In this thesis, we present a platform-independent 3D graphics library, jGL ES, which is based on J2ME and has a similar programming environment as OpenGL ES. Furthermore, several alternative pipeline for this graphics engine is also proposed and implemented in library. With jGL ES, the programmers can follow the same programming style of the framework of OpenGL ES and smoothly transfer their source codes to be cross-platform applications.
