L'elaborato si propone di analizzare le conseguenze dannose scaturenti dalla violazione dell'art. 2103 c.c. Nel primo capitolo ci si sofferma sul concetto di danno, rendendo notizia delle varie teorie concernenti il sistema di responsabilità civile. Nel secondo capitolo si esplorano le diverse ipotesi di danno. in particolare: danni da inadempimento, alla professionalità, alla salute ed esistenziale. Nel terzo capitolo si affronta il tema della tutela assicurativa del danno biologico, ponendo in evidenza i rapporti tra l'indennizzo erogato dall'I.N.A.I.L. ed il risarcimento del danno differenziale.<br>The dissertation concerns torts and liability in case of transgression of the paragraph 2103 of the Italian civil code. The first chapter is dedicated to torts and liability theories. The second chapter is about various kinds of torts, in the Italian civil code regulation. The author speaks about downgrading consequences, involving workers' health and competences. Moreover he speaks about the loss of enjoyment of life, pain and suffering, caused by the employer's unlawful behaviour. The third chapter concerns workers' insurance, halfway social insurance and accident insurance.

Thesis is focused on art in public areas and tries to show how it is changed by the art, what are its functions and how are the interpretational roles of the viewer changed in comparison to the perception of art in a gallery. Theoretical part of the work is based on the concepts of R. Sennett and K. Lynch. Second part of the work is based on the case study which is focused on a analysis of a large-area paintings of Pasta Oner, which are painted on walls in public space. Part of the analysis are also dominant parts of his work, although accent is also made on the interaction of work of art with space in which it is placed. Dissertação de Mestrado em Engenharia Informática apresentada à Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia<br>O envelhecimento é um processo evolutivo e inevitável que se caracteriza pelo desgaste das células. Por sua vez, este desgaste torna o idoso suscetível a doenças crónicas que precisam de ser monitorizadas para que lhe seja garantido o seu bem-estar. Nestas situações, é comum recorrer-se ao cuidador informal que geralmente é um familiar ou um conhecido do idoso. Esta solução com o passar do tempo leva ao burnout do cuidador e consequente impacto negativo na sua qualidade de vida. Uma outra alternativa é a institucionalização do idoso, porém, além de ser uma solução dispendiosa, os idosos são resistentes a esta alternativa pois não aceitam mudanças significativas aos seus padrões de vida. É na sequência do aparecimento deste tipo de situações que a disponibilização de soluções de monitorização destinadas ao acompanhamento de pessoas idosas entra na equação para ajudar a solucionar esta problemática. Foi com esta missão que a empresa Intellicare se dedicou ao desenvolvimento da gama de soluções OneCare que se destina a proporcionar mais segurança e bem-estar do idoso e tranquilidade de espírito para cuidadores. De forma a aumentar as ferramentas de acompanhamento, houve a necessidade de se desenvolver uma aplicação multi-plataforma, onde cuidadores e familiares podem manter-se informados, acedendo a dados de saúde e bem-estar do idoso, a qualquer momento e lugar. Para o efeito, começou-se por efetuar um estudo sobre as diferentes abordagens existentes no desenvolvimento de aplicações móveis e tecnologias utilizadas. Para além disto, procurou-se estudar as soluções, sistemas e aplicações com aplicação na área telemonitorização da saúde e bem-estar de pessoas idosas. Num trabalho iterativo com a equipa de Gestão de Produto OneCare, cujo interlocutor foi a Engenheira Marta Pinto, foi possível efetuar um exaustivo levantamento de requisitos que permitiu a integração da informação de todas as soluções da empresa numa única aplicação, facilitando a atribuição de cuidados com a centralização da informação. Tendo em contas estas necessidades identificadas, foi desenhada uma arquitetura de sistema que que suportou toda a fase de implementação. Desta fase, resultou uma aplicação híbrida cujo desenvolvimento foi baseado na tecnologia React Native. De forma a avaliar a qualidade da aplicação criada realizaram-se 3 iterações de testes funcionais e uma de responsividade da aplicação em dispositivos com diferentes características de ecrã e sistemas operativos: Android e iOS. A maioria dos testes funcionais foram efetuados manualmente e regeram-se por um plano de testes de 98 casos. Justificado por um domínio de inputs muito vasto e aspetos físicos que não permitiam o uso da interface para a validação do caso de teste, ainda foi necessário recorrer à automação de testes com técnicas de BlackBox. Da etapa teste foi possível concluir que 93% dos casos de teste verificaram-se na aplicação tendo sido classificados como sucesso. Fruto de um bom resultado, obtido tanto nos testes funcionais como nos teste de interface, efetuou-se uma prova de conceito com 19 utilizadores finais. Com a aplicação de uma adaptação do questionário CSUQ para a realidade deste projecto, foi possível concluir que, numa escala de 1 a 7, na qual o valor 1 significa concordo totalmente e o valor 7 discordo totalmente, 97% dos participantes indicaram que o seu nível de concordância com a afirmação "No geral, estou satisfeito com esta aplicação"está compreendido entre o valor 1 e 2.<br>Aging is an unavoidable evolutionary process that characterizes itself by the wear of theimmune system. Consequently, this wear makes the elder vulnerable to chronic diseasesthat need to be monitored to assure its well-being. This responsibility often lands on theinformal caregiver, which is generally a relative or a known person of the elder. Over time,this solution causes a burnout on the caregiver and subsequently takes a negative impacton its life quality. Another alternative is to resort to the institutions created to take careof the elders, but not only this is an expensive solution, as the elders are normally resilientand do not accept this type of significant change in their life. To help solve the afore men-tioned problems, remote monitoring solutions destined to the elders need to be taken inconsideration. It is then the mission of Intellicare to dedicate its efforts to the developmentof OneCare solutions, a range of tools destined to provide more safety and well-being tothe elders, while maintaining tranquility among the caregivers. In order to expand therange of monitoring tools, there was a necessity to develop a multiplatform app in whichboth elders and caregivers could stay informed and access to the elder ́s health data, atany moment and place. Therefore, a study regarding the existing approaches in the development of mobile appsand technologies was conducted. With the purpose of refining the project, the solutions,systems and apps related to the remote monitoring of elders’ health and well-being wereinvestigated. In an iterative effort with the Product Management team of OneCare, whoseinterlocutor was the Engineer Marta Pinto, it was possible to perform an exhaustive in-vestigation regarding the requirements that allowed to integrate the information of all thecompany ́s solutions into a single app. Taking in consideration the identified needs, thesystem ́s architecture was designed, which supported the implementation stage. The resultfrom this stage was a hybrid app whose development was based on React Native techno-logy. To evaluate the app ́s quality 3 functional tests iterations were performed along withanother concerning its responsiveness in devices with different screen characteristics andoperating systems: Android and iOS. The majority of the functional tests were completedmanually and conducted by a plan of 98 instances. Justified by a broad input domain andphysical aspects that did not allow the use of the interface to the validation of the testcase, it was still necessary to resort to test automation using BlackBox techniques. Fromthe test phase, it was possible to conclude that 93% of the test cases were verified in theapplication, having been classified as successful. As a consequence of a good result obtained in both functional and interface tests, a proofof concept was carried out with 19 end users. With the application of an adaptation ofthe CSUQ questionnaire to the reality of this project, it was possible to conclude that, ona scale of 1 to 7, in which the value 1 means totally agree and the value 7 means totallydisagree, 97% of the participants indicated that their level of agreement with the statement"In general, I am satisfied with this application"is between 1 and 2.

Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry Candidate: Gabriela Matejová Supervisor: PharmDr. Marcel Špulák, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Synthetic studies on 5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-ones My aim of the diploma thesis was to enrich library of new derivates containing the basic skeleton which supposed to be 5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-ones, six-membered lactone rings, prepared previously as the leading group of the novel compouds, possessing the influence to play a significant role in anticancerous products. The basic way of synthesis intended was proposed to carry out the reactions, already mentioned in the literature and improve the conditions of them. My further afford was to establish protocol yielding to enrich library of novel substituted 5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-ones. To be able to harness more power from the wind, wind turbine blades are getting longer. As they get longer, they get more flexible. This creates issues that have until recently not been of concern. Long flexible wind turbine blades can lose their stability to flow induced instabilities such as coupled-mode flutter. This type of flutter occurs when increasing wind speed causes a coupling of a bending and a torsional mode, which create limit cycle oscillations that can lead to blade failure. To be able to make the design of larger blades possible, it is important to be able to predict the critical flutter and post critical flutter behaviors of wind turbine blades. Most numerical research concerning coupled-mode wind turbine is focused on predicting the critical flutter point, and less focused on the post critical behavior. This is because of the mathematical complexities associated with the coupled, nonlinear wind turbine blade systems. Here, a numerical model is presented that predicts the critical flutter velocity and post critical flutter behavior for 3D airfoils with third order structural nonlinearities. The numerical model can account for the attached flow and separated flow region by using the ONERA dynamic stall model. By retaining higher-order structural nonlinearities, lateral and torsional displacements can be predicted, which makes it possible to use this model in the future to control wind turbine blade flutter. Furthermore, by using a dynamic stall model to simulate the flow, the solver is able to predict accurate limit cycle oscillations when the effective angle of attack is larger than the stall angle. The coupled, nonlinear equations of motion are two coupled nonlinear PDEs and are determined using Hamilton’s principle. In order to solve the equations of motion, they are discretized using the Galerkin technique into a set of ODEs. The motion of the airfoil is used as an input to ONERA. The airfoil is sectioned with the lateral position and angle of attack known as well as the velocity and acceleration of the section at an instance of time. This information is used by ONERA to calculate lift and moment coefficients for each section which are then used to calculate the total lift and moment forces of the airfoil. Then, a Fortran code solves the system by using Houbolt’s finite difference method. A theoretical NACA 0012 airfoil has been designed to define the parameters used by the equations of motion. Third bending and first torsional coupling occurs after the critical flutter point and dynamic lift and moment coefficients were observed. Dynamic stall was also observed at wind velocities farther away from the bifurcation point. Bifurcation diagrams, time histories, and phase planes have been created that represent the flutter behavior.

In Arabidopsis, the key enzyme of ethylene biosynthesis is ACS which catalyzes AdoMet to ACC, the precursor of ethylene. After synthesis, ethylene binds to its receptors such as ETHYLENE RECEPTOR 1 (ETR1) to switch on the ethylene signal transduction. To understand the function of ACS and ETR1 in Oncidium Gower Ramsey, OnACS12 and OnETR1 were isolated and analyzed in Arabidopsis. 35S::OnACS12 caused late flowering phenotype due to the suppression of LFY, up-regulation of DELLAs (GAI, RGL1 及 RGL2) and repression of the GA biosynthesis genes (CPS and GA3ox1). Furthermore,OnACS12 promoted accumulation of DELLAs to repress DAD1 to cause anther endothecium thickening related genes MYB26, NST1 and NST2 down-regulated in OnACS12 plants. An OnETR1 dominant-negative mutation at site 65 Cys to Tyr(OnETR1-C65Y) was generated. A similar etr1 mutant has been demonstrated to cause ethylene insensitivity in Arabidopsis. Ectopic expression of OnETR1-C65Y delayed the flower senescence which is similar to the etr1-1 Arabidopsis. The expression levels of downstream genes of ethylene signaling such as EDF1-4 and ERF1 and JA signaling such as MYC2 and WRKY33 were down-regulated in OnETR1-C65Y Arabidopsis. Repression of MYC2 and WRKY33 caused the down-regulation of MYB26, NST1, NST2 and MYB85. We proposed a model to describe that ectopic expression of OnACS12 and OnETR1-C65Y negatively regulated JA synthesis and JA signaling transduction to suppress anthers secondary cell wall thickening relative genes MYB26, NST1, NST2 and MYB85 to control the normal anther development.

碩士<br>南臺科技大學<br>應用英語系<br>106<br>Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of non-subtitle Peppa Pig Cartoon with family-life plot on EFL young learners’ English listening ability. During 3 months, 20 elementary school students watched Peppa Pig cartoons, took STYLE Level 4 tests as pretest and posttest, and filled out a background questionnaire and a feedback questionnaire with 2 open-ended questions. Last, the researcher interviewed high achievers and low achievers formally to understand their opinions and attitudes. The main findings are as follows: first, the program helped the participants progress significantly in English listening and passed STYLE Level 4 or Level 5 English tests. Second, family-life plot motivated participants to use their life experiences to understand the meaning and then discuss the culture and family rule differences. According to the results of the research, non-subtitle English cartoons and English listening strategies could enhance students’ English listening comprehension and learning attitude. However, the program lasted only 3 months which made limited effort, English teachers were suggested to use proper English cartoons as supplementary materials and teach English listening strategies. Also, parents were encouraged to help students watch non-subtitle English cartoons at home.

<p>A series of aeroelastic analyses is performed for a flexible high-aspect-ratio wing representative of a high altitude long endurance (HALE) aircraft. Such aircraft are susceptible to dynamic instabilities such as flutter, which can lead to large amplitude limit cycle oscillations. These structural motions are modeled by a representative linear typical section model and by Hodges-Dowell beam theory, which includes leading-order nonlinear elastic coupling. Aerodynamic forces are represented by the ONERA dynamic stall model with its coefficients calibrated to CFD data versus wind tunnel test data. Time marching computations of the coupled nonlinear beam and ONERA system highlight a number of features relevant to the aeroelastic response of HALE aircraft, including the influence of a tip store, the sensitivity of the flutter boundary and limit cycle oscillations to aerodynamic CFD or test data, and the roles of structural nonlinearity and nonlinear aerodynamic stall in the dynamic stability of high-aspect-ratio wings.</p><br>Dissertation
