Full textThe balance between the supply and demand of work varies according to a country's economic activity during 1996 the confirmed increase of unemployment in france is especially due to the modification of the economic organisation of our society to-day labor is having trouble to adapt to this evolution. Nevertheless some professions have managed to reverse this tendency. This state of affairs translates into a lack of demand for qualified personnel which may provosks some malfunction among some firms. Our hypothesis has been to associate the awareness of criteria for hiring professional staff with the employment categories where work supply is superior to the demand. Having validated this hypothesis my aim in this research has been to offer some strategies in terms of human resource management for fixing the disequilibrium. A qualitative approach reinforced with a quantitative study base on a sample of 1 000 persons allowed me to point out the following facts : - the expression hiring category is a generic term that includes a variety of professional each holding distinctive criteria of choice - the question around the demand gap are not systematically initiated with the hiring policy of the firm but may be so by the lack of anticipation regarding this attitude especially in terms of the approach in choosing criteria this thinking can allow to pursue and find a new way of considering the company project and contribute to give value to the personal management function so it is a real methodology which is defined before the set of hiring process in this context this process could reverse the classical tendency regarding the way a firm would function by obliging organisations to adapt themselves to need of the employees instead of the contrary

Full textThe aim of this thesis is to bring contribution to the problem of career orientation and job counselling of both adolescents and adults. It lays out a psychosocial and clinical methodology aimed at accompanying the subject at the time of preparation for his professional future as well as at establishing a project that implies the making of one's professional identity. It's the question of considering the determinants of man's relation to work : taking into consideration the subject's intrapsychical dynamics, its specificity in the making of his personality and professional identity. Looking for and finding one's place in the society by means of work, has a very profond psychical meaning; it's the question of going in the direction of development and expansion of oneself, or the contrary, towards a confrontation of oneself in a neurotic structure that prevents the process of sublimation and creation, the consequence of which may be physical or psychical illness. An articulation of psychological and social problems could be built around the distinction between vocational and professional identities. I find my foothold in r. Bohoslavsky's and d. Super's propositions in de field of orientation, in life stories. I also reconsider the psychanalytic concept of sublimation, ego, ego ideal and ideal ego, d. Winnicott's potencial space, c. Dejours's psychodynamics of work, j. Barus michel's clinical social psychology, v. De gaulejac's subjective aspects of social mobility. The suggested disposition takes into consideration this process of making one's professional identity. It is to be found at different levels : theoretical, planifying and realisation. It allows a long-lasting work, the process of type orientation as well as ponctual short-lasting interventions. It functions as a frame

Full textBetween the 1900s and the 1940s, the concept of professional orientation is built at the confluence of three fields: lay of sponsorships and associations concerned with the placement youth at the end of primary school; education officials are concerned about limited number of apprentices; early psychologists propose the use of testing for the assignment of the labour force. The 1920s were marked by the creation of many offices. Supported by social and professional environments very different, the vocational guidance movement is professionalizes gradually, partly through the creation of the National Institute of vocational guidance (INOP) and professional associations. The 1930s constitute a turning point. The rise of unemployment and the skilled labour needs require a reorganization of the device
