Drawing on a survey of German non-profit organizations, this paper explores the state of implementation of corporate governance mechanisms by focusing on the organizations profiles. Subject of the research are those mechanisms as developed in the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act for the for-profit sector which have since also been implemented for non-profit sector organizations. In applying chi-square tests, the association between the existence of these practices and a range of organizational characteristics was reviewed and the most influential characteristics were identified. An organization can be likened to a building whose strength is determined by the structure and frames which holds it. The structure is the manner in which interrelated elements (resources) are arranged so that the building can be stable, resist stress and it provides the right form. To this end, for the performance of an organization to be effective, it is important to understand the right manner in which interrelated elements (structure) in the specific organization is arranged. Organizations Depending on the type of activity they exercise their size, geographical distribution, leading ideology, and the environment in which they operate, they select a suitable organizational structure. The organization's structure is static, it reflects the state of the organization, only at a certain moment, as decentralized as an organization, and it is harder for managers to impose bureaucratic norms. Abstract:
This chapter considers the lack of knowledge by both non-profit and for-profit organizations in building business models and developing global managerial strategies; as well as, considers the need for organizations to understand open transformation of organizational structure with an autonomous mindset of each stakeholder and unification of the organizational system. The focus of perspectives points to what is needed to understand behavior stemming from the culture of the organization and what it takes to structure or restructure its culture to fit with the 21st century's demands and growing global perspectives. Explanations are given as to how some theories and disciplines need to band together to bring out deeper meanings of phenomena to address managerial and leadership strategies. There are six figures and one table highlighting developmental processes of successful organizational systems. These will be used as roadmaps in developing on-going constructs to navigate assessments, training, and transformation processes of an organization.

The mechanical behavior of connective soft tissues depends largely on their structural organization, particularly of the collagen network. Previous studies have utilized polarized light imaging techniques to quantify collagen organization and fiber kinematics under tensile load (e.g., [1–2]). Many native tissues function in non-tensile loading environments, however, and the microstructural response to such loads is poorly understood. For example, fiber-reinforced soft tissues can be subjected to indentation in vivo (e.g., supraspinatus tendon in shoulder, flexor tendons that wrap around bones)
