Full textOne of the most important strategic objectives of the company is to reduce the risk of business to an acceptable level, when operating in the market. As the company enters the international market, it affects not only the micro–environment, but the business subject must manage and control macro–environment risk factors, therefore global market risk management is becoming an important aspect. Effective risk analysis would allow for the companies to prepare for adverse events and minimize the potential loss of business in today's rapid business development. The object of the work is the management of business risk and the goal is the creation of an international business risk management model. There are tasks raised to realize the work’s purpose: to explore the theoretical aspects of business risk in the international business and to assess risk management in the banking, insurance and business sectors; as well as to make analysis of business risk management in the international companies and to create a theoretical model of business risk management. Full textMaster’s work deals with the main aspects of scientific papers of Lithuanian and foreign authors related to project management and strategic objectives realization in an organization. There are analyzed and systemized theoretical project features on implementation of the Organization‘s strategic aims. Also, there are submitted strategic objectives of Organization‘s and project's theoretical interaction model. The method of document analysis was designed to identify three aspects. Firstly, the work aims to show the project‘s financial benefits in activities of Šiauliai University. Secondary, it determines in which documents is focused during the project management process. Thirdly, the aim was to find out in what strategic objectives selected projects are oriented. The research is based on Siauliai University strategic documents, activity reports, Lithuanian legislation which are related to the higher education funding and the application of 3 selected projects. In order to determine the interaction between project management and the strategic objectives of the University of Šiauliai, was selected a semi structured interview method, based on principles of deep interview method. However, the manager is responsible not only for the functioning of the organization, but also for the conditions, which are necessary for organization development and training of the staff self-development, formation, and here apparent features of the learning organization in the organization management. The aim of this study - to reveal “Kėdainiai sport school” management of the sport organization, highlighting the features of the sport organization management and submit the direction of improvement of "Kedainiai sport school” sport organization. The study included 35 respondents, of whom 71.4% were male and 28.6% female. The study was based on these methods: questionnaire survey, questionnaire, which consisted of general information (social - demographic variables) about the respondent, and issues related to the management of sport organization in the management of the learning organization. Full textOrganization identity is not only the strategy of management in modern organization, which goals is to introduce itself, it‘s experience and point of view to it‘s interest groups, but also the identity creates a sense of community and understanding between coworkers. It also helps them to know the organization better from the inside and to reach both individual and organizational goals consistently. Also the identity lets clearly and consistently communicate with external groups of interests. But in a virtual organization strong identity is not created or it can be done in hard work and to mantain it is not easy as well: coworkers usually do not communicate directly and do not have a strong cooperation sense, the virtual organization does not have physical location, sometimes there is even absense of clear organizational structure. This theses emphasis the impact of knowledge management to organization’s strategic management. The Aim of the theses is to analyze and investigate how knowledge management influence corporate strategy. The first part will examine the factors affecting the strategic use of knowledge management, organization, knowledge management, identifying the concept of a procedural model. The second - a strategy analysis of organizations value and features. The third part will aim to reveal the impact of knowledge management through knowledge management and strategic management interface for comparative analysis. The fourth part will describe the study.
