Magistriniame darbe yra nagrinėjami švaraus opalo pralaidumo spektrai. Nustatyta, kad stop juostos padėtis priklauso nuo spindulio kritimo kampo į bandinį. Apskaičiuoti pagrindiniai parametrai: tarp-plokštuminis atstumas d, opalo sferų diametras D, bandinio lūžio rodiklis n ir opalo sferų lūžio rodiklis . Pagamintas opal-FeTTPS hibridinis darinys ir išnagrinėtas jo pralaidumas bei magnetinis cirkulinis dichroizmas. Eksperimentai buvo atliekami su bandinėliais gautais iš Madrido, Maskvos ir St.Peterburgo, tai yra su fotoniniais kristalais. Darbe buvo nagrinėta fotoninio kristalo opalo struktūrą ir optines savybes draustinės stop juostos srityje bei defektų valdymo būdai, keičiant elektrinį lauką. Nagrinėjamas elektrinio lauko poveikis defektams, stop juostai. Nustatyta, kad elektriniame lauke susikuria defektai, kuriuos galima valdyti nuo 0V iki 7V įtampos intervale. Controlling nano to microscale structuration enables one to alter a material’s optical, wetting, mechanical, and chemical properties. Structuration on this scale can be formed from spherical building blocks; in particular, monodisperse, spherical colloids assemble into crystals that can be used to template an ordered, porous structure known as an inverse opal. Similarly to many other towns and cities, the former synagogue was burned during Kristallnacht, the ruins were completely demolished and taken away. Nowadays there are no buildings on the site, except the former Rabbi’s house. Four native amine oxidases have been identified from Rhodococcus opacus to reveal phenotypic plasticity and catalytic activity with respect to structurally diverse natural and synthetic amines. Altering the amine growth substrate enabled tailored and targeted oxidase upregulation, facilitating catalytic differentiation and isolation. Each enzyme was purified over 80 fold by chromatography, allowing subsequent characterisation. Two oxidases possessed a copper dependent redox co-factor with broad specificity towards monoamines.
