Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the production costs, revenue, earning, farming efisiency in terms of financial aspects. The farm efficiency can be obtained although R/C ratio, and BEP price during 6 production period of 30 plasma according to 3 scale enterprises. Birds stratum divided into stratum I (3.000–12.000 birds, n= 16), stratum II (12.001-21.000, n= 11), stratum III (21.001-30.000 birds, n= 3). The results indicated that the highest profit was strata III period 2 (Rp2,217.00/kg of live weight), the production cost was Rp14,700.00/kg of live weight (influenced by feed factor 75.7% and DOC 22.3%) and the revenue was Rp17,580.00 (consisted of affected by 98.8% broiler sales and bonus 0,57%) to produce 1 kilogram of live weight of broiler. In strata III period 2 the most efficient based on BEP price reached Rp15,252.00/kg broiler live weight and aspect R/C ratio was 1.17.

Abstract:
Monocarboxylate-H+ cotransporters, such as monocarboxylate transporter (MCT) SLC16A, have been suggested to mediate transruminal fluxes of short-chain fatty acids, ketone bodies, and lactate. Using an RT-PCR approach, we demonstrate expression of MCT1 (SLC16A1) and MCT2 (SLC16A7) mRNA in isolated bovine rumen epithelium. cDNA sequence from these PCR products combined with overlapping expressed sequence tag data allowed compilation of the complete open reading frames for MCT1 and MCT2. Immunohistochemical localization of MCT1 shows plasma membrane staining in cells of the stratum basale, with intense staining of the basal aspects of the cells. Immunostaining decreased in the cell layers toward the rumen lumen, with weak staining in the stratum spinsoum. Immunostaining in the stratum granulosum and stratum corneum was essentially negative. Since monocarboxylate transport will load the cytosol with acid, expression and location of Na+/H+ exchanger (NHE) family members within the rumen epithelium were determined. RT-PCR demonstrates expression of multiple NHE family members, including NHE1, NHE2, NHE3, and NHE8. In contrast to MCT1, immunostaining showed that NHE1 was predominantly localized to the stratum granulosum, with a progressive decrease toward the stratum basale. NHE2 immunostaining was observed mainly at an intracellular location in the stratum basale, stratum spinosum, and stratum granulosum. Given the anatomic localization of MCT1, NHE1, and NHE2, the mechanism of transruminal short-chain fatty acid, ketone body, and lactate transfer is discussed in relation to a functional model of the rumen epithelium comprising an apical permeability barrier at the stratum granulosum, with a cell syncitium linking the stratum granulosum to the blood-facing stratum basale.

Abstract BACKGROUND Posterior fossa ependymoma (PF EPN) is a pediatric central nervous system malignancy that has a poor outcome to standard therapeutic approaches. The majority of PF EPN tumors have increased HER2 expression. Trastuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets HER2, and sargramostim (GM-CSF) stimulates hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. The combination of trastuzumab and GM-CSF has been shown to trigger antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity in vitro in PF EPN cell lines. METHODS Children aged 1–21 years with relapsed PF EPN and no ventriculoperitoneal shunt or CSF obstruction are eligible for the Phase 0/I institutional trial at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Stratum 1 involves IT trastuzumab and subcutaneous (subQ) GM-CSF prior to standard-of-care surgical resection. Stratum 2 involves a 3 + 3 phase I design with serial IT trastuzumab doses, each preceded by three days of GM-CSF, to establish the MTD for IT trastuzumab. RESULTS Trastuzumab was detected in a sufficient number of tumors after presurgical IT delivery in Stratum 1 to open Stratum 2. Four patients (75% female) have been enrolled in Stratum 2 at trastuzumab Dose Level 1. Median age at enrollment is 9.8 years (range, 3.5–20.2 years). Preliminary CSF pharmacokinetic analysis demonstrated detectable trastuzumab up to 14 days after IT doses. No dose-limiting toxicities have occurred. Two patients progressed on therapy (median, 4 cycles). One patient is progression-free at 18 months off therapy. One patient remains on study therapy. CONCLUSIONS IT trastuzumab penetrates PF EPN tumor tissue. Stratum 2 remains open to accrual at Dose Level 2.

Abstract:
Regeneration dynamics have been studied in three open lichen–spruce woodlands located in the black spruce feather-moss forest zone. Black spruces (Piceamariana (Mill.) BSP) belonging to the adult stratum originated from a fire that occurred in 1877. Population history and ecology has been studied on the basis of the establishment period of individuals. The age of black spruces belonging to the regeneration stratum was calculated by using the cross-dating method. The establishment period of the seedlings was determined by the age structure. The black spruces of these open forests belong to two different populations. The adult population originated from the 1877 fire whereas the regeneration population seems to have established itself following another fire that occurred in 1922–1923. Black spruce seedlings of the regeneration stratum are very old (60 years-old on average) in spite of a low height (mean height of 96 cm). Although these open forests are under favourable climatic conditions, they have dynamics similar to lichen–spruce woodlands of the taiga zone. In the last 45 years, no seedlings have settled in these sparse forests.

This study investigates Love-type wave propagation in a layered structure consisting of a functionally graded piezoelectric material (FGPEM) stratum followed by a semi-infinite couple-stress substrate exhibiting microstructural properties. Dispersion relations are obtained for electrically open and short conditions. Possible particular cases are discussed. The dispersion relation is reduced to the classical Love wave equation to validate the results. The influence of microstructural parameters, electromechanical coupling factor, thickness, functional gradedness and material parameters of the FGPEM stratum on the phase velocity of the Love-type wave has been scrutinized and illustrated graphically for electrically open and short conditions. The findings have meaningful practical application in the enhancement of efficiency and performance of sensors and transducers.

Abstract:
1015 Background: As monotherapies, both ERI (a chemotherapeutic microtubule inhibitor) and PEMBRO (a programmed death [PD]-1 blocking immunotherapy) have shown promising antitumor activity in mTNBC. Emerging data suggest that the addition of immunotherapy to traditional chemotherapy holds promise for mTNBC. This open-label, single-arm, phase 1b/2 study evaluated the safety and efficacy of ERI + PEMBRO in mTNBC. Methods: Patients (pts) with mTNBC and ≤2 prior systemic anticancer therapies for metastatic disease were enrolled and stratified by prior number of therapy (Stratum 1, 0; Stratum 2, 1–2). Pts received IV ERI 1.4 mg/m2 on day (d)1 and d8 and IV PEMBRO 200 mg on d1 of a 21-d cycle. The primary objectives were safety and objective response rate (ORR per RECIST 1.1 by independent imaging review). Assessments also included efficacy outcomes by PD ligand-1 (PD-L1) expression status; PD-L1+ was defined as a combined positive score ≥1 using the PD-L1 IHC 22C3 pharmDx. Results: As of data cutoff (July 31, 2019), 167 pts (Stratum 1, n=66; Stratum 2, n=101) were enrolled and treated. No dose-limiting toxicities were observed. The most common treatment-emergent adverse events were fatigue (66%), nausea (57%), peripheral sensory neuropathy (41%), alopecia (40%), and constipation (37%). No deaths were considered treatment related. The overall ORR was 23.4% (95% CI: 17.2–30.5). Efficacy outcomes by PD-L1 status (PD-L1+, n=74; PD-L1-, n=75) and stratum are presented (table). Conclusions: ERI + PEMBRO has activity in pts with mTNBC. There was a trend toward more robust activity for the combination among patients with PD-L1+ tumors compared to PD-L1- tumors in the first-line setting (Stratum 1); whereas, in the later-line setting (Stratum 2) similar survival outcomes were observed among the PD-L1+ and PD-L1- pts. TPS6642^ Background: Ruxolitinib, a potent and selective oral JAK1/2 inhibitor, has demonstrated rapid and durable reductions in splenomegaly and improved MF-related symptoms and quality of life in 2 phase 3 studies in pts with PMF, PPV-MF, or PET-MF. There is considerable experience in pts who develop thrombocytopenia on study, and ruxolitinib is well-tolerated with dose adjustment. However, there is limited experience in pts with baseline thrombocytopenia as those with low PLTs (&lt; 100 x 109/L) were excluded from the phase 3 protocols. EXPAND (Evaluating RuXolitinib in Patients with Low Baseline PlAtelet CouNts Diagnosed With Myelofibrosis) will evaluate the safety of ruxolitinib and establish the maximum safe starting dose (MSSD) in thrombocytopenic pts with MF. Methods: This is a phase 1b, open-label, dose-finding study (NCT01317875) in pts with PMF, PPV-MF, or PET-MF and baseline PLT 50-100 x 109/L. A Bayesian logistic regression model with escalation with overdose control will be used to guide dose-escalation decisions. The study consists of 2 phases: dose-escalation and safety-expansion. The starting dose is ruxolitinib 5 mg twice daily (BID) with a maximum of 15 mg BID. In the dose-escalation phase, cohorts will be: 5 mg BID, 5 mg am/10 mg pm, 10 mg BID, 10 mg am/15 mg pm, and 15 mg BID; only pts with PLT 75-100 x 109/L (1st stratum) will initially be enrolled. Once safety is established at the first 2 dose levels (5 mg BID; 5 mg am/10 mg pm), pts with PLT 50-75 x 109/L will be included (2nd stratum). Each dose level in the 2nd stratum will be open only if both that dose and the following one are deemed safe in the 1st stratum. In the safety-expansion phase, 20 pts (10 from each stratum) additional to those treated at the MSSD during dose escalation will be treated at the respective MSSD for their stratum. In cohort 1 (n = 4), 3 pts were evaluable as they completed &gt; 28 days of treatment; 1/4 pts discontinued after 6 doses due to disease progression. No dose-limiting toxicities were observed. The second cohort (5 mg am/10 mg pm) has completed enrollment (n = 3) and is ongoing.

Although there has been considerable experience in patients (pts) who developed thrombocytopenia in the COMFORT studies, there has been limited experience in pts with baseline thrombocytopenia as those with platelet counts (PLTs) &lt; 100 × 109/L were excluded. The aims of EXPAND are to evaluate the safety of rux and to establish the maximum safe starting dose (MSSD) in thrombocytopenic MF pts. Methods: Phase 1b, open-label, dose-finding study (NCT01317875) in pts with PMF, PPV-MF, or PET-MF and baseline PLTs 50–99 × 109/L. A Bayesian logistic regression model will be used to guide dose-escalation decisions; intra-pt dose modification is allowed during the study. The study consists of 2 phases: dose escalation and safety expansion. Starting dose of rux is 5 mg bid with a maximum of 15 mg bid. In the dose-escalation phase, cohorts will be: 5 mg bid, 5 mg AM/10 mg PM, 10 mg bid, 10 mg AM/15 mg PM, and 15 mg bid. Pts are assigned to 1 of 2 strata based on their baseline PLTs: stratum 1, 75–99 × 109/L; stratum 2, 50–74 × 109/L. Each dose level in the second stratum will be open only if both that dose and the following one are deemed safe in the first stratum. In the safety-expansion phase, 20 additional pts (10 in each stratum) will be treated at the respective MSSD for their stratum. Results: 14 pts (PMF, n = 10; PPV-MF, n = 3; PET-MF, n = 1) have been enrolled in 4 cohorts: 4 pts in stratum 1/cohort 1 (5 mg bid), 3 in stratum 1/cohort 2 (5 mg AM/10 mg PM), 4 in stratum 1/cohort 3 (10 mg bid), and 3 in stratum 2/cohort 1 (5 mg bid). At baseline, all pts had an ECOG performance status of 0–2, and spleen length ranged from 5–30 cm below the costal margin. 12 pts have completed &gt; 28 days of treatment and are evaluable. 2 pts were nonevaluable: 1 pt discontinued at day 6 due to granulocytic sarcoma, and 1 pt took an incorrect dosage from day 1 to 7 but treatment is ongoing. Reported adverse events (AEs) were similar to those previously seen with rux. 7 pts experienced grade 3/4 AEs (only 2 anemia events were study-drug related), and 4 pts experienced serious AEs (Table). The majority of hemoglobin and absolute neutrophil count (ANC) abnormalities were grade 1 or 2. No pt had a grade 4 decrease in PLTs or ANC; 2 pts experienced a grade 4 decrease in hemoglobin. No pt discontinued due to anemia, neutropenia, or thrombocytopenia. No hemorrhagic events were observed. The lowest PLTs across all pts ranged from 29–96 × 109/L. No dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) were observed. Reductions in spleen length were reported for all 12 evaluable pts and 1 ongoing nonevaluable pt. Splenomegaly completely resolved in 3 pts. Spleen length reductions were rapid and occurred within the first few weeks of therapy. Conclusions: In this study, no DLT has occurred with the first 3 dose levels in pts with PLTs 75–99 × 109/L or with the first dose level in pts with PLTs 50–74 × 109/L. Rux was generally well tolerated, similar to results reported in previous studies, and no pt has discontinued because of thrombocytopenia. The study is ongoing, and additional pts are being recruited for both strata. Pts are receiving dose levels approaching those approved for nonthrombocytopenic MF pts. La premiére partie de cette thèse est la géométrie de la théorie de Hodge non-Abélienne, en particulier l’étude des propriétés géométriques des espaces de modules.Le premier résultat principal de cette partie est la construction d’un système dynamique sur l’espace de modules des fibrés de Higgs, nous montrons que les points fixes de ce système dynamique sont exactement ceux fixés par l’action de C* sur l’espace de modules des fibrés de Higgs, c’est-àdire tous les C-VHS dans l’espace de modules. Dans le même temps, nous étudions sa première variation et son comportement asymptotique.Le deuxième résultat principal de cette partie est la preuve d’une conjecture (forme faible) par Simpson sur la stratification de l’espace de modules des fibrés plats, nous prouvons que la strata d’opérateurs est la strata fermée unique de dimension minimale en étudiant l’espace de modules des chaînes holomorphes de type donné.Le troisième résultat principal de cette partie est une généralisation de la construction par Deligne en l’espace de twistor de Hitchin dans le cas de surface de Riemann, nous construisons des sections holomorphes pour ce nouvel espace de twistor, c’est-à-dire les sections de de Rham. Nous calculons les fibrés normals de ces sections, et nous avons constaté que les sections de de Rham dans l’espace de twistor de Deligne–Hitchin ont également la propriété wight 1, donc ce sont des courbes rationnelles amples. Dans le même temps, nous montrons le théorème de type Torelli pour l’espace de twistor.La deuxième partie de cette thèse est l’étude de certaines spécialisations de la correspondance de Hodge non-Abélienne. Celui-ci comprend principalement deux chapitres, le premier est une preuve fondamentale d’une conjecture liée aux représentations de carquois proposée par Reineke en 2003, nous montrons pour les représentations de carquois de type An , il existe un système de poids tel que les représentations stables par rapport à ce système de poids sont précisément celles indécomposables. Pour la deuxième, nous construisons la correspondance de Kobayashi–Hitchin pour les fibrés de carquois sur les variétés Kähleriennes généralisées<br>The first part of this thesis is the geometry of non-Abelian Hodge theory, especially the study of geometric properties of moduli spaces.The first main result of this part is the construction of a dynamical system on the moduli space of Higgs bundles, we show that fixed points of this dynamical system are exactly those fixed by the C*-action on the moduli space of Higgs bundles, that is, all C-VHS in the moduli space. At the same time, we study its first variation and asymptotic behaviour.The second main result of this part is the proof of a conjecture (weak form) by Simpson on the stratification of the moduli space of flat bundles, we prove that the oper stratum is the unique closed stratum of minimal dimension by studying the moduli space of holomorphic chains of given type.The third main result of this part is a generalization of Deligne’s construction of Hitchin twistor space in Riemann surface case, we construct holomorphic sections for this new twistor space, namely the de Rham sections. We calculate the normal bundles of these sections, and we found that de Rham sections in the Deligne–Hitchin twistor space also have wight 1 property, so they are ample rational curves. We also show the Torelli-type theorem for this new twistor space

Abstract:
I. An original methodological discussion is proposed on the problem of the typology of tropical rain forest’s plant communities, based on the study of forest types across gradients of continentality and elevation, within Atlantic central Africa. These investigations were based on the statement that the main problems in forest typology are related to the non-zonal or zonal character of the different vegetation types and to non considering the relations and differences between forest strata.<p><p>II. Field data consisted in phytosociological homogeneous sample plots localized within different recognized phytogeographical entities, in a region of tropical Africa where these entities are known to be well conserved. A total of 37 such plots were inventoried in the region extending from the littoral forests of Ndoté, Equatorial Guinea, which are wet evergreen forests, to the continental forests of the Dja, Cameroon, known as evergreen seasonal forests. The studied region also included the oriental Atlantic forests of Equatorial Guinea, known as moist evergreen forests or caesalp forests. In various parts of this continentality gradient, some plots were localized within climax non-zonal formations, namely the submontane rain forests. The emphasis was put on the vegetation of the Monte Alén National Park.<p><p>The sampling methodology was willing to be as "complete ", including all strata, "quantitative ", enumerating all individuals, and "representative ", within each stratum, as possible. These multi-layers plots were realised using nested sub-plots, with a sampling size of 100 individuals for every ligneous stratum recognized (dominant trees, dominated trees and shrubs) and a sampling size of 200m² for the herbaceous and suffrutex stratum.<p><p>Forest types were defined independently for each stratum and the differences were analysed. A method was proposed for the simultaneous analysis of all floristic data, converting and standardizing the values from ligneous strata, on the one hand, and from understorey strata, on the other hand.<p><p>III. Ten forest types were described using IndVal and discussed in the general context of the guineo-congolian region, from a syntaxonomic view point (agglomerative classification) and from a phytogeographical view point (divisive classification). Homologies between these two approaches are described. The proposed phytogeographical system is based on an "open " conception of hierarchical classifications, combining advantages of agglomerative and divisive classifications. In concrete terms, the non-zonal criteria, for example the submontane variants, are categorised separately and in analogy with the zonal criteria, related to the usual phytochoria.<p><p>Analysis of ecological relationships for the 10 communities showed that the main variables related to the floristic variability in our mainland rain forests are elevation, rainfall, hygrometry (estimated using bryophytes cover levels) and distance to the ocean. The two extremes on the vertical microclimatic gradient, dominant trees stratum and herbaceous stratum, give similar typologies, however canonical analysis showed that for the herbaceous layer, non-zonal variables (hygrometry and elevation) were gaining more importance when the influence of the two zonal variables was attenuated. In every case, spatial autocorrelation was less important than the environment in explaining floristic variability but its role increased in the spatial arrangement of understorey species, whose dispersal capacity is generally lower than canopy trees. The phytosociological, phytogeographical and ecological description of forest types is accompanied by a physiognomical description using biological types spectrum, as well as architectural models, leaf sizes, etc.<p><p>With regard to diversity, we have demonstrated that species richness was higher from upper to lower strata because of the accumulation in lower strata of species from various strata. On the other hand, the proper stratum diversity, i.e. the structural set, decreased from dominant trees to shrubs. The proper diversity of the herb layer showed relatively high figures mainly due to the higher individual density in relation to the existence of microstrata. Within the 37 sample plots, 1,050 taxa have been identified to species or morpho-species levels, for a total of 25,750 individuals. These taxa represent 442 genus among 104 families. The richest forest type is found on the foothills of the Niefang range, on the windward side. This forest type is also characterised by a high number of oligotypic genus and by species belonging to functional types indicators of glacial refuges. These functional types are defined on the basis of the dispersal capacity and on kind of stand needed for effective germination. We formulated the hypothesis that this kind of "foothills refuge ", characterised by his zonal nature, could have been one of the rare refuges for species from mainland rain forests, while montane and fluvial refuges would mainly have preserved species from non-zonal forest types: (sub)montane and riverine.<p><p>Based on indicator species of submontane forests, a potential distribution map of this forest type has been realised at the Atlantic central African scale. More than 400 submontane forest localities have been mapped. These forests begin at 400m of altitude near the ocean, and progressively at higher altitude for increasing distance to the ocean. Many lowland localities also comprised submontane species, which could indicate the existence of ecological transgressions. These transgressions would allow migratory tracks for submontane species between isolated mountain ranges, not only during glacial periods, through heights at the northern and southern borders of the congo basin, but also contemporarily through the lowland riverine forest network, in the centre of this basin. This chapter traces the accordion's history from its arrival at Colombia's Atlantic shores to its ubiquitous presence in popular vallenato music. Accordions and harmonicas were assimilated into local musical culture as early as the 1860s, combined with scrapers or other rhythm and percussion instruments, such as the triangle and side drum. Trading routes along the main rivers into the interior of the country allowed for the dispersion of accordions and their music during the economic boom in the tobacco-, banana-, and coffee-growing zones. With vallenato's increasing national popularity in the mid-1980s, the accordion, which was firmly rooted in the lower strata, needed a new social veneer. Soap-opera actor and vallenato accordionist and singer Carlos Vives' international success in the mid-1990s reached a level of visibility that validated the music, despite vallenato's infamous and unbroken connection with the Colombian mafia.

Abstract The South China Sea has rich natural gas source with typical high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) and the extremely narrow drilling window, which leads to frequent influx, even borehole abandonment. However, horizontal gas wells have been placed in the area to develop the gas reservoir, which presents greater well control challenges. Therefore, the influx risk evaluation is quite necessary to guide the well control design. Firstly, the influx mechanism is analyzed based on gas intrusion to provide a theoretical basis for well control design. It is found that influx usually occurs when drilling the high-temperature stratums and target layers. Secondly, the relationship between horizontal open-hole length and influx volume is calculated under different reservoir permeability, reservoir thickness, negative bottom hole pressure and horizontal open-hole section length. Thirdly, the characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow are described. Fourthly, the inflow risk evaluation and well control strategies of the target horizontal gas wells are proposed, and the influx risk evaluation envelope was established. The influx risk evaluation and well control strategies have been successfully applied to the DF gas field featuring offshore HPHT. Horizontal gas wells were drilled in the micro pressure window without accidents and the well cost was significantly reduced.

Gas hydrates are anticipated to be a promising energy source with global distribution underneath the oceans and in permafrost regions. Hydrate dissociation referring to the phase transition of the solid gas hydrate into gas and liquid water, can occur due to altered environmental conditions like increase in temperature, decrease in pressure, or the injection of hydrate inhibitors. Numerical modeling work suggested that energy efficiency of the thermal simulation and inhibitor injection to dissociate gas hydrate in geological formations are quite low, and possibly negative. Depressurization is expected to be effective in many situations; however, the hydrate bearing sediments should be well enough confined by low permeability strata for the depressurization to be effective. In current study, numerical analyses were performed using the open-source reservoir simulator HYDRATERESSIM (HRS) to investigate methane gas hydrate dissociation behavior and production by depressurization, where the system pressure is lowered below the hydrate three-phase (gas-MH-water) stability pressure. Two-dimensional (2D) axisymmetric radial coordinates are used for the numerical simulations with local grid refinement. This paper presents the approach and results of numerical investigation conducted for a hypothetical hydrate-bearing reservoir in an offshore deep water site. A comprehensive parametric sensitivity study was undertaken to assess the effects of (1) various reservoir properties including sediment permeability (absolute permeability and relative permeability function), hydrate distribution, pore compressibility, porosity formation heterogeneity and thermal conductivity; and (2) operational condition on hydrate dissociation and production. Gas productivity and advance of hydrate dissociation front with time after the commencement of depressurization are discussed. This numerical study highlights the need and importance to obtain an accurate evaluation of reservoir properties from different data source, including seismic data, logging while drilling (LWD) data, core samples, field and laboratory testing data and drilling information, on gas hydrate production prediction. It can provide useful insights on the planning and design of a field production well test.

Abstract:
Negative pressure is one of the metastable states of liquids at which it can be extended up to a certain limit without a gap of continuity. There are numerous experimental studies where a negative pressure up to 40 MPa has been obtained at laboratory conditions. However, these results of the experimental works were not practically implemented, as real liquids both in the nature and the technological processes contain impurities. Under certain kinetic and hydrodynamic conditions the waves of negative pressure in real liquids (crude oil, water, and water-based solutions) were observed. The wave of negative pressure is a turned soliton wave with one negative hump. It is a conservative wave, which maintains its shape and dimensions, and travels long distances with the speed of sound. An advanced technology of generation of the negative pressure wave in real systems allowed creating completely new energy saving technology. This technology based on negative pressure phenomenon has been already used for increasing oil production efficiency during various oil well operations, cleaning of oil well bore, and pipelines from various accumulations. It is shown that a new technology has a lot of potentials for bottom-hole cleaning operations, oil recovery enhancement, pipeline transportation, gas-lift operation etc. Negative pressure is known to be one of the metastable states at which liquids can be extended up to a certain limit. Theoretic evaluations show that in pure liquids negative pressure may reach large values while the liquid may stand significant extending efforts. For instance, the maximum negative pressure that may be sustained by ideally pure water is estimated as −109N/m2. It means that an imaginable rope of completely pure water with the diameter of 0.01m can sustain a huge extending effort more than 105 N. It is evident that the real experimental values of negative pressure are much less than the corresponding theoretic estimations. It is connected with the impossibility of obtaining ideally pure liquids without any “weak places” (gas bubbles, admixture, etc) and with the circumstance that in experience, the rupture often happens not in the liquid volume but on the surface touching the walls of the vessels weakened by the existence of thin films, embryos, etc. There are numerous results of the experimental work of static and dynamic character, where negative pressure has appeared in one or another degree [1]. In laboratory conditions, negative pressure apparently was first revealed in the experiences made by F. M. Donny (1843), who used degassed sulfuric acid and obtained negative pressure only −0.012 MPa. Among the further attempts of receiving bigger negative pressure, it is worth mentioning the experiences made by O.Reynolds, M.Bertelot and J.Meyer. Basing upon a centrifugal method and using mercury, L.J.Briggs obtained the record value of negative pressure (−42.5 MPa). But as a matter of fact, beginning from the first experiences by F. M. Donny, the main condition in the investigations for the appearance of negative pressure has been the homogeneous character of the liquid and high degree of the purity the liquid-vessel system. Significant values of negative pressure has been obtained under those conditions, however these results of a great scientific importance have no effective applications in practice as real liquids in Nature and technological processes are heterogeneous multicomponent systems. A long-term experimental work has been done to generate negative negative pressure in real liquid systems and investigate influence of this state on thermohydrodynamical characteristics of natural and technological processes [2,3]. Basing on the idea that negative pressure can be created due to the sudden character of extending efforts a direct wave of the negative pressure in real liquids (water, oil, solutions etc.) have been obtained experimentally. For impulsive entering into metastable (overheated) zone in a phase diagram “liquid-vapor” the pressure should drop so fast that the existing centers of evaporation (bubbles, embryos, admixtures etc.) would not be able to manifest themselves for this period. In these terms purity of the liquid is not decisive, and herewith there might exist states of an overheated liquid with the manifestation of negative pressure. It was determined that wave of the negative pressure resembling overturned soliton wave with one but negative peak propagates with speed of sound. The typical variation of the pressure in the petroleum stream in pipe is given in Figure 1. Reversed wave of the negative pressure was not recorded during the experiments. Evidently this is associated with considerable structural changes in the liquid after the passing of the direct wave. The arising negative pressure though being a short-term, results in a considerable overheating of the fluid system and leads to spontaneous evaporation and gas-emanation with the further cavitation regime. It was determined that after passing of the negative pressure wave hydraulic resistance in the system becomes much less, and significant increase of permeability of the porous medium and intensification of the filtration process take place. On the base of the investigations it was made a conclusion that any discharge in the hydraulic systems when the drop of the pressure requires much less time that relaxation of the pressure in the system inevitably results in the arising of rarefaction wave, in particular, the negative pressure wave [4]. The larger is the hydraulic system and the higher is the depression of the pressure, the more intensively the negative pressure wave may manifest itself. In certain terms waves of the positive pressure may be reflected from free surfaces, different obstacles, from contact surfaces between phases in the form of the reverse wave of the negative pressure. On this base there were presented numerous theoretical and experimental works on the simulation of the process, investigation of impact of the negative pressure on certain physical features of real systems [5]. The negative pressure wave may lead to very hard complications: showings of oil and gas leading sometimes to dreadful open fountains, borehole wall collapse, column crushing, gryphon appearance [6]. Analysis of numerous facts of complications, troubles in wells as water-oil-gas showings, crushing of columns, collapses, gryphon formation demonstrates that they arise usually as a result of round-trip operations in drilling of wells and their capital repairs. The negative pressure wave may be initiated by a sudden pulling of pipes or drilling equipment, as well as their sudden braking, quick opening of a valve at the well exit, etc, resulting in metastable extension of the working fluid agent. Though impulse negative pressure manifests itself as a significant dynamic factor, its structural consequences are more dangerous for an oil well. Moving along a well the negative pressure wave results in the spontaneous boiling of the water in the drilling fluid, and as a result of considerable reduction of its specific weight the hydrostatic column is “switched-off’ for some seconds and this may be sufficient for oil and gas showings of the well to be appeared accompanied often by crushing of columns and collapsing of wells due to great destroying energy manifestation. Negative pressure waves may be considered also as one of the dominant factors in geophysical processes, especially, in evolution and appearance of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes [7,8]. Extreme dynamic processes in the underground medium as a matter of fact can be considered as a synergetic manifestation of the negative pressure together with other thermohydrodynamical factors. The waves of negative pressure in the underground environment may be initiated by tectonic dislocations and faults as a result of different dynamic processes, dramatic decrease of pressure during the displacement of fluids and rocks. They may arise also in the form of a reverse waves as a result of reflection of ordinary seismic waves from different underground surfaces. On the basis of received results the method of artificial creation of negative pressure waves has been created [4]. The essence of the method is that negative pressure waves can be generated by means of discharge in hydraulic systems (pipes, wells, etc) when the drop of the pressure takes place during the characteristic time much less than that of pressure relaxation in the system. The greater is the volume of hydraulic system and the higher is the depression of the pressure, the more intensively the negative pressure wave may manifest itself. This method was taken as a basis of elaboration of principally new technologies and installations to increase effectiveness and efficiency of some oil recovery processes. It has been worked out and widely tested in field conditions new technologies on using of the negative pressure phenomenon for cleaning of oil producing hydraulic systems/well bore, pipeline/from various accumulations and increasing of effectiveness of oil producing at different well operation methods. The technology provides generation negative pressure waves in the well using the special mechanisms that leads to the shock depression impact upon the oil stratum, and as a result, to considerable growth in the oil influx, bottom-hole cleaning, accompanied by essential saving both reservoir and lifting energies, elimination and prevention of sandy bridging, paraffin, silt, water, etc. accumulations. For implementations of these technologies corresponding installations have been elaborated, in part, equipments for cleaning out of oil holes from sand plugs, increasing of efficiency and effectiveness of gas-lift well operations and bottom-hole pumping. In cleaning out of oil-holes from sand plugs the most operative and effective liquidation of different sand plugs irrespective of their rheological character is provided, associated with complete bottom-hole cleaning, essential increase of oil recovery and overhaul period. Elaborated equipment is simple and easy to use. Other comparatively advantageous application of the technology provides increase of efficiency of a gas-lift well operation, expressed in considerable reduction of a specific gas consumption associated with essential increase of oil recovery and overhaul period. The design of the equipment is reliable and simple to service. There are different modifications of the equipment for single-row, double-row lifts in packer and packerless designs. The introduced technologies have passed broad test in field conditions. The operative and complete cleaning of numerous oil wells was carried out, where the altitude of sand plugs varied from 20m to 180m; oil output of wells and their overhaul period have been increased and specific gas discharge reduced significantly.
