Abstract:
The study is devoted to scientific provisions and principles of economic development of construction organizations in modern conditions. Based on the study of the theory of economic development, a retrospective analysis of the cyclical nature of construction production, the main factors and directions of their interaction are systematized. Economic and mathematical modeling of the real economic development of construction production was carried out. New approaches to assessing and ensuring the effective functioning of construction organizations are proposed, including substantiation of the target setting of the organization's activities, classification of factor space multidimensional statistical analysis, determination of the optimal ratios of the main technical and economic indicators that ensure the financial and economic stability of construction organizations. The developed models of innovative development of a construction organization are based on increasing the level of total resource productivity. It has been proven that there is a close relationship between the level of economic development and the financial sustainability of a construction organization. An increase in the level of innovative activity in construction production leads to an increase in the financial strength of the organization. The revealed relationship gave the basis to form an algorithm for managing the innovative development of a construction organization on the basis of structure regulation of production costs. The forms and methods of stimulating the economic growth of construction organizations have been substantiated, which consist in improving the system of relations between the participants in the investment process being a significant reserve for economic growth.

Abstract:
The organizational and economic mechanism includes the organizational and economic blocks. The article considers the elements of the organizational component of the investment development mechanism the size of the organization, the organizational and legal form and the specialization of the organization, which influence the investment development of the industry. The research was carried out on the basis of the official accounting statements of organizations of the Russian Federation for 2016 of the database of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation using the software of the consulting financial and analytical company Akon. Groups of agricultural organizations were identified by type of activity. It is concluded that small forms of enterprises prevail in the sectors of dairy and beef cattle breeding, and potato farming that determines their lower profitability and limits the possibilities for investing at their own funds. In specialized large and medium-sized organizations (production of grain and oilseeds, and sugar beet production) the efficiency of production is higher against the mixed production. The predominantly joint-stock form of management among large and medium-sized agricultural organizations expands the possibilities of investment activity.

Abstract:
Social changes, transformation of human activity from labour to creative work, alteration of material conditions and use of new production factors are bound to cause changes in the organization itself. In the article the author tries to show how the organization could change in the future. The author depicts how the organization changed under the influence of its activity development and under the impact of the external environment. Organization models in industrial, post-industrial and information society are described. Some of these models are designed by the author himself. The organization model in economy of knowledge was considered in detail. The author’s concept implies that in economy of knowledge features and aims of organizations of business and social field will be somewhat similar. Organizations of the future will differ from current organizations in the following way: 1) another organizational culture, which will foster creativity and freedom of man; 2) broad application of knowledge in all fields of organization’s activity; 3) continuous, wide use of innovation in order to attain organization’s goals; 4) high degree of specialization; 5) minimum number of hierarchical levels in management, reducing the use of the command (project) approach to work (task) fulfillment, changing the role of management. Theoretical conclusions are corroborated by examples from world practice, which are not so numerous today.

Abstract:
Coordination of jaw muscle activity for speech production sometimes has been modeled using nonspeech behaviors. This orientation has been especially true in representations of mandibular movement in which the synergy of jaw muscles for speech production has been suggested to be derived from the central pattern generator (CPG) for chewing. The present investigation compared the coordination of EMG activity in mandibular muscles over a range of speech and nonspeech tasks. Results of a cross-correlational analysis between EMG signals demonstrated that the muscle synergies of the mandibular system depend on task demands. Contrary to some of the models discussed, continuous speech production yielded activation patterns that were clearly not related to coordinative patterns generated by the chewing CPG.

Abstract:
The role of cinema in Russian culture has traditionally been high. The federal and regional budgets, organizations and citizens take an active part in the financial provision of culture and art. However, despite the fact that the costs of supporting the cinema are assessed as very limited, this creative sector of culture is focused on high profitability, which can be achieved in the process of project management. The specifics of the financing of cinema necessitate the search for innovative approaches involving financial market institutions in order to raise funds for financing venture investment projects. Approved by the world practice ways of attracting financial resources are: sale of a share in the project; transfer of distribution rights; organization of private funds; attraction of state funds; bank loans; tax benefits; preferential use of scenery; charity. Analysis of the economic situation of the cinema organizations leads to the conclusion that it is necessary to make practical use of the methods and institutions of state and public support recommended by science and popular in foreign practice. To activate the work in the film business, it is necessary to search for new tools aimed at increasing profitability and reducing the risks of venture projects. Importance of quality and coordinated establishment of the final variant of the price of a film product by all participants in the process of film production, consisting of a film company, a distributor, a retailer, and taking into account the opinions of the end users of the population (in terms of age and age structure and level of education, place of residence, professional qualifications and employment). Priority in the digitalization environment should be given to the preparatory work: the development of marketing strategies and advertising budgets as necessary elements to stimulate innovation and investment in film production.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the research of theoretical bases of organization of management of ecologically oriented production. The analysis of the financing of environmental protection measures in Ukraine shows a positive trajectory of expenditures on environmentally oriented activities during 2010–2019: total expenditures increased from UAH 13 to 44 billion, or more than 3.3 times. The structure of expenditures is dominated by own funds of enterprises (79 %), funds of state and local budgets – only 2 %. Global improvement of the environment can be achieved only through comprehensive cooperation between the state and enterprises with the support of society. Nature management can be optimized by creating a more advanced management system and introducing new efficient resource-saving technologies. Ecologically oriented activity ensures the observance by enterprises of socio-economic interests under the condition of rational use of natural resources and minimization of anthropogenic impact on the environment. At the same time, sustainable economic growth and stable improvement of financial and economic performance are achieved. The system of environmental production management must be organically integrated into the long-term strategy of enterprise management. The defining priority of ecological production is the target orientation on integration and harmonization of human relations with the environment. We have defined a set of measures for the effective organization of management of environmentally oriented production of enterprises. Among them are the development of environmental policy, compliance with environmental legislation, organizational structure, analysis of indicators and development of environmental programs, formalization of hazardous processes, staff training, document management, monitoring of deviations in environmental management, data accounting, environmental audit and environmental management. Their comprehensive implementation will allow to organize and ensure effective activities that will achieve the optimal ratio of environmental and economic indicators.

Abstract:
Purpose. To develop models describing forms of organization of production activity in terms of probabilistic nature of demand and determine their being effected by strategies of marketing interaction with the product consumers. Methodology. The theoretical models were based on classic models of mass service, methods of sales planning, and studies on rational strategies of marketing interaction of a consumer of limited-demand products, the need in which is of probabilistic nature. Such parameters as maximum (peak) involved production capacity and maximum warehouse capacity required in terms of predicted production volumes are taken as the criterion of effect of a strategy of the manufacturer-consumer marketing interaction. Findings. Certain dependences have been obtained making it possible to calculate the maximum (peak) involved production capacity depending on the predicted production volume, warehouse capacity, and organization of production activity of an enterprise. It has been shown that the organization of marketing interaction between a manufacturer and a consumer of limited-demand products, the need in which is of probabilistic nature, on the basis of marketing partnership strategy helps reduce considerably the peak loads of production facilities and warehouse capacity, which is necessary to maintain production activity of an enterprise. Originality. On the basis of a mass service theory, a form of organization of production activity of an enterprise is substantiated that manufactures goods of differentiated need and limited demand of probabilistic nature. It has been proved that a current marketing strategy of interaction between a manufacturer and consumer of such a product influences considerably the organization of production activity of an enterprise-manufacturer. A form of organization of production activity of an enterprise has been substantiated; in terms of organization of interaction with a consumer on the basis of marketing partnership relations, it helps reduce significantly the peak loads of production facilities and the involved warehouse capacity to store ready-made products. Practical value. The obtained results can be applied to plan the forms of organization of production activity of an enterprise that manufactures limited-demand products, the need in which is of differentiated nature, and to substantiate rational marketing interaction with a consumer of such kind of product.

Abstract:
Relevance. Management processes at any level tend to constantly become more complicated and to increase their effectiveness, it is necessary to review and improve its individual aspects. This is why the importance of production management as a specific type of activity for managing the main business processes of an organization is now especially great. The modern economic reality creates conditions under which it is necessary to constantly improve management practices to increase the competitiveness of the product produced by the organization. All this is typical for such rapidly developing industries as telecommunications. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to identify the features of production (operational) management in the telecommunications sector in order to find optimal ways to improve it. The objectives of the research are to identify the universal principles of modern production management; to identify the features of the main business processes of companies in the telecommunications industry; to formulate the features of production management in the telecommunications sector; development of the main directions for improving the production management of the telecommunications sector. The research methodology includes general scientific methods such as comparative analysis of sources, system analysis and synthesis of facts, induction and analysis. The result of the study is a list of features of production management in the telecommunications sector and current ways to improve it. The author draws conclusions that production (operational) management is a specific type of management activity that allows you to manage the main business processes of organizations and increase the competitiveness of the organization's product, while having its own main characteristics, features and development paths. In addition, there are certain features of production (operational) management in the tele-communication sphere, the identification of which allows us to identify ways to improve it.

Abstract:
The objectives of each economic organization can only be achieved as a result of the joint work of all its staff. They are most effectively achieved, provided they are in tune with the external environment and the factors in it. Also the motivation of staff plays critical role in this, and not the least, the selection of the staff and its objectvely examined competencies. The purpose of recruiting staff into the organization is to create a job reserve, taking into account the following circumstances: future change in organizational and staff relations, dismissals, relocations, retirement, premature termination of employment contracts, modification of the nature of the production program. Before making a decision to recruit new emploees, it is appropriate to identify other alternative options that can be used in the company. These include: extra work and increased work intensity; structural reorganization and use of new production schemes; reengineering; attracting specialized companies to carry out certain types of activities. Recruitment is a responsible task and the optimal number of staff needs to be taken into account when deciding how to do so. An insufficient number of workers, can have consequences, some of which may be a failure of the production program, occurrence of accidents at work, conflict situations in the collective. Labor surpluses lead to an increase in financial costs related to wages, a reduction in the interest in qualitative and highly skilled labor, the leave of skilled workers. The principal and main resource of each organization is the people who work in it. Therefore, the greatest importance should be given to the study of issues relating to the management of their behavior at work, the motivation of their activities. It is workers who create the production of the organization, and although machines and appliances have become "masters" of many technological processes, the role of man in the organization not only does not diminish but is constantly increasing. In today's dynamic economic development, people working in companies are too important, but also costly. That is why the people working in the organization are the main subject of management. The management of the company creates the personnel, establishes the system of relations between the people in the organization, allows to create the necessary conditions for the fullest manifestation of the employees' productive capacities and their intensive development, contributes to their training and growth. Management should create conditions in which workers feel satisfied with their work in the organization.

In a socialist mode of production, human activity is no longer constrained by the capitalist need to maximize surplus labor, and correspondingly minimize necessary labor. The guiding principle for its organization can therefore be the development and realization of human potential. Some idea of what this could consist of can be derived from observations of the struggle by both wage laborers and household laborers for such goals within the capitalist mode of production, a struggle that is distinct from that necessary to resist the capitalist appropriation of surplus labor. In so doing, it directs attention to the large proportion of the human activity of the working class within capitalist societies that takes the form of household labor, relative to wage labor, and thus its potential significance for the restructuring of human activity in a socialist mode of production.

Abstract:
Public organizations involved in planning and implementation of developmental activity, education, research and development, as well as private firms delivering professional services and operating in a rapidly changing socio-economic environment are often concerned mainly with innovation, problem-solving and learning rather than with the production of any tangible outputs. The income streams of such organizations also often stem from environmental support rather than from a sale of widgets. Sustaining developmental activity in part requires maintaining such organizations at a high level of productivity, which calls for special design considerations that this paper attempts to delineate. A formal model of the production, knowledge acquisition and governance functions of an innovation organization is developed and experimented with through computer simulation using the heuristical approach of system dynamics. The analysis suggests that professional competence in organizations may atrophy, eventually leading to their demise, due to the development of a governance system that is largely driven by manifest authority, unless a concerted effort is made to preserve collegial decision roles. In terms of organizational design, this translates into considering constituents other than those used normally for creating mechanistic and organic components of organizational structure. Since professional competence often emanates from collegial rather than manifest processes, an important aspect of the design is to sustain collegial roles. Since collegial roles are undefined, their maintenance calls for placing constraints on manifest roles with prolific expansion potential. A promising design constituent for sustaining an appropriate governance system for an innovation organization appears to be a chartering process that should create an organizational magna carta clearly stating the limitations of the manifest roles. Other possible entry points into the system, albeit external, include bringing in leadership perspectives and linking with market forces that should allow the curtailment of prolific expansion of manifest roles.

Abstract:
Suggestions are given on the need to develop the organization of investment activity in agriculture, especially in its most vulnerable sectors. It is proved that investment activity should be carried out continuously, that is, permanently reproduced. It is proved that the permanent process of reproducing forms of capital, turning investment into capital gains and their full compensation has its own specifics in agriculture due to its exposure to specific factors that are highlighted and listed. The approaches to the organization of investment activity of Russian and foreign scientists and economists are investigated, regional features of the organization of investment activity in the Voronezh region are revealed. It is proposed to consider the vegetable growing industry as a driver for the development of agriculture in the region based on the organization of investment activity. A brief description of the vegetable growing industry is given, the general, sectoral and organizational-economic features of the functioning of vegetable growing organizations that affect the process of reproduction of investment activity in them are identified and systematized. The investment climate of the region, the directions of the state program for the development of vegetable growing, investment projects laid down by the investment strategy and the strategy of socio-economic development of the region in terms of the industry under study were studied. The conclusion is drawn on the possibility of developing regional vegetable growing through regional support (benefits, compensation) and the promotion of investment business. This will increase the production of vegetables both for domestic consumption and for export..

Abstract:
In the conditions of constant transformations of business and its main activity, the research of production and operational activity that, sometimes, is missed at research of all activity of the organization remains actual question. The purpose is to present the results of the study to clarify the essence and distinguish between the concepts of “production activity” and “operational activity of the organization”. The article defines the concept of “production” and “production activity”, which defines the creation of tangible products, ie material values. It is determined that production is aimed at creating a physical product by any means of labor. In the conditions of constant transformation of post-industrial society, development of high technologies, science-intensive productions and informatization of all spheres of life, interweaving and interaction of economic and social activity the sphere of services increasingly begins to prevail over the sphere of production. To confirm or refute this fact, statistical information on the ratio of production to services as of 2012 and 2019 was examined, and it is determined that by the criterion of the number of economic entities by type of economic activity, the service sector significantly outweighs the production sector (86% and 14%, respectively). That is why there is a need to separate the names of these activities. The terms “production” and “production activity” continued to be interpreted traditionally – as the manufacture of tangible products, and for the non-productive sphere was created an analogue – “operations”. The authors’ approaches to the essence of “operational activity” are considered and it is determined that this concept is broader than “production activity”, as it includes the non-productive sphere and the sphere of services. The terms “production and operating activities” are distinguished.

Abstract:
The pandemic has adjusted employment processes and accelerated the destabilization of the latter, forcing countries to step up the use of digital economy opportunities to support business activity during forced job cuts and pandemic restrictions. The aim of the article is to develop post-pandemic recommendations and scenarios for the organization of labor processes in the direction of strengthening the effective operation of companies in possible crises. The key reasons for the instability of modern labor processes are analyzed, the main world practices of legislative consolidation of telework, which are aimed at reducing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on business processes and labor relations, are studied. The need for changes in the organization of modern labor processes and the development of regulations for the organization of labor activity in the new socio-economic conditions is emphasized. The main components of labor process regulations are identified: state policy and regulatory regulation (the degree of readiness to return to normal work and its evaluation at the national and regional levels), personnel component (occupational health, safe working conditions, planning and regulation of production activities), operational component (business processes and benchmarks, cybersecurity and data confidentiality), commercial component (protocols of interaction of participants in production processes, integration of employees on security issues).

Abstract:
The aim of the article is to substantiate the typology of forms of spatial organization of the economy on the basis of a process approach and to clarify the features of their development in the context of Ukrainian realities and global trends in social development. There are four types of forms of spatial organization of the economy - based on the processes of business, innovation and foreign economic activity and agglomeration of production. Their subtypes are noted: by composition of branches (branch, interbranch, multidisciplinary), by character of connections (horizontal, vertical and mixed types), by organizational status (organizationally decorated and organizationally not decorated), by configuration (point, network, planar), by spatial distribution (local, regional, national, international). Forms of spatial organization of the economy of all types are considered, in particular on the basis of processes: business activity - enterprises, business incubators, corporations, financial-industrial groups, business networks, poles of competitiveness, regions with high competitive status; agglomerations of production - universal enterprises and plants, industrial areas, industrial districts, clusters, territorial production complexes, growth poles, development axes, economic areas; innovation activity - startups, innovative business incubators, concerns and parks, technopolises, innovation networks and clusters, smart cities, C-regions; foreign economic activity - joint ventures, transnational corporations, global networks, international clusters, world (global) cities, free (special) economic zones, globalized regions. Peculiarities of creation, functioning and development of forms of spatial organization of economy in the conditions of Ukraine are determined. It is noted that the proposed typology opens additional opportunities for clustering, innovation and transnationalization of the Ukrainian economy.

Abstract In this paper, I examined how the adoption and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems influences an organization’s performance. Performance is a key component that underlies the organization’s activity. Enterprise Resource Planning systems are used to manage the activities of an organization (accounting, procurement, compliance, production, project management and other distribution chain operations). The impact of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems may differ from organization to organization. The main purpose of the paper is to present the most important performance indicators that are influenced by the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, but also what is their impact on the entire activity of an organization. The research method used is a quantitative research based on the questionnaire where we identified how Enterprise Resource Planning systems influence the performance of the organization. The data collected were useful to answer the main research questions formulated in the paper. The results obtained based on the questionnaire showed that organizations that implemented Enterprise Resource Planning systems obtained more favorable values of performance indicators than organizations that did not implement them. These Enterprise Resource Planning systems also have a role in the sustainable development of the organization, but in principle Enterprise Resource Planning systems are useful to improve the performance of the organization.

Abstract:
The paper presents the results of the study of the visual control system in organizations. The enterprises of various sectors of the economy are selected as an object of the research. In modern economic realities, the efficiency of the organization's activities largely depends not only on the introduction of innovations in production, but also on the structural reform of the management model. Today the issues of growth of labor productivity are actively discussed at all levels of government. These issues are a priority task for the management of various companies, regardless of area of activity. It has been proved that the application of the principles and tools of lean manufacturing, many of which do not require high implementation costs, can be used for increasing the efficiency of the organization. The importance of study of visual management tools has been emphasized; the advantages of visual management tools (reduction of losses, reduction of the production cycle, ensuring the timely delivery of stocks to warehouses, etc.) have been listed. The rules for implementation of the visual management tools in the activities of any enterprise are discussed in detail. The visual management tools should reflect the requirements for safety, production or performance any standard operation; they should be simple and unambiguous in understanding and sufficiently illustrative and noticeable from afar. There has been taken an attempt to highlight a number of universal visual management tools using the scientific principles of building the system that can be applied in the work of many organizations, regardless of type of activity and form of ownership

Abstract:
In the work according to the reliable financial statements of PJSC "Dnipro Metallurgical Plant" a study of the peculiarities of the organization of accounting for the production of by-products of metallurgical products and considered the principles of formation of production costs in the system of accounts. The characteristic of organizational and administrative structure of the metallurgical enterprise is given; the type of activity and assortment of production output are estimated. The basic principles, elements of the accounting policy of the enterprise are studied and the order "About the organization of the account of the metallurgical enterprise" in the part of accounting display of finished metallurgical production is characterized. It is noted that the organization of accounting at a large metallurgical enterprise is formed using an obsolete system of registers - journals-orders, which were introduced into the accounting system in the last century. This approach to the organization of accounting is not a violation of applicable law, but too time-consuming, some transactions in different journals are duplicated, and their paperwork requires additional costs. Regulations on the accounting policy of the plant were approved in accordance with the NP (S) BU and taking into account the provisions of international financial reporting standards IFRS. In the course of the research it was concluded that the accounting of by-products of blast furnace production is carried out simultaneously with the production of basic metallurgical products. Having formed the logs of accounting entries,it is established that by-products are accounted for from production as finished, and then sent to bring to a certain condition back into production. This approach to accounting is irrational and can not adequately reflect the production process. Therefore, the accounting algorithm of improvement of correspondence of the account of by-products is offered in work and accounting records of formation of reliable cost of by-products (slag) are developed.

Abstract:
At present, close attention of philosophers, economists, sociologists, and production representatives is focused on objects united by one concept — «self-developing systems». This is largely explained by the logic of the development of the epistemological direction in philosophy, and it is emphasized that the growing complexity of the systems under study is characterized by the presence of a person as an active element of the system. The person acts as a subject that uses certain systems in practice and as a subject that changes the structure and functions of the system from the inside. Objective «post-non-classical rationality» is such that self-developing systems move from being the object of close study to the category of «ordinary» systems, replacing both simple systems and such complex ones as self-regulating systems. The article deals with issues of the structure and functions of self-developing production systems. It is shown that the efficiency of such systems is determined by the amount of creative potential. It is established that self-developing production in real conditions can correspond to its purpose and function in the presence of a specific internal «mechanism» that can set both the goals of its behavior and the sequence of actions without external motivation. It is demonstrated that a model of transformation of labor activity, generating replenishment of the creative potential of the production system, can serve as such a mechanism in real conditions. At the same time, the process of replenishing the creative potential of production creates conditions for creating a synergetic effect, which is the basis for a permanent increase in the efficiency of the production system.

Сoncretization is needed, for example in the field of processes, technological specialization, the priority of existing or new technologies, the priority of production technology, logistics, sales or service. Building a profile chart of the innovation potential of the organization and comparing it with a major competitor can serve as a way to improve corporate innovation. The еvaluation of the indicators in it is done in a relative ball scale, usually five degrees. Among the main features that determine the innovation potential are strategic management, corporate culture and organization, the company's availability of resources, the company's availability of information. Traditional approaches yield the comparability of indicators that are defined in a way that can be related to the intensity of the innovation process. The annual budget for research and investigations, the number of patents, the number of innovative projects over a given period of time, the number of new funds, the number of products invested in production in the last three years or the volume of sales of new products .Also, possible areas of innovation activity are determined by the use of firm strengths and the favorable opportunities of the external environment. The assessment of the company situation and position through the popular SWOT analysis method covers the four situation variables - internal strengths and weaknesses of the company, external opportunities and threats to their characteristics. On this basis a situation analysis of a hypothetical firm is presented. Because the possible Product - Market - Technology combinations are many, they are limited by exploring the specific business opportunities and rules in the industry.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic suddenly and unexpectedly has brought unprecedented short and long-term challenges to organizations. In the context of the global economic crisis, the role and importance of production information and its operational accounting in making managerial decisions is increasing. The main task of such support is to use new methods of organizing production and sales, and as a result, to reduce costs and improve the quality characteristics of products. The crisis makes more "stringent" requirements for the quality of information for making management decisions. Therefore, it is critically important to use the entire arsenal of the management accounting system, which allows solving these problems. Insufficient or incorrect understanding of the importance of management accounting in times of crisis is the ignorance or ineffective use of its tools in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine changes in the management accounting system during the crisis. In this work, various aspects of the organization's management accounting are analyzed. The most effective ways to optimize costs in the crisis period of the organization's activities are identified. Long-term anti-crisis solutions are proposed. The presented methods of overcoming the crisis phenomena can be applied in the economic activity of any economic organization.

The article is devoted to the research of scientific issues related to acceleration of innovative development of spatial economy, the provision of the theoretical basis for the formation of zones of innovation growth of individual territories (regions). The degree of influence of innovations on the nature of the territorial organization of economic activity determines the level of well-being in society. The purpose of the study was to identify the features and contradictions of the current state of the system of territorial organization of innovation activity. The issue of diffusion of innovation has been studied in terms of representing and positioning a separate territory (region) as a subject of economic relations, a multifunctional and multi-faceted economic system, but not as a place of concentration of means of pro-duction and labor. The further development, the symbiosis of the regionalism the-ory, in particular the spatial organization of production, along with the theory and practice of innovative entrepreneurship, is the substantiation of creation and de-velopment of the territorial poles of innovation growth. It is proved that the effi-cient innovation policy in a certain economic space of activity should be based on the functional properties of the forms of spatial organization of production on the one hand, and the placement of productive forces, on the other hand. The idea of the nature and character of the existing forms of modern territorial organization of innovation activity embedded in a kind of network design, which is the projection of production networks in a certain territory, or so-called "place-connected net-works", is explored and developed.

Abstract:
The authors consider the theoretical aspects of the organization's cash flow regulation. The original structure and practice of managing an organization involves the formation of conditions that are appropriate for the successful functioning and qualitative transformation of production activities. According to the fundamental principles of a systematic approach, in order to determine the function of regulating cash flows, an organization, regardless of the type of activity, is best represented as a system structured into many important elements that are influenced by indicators that guarantee product output. Cash flow regulation is a mechanism that includes methods, features and provisions for the implementation and preparation of management decisions related to the formation, placement and use of the organization's assets and the coordination of their turnover and aimed at supporting the financial stability of the organization and its stable growth. The regulation of cash flows is coordinated on a key goal, which is reflected in increasing the market value of a particular organization, supporting financial stability in the process of greatest development through the balance of spending and receiving financial resources.

Abstract:
Introduction. The transformation of a teacher’s professional activity in the context of standardization is a priority objective of Russian education. The paper aims to determine the aspects of extrapolation of teacher’s professional activity standardization practice in foreign countries into the practice of an educational organization. Methods. A comparative analysis of foreign teacher’s professional standards revealed their common and distinctive features. It also identified universal and contextual characteristics of conditions for the foreign experience extrapolation. The extrapolation method established the current strands of extrapolation and productive practices of foreign experience for translation into Russian education. The modeling made it possible to design changes in the teacher’s activity and develop a concept of its transformation under standardization. Results. Analysis of theoretical and normative sources on the adoption of teacher’s professional standards in the Russian Federation indicates that the experience of teacher’s professional activity standardization in foreign countries is relevant for Russian education. In this regard, a concept of teacher’s activity transformation to the teacher’s professional standard in an educational organization is proposed. It rests on the extrapolation directions (motivational aspect, methodological support, education technology, and administrative resource of an educational organization) and the productive experience of foreign countries – Australia, England, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Conclusion. The relevance of the presented research materials is determined by the potential resource of extrapolation of foreign experience into the practice of an educational organization, against the background of disregard of productive practices of teacher’s professional activity standardization in foreign countries and procrastination of the adoption of the teacher’s professional standard in the Russian Federation.

Abstract:
Introduction. The development of market relations in Ukraine creates new conditions for further improvement of contractual relations in the process of construction of non-current assets, and construction and installation work is one of the important components of economic activity of each enterprise. The technology of construction and installation works has a number of specific features that directly affect the organization and methodology of primary, analytical, synthetic accounting and the formation of their cost. Insufficient theoretical elaboration and debatability of many issues of accounting for construction work, as well as the need to improve the methodological framework determine the relevance of this topic. Goal. The purpose of the article is to study the methodology and improve the order of accounting for construction work. Method (methodology). In the course of the research the following methods were used: dialectical, generalization, comparison, system analysis, observation of economic activity, graphic, etc. Results. It is proved that the order of accounting for construction works depends on the organizational and economic forms of the construction process, a large number of participants with different functional goals and objectives, as well as the dependence of the construction process on natural conditions. It is substantiated that the production of a unit of production in construction production requires relatively long periods, covering the period from the beginning of work to their completion and commissioning, as well as large one-time costs that must be reflected in the accounting system. It is determined that the objects of cost accounting can be individual types of construction and assembly works, a separate building and structure, several buildings and structures, the contract as a whole, a separate production unit, the construction organization as a whole. Accounting for the implementation of construction and assembly works and the order of formation of their cost is determined by the technology of construction production, organizational structure of the construction organization and the terms of contracts for the construction of facilities entered into by customers with contractors. it is proved that the accounting of construction and assembly works execution and the order of formation of their prime cost is caused by the technology of construction production, organizational structure of the construction organization and conditions of contracts for construction of objects which are concluded by customers with contractors. Peculiarities of BIS implementation by contract, economic and mixed method of construction are considered.

Abstract:
The paper deals with a multi-criteria model for improving the efficiency of tools for commercialization of high-tech products, based on the application of the expert assessments method. The defined vertical classification of multistage commercialization efficiency calculation of the economic organizations activity is developed on basis of classification of the efficiency estimation optimum criteria of the commercialization tools derived from the high-tech commercialization production mechanism. These evaluation criteria are found functional and are an actual assessment of the economic activity effects, immanent to the nature of the economic organization, namely commercialization, for national economy as a whole and on the economic condition of the studied economic organization in particular. Special attention is paid to the econometric interpretation of the evaluation of effects and criteria for further efficiency improvement, such as determining the optimal system of equations which are substantial to the elaborated model. Despite numerous domestic developments, determining the most optimal criteria for assessing the effectiveness of commercialization of high-tech products remains a promising task. It should be noted that the development of an effective model for improving the effectiveness of tools is derived from certain criteria for evaluating the effectiveness and tools of the commercialization mechanism. Both of these components need further refinement and improvement. The application of a multi-criteria model for efficiency tools improvement is based on the expert assessments method, which is key anti-crisis approach in conditions of uncertainty, when classical prediction modeling of economic processes based only on quantitative assessments is insufficient to accurately assess the impact of purely quantitative assessments. All-in-all, the commercialization of a high-tech product in modern times of the system of international entrepreneurship also counts indirect aspects of the economic activities of organizations, such as environmental, social and marketing activities, etc.
