes e corpus obedecem aos parâmetros da Norma Culta Urbana vigente no país (Bortoni-Ricardo, 2005), portanto, os dados foram inseridos no intercruzamento dos polos urbano e letramento, com moderada monitoração estilística. Os informantes são acadêmicos de licenciaturas diversas, de um mesmo Centro Universitário brasileiro, todos optantes pela modalide de ensino a distância e com ao menos ¼ do curso finalizado; o corpus, manifestações virtuais dos informantes em ambiente acadêmico monitorado ( AVA - Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem). O corpus foi formado por 233 ocorrências de onde, 81 de aonde e 72 de na onde. Para analisá-las, apresentamos uma proposta inédita de trajetória de abstração progressiva e, a partir dela, conclui-se a existência de um processo de distribuição complementar em implantação na língua. In this process the form "onde", "aonde" and "na onde" beging to divide spaces in the language. Our hypothesis is that when "onde" was grammaticalized, it began to play linguistic roles of more abstract references, leaving the references more concrete to the forms "aonde" and "na onde". The informants and corpus obey the parameters of the Urban Culture Standard of Brazil (Bortoni-Ricardo, 2005), therefore, the data were inserted in the inter-crossing of the urban poles and literacy, with moderate stylistic monitoring. Informants are academics of different degrees from the same Brazilian University Center, all of whom are opted for the modality of distance learning and with at least ¼ of the course completed; the corpus is virtual manifestations of informants in a monitored academic environment (Virtual Learning Environment). The corpus was formed by 233 occurrences of where, 81 of where and 72 of where. In order to analyze them, we present an unpublished proposal of a progressive abstraction trajectory and wjth this, we conclude the existence of a complementary distribution process in implantation in the language. Foi realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre políticas públicas e juventude objetivando discutir a construção social e política dos programas voltados para esta população, bem como a identificação de marcos históricos e conceituais que orientam as políticas sociais da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz. Como estratégia de pesquisa de campo foram realizadas entrevistas com gestores Fiocruz e com coordenadores de projetos e de programas institucionais voltados para a comunidade de Manguinhos, bem como, a realização de um grupo focal com egressos do PROVOC/DLIS com o objetivo de analisar as expectativas desses alunos ao ingressarem e ao final do programa, assim como, identificar o percurso institucional e pessoal do aluno e as possíveis repercussões sociais, familiares e profissionais dos jovens que participam do Programa. Conclui enfatizando posicionamentos e sugestões que contribuam para que novos caminhos possam ser pensados na questão da inserção de jovens de comunidades carentes em Programas de Vocação Científica mantidos por instituições de pesquisa.<br>This work presents an analysis of the trajectory of youth participants of Scientific Vocation Program - Integrated and Sustainable Local Development Programme of Joaquim Venancio Polytechnic Health School of Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (PROVOC DLIS / EPSJV / FIOCRUZ) program from 2003 to 2008. We performed a literature review on public policies and youth aimed to discuss the social and political construction of programs for this population, and the identification of historical and conceptual foundations that guide the social policies of FIOCRUZ. As a research strategy, interviews were conducted with managers of Fiocruz and with managers of projects and institutional programs aimed at the community of Manguinhos, as well as, conducting a focus group with alumnal of PROVOC / DLIS with the aim of analyzing the expectations of these students at entry and at the end of the program, as well as tracing institutional and student's personal and possible social, familiar and professionals repercussions of these who participate in the program. Concludes by emphasizing positioning and suggestions to help ensure that new ways can be thought on the issue of integration of young people from poor communities in Scientific Vocation Program maintained by research institutions.

In questa tesi, viene considerato il problema della diffusione della radiazione eletromagnetica da parte della materia nell’ambito della elettrodinamica classica. La radiazione diffusa verrà studiata nel regime di campo lontano sotto l’ipotesi che i processi di diffusione siano totalmente elastici e che gli eventi di diffusione multipla siano trascurabili. Ci si soffermerà in particolare su come determinare la sezione di diffusione differenziale e totale trattando in maniera più dettagliata il caso in cui la radiazione incidente è non polarizzata ed interagisce con un grande numero di centri diffusori di dimensioni molto più piccole della sua lunghezza d’onda. Come applicazione verrà esaminata la diffusione della luce solare dalla atmosfera.

In questo elaborato viene analizzato il fenomeno della diffusione di onde elettromagnetiche nell’ambito della elettrodinamica classica. Si considererà il caso, in particolare, di alcune determinate condizioni necessarie per semplificare la trattazione, quali il regime di campo lontano, l’ipotesi che i processi di diffusione siano totalmente elastici, e infine l’ipotesi che gli eventi di diffusone multipla siano trascurabili. In questo modo verrà ricavata un’espressione per la sezione d’urto differenziale e totale e, nello specifico, si considererà un tipo particolare di diffusione, ovvero quella di Rayleigh. Quest’ultima corrisponde al caso in cui i centri di diffusione delle onde elettromagnetiche sono particelle piccole rispetto alla lunghezza d’onda dell’onda stessa. Questo è il caso, ad esempio, dell’atmosfera terrestre: la diffusione di Rayleigh è infatti il fenomeno per il quale la componente maggiormente diffusa dello spettro visibile è il blu, come vedremo emergere chiaramente alla fine della trattazione.

Ao assumirem as prefeituras em 2021, os novos gestores e os gestores reeleitos se depararam com uma complexa realidade socioeconômica em virtude da pandemia, com desemprego e urgências sanitárias que vão emergindo a partir de uma segunda curva pandêmica. Podemos resumir que, neste quadro apreensivo, os desafios destes gestores, especialmente aqueles de cidades pequenas e médias são priorizar e optar por ações concretas que possam ser implementadas. Todas as necessidades são importantes, no há dúvidas. Entretanto, o estabelecimento de foco em alguns elementos da gestão pública pode resultar em uma abordagem mais pragmática para apoiar os municípios na retomada da economia e dos índices de qualidade de vida de seus cidadãos, tanto do ponto de vista imediato, quanto prospectando as condições necessárias para uma recuperação consistente nos próximos anos. Essa recuperação economica também deve ser sustentável, introduzindo medidas simples de mitigação e adaptação às mudanças climáticas. Assim, a retomada econômica trata da redução de despesas nos cofres públicos, possibilidades de crescimento econômico e geração de emprego e renda. Apresentamos nesta publicação sugestes de áreas a dedicar mais atenção nos próximos meses, tendo a inovação e o empreendedorismo como elementos transversais, reunindo produtos de conhecimento e material técnico do BID e de parceiros, iniciativas de organizações dedicadas a ajudar às cidades neste período único da história recente, e material multimídia de maneira sintética e esquemática, porém compreensiva aos problemas que mais afligem a população. E nas cidades onde tudo acontece, e no BID estamos comprometidos a atuar de maneira multissetorial, tendo os cidadãos como centro das intervenções e iniciativas que apoiamos. No cenário atual de apreensão em que nos encontramos, acreditamos que a priorização é uma maneira construtiva de criar as bases da sociedade que queremos quando as emergências se dissiparem.
