Optimalizace toku v síti je klasickou aplikací matematického programování. Tyto modely mají, mimo jiné, široké uplatnění také v logistice, kde se tak snažíme docílit optimálního rozdělení dopravy, např. vzhledem k maximalizaci zisku, či minimalizaci nákladů. Toto pojetí ovšem často problém idealizuje, poněvadž předpokládá existenci jediného rozhodovatele. Takový přístup je možný ve striktně organizovaných sítích jako např. v logistických sítích přepravních společností, železničních sítích či armádním zásobování. Úloha ''Traffic Assignment Problem'' (TAP) se zaměřuje na dopady teorie her na optimalizaci toku, tj. zkoumá vliv více rozhodovatelů na celkové využití sítě. V práci se zaobíráme úlohou TAP s působením náhodných vlivů, k čemuž využíváme metod stochastické a vícestupňové optimalizace. Dále zkoumáme možnosti zlepšení stávajícího využití sítě za rozhodnutí autoritativního rozhodovatele, kterému je umožněn zásah do samotné struktury sítě, k čemuž využíváme víceúrovňové programování.

This thesis deals with actual state of public transport in the Sušice region and proposes provisions, which are leading to higher quality and efficiency. To attainment this proposal, methods of questioning passengers and evaluation of the data are used.Investigated will be also the problems of actual state. Those are primarily absence transfer lines, inappropriate offer of connections and low workload of some connections. This is often caused by absence of concurrently two or more which are going on the same way in short time distance. Proposed procurations going to be conceived as new time tables. These timetables will ensure traffic serviceability in the region, where going to be symbolize the most imported transfer links too. In the beginning of the thesis I focused on defining logistics and goals of the thesis. The first chapter is about the main processes and conceptions. The second part describes teoretical solution which could show proper way of the solution of suggestion. The third chapter is about characterization and analysis of the firm and surroundings. The fourth chapter dafines problems. The fifth chapter is devoted to suggestion of the solution for optimization. The conclusion of the thesis deals with evaluation of the suggestion. The reader of this master project will gain the basic informations about the logistics in business activity and information about this firm, processes in the storage and transport and will be familiarized with optimization of these processes.

This Diplomas thesis is focused on the area of public transport in the centre of Pilsen and its optimization in a long term. In the methodology part are defined basic terms of public transport and theoretical outcomes for urban and suburban public transport systems. Next there is a description of means of transport and methods of preference used in public transport. Shortly is introduced the legal framework of public transport in Czech Republic. The processes of transport management especially the process of planning are described in detail. The last subchapter of the methodology part describes integrated transport systems. The analytical part of the thesis begins with the description of the Pilsen as a regional centre and the analysis of its urban and suburban transport system. The deficits of the system are grouped into problem areas; for each problem area is suggested an optimization: the new bus terminal in Šumavská street near the Pilsen main train station, the interconnection of Borská street with the intersection Karlovarská/Lidická and usage of the north-west bypass by public transport.

Porozumění chování silniční dopravy je klíčem pro její efektivní řízení a organizaci. Tato úloha se stává čím dál více důležitou s rostoucími požadavky na dopravu a počtem registrovaných vozidel. Informace o dopravní situaci je důležitá pro řidiče a osoby zodpovědné za její řízení. Naštěstí v posledních několika dekádách došlo k značnému rozvoji technologií pro monitorování dopravní situace. Stacionární senzory, jako jsou indukční smyčky, radary, kamery a infračervené senzory, mohou být nainstalovány na důležitých místech. Zde jsou schopny měřit různé mikroskopické a makroskopické dopravní veličiny. Bohužel mnohá měření obsahují nekorektní data, která není možné použít při dalším zpracování, například pro predikci dopravy a její inteligentní řízení. Tato nekorektní data mohou být způsobena poruchou zařízení nebo problémy při přenosu dat. Z tohoto důvodu je důležité navrhnout obecný framework, který je schopný doplnit chybějící data. Navíc by tento framework měl být také schopen poskytovat krátkodobou predikci budoucího stavu dopravy. Tato práce se především zabývá vybranými problémy v oblasti doplnění chybějících dopravních dat, predikcí dopravy v krátkém časovém horizontu a predikcí dojezdových dob. Navrhovaná řešení jsou založena na kombinaci současných metod strojového učení, například Support vector regression (SVR) a multikriteriálních evolučních algoritmů. SVR má mnoho meta-parametrů, které je nutné dobře nastavit tak, aby byla dosažena co nejkvalitnější predikce. Kvalita predikce SVR dále silně závisí na výběru vhodné množiny vstupních proměnných. V této práci používáme multiktriteriální optimalizaci pro optimalizaci SVR meta-parametrů a množiny vstupních proměnných. Multikriteriální optimalizace nám umožňuje získat mnoho Pareto nedominovaných řešení. Mezi těmito řešeními je možné dynamicky přepínat dle toho, jaká data jsou aktuálně k dispozici tak, aby bylo dosaženo maximální kvality predikce. Metody navržené v této práci jsou především vhodné pro prostředí s velkým množstvím chybějících hodnot v dopravních datech. Tyto metody jsme ověřili na reálných datech a porovnali jejich výsledky s metodami, které jsou v současné době používány. Navržené metody poskytují lepší výsledky než stávající metody, a to především ve scénářích, kde se vyskytuje mnoho chybějících hodnot v dopravních datech.

Goal of this dissertation's thesis is to familiarize the reader with the issues connected with automatic optimization and its implementation in desired company, as a substitute to its current solution. The main objective of this thesis is therefore considered to be consideration and evaluation of benefits software solution can bring to HOPI, with full meeting of its requirements using its resources. In theoretical part of thesis will look at all the necessary information the reader will need to fully understand the theory, as well as the issueo of creating and optimizing great number of routes with a large fleet. Company HOPI will be introduced, as well as all software solutions, which were used in this work, or are mentioned with references. Practical part will describe the process of planning in both version, actual and software one. Form gained information and consultations with management of HOPI, conclusions will be drawn about benefits and difficulties of each solution. Ideal procedure for consideration will be drawn and verdict about software solution will be reached. In conclusion, thesis will summarize all gained knowledge, which will lead to final assessment and it will establish the best options of solutions for HOPI.

The thesis target is to design construction treatments resulting in improving the passenger railway transport in this section. Planned modernization and electrification will change the transport nature significantly, which calls for an examination of the existing track possibilities. The task was to focus on the regarding stations as a crucial troughput aspect and on the travel quality improvment by minor construction adjustments. I have examined walking distances, designed a new Troubelice - Centrum stop. By convenient platform shifts higher velocities criteria were met. All precautions respect the wheelchair access. The station design allows higher velocities operation and do not restricts current use.

Public transportation is important for urban development. It Must perform tasks interms of quality. Public transport services influencing many factors quality. For the transport company, it is important to define these factors and then these factors follow. Transport companies define standards of quality, their use offers a quality service that passengers expect.
The character of public transportation and primarily functionality and efficiency greatly affect the quality of life of the population, respectively passengers. The goal of this taskis not only to analyze the current situation, but especially to suggest some optimization of the state, in the sense just to meet requirements and expectations of passengers. Finishing this optimization is conditional on economic efficiency, technical conditions and backgrounds, so they were within the proposed optimization takes into account these factors.
Overall, in the context of optimizing it is a need to meet very specific groups of passengers, such as the elderly and children, as well as adjust the location and nearby bus stops and accessible by public transportation strategic points in the area (hospitals, schools, shopping centers). The task at least it draws attention to the major shortcomings in this sphere and the goal to propose possible solutions.

This is followed by the enterprise analysis, and actual process mapping, based on author's long-term monitoring in a combination with interviews with process users and owners. Newly developed small aircraft EV-55 is a representative in the category of the small aircrafts . The selected areas of the hydraulic systems , important and useful for domestic producers of the hydraulic devices and whole hydraulic systems for the airplane EV-55 , are subjected to optimization efforts in the dissertation thesis. Design parameters of the hydraulic system (type of hydraulic source, level of pressure, weight of connecting tube), hydraulic devices ( tribology, machining process), simulation of the servomechanism and areas of diagnostic of technical status of the hydraulic system are optimized in the dissertation thesis.

The work aims to optimize connections between client stations and the rest Internet
service providers infrastructure. The main optimization criterion was to equally divide
these client stations based on the amount of downloaded data and the distance between 2
client stations and providers access points. The work was solved as a transportation
problem and it was computed in a MS Excel plugin called Dumkosa. Calculated solution
had to be adjusted for additional restrictions which were out of technical limits of
Dumkosa solver. The computational part of the work was done on top of test group
composed of 50 clients. Data from these clients were gathered for one month at 5 minute
intervals. An analysis was performed on top of these records and its results were used later
in the computational part of the work. At the end of the work was discussed a possible way
how to transfer the algorithm from the test area to whole company network.

This diploma thesis deals with an issue of tour-routes and an optimization of routes for travel agencies, namely the Rialto travel agency from the city Přerov. Two tours, offered by this travel agency, are optimized and three optimization methods are used - the nearest neighbour metho, the Vogel approximation Method and the savings method.
The first part of this thesis describes the theoretical issue of topic - the legislation concerning the travel agencies, transportation logistics, the usage of operations research in transport logistics and travelling salesman problem issue and methods used to solve the travelling salesman problem. In the second part the Rialto travel agency is briefly described, then the tours are described and these tours are optimized.
The last part contents the analysis of obtained results, the results are evaluated and suggestions considering the economic, temporal and legislative (rest and working hours of drivers) aspects are made.

This PhD thesis deals with employment of the state of the art methods of mathematical optimization and structural analysis in the field of load carrying steel structures of handling devices. The goal of the thesis is to compile a methodology which enables generating of optimal dimensions of conceptually designed load carrying parts of handling devices. The proposed methodology is composed of sub-methods which are successively applied to find an optimal configuration of structure according to a chosen criterion. The methodology incorporates sub-methods such as Design of Experiments, parametric finite-element modelling, the state of the art computational methods for stability assessment, mathematical approximation methods and state of the art optimization schemes based of both, heuristic and gradient principle. Recommendations from Eurocode 3 are used to introduce imperfections to the finite element model in order to perform the nonlinear buckling analysis. The practical part of this thesis is focused on optimization of welded beams. The principle of the methodology is in detail explained and demonstrated on an example of lifting spreader beam of load carrying capacity of 20 tons. The proposed methodology is practically realized by an algorithm created in Matlab software. Matlab is also utilized to implement some sub-methods including mathematical optimization schemes. Both, gradient and heuristic optimization algorithms are used for comparison and mutual verification. Structural analysis is performed by means of parametrical finite-element models which are built in the Ansys Parametric Design Language (APDL). The methodology takes into account buckling, which is inherent to thin walled structures under compressive load. The buckling analysis is performed by means of both, linear and non-linear procedures in Ansys. The output of the algorithm is an optimized configuration of the structure, which minimizes the objective function and complies with all requirements implemented in the form of design constraints.

This diploma thesis analyzes the problem of line planning in urban public transport as an object of Operations Research. It is based on the Theory of Graphs, building specific model network referring to a real existing network. Each line represents the flow through part of this network, respecting additional constraints. The goal is to optimize existing routing by decreasing the number of lines in service and making the routing easier to understand and remember. On the contrary to casual models, this one has been designed to perfectly describe a real existing network, tramway service in Prague, Czech Republic. Furthermore, no set of lines is given in advance. The flow is newly computed by optimizing software to fit the demand and the capacity of each branch. So the output should give the user a concrete route of each line in operation.

This Master´s Thesis deals with the exportation of fast-moving consumer goods from Mexico. The theoretical part explains the concept of FMCG and describes the steps that should generally be followed when exporting FMCG from Mexico. Furthermore, the elements related to maritime transportation are described, because this type of transport of exporting from this country is used most often. Within the specific case of Corona, detailed logistics structure of the export process is displayed. By analysing its operation, the main challenges associated with carriers used for the export are identified and ultimately partial solutions that should be implemented to minimize the occurrence of problematic points are suggested.

This thesis deals with the adjustment of the current distribution routes of the company CHEMIE STAR Ltd. and at the same time with a creating of new distribution routes with the aim of economic savings, which is achieved through a reduction in the length of routes and the time required for the routes. In the introductory theoretical part of the work the logistics is defined, its functions, importance and influence on the enterprise. And this part also provides an overview of methods dealing with the traveling salesman problem. In the practical part the optimization of the input data into the model at the current routes is performed, where there is always selected the cheapest route between the two nodes using unit costs. Subsequently, the methods solving the traveling salesman problem are applied, namely the method of the Nearest neighbor, Vogel approximation method and Clark-Wright method. The layout of the new routes, which is limited in capacity by car and the purchasers requirements, is done using Mayer method and Sweep algorithm and with the subsequent application of the method solving the problem of traveling salesman problem. In the chapter evaluation of the results and recommendation all obtained outcomes are compared and interpreted.

Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout takové změny v obsahu učebních dokumentů v oblasti ekonomických předmětů oboru Obchodník v dopravě, které přizpůsobí obsah těchto dokumentů potřebám zaměstnavatelů. Cíle práce je dosaženo prostřednictvím výzkumu zaměřeného na potřeby těchto zaměstnavatelů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou porovnány s platnými učebními dokumenty studijního oboru. Použitím gnoseologických postupů jsou učiněny závěry a navrženy změny v učební dokumentaci. Vědeckým přínosem práce je získání informací o míře potřebnosti jednotlivých ekonomických znalostí absolventů oboru pro potřeby zaměstnavatelů. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit i jako podklad při tvorbě učebních dokumentů podobných oborů i na jiných školách. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol.

In first part is using modified calculation formula calculated cost per kilometer. Work continues with two case studies, where are described the most problematic issues and suggested solutions. In the end of work is proposed new methodology of preparing commercial studies which can company use in future.

The aim of this work is to show the application of operational research on an example that is put into practise and to show the usabillity of this science field. The problem solved will be the Vehicle routing problem with split delivery. The whole process of solving this issue is described in the text. From the income data and automatised data aquisition from publicly acessible resources for the distance matrix to the created mathemathical model for this issue together with the implementation in SW Lingo. Furthermore, in my work classic distribution problem of linear programming in connection to the solved issue are described. Beside that three mathematical models are shown that are occyupying with this type of delivery. They can not be used for fading the solution to this issue as they include certain requirements or conditions which are not taken into account by the given models.

This thesis deals with trucking companies' websites auditing. The first chapter of a theoretical part deals with up to date market condition of this branch of business, together with possibilities of the future development. The theoretical part of this thesis acquaints reader with technological basis of web design and its current trends. There is a methodology of auditing designed and websites sample introduced in the conclusion. A practical part contains one detailed audit example and the rest of the other websites is audited more briefly. There is a results interpretation in the conclusion. Also there are steps that can lead to the elimination of founded imperfections. The aim of this thesis is to test quality of some sample websites of trucking companies that leads to recognition of how important these websites are for their owners. A main method used is a comparison of every website's state and designed methodic. Results of this research are statistically evaluated. The main contribution of this thesis is introduction of the most frequent imperfections, together with deciding how important these websites are for their owners.

Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows is a hard optimization problem. Even though it has numerous practical applications, the question of solving it efficiently has not been satisfyingly solved yet. This thesis studies the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and presents several new algorithms for solving it. There are two heuristics presented here, as well as several more complex algorithms which use those heuristics as their components. The efficiency of presented techniques is evaluated experimentally using a set of test samples. As a part of this thesis, I have also developed a desktop application which implements presented algorithms and provides a few additional features useful for solving routing prob-lems in practice. Among others, there is a generator of pseudo-random problem instances and several visualization methods.

The thesis focuses on modern methods of traffic sign detection and traffic lights detection directly in traffic and with use of back analysis. The main subject is convolutional neural networks (CNN). The solution is using convolutional neural networks of YOLO type. The main goal of this thesis is to achieve the greatest possible optimization of speed and accuracy of models. Examines suitable datasets. A number of datasets are used for training and testing. These are composed of real and synthetic data sets. For training and testing, the data were preprocessed using the Yolo mark tool. The training of the model was carried out at a computer center belonging to the virtual organization MetaCentrum VO. Due to the quantifiable evaluation of the detector quality, a program was created statistically and graphically showing its success with use of ROC curve and evaluation protocol COCO. In this thesis I created a model that achieved a success average rate of up to 81 %. The thesis shows the best choice of threshold across versions, sizes and IoU. Extension for mobile phones in TensorFlow Lite and Flutter have also been created.

The thesis is focused on suggesting an algorithm for planning of optimal assignment drivers and vehicles to scheme of expeditions. When we make the assignment, we aspire to minimize the total transportation costs. By the same mail we push for well-balanced assignment, with respect to utilization of drivers and vehicles . The structure of the planning problem there is describing by making out of a wide linear model, whose parts are algebraic formulations of restrictions, which one must in traffic abide. In this model we can see binary and real variables that mean we draw up a model of mixed integer programming. We can say, that the integer programming is in general more complicated, then integer programming. We used optimization software named GAMS for solution this problem. The software uses Branch and Bound algorithm for the integer number problems. We draw up a program in GAMS, which is able to set an optimal pian for assignment drivers and vehicles to expeditions. A part of this work is couple of exemplary tasks, with their solution.

Significant imbalance of theese indicators for different types of vehicles has been revealed. The measures proposed in thesis aim to eliminate this imbalance and to provide fair charging system that is based on actual costs caused by vehicle.

The main aim of this thesis is to determine problem fields of logistic processes and evaluation commonly used optimization methods. Then the best method is chosen for optimization in fields warehousing and distribution in brewing companies. Different parts of the logistic flows are described in this thesis -- supplier relationships, production, warehousing, transportation and distribution. Subse-quently logistic flows in brewery Vyškov are analyzed and found problem fields. The transportation and distribution are assessed as unsuitable in this brewery therefore the system of distribution was suggested by using the program LINGO. The example of brewery Vyškov is used for the generalization in the brewing industry.

The first part of the thesis contains brief characteristic of the company, analasis of logistic services, level of services offered and logistic costs. The synthetic part of the thesis uses the knowledge from the analytical part to reach the goal of the thesis. Attention is also given to the evaluation of applied methods of collecting data. Methods used in the thesis are mostly observing, specifically the shot of a working day and measuring. The next method which is applied is a survey. The output of the synthetic part is an improvement proposal to existing processes, then suggestions for the future orientation in the area of communication technology, more specifically using the ECOM applications. In the synthetic part, there was used a mathematical model called travelling salesman problem to evaluate the optimality of courier routes.

The first part briefly describes the current state of agriculture in the Czech Republic , provides an overview of materials handling and agricultural transport systems. Another important part is the review of literature on economics and farm management . In the practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of industrial activity in a particular company . Based on the evaluation of analysis lines for silage harvest is then evaluated the effect of the type of kit -hour performance and fuel consumption . The conclusion then discussed the results of work and proposals to increase the competitiveness of the reporting enterprise.
