Abstract:
A conference management system (CMS) is becoming most powerful event manager for handling the international conferences. Several web based conference management systems have been developed in the paradigm of open source, which are used by most of the universities and colleges. All the conference management systems were built on web-servers. The organizing process consists of very time consuming and full of paper work for event handling such as Call for papers, submission of papers by authors, review process, registration process of author and general participants. So an easy to use framework o

In the past years Open Data has become a trend among governments to increase transparency and public engagement by opening up national, regional, and local datasets. However, while many of these datasets come in semi-structured file formats, they use di ff erent schemata and lack geo-references or semantically meaningful links and descriptions of the corresponding geo-entities. We aim to address this by detecting and establishing links to geo-entities in the datasets found in Open Data catalogs and their respective metadata descriptions and link them to a knowledge graph of geo-entities

As smart phones are one kind of embedded systems (ES), the question arises if similar development can also take place in other kinds of embedded systems. Abstract:
Gas hydrates bind immense amounts of methane in marine sediments. If produced cost effectively, they can serve as a stable energy supply. No viable technologies for extracting gas hydrates from deep ocean deposits have been developed to date. Due to the shallow depths, low hydrate concentration, low permeability of the gas hydrate stability zone, lack of driving pressure and the slow melting process, low productivity is anticipated for gas production from gas hydrates in marine sediments. Therefore, only a large number of low cost wells can support an offshore production facility and pipeline
