This research measured normal short-term, diurnal, changes, and longer-term changes across a year, in retinal and choroidal blood vessels, using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A). It is the first research to show significant diurnal changes in retinal and choroidal OCT-A indices in healthy young adults, changes that differed between myopic and non-myopic patients.
