Um Bildanalysealgorithmen mit erhöhtem Ressourcenbedarf trotz Limitierung der Smart-Kamera in Fertigungsanlagen flexibel integrieren zu können, werden in diesem Beitrag die Möglichkeiten diskutiert, wie solche Systeme mit Ressourcen in der Cloud erweiterbar sind. Es wird eine Systemarchitektur und deren Umsetzung vorgestellt, die konstante, wie auch schwankende Bildverarbeitungskapazitäten in der Cloud skalierbar erschließen.

Technologia optyki adaptywnej (AO, adaptive optics) stała się w ostatnim czasie cennym narzędziem diagnostycznym w badaniach nad mikrostrukturą i funkcją siatkówki. Wykorzystując światło z zakresu bliskiej podczerwieni, kamera optyki adaptywnej umożliwia nieinwazyjne obrazowanie fotoreceptorów (głównie czopków), ściany i światła naczyń siatkówki, włókien nerwowych oraz struktur blaszki sitowej, które trudno uwidocznić za pomocą innych, stosowanych obecnie technik. Technologia AO może dostarczyć informacji o patologicznych zmianach w siatkówce, nawet gdy brakuje jakichkolwiek odchyleń od normy w obrazowych badaniach strukturalnych lub funkcjonalnych. Obecnie aparat rtx1TM (Imagine Eyes, Francja) jest jedynym urządzeniem z kamerą optyki adaptywnej dopuszczonym do badań okulistycznych w wielu krajach. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiamy krótki przegląd rozwoju technologii optyki adaptywnej oraz stale zmieniające się możliwości jej zastosowania w diagnostyce okulistycznej.

Abstract:
The topic of this paper is an evaluation of developed sensor intended for navigation aid of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Its operation is based on processing images acquired with a thermal camera operating in the long-wave infrared band (LWIR) placed underneath a vehicle’s chassis. The vehicle’s spatial displacement is determined by analyzing movement of characteristic thermal radiation points (ground, forest, buildings, etc.) in pictures acquired by the thermal camera. Magnitude and direction of displacement is obtained by processing the stream of consecutive pictures with optical-flow based algorithm in real time. Radiation distribution analysis allows to calculate camera’s self-translation vector. Advantages of measuring translation based on thermal image analysis is lack of drift effect, resistance to magnetic field variations, low susceptibility to electromagnetic interference and change in weather conditions as compared to traditional inertial navigation sensors. Plat Nomor Kendaraan merupakan identitas bagi setiap kendaraan bermotor yang terdaftar oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Proses identifikasi plat nomor diawali dengan pembambilan gambar kendaraan dengan kamera. Gambar akan di resize untuk menyamakan ukuran citra dan crop untuk memisahkan antara plat nomor dengan bagian kendaraan lainnya menggunakan algoritma Perspective Transform, setelah itu di crop kembali untuk memisahkan antara kode wilayah, kode registrasi dan kode seri wilayah, lalu setiap karakter akan dikenali menggunakan metode Optical Character Recognition (OCR) berdasarkan citra karakter hasil crop. Terdapat proses character error handling untuk meningkatkan tingkat akurasi identifikasi pada karakter plat nomor. Plat nomor Indonesia yang diujikan terbagi menjadi 4 kategori yaitu Plat Standar Mobil, Plat Kustom Mobil, Plat Tidak Standar dan Plat Motor. Resolusi kamera terbaik menggunakan resolusi 1280x720 piksel dan menghasilkan rata-rata waktu uji 6,51 detik. Persentase kebenaran identifikasi karakter terbesar untuk plat standar sebesar 100% pada nilai lux 20~39 dan nilai lux 70~99, sedangkan untuk plat nomor kustom persentase kebenaran identifikasi karakter terbesar sebesar 58% pada nilai lux 90~140. Sedangkan untuk plat tidak standar tidak ada persentase kebenaran identifikasi karakter terbesar menghasilkan persentase 0% pada semua nilai lux yang diujikan. Untuk plat nomor motor persentase kebenaran identifikasi karakter terbesar sebesar 8% pada nilai lux 150~199. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa plat nomor standar menjadi rekomendasi yang tepat bagi setiap kendaraan bermotor yang ada di Indonesia.

Keyboard, mouse, dan joystick merupakan perangkat keras yang sering digunakan untuk interaksi antara manusia dan komputer yang bersifat mekanis. Meskipun akurat, tetapi model interaksi yang dilakukan tidak bersifat alami sebagaimana manusia berinteraksi dengan sesamanya. Penggunaan peralatan-peralatan tersebut untuk mengoperasikannya membutuhkan adanya kontak langsung antara user dengan komputer. Dengan menggunakan visi komputer tidak membutuhkan kontak langsung pengguna dengan peralatan input, melainkan komputer menangkap gerakan pengguna melalui kamera video dan menginterpretasikannya. Gerakan yang diteliti disini adalah gerakan tangan. Kamera (webcam) merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengenalan tangan. Kamera ini digunakan sebagai sensor untuk mendeteksi pergerakan tangan. Pendeteksian gerakan tangan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan library emguCV dan algoritma optical flow. Penerapan dari keakuratan aplikasi yang dibuat adalah dengan memainkan game pingpong. Uji coba menggunakan game pingpong sederhana dimana gerakannya kiri kanan atas bawah. Ketika kursor keatas otomatis bat pingpong keatas, dan seterusnya. Dari ujicoba penelitian dengan pencahayaan terang dimana resolusi webcame yang diuji coba 3 MP dan 1 MP, game pingpong lancar dimainkan sedangkan dengan pencahayaan redup, cursor lambat bergerak otomatis bat pingpong juga ikut lambat.Keyboard, mouse, and joystick are hardware devices that are often used for the interaction between humans and computers being mechanical. Although accurate, but the model of interactions is not naturally as humans interact with each other. The use of such equipment to operate it requires direct contact between user and computer. By using a computer vision does not require direct contact with the user input device, but a motion capture computer user via a video camera and interpreting them. Movements studied here is the movement of the hand. The camera (webcam) is a tool used to perform the introduction of the hand. These cameras are used as sensors to detect hand movements. The detection of hand movements implemented using emguCV library and optical flow algorithm. Implementation of the accuracy of the application is made is by playing Ping-Pong game. Test using a simple ping pong game in which the movement left top right bottom. When the cursor upwards automatically ping pong bat up, and so on. From research trials with bright lighting where webcam tested resolution of 3 MP and 1 MP, a Ping-Pong game played smoothly while the dim lighting, the slow-moving cursor automatically Ping-Pong bat also slow.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur secara tidak langsung diameter dan kedalaman kawah bulan yang diperoleh saat pengamatan Bulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Observatorium Ilmu falak Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan teleskop William Optics Gt 102, Mounting iEQ45 Pro Kamera CCD QHY 5-II dan Canoon 600D. Penelitian ini fokus pada pengamatan kawah di Bulan, menentukan ukuran diameter dan kedalamannya pada basis foto dan perhitungan sederhana dengan beberapa penyederhanaan matematis. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian, didapat nilai untuk diameter (d) dan kedalaman (h) untuk kawah bernama Tycho yaitu d=102,95; h=6,6. Copernicus d=110,14; h=5,4. Schiller d=28,98; h=8,6. Kepler d=178,82; h=3,8 dengan tingkat kesalahan pengukuran 2%.

Presbyopia remains the last frontier for refractive surgeons. With increased demand for spectacle independence at all ages, ophthalmologists are exploring different approaches for presbyopia correction. The idea of adding synthetic material to the cornea for the management of presbyopia has come a long way since its inception. The Raindrop® (ReVision Optics®), KAMRA™ Inlays (AcuFocus™) and the Flexivue Microlens™ (Presbia™) are three very different inlays that attempt to reverse presbyopia through different mechanisms. The Raindrop changes the curvature of the anterior cornea in the plane of the pupil, the Kamra uses the principle of the pinhole to increase depth of focus, while the Flexivue is a refractive annular add lenticule that creates a paracentral zone for near vision. The decreased incidence of complications, ease of insertion, reversibility and potential applicability to patients with various refractive statuses make inlays a powerful addition to the armamentarium in the management of presbyopia.

AbstrakProsedur penggunaan aplikasi text to speech pada perangkat mobile yang ada umumnya saat ini yakni pengguna aplikasi ini harus menginput manual kata yang akan diaktualisasikan dengan suara. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem input kata pada aplikasi text to speech dengan memanfaatkan pengolahan citra digital. Pengguna cukup mengambil gambar (capture) kata yang akan disuarakan tersebut tanpa harus mengetik manual pada area teks input. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi akuisisi citra, pra pengolahan citra, segmentasi karakter, pengenalan karakter, dan integrasi dengan engine text to speech pada perangkat Android. Akuisisi citra dilakukan menggunakan kamera pada perangkat mobile untuk mengambil gambar kata yang akan diinputkan. Pengenalan karakter menggunakan jaringan saraf tiruan (JST) algoritma perambatan balik (back propagation). Sistem pengolahan citra yang berhasil dibuat kemudian dihubungkan dengan engine Google Text to Speech. Sistem pengenalan karakter pada penelitian ini menggunakan model jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dengan akurasi 97,58%. Sistem ini mampu mengenali beberapa tipe font yakni Arial, Calibri, dan Verdana. Rerata akurasi pengenalan pada sampel uji yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini sebesar 94,7% dengan kondisi jarak pengambilan gambar pada rentang jarak 3 – 8 cm dan posisi kamera tegak lurus menghadap kertas tulisan. Kata kunci— Android, OCR, Back Propagation, OpenCV, Text to Speech Abstract Procedures using text to speech application on a mobile device generally at this time is user must manually enter the word to be actualized in speech. In this study, designed a words input system for text to speech application using digital image processing. This system makes users simply to do the words capturing that will be voiced without manually typing in the text area input.The method used in this system includes image acquisition, image pre-processing, character segmentation, character recognition, and integration with text to speech engine on mobile devices. Image acquisition was performed using the camera on a mobile device to capture the word to be entered. Character recognition using back propagation algorithm. Image processing system successfully created and then integrated with Google Text to Speech engine.Character recognition system in this study using a model of neural networks (ANN) with an accuracy of 97.58%. The system is able to recognize some types of font that is Arial, Calibri, and Verdana. The mean recognition accuracy on the test sample used in this study 94.7% with distance shooting conditions within the range 3-8 cm and the camera upright position facing the letter. Abstract:
This work deals with possibilities of registration of retinal images from different mo-dalities, concretely optical coherence tomography (OCT), scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (SLO) and fundus camera. In first stage is the interest focused on registration of SLO and fundus images, which will serve to determine area of interest for consecutive registration of OCT data. The final stage is finding correct location of OCT B-scans in fundus image. On the basis of the studied methods of registration was chosen method making use of computation of correlation coefficient for both cases. For finding optimal parameters of registration is used searching through whole space of parameters. In partial stages of the work was created algorithm for alignment of B-scans followed by detection of blood vessels and also simple algorithm for detection of blood vessels from fundus image. For more transparent registration the graphical user interface was created, which allows loading input images and displaying the result in several possible forms.

Abstract:
This master´s thesis si focused on determinig methodology of optical diagnostics of the switching arc using the high-speed camera Photron SA-X2. The thesis contains basic rules for proper setup of the measurement system and the rules to adjust the camera exposure. The experiments were performed on the prototype of a parametric switching chambre, while the majority of source materials was derived from the requirements of another study which was aimed on the movement of the electode spots. The process of the first adjustment of the camera, a record edit options for the presentation purposes and the process of the 3D model design of the switching arc in SketchUp software was stated. Paper contains a comparsion of the spectral filter effect and neutral density filter effect on the final record as well. The part of the work outputs are the 3D model of the switching arc and the supporting record editing software. The paper results show a degree of the inaccuracies in a optical diagnostics made from only one direction caused by the lack of the information about third dimension.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of parameters of diaphragm discharge in liquids. NaCl solution of different conductivity was used as a conductive medium. Conductivities were adjusted in the range from 220 to 1000 µS cm-1. Two diagnostic methods were used for the study of plasma parameters. The first one was employed in the laboratory of plasma chemistry at Faculty of Chemistry, Brno University of Technology, namely the optical emission spectroscopy. The second method used for plasma diagnostics was the time resolved ICCD camera at the Laboratoire de Physique des Plasmas at the École Polytechnique in Paris. The reactor for the diagnostics by optical emission spectroscopy had the volume of 4 l, and it was made of polycarbonate. PET diaphragm was placed in the barrier separating the cathode and the anode space. Electrodes were made of titanium coated with platinum. Electric power source supplied a constant DC voltage of maximum 5 kV and electric current up to 300 mA. Spectrometer Jobin Yvon TRIAX 550 with CCD detector was used during the experiments in order to measure overview spectra within the range from 200 to 900 nm as well as OH molecular spectra and Hß line spectra. All spectra were scanned in both discharge polarities, i.e. at the cathode and the anode part of reactor. The basic parameters of the discharge plasma were calculated from the spectra, that means rotational and electron temperature and electron density. Another part of experiment consisted of measurements by the ICCD camera iStar 734. Two types of reactors were used. The first one was the same as the reactor for the measurements by the optical emission spectroscopy. The second one was also made of polycarbonate, but the volume of conductive solution was 110 ml, only. HV electrodes made of stainless steel were placed in this reactor. Ceramic diaphragm (Shapal-MTM) was used in both reactors. Diaphragms had different thickness and diameter of holes. ICCD camera acquired photographs with details of processes of the bubbles generation and discharge operation (propagation of plasma channels), depending on solution conductivity, dimensions of the diaphragm, and with respect to the electrode part of the reactor.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of solar cells by photoluminescence method. Photoluminescence method is based on the excitation of luminescence radiation of the solar cell material by an external excitation light source. This method can detect various types of defects in the material solar cells. The main objective is the design and realization of a measuring system defects of solar cells, which is based on this method. For excitation of luminescence is used LED array. For the detection of luminescence is used CCD camera with IR optical filter. To filter out the excitation light radiation is used disc screen and optical interrupter. The parameters and options of this measuring system are verified and characterized by test measuring for example the achievable rotation speed of screen and response of optical interrupter. At the end is tested detection of luminescence radiation of solar cells in the measuring system. The measured images are compared with the method of electroluminescence.

This thesis describes the design and implementation of system for vehicle speed estimation from on-board camera recording. Speed estimation is based on optical flow estimation and convolutional neural network. Designed system is able to estimate speed with average error of 20% on created data set where actual speed is greater than 35 kilometers per hour.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with problematics of PTZ-camera re-calibration during movement. The objective of this work is to keep the camera in calibration mode from default status when the known positions of Vanishing Points are in the image. With their use during movement, which is changing with motion of the camera, their positions are kept with help of two implemented methods. The first method is based on the principle of homography, the second on the principle of cross ratio. The results show that both of these methods work especially for keeping the positions of First Vanishing Points. In the case of the Second Vanishing Points there appear various problems and the results are often quite inaccurate.

Abstract:
This thesis describe about determination of camera motion parameters in plane. At first there are introduce the basics of motion tracking, is focused to find out displacement between two input images. Below is describe the algorithm GoodFeatruresToTrack, which find out the most significant point in a first image. The point is search out the good point, which will be easy to track in next image, reduce the data volume and prepare the input information (array of significant point) for the algorithm Lucas-Kanade optical flow. In second part is deal with processing and utilization estimations optical flow. There is median filtration, below is describe computation of homogenous transformation, which describe all affine transformation in affine space. As the result are coordinates, which describe the shift between the two input images as X-axis and Y-axis value. The project used the library Open Computer Vision.

This thesis describes the principles of making application which is able to set and control camera. The first part describes basic camera connections and it explains definition and specification of camera’s features. The second part of my thesis describes implementation of application, which can use more cameras to image preview, image acquisition and to simply set of camera’s features. To implement the applications we can use MATLAB and C++BUILDER uses opencv libraries.
