Cílem empirické studie je v kontextu zjištěných parametrů sociálního kli-matu identifikovat a popsat shody a rozdíly mezi vybranými učitelskými sbory ZŠ v jejich charakteristikách a fungování. Jde tedy o hledání příčin zjištěných hodnot kli-matu učitelského sboru v konfrontaci evidentních znaků učitelského sboru se znaky, jejichž vliv je méně zjevný, skrytý. Výzkumný postup směřuje od kvantitativního vý-zkumu, z něhož byla využita získaná data jako východiska, k procedurám kvalitativní-ho výzkumu. Z typologického výběru vzešly dvě dvojice učitelských sborů základních škol. První dvojice s krajně odlišnými (příznivými a nepříznivými) a druhá s obdob-nými (příznivými) hodnotami sociálního klimatu. Analýze byly podrobeny způsoby sdílení vize a fungování školy, styl vedení a jeho geneze, mezilidské vztahy a komuni-kace, angažovanost učitelů a její podpora. Na příkladu vybraných učitelských sborů se ukazuje, že i přes srovnatelné hodnoty jejich sociálního klimatu se školy mohou lišit v organizaci a vytváření podmínek práce. Jako nápadné se ukázaly zejména roz-díly v pedagogickém vedení, a to i u dvojice podobných škol. Klíčovým atributem pro optimální fungování vedení se ukazuje být soulad stylu vedení se specifiky každého jednotlivého učitelského sboru. Za zásadní pro kvalitu sociálního klimatu sboru lze považovat vytvářenou shodu na hlavních principech chodu školy, sdílení jasné vize rozvoje, podporující styl vedení a cílevědomě vytvářený prostor pro práci učitele. Způsoby, jak dosáhnout optimálního sociálního klimatu sboru, se mohou lišit a vy-tvářejí ve specifických podmínkách života každé školy zcela originální a komplikova-ný organismus.

Švýcarské nakladatelství Urs Graf Verlag GmbH se sídlem v Dietikonu na předměstí Curychu vydalo v letech 1977 a 1995 faksimile dvou výjimečných katalánských kartografických děl 14. a 15. století. Prvním z nich byla Mappa mundi, jež vznikla mezi lety 1375 a 1381), druhým kruhová Mappa mundi Estense z období mezi 1450 a 1460. První dílo je označováno též jako Katalánský atlas 1375 a skládá se z několika tabulí zachycujících tehdy známý svět od pobřeží Atlantského oceánu až po východní pobřeží Asie. Hlavními prameny pro zpracování východní části Asie byly cestopisy Marka Pola, tzv. Jana Mandevila a Odorika z Pordenone. (Grosjean, ed., 1977) Druhým dílem je kruhová mapa o průměru 113 cm, zachycující kromě známého světa i země dosud neobjevené, ale předpokládané, s jejich přibližnou polohou. (Milano, ed., 1995) Obě díla jsou bohatě ilustrována a na své si přijdou i milovníci vlajek. Faksimile, reprodukující díla ve skutečné velikosti, doplňují podrobné studie a přepisy katalánských textů na mapách s jejich komentovanými překlady (v prvním případě do němčiny, ve druhém do italštiny a němčiny). Tento příspěvek podává přehled o obou těchto mapách s originálními texty a jejich překlady na základě nejnovější literatury.

Předmětem studie je uměnovědná, antropologická a historická analýza grafického díla belgického ilustrátora a grafika Féliciena Ropse (1833–1898). Originální umělecká tvorba Ropse integrovala dekadentní erotiku, nihilistický symbolismus a tabuizovaná sexuální témata. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována alegorickým listům La Tentation de Saint-Antoine (1878) a La Dame au cochon – Pornocratès (1878), které tvoří mezník Ropsova kontroverzního díla. Cílem studie je představit grafický cyklus Les Sataniques (1882), jenž je uměleckou oslavou Satana, vášní, násilí, smyslnosti a vypjatého individualismu. Soubor grafických listů Les Sataniques se v této studii stal prostředkem k interpretaci vztahu ženy a Satana jako specifické kulturní konstrukce, která je spjatá s konkrétním sociálním a historickým kontextem. Studie usiluje prokázat hypotézu, že status ženy se proměňoval v závislosti na maskulinní vládě a moci, která se podílí na schématickém vnímání jejího těla, mysli i duše.

V souladu se závěry zahraničních recenzentů (Acheson, 2017; Champ Morera, 2017; McGill, 2015) považujeme CAS2 za originální metodu, která je velice jednoduše administrovatelná a jež má kvalitně zpracované testové materiály. CAS2 oproti jiným dostupným testům kognitivních schopností nabízí ipsativní analýzu, tedy na statistice založenou identifikaci silných a slabých stránek probanda. Přes drobné nedostatky můžeme CAS2 doporučit s jistou opatrností k běžnému užívání, a to hlavně díky aktuálním českým normám vytvořeným na základě poměrně velkého standardizačního souboru. Je však nutné počítat s tím, že normy jsou pravděpodobně o něco „tvrdší“ v důsledku nižšího zastoupení rodičů respondentů s nižším vzděláním.

The aim of this thesis is to introduce sales of SKODA Genuine Parts and to confirm the hypothesis that current data referring to amount of Skoda vehicles being used within the Czech Republic are gathered upon wrong methodology, which leads to unobjective marketing analysis which serves as a basis for decision-making. In case the hypothesis is confirmed, a new proposal of data collecting system is required, which will be feasible in long term. It will be necessary to specify the data sources, its plausibility, provide useful information such as the number of cars, age, models, engines, segmentation and so on. Afterwards, the author analyses the market potential for sales of Genuine Parts using the collected data. The data obtained by the new system is required to be used both for sales purposes and for dealing with customers.

Master thesis Documentary theatre, documentary and theatre deals with condracition contained in a term "documentary theatre". It examines, how is the function of "documentary" influenced by being part of a dramatic piece, which is as a piece of art essencially artificiel and based on a duality of original and sign. It investigates documentary theatre based on so called "experts of the everyday", which replaces a professional actor by a witnesses, personally related with a documented reality. This theatre by its changement of a key component of theatre brings a princip of "staging reality" to its certain peak. In the first part of this thesis we characterise a field of examinated topic and we confront it with a related branches (like a realism, a documentary film and an oral history), which helps us to characterise it thourgh a diversity of different perspectives. In its second part we analyse two contemporary czech documentary performances dealing with "experts": Vadí/nevadí of Jana Svobodová and 4. svět of Tereza Durdilová. In its third part we explore our topic from the point of view of czech theory of theatre, represented in this work by Otakar Zich, Jan Císař, Ivo Osolsobě and Jaroslav Etlík, focusing on the problematic of reception of sign and original on a theatre scene.

Using Old Testament Themes and their Original Interpretation in the works of John Steinbeck 5 The issue of my thesis is the reflection of biblical themes and narratives in secular literature. In the concrete, I am focusing on the specific interpretation of Old Testament themes in the works of an American author of the 1st half of the 20 th Century, John Steinbeck. From his novels, I have chosen three for the analysis - To a God Unknown, The Grapes of Wrath and East of Eden. I approached the novels with criticism, yet I did not strive to give the stories a meaning different from the intention of the author. I am focusing especially on biblical symbolism used in the novels and on parallelisms between biblical and Steinbeck's narratives. Both the symbolism and the parallelisms are traced in each novel separately, yet I try to point to the motives which are used in all of the novels chosen, e.g. settling the "promissed land". Steinbeck starts with simple symbols and then he passes to more complicated and elaborated ones. The symbolism of first names is a good example for this. The goal of this thesis was to show the basic issues of copyright in the area of works of art with pointing out a special treatment, which is paid to these works on the basis of specific characteristics resulting from the nature of a work of art. The main specifics are immediate connection of works with its material expression. The introduction of thesis outlines the concept of copyright and its sources. It deals with main principles of copyright and an author as a person.This chapter also includes a part devoted to the subject of copyright, which is author's work, and a part devoted to characteristic features of a work of art. The following chapter is devoted to the rights of the author, which arise by creating of a work of art and subsequently during the use of the work. It contains a division of rights to the personality and property ones in which it devotes to the right to use the work of art and mainly to the right to remuneration during resale of it. The Copyright Act provides to use a work of art without authorization granted by an author and these issues are dealt with mainly in the chapter of constructive use of the works of art.
