OH 2 significantly damaged foliage of Anemone ‘Rosea’, Crocus ‘Cream Beauty’, Endymion ‘Blue’, Hyacinthus ‘Ostara’, Iris reticulata ‘Harmony’, Muscari armeniacum, Narcissus ‘Geranium’, Ornithogalum umbellatum, Scilla ‘Spring Beauty’, Triteleia ‘Queen Fabiola’, and the Tulipa ‘Golden Apeldoorn’, ‘Purissima’, and ‘Paul Richter’. Ronstar damaged the foliage of Crocus ‘Cream Beauty’, Crocus ‘Remembrance’, Endymion ‘Blue’, Hyacinthus ‘Ostara’, Iris ‘Harmony’, Muscari armeniacum, Narcissus ‘Geranium’, Ornithogalum umbellatum, Scilla ‘Spring Beauty’, Trietleia ‘Queen Fabiola’, and the Tulipa ‘Golden Apeldoorn’, ‘Purissima’, and ‘Paul Richter’. Muscari foliage was damaged by Balan, Dacthal, Devrinol, Fusilade and Poast. Hyacinthus ‘Ostara’ foliage was damaged by Balan. Anemone ‘Rosea’ foliage was injured by Betasan and Pennant. Tulipa ‘Paul Richter’ foliage was deformed by Devrinol and Fusilade damaged Endymion. No flower injury was noted from use of Balan, Betasan, Dacthal, Devrinol, Pennant, Fusilade or Poast for two seasons on the 14 bulb species. OH 2 and Ronstardamaged flowers of Crocus ‘Remembrance’, Hyacinthus ‘Ostara’, Iris germanica and I. reticulata ‘Harmony’, Narcissus ‘Unsurpassable’, Ornithogalum umbellatum, Scilla ‘Spring Beauty’, Triteleia ‘Queen Fabiola’, and Tulipa ‘Purissima’ and ‘Paul Richter’. OH 2 damaged the flowers of Crocus ‘Cream Beauty’, Hyacinthus ‘Ostara’, Iris germanica, Iris reticulata ‘Harmony’, Muscari armeniacum, Narcissus ‘Unsurpassable’, Ornithogalum umbellatum, Scilla ‘Spring Beauty’, Triteleia ‘Queen Fabiola’, and Tulipa ‘Golden Apeldoorn’, ‘Purissima’, and ‘Paul Richter’. Bulb numbers harvested after two years were unaffected by Balan, Betasan, Devrinol, Pennant or Fusilade. Poast and Dacthal reduced bulb numbers of Muscari armeniacum. Abstract:
Strawberry and wild strawberry are among the most popular horticultural crops. Due to the development of soilless cultivation systems, the whole-year production of these economically important fruit crops is achievable even in countries with temperate climate. However, the responses of strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) and wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca L.) to microclimate conditions in greenhouse gutter cultivation in the autumn–winter season in Poland have not been yet determined. The aim of this study was to analyze the physiological, biochemical, and biometrical responses of two cultivars of strawberry ‘Ostara’ and ‘San Andreas’ and two cultivars of wild strawberry ‘Baron von Solemacher’ and ‘Regina’ grown for 20 weeks, starting from September 17th, in controlled greenhouse conditions on coconut mats in gutters in the autumn–winter season and irradiated with sodium lamps. Strawberry ‘San Andreas’ produced 30% larger leaves and almost three-fold higher fresh and dry weight of biomass than ‘Ostara’. The strawberry plants ‘San Andreas’ had a higher content (20%) of chlorophyll a and 30% of chlorophyll b than ‘Ostara’ plants. Generally, ‘San Andreas’ displayed an overall higher concentration of intercellular CO2 (about 14%) than ‘Ostara’ plants providing higher gas exchange processes. Photosynthetic rate amounted to 13.0 μmol·m−2·s−1 for ‘San Andreas’ that was almost two-fold higher than for ‘Ostara’. ‘San Andreas’ flower and fruit productions were uniform and the six-fold higher individual fruit yield proved the excellent attributes of this cultivar to the greenhouse cultivation. Even though the productivity of the two studied wild strawberry cultivars was similar, ‘Regina’ showed higher values of some parameters than ‘Baron von Solemacher’ (40% larger leaves, 25% higher photosynthetic rate, 10% higher concentration of intercellular CO2). A high nutritional value of fruits is maintained compared to traditional open-air cultivation.

Abstract:
Necrotic local lesions developed in cvs. Matilda, Ostara, Record, Satuma, Stina, Hankkija’s (Hjan) Tanu and Hjan Timo and local ring spots in Olympia and Sieglinde (Siikli) following sap inoculation with the ordinary strain of potato virus Y (PVY0). Secondarily infected cvs. Ostara, Pito, Siikli and Hjan Timo developed leaf drop. No infected progeny was produced by Matilda, Saturna and Hjan Tanu. In contrast, Bintje, Puikula and Sabina developed neither local lesions nor systemic necrosis, but showed mosaic symptoms following primary and secondary infection by PVYO. The ELISA absorbance values for potato leafroll virus (PLRV) in Ostara, Pito and Saturna were less than 10% of those in the PLRV-infected Siikli. The ELISA values for PLRV in Olympia, Stina, Hjan Tanu and Hjan Timo were not significantly different from those of Siikli. The severity of the symptoms did not correlate with the concentration of PLRV in the potatoes.

Abstract:
The effects of 0, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 month storage at 0.5 degrees C on storage losses, field emergence and development, stem number/plant, tuber yield and size distribution of seed tubers of 12 potato cultivars were investigated. Cv. Ostara was very susceptible to chilling injury; Alpha, Bea, Draga and Jaerla were susceptible to a lesser extent. Storage losses of unaffected cultivars were low; storage losses of affected cultivars varied from 4.2% for cv. Alpha to 51.4% for cv. Ostara. Only visibly unaffected seed tubers were planted in the field. Field emergence of these was 99.8%. Five months at 0.5 degrees followed by presprouting of the seed increased stem numbers/plant and reduced total tuber yield, but decreased tuber yield in the size grade 28-35 mm. Three new species and seven new subspecies of Philaethria from Colombia, Venezuela, and Panama are described as follows: P. browni sp. nov., P, romeroi sp. nov., P. neildi neildi sp. nov., P. neildi winhardi spp. nov., P. neildi tachiraensis spp. nov., P. dido panamensis ssp. nov., P. andrei orinocensis ssp. nov., P. ostara araguensis ssp. nov., P. ostara meridensis ssp. nov., and P. pygmalion metaensis ssp. nov. The three new sibling species are diagnosed using characters of maculation on the ventral surface of the wing, male genitalia, and chromosome numbers. New records of P. andrei from Venezuela and P. dido from Panama are reported. The adults (both dorsal and ventral surface) are illustrated for all the species and subspecies and information about habitats and behavior for each species is provided with a key to identify the species known in the Neotropical Region.

Abstract:
In this paper, we present results of the biochemical analysis of fresh garden strawberries cultivated under conditions of the south Amur region. The largest weight of 100 berries was found in the varieties Rumba, Mara de Bois and Elvira. The maximum acid content was registered in varieties Elvira and Mara de Bois. The highest content of ascorbic acid was found in varieties Deroyal, Festivalnaya, and Mara de Bois. The varieties Rumba, Elvira and Ostara hadthe highest accumulation of sugars. The berries of varieties Rumba, Ostara, and Florence, which showed the highest sugar-acid ratio (57.3; 17.31; 61.8, respectively), had a harmonious taste. Based on dry matter content, varieties Florence and Elvira can be selected, and based on ash content, varieties Florence and Elegance can be selected. The highest content of anthocyanins was found in berries of varieties Deroyal and Elvira. For cultivation in the south Amur region, we proposeto consider the short-day varieties Rumba and Elvira as the most promising.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new community centre and reconstruction of an existing church and a parish in Ostrava-Kunčičky. The aim of the thesis is to revitalize the area of the potential centre of happenings in Kunčičky and to respond appropriately to the context and character of the place. The design works with objects equally and creates a solid image of the spiritual and community centre. The building complex helps to activate the site itself and its surroundings and brings a new impulse to community life in the area. Community centre and interventions in the existing buildings efficiently and adequately use the parcel. The design strives to use the potential of the place and works with hidden links to the surroundings. The resulting solution is characterized by its multilayer nature. Partial fragments help to create a complex unit with a number of new outdoor areas of different character, scale and utilization. Two-storey compact structure of the community centre includes social and leisure time facilities. The chosen technology of the building is in accordance with the specific social structure in the area and the operational and economy aspect alongside. The main goal in the reconstruction of the church buildings and parish is to build up on their values, uplift qualities and to purify them from inappropriate elements.

The community center in Ostrava - Kunčičky design in reflecting the specific social and material situation of the city. Creates new possibilities for the habitants and helps their integration and interaction. This design endeavors to naturally establish the existing church and rectory, not trying to compete them, but develop them. Important point of this project is also new village center, which is located right in front of the church and gets new definition and soundness. The project also solves the development of public amenities in relation of spiritual, social and everydays needs. It offers an insight into the real solutions to the problems and opportunities of the place in relation to the possibilities of the local parish. The project works with the this units: church, rectory, square, community center, community courtyard, multifunctional hall, house with services, sports facilities and meadow behind the church.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis is the proposal of the Christian community and spiritual center near Church of St. Anthony of Padua in Ostrava Kunčičky. The building program corresponds to the catchment area of Kunčičky and includes an existing church building (conversion for the contemporary liturgy) with the addition of a new parish with a living space, a parish office and a meeting room. The existing building of the parish (adaptation for commercial use, bistro and offices) and the community center includes: a social hall with the necessary background, 2 flats 1 + kk and apartment for collective accommodation, clubroom and classroom for leisure activities, music, art workshop and warehouse. Part of the area is new square as the new centre of Kunčičky, the park and green area "open garden" with a children's and sports playground. The proposal is based on the creation of a new public space in the vicinity of the existing church. The pre-church is widened and creates a new square, the center of the city with the potential of meeting, landmark, festivities, Christmas markets, etc. On the contrary, the community center is behind the church and creates a new public space "open garden". Around it all community events are concentrated. Among these spaces is a "filter" set, as a soothing element of two poles. The complex offers people from this locality also a wide range of the city, a new offer of cultural, social and spiritual activities.

Com o objetivo de estudar a biologia da ostra perlífera nativa Pteria hirundo, foram coletados no período de 2006 a 2009 espécimes oriundos de reprodução em laboratório, sendo: 240 juvenis para determinar o início da maturação sexual; 480 adultos para identificação da proporção sexual e 740 para caracterização do ciclo reprodutivo; 250 para identificação de biofouling e 20 para análise anatômica. Para inferir a proporção sexual foi utilizado o teste ÷2. A concha de P. hirundo varia de vermelho a castanho, com charneira reta terminada em projeções aliformes A face interna é ricamente nacarada. O manto possui na borda três lóbulos com tentáculos paliais no medial e no interno. As brânquias são do tipo B (1b) de Atkins, com agrupamentos de 12 a 15 filamentos. A boca é margeada por palpos labiais, tendo um estômago do tipo III de Purchon. O intestino se divide em descendente anterior, ascendente anterior e descendente posterior (reto). A glândula digestiva envolve o estômago e é envolvida pelas gônadas. Possui gânglios cerebrais na região ânterodorsal, viscerais pequenos na região ântero-ventral do adutor e pediais, fusionados, na base do pé. Apresenta um olho cefálico na base de cada palpo. Os primeiros indícios de gônadas surgiram em machos com 10 semanas de vida; o primeiro indivíduo maduro com 14 semanas e, as primeiras fêmeas, com 18. O teste ÷2 evidenciou o equilíbrio na proporção entre os sexos (1:1). Os animais demonstraram atividade de desova ao longo de todo o ano, sendo maior nos meses com água mais quente, praticamente inexistindo períodos de repouso. No fouling foram encontradas 34 espécies animais dos filos: Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Ectoprocta, Crustacea, Annelida, Mollusca, Echinodermata e Urochordata. Foram coletados 26 crustáceos da espécie Charybdis hellerii nas lanternas de cultivo, desses siris, 15 eram machos e 11 fêmeas (6 ovígeras). Este estudo conclui que a ostra perlífera P. hirundo é hermafrodita sequencial protândrica e apresenta uma maturação sexual precoce, alcançando uma proporção de 1:1 entre machos e fêmeas e se mantendo estável. Possui um ciclo reprodutivo contínuo, com as épocas de eliminação de gametas associadas à elevação da temperatura da água do mar.

A ostreicultura é uma atividade econômica relativamente recente em Santa Catarina, tendo sido implantada comercialmente a cerca de quinze anos. Desde a instalação dos primeiros cultivos comerciais até a atualidade a produção de ostras tem aumentado a cada ano, transformando o estado de Santa Catarina no maior produtor nacional deste molusco. Com a evolução da produção, tem crescido também a demanda por máquinas e equipamentos com a finalidade de dar suporte aos produtores no manejo dos cultivos, tornando o seu trabalho mais produtivo e menos exigente de mão de obra. No Brasil ainda não se produzem máquinas e equipamentos de forma sistemática destinados à mecanização dos cultivos, e este fator é um dos entraves à expansão da produção deste molusco. No presente trabalho foi desenvolvido o projeto de um sistema mecânico com a finalidade de realizar os processos de limpeza e classificação de ostras. No desenvolvimento do referido projeto foi utilizada uma metodologia que vem sendo adotada pelo Núcleo de Desenvolvimento Integrado de Produtos (Nedip) e pelo Grupo de Engenharia de Produto e Processos (GEPP), ambos pertencentes ao Departamento de Engenharia Mecânica da UFSC, no projeto de máquinas agrícolas para pequenos e médios produtores rurais de Santa Catarina. O protótipo do produto foi construído no Nedip, contando com a participação do Laboratório de Soldagem, também vinculado ao Departamento de Engenharia Mecânica da UFSC, e os testes foram realizados no Laboratório de Moluscos Marinhos (LMM), vinculado ao Departamento de Aquiicultura da UFSC, e na Fazenda Marinha Atlântico Sul. No último teste realizado com o protótipo no LMM procurou-se medir a qualidade de processamento das ostras obtida com o uso de diferentes velocidades de rotação do conjunto transportador do sistema (35 rpm, 27 rpm e 20 rpm). Os melhores resultados foram alcançados com a velocidade de 20 rpm, onde 84% da sub-amostra de ostras utilizada foi limpa adequadamente e 73,67% foi classificada adequadamente. A capacidade de processamento obtida nos processos de limpeza e classificação foi de 150 dúzias de ostras por hora. Concluiu-se que, não obstante existam recomendações para a otimização do projeto, os principais objetivos estipulados para o trabalho foram atingidos, pois foi desenvolvido um equipamento de pequeno porte, baixo custo, com grande potencial para ser fabricado e comercializado.

Fecal coliforms have been described as one of the best indicators of pollution in the aquatic environments by human wastes, and it is widely used as a parameter for classifying areas where oysters are farmed or extracted. Among Enterobacteriaceae members, E. coli stands out as potential pathogenic specie, representing risk for public healthy when associated with consumption of raw or undercooked bivalves. However, little is known about this colonization in the bivalve tissues and/or distribution of these enteric bacteria. The objective of the present study was to: (i) quantify fecal coliforms from body fluid and anatomical sites, separately; (ii) isolate and identify E. coli in oysters commercialized in natura in Praia do Futuro beach, Fortaleza-Ceará; (iii) evaluate the virulence profile and resistance to antimicrobial agents of E. coli isolates. The study covered ten samples, from February to April 2012, by analyzing twelve oysters for sample, divided into a body fluid (intervalvar liquor) and two anatomical sites (mantle and gastrointestinal tract). Fecal coliforms concentration was higher than allowed by legislation nº 12/2001 of ANVISA in three samples, and intervalvar liquor presented higher MPN in six samples. Out of 137 E. coli strains isolated, 19% was resistant to both tetracycline and oxytetracycline, and MAR ranged from 0,250 to 0,625. It is further noted producing expended spectrum beta lactamases strains, however none showed biofilm production. The major frequency resistance to oxytetracycline suggests a selective pressure to mangrove ecosystem microbiota that could be directly affected by farming shrimp activity, practiced in a region next to Parnaíba city, located in Piauí state, where oysters are extracted. In addition, the presence of multiple resistance can be a risk for in natura oyster consumers.
Os coliformes termotolerantes têm sido descritos como um dos melhores indicadores de contaminação de ambientes aquáticos por resíduos humanos, sendo amplamente utilizado como parâmetro para classificação de áreas onde se cultiva ou extrai ostras. Dentre os membros deste grupo, a Escherichia coli se destaca como uma espécie potencialmente patogênica, representando risco para a saúde pública quando associada ao consumo de moluscos bivalves crus ou parcialmente cozidos. Entretanto, pouco é sabido sobre a colonização nos tecidos desses moluscos e/ou distribuição dessas bactérias entéricas. O presente estudo teve como objetivos:(i) quantificar coliformes termotolerantes do fluido corporal e dos sítios anatômicos, separadamente;(ii) isolar e identificar E. coli de amostras de ostras comercializadas in natura na Praia do Futuro, Fortaleza-Ceará;(iii) avaliar o perfil de virulência e resistência a antimicrobianos dos isolados de E. coli. Foram realizadas dez coletas no período de fevereiro a abril de 2012, sendo analisadas dez ostras por coleta, divididas em um fluido corporal (líquido intervalvar) e dois sítios anatômicos (músculo e trato gastrointestinal). Os resultados apontaram três amostras com contagens de coliformes acima do limite estabelecido pela legislação nº 12 de 2001 da ANVISA, tendo o líquido intervalvar apresentado o NMP mais elevado em seis amostras. Das 137 cepas de E. coli isoladas, verificou-se maior incidência de resistência à tetraciclina e oxitetraciclina (19%), com variação do Índice de Múltipla Resistência (MAR) entre 0,250 e 0,625. Observou-se ainda a presença de cepas produtoras de enzimas beta-lactamases de espectro estendido, porém nenhuma das cepas testadas apresentou produção de biofilme. A elevada frequência de resistência à oxitetraciclina sugere uma pressão seletiva sobre a microbiota do ecossistema manguezal, que pode ser afetada diretamente pela atividade de carcinicultura, praticada na região próxima à cidade de Parnaíba, localizada no Estado do Piauí, de onde as ostras são extraídas. Além disso, a presença de múltipla resistência aos antimicrobianos observada pode ser indicativa de risco para os consumidores de ostra in natura.

Neste trabalho, foi avaliado o efeito da densidade populacional de estocarem e a freqüência da renovação da água, sobre o crescimento (comprimento e altura) e a sobrevivência final das larvas de Crassostrea gigas, em três fases etárias do cultivo por meio de três experimentos, sendo, 1 (1o ao 6o dia), 2 (7o ao 14o cia e 3 (15o ao 23o dia). Durante os experimentos, os compostos nitrogenados e ortofosfatos presentes no meio de cultivo, foram quantificados e relacionados com o crescimento e a sobrevivência das larvas. Constatou-se que a densidade de estocagem afetou o crescimento das larvas nos três experimentos e a sobrevivência nos experimentos 1 e 3; a renovação da água afetou o crescimento nos experimentos 1 e 2 e a sobrevivência no 1 (SNK, p<0,05). A medida de crescimento foi representativa no primeiro experimento, porém no segundo e terceiro ambas as medidas, comprimento e altura, podem ser utilizadas. Constatou-se também que as concentrações de compostos nitrogenados e ortofosfatos presentes no cultivo prevêem em grande parte do meio de cultivo das microalgas utilizadas como alimento das larvas. Os melhores crescimentos e sobrevivências obtidos nas larvas foram: no experimento 1, cultivadas na densidade de 10 larvas.ml1- com troca de água a cada 48 ou 72 horas; no experimento 2, com larvas estocadas na densidade de 5 larvas ml1- tendo renovação de água a cada 48 horas; e no experimento 3, na densidade de 1,5 larvas.ml1- com troca de água a cada 48 ou 72 horas (SNK, p<0,05).

Rad naslovljen Rekonfiguracija urbanog Sarajeva. Od agonističkog pluralizma prema društvenoj koheziji artikulira se u dva međusobno povezana dijela. Prvi dio rada, na temelju saznanja iz urbane sociologije, bavi se društvenom perspektivom grada, koja se otkriva kao posebnost ljudskog udruživanja te je vezana za specifičnu formu života. Etnoteritorijalna destrukcija grada, koja je obilježila devedesete godine, redefinira sveobuhvatne ljudske odnose narušavajući izvorne urbane dinamike. Unatoč tome, gradovi nisu reducirani na monolitne konstrukcije ekskluzivnog, već ostaju “depoziti antropološkog sjećanja” te su vezani, riječima Bogdana Bogdanovića, “za bolji dio ljudskog bića”. Drugi dio rada tematizira agonistički pluralizam te pripadajuće izazove urbane i političke kohezije. Polazimo od sintagme “političko Sarajevo”, koja, uz ostale konotacije, izražava skepsu u mogućnost urbane i društveno-političke kohezije. Posljednji dio rada konfrontira dva modela, deliberativnu demokraciju i agonistički pluralizam, kao modele koji mogu potaknuti povoljne dinamike za razvoj društvene kohezije te predlažemo transformiranje i rekonfiguriranje konfliktnih dinamika u neke od oblika društvene kohezije.

Abstract:
Na Baia da Ilha Grande a malacocultura é uma importante atividade econômica praticada comercialmente desde o início dos anos 90. As conchas dos moluscos são resíduos desta cultura e podem ser aproveitados, agregando valor à produção. Sabe-se que as conchas desses moluscos são compostas majoritariamente por carbonato de cálcio, o que indica um enorme potencial para utilização na agricultura como corretivos de acidez de solo. Isto posto, realizou-se a descrição da produção e a caracterização física do pó de conchas provenientes da maricultura de duas espécies diferentes de moluscos bivalves, a vieira (Nodipecten nodosus) e a ostra japonesa (Crassostrea gigas). As amostras de conchas foram doadas pela Fazenda Marinha da Brigada Mirim, localizada na Ilha Grande (Angra dos Reis/RJ), sendo dois quilos de cada espécie em fase adulta. Inicialmente, as conchas foram lavadas com jato de água para retirar os resíduos de areia e matéria orgânica, posteriormente com escovas de aço e em seguida submetidas a uma solução de água com NaClO 20% por 24 horas. Após esta etapa, as amostras foram novamente lavadas com água corrente abundante e, por fim, com água destilada. Em seguida, as amostras foram secadas em estufa a 100°C durante 1 hora. Após a secagem, as conchas foram inicialmente quebradas com auxílio de um martelo manual, e colocadas em um moinho de bolas, com esferas de aço, durante 20 minutos com rotação de 50 rpm, para realizar sua cominuição. Para realizar a caracterização o material obtido foi classificado em peneiras com tamanho de malha 1,70 mm, 0,850 mm e 0,300 mm, respectivamente, resultando porções do material com granulometrias distintas. Adicionalmente, foi realizada a medida de massa específica por picnômetria para determinação de densidade absoluta das amostras. Os resultados indicaram que a metodologia empregada para a produção do pó de conchas acarretou um rendimento de 81,45% para o pó de vieiras e 43,29% para o pó de ostras. Com relação à caracterização do material processado após o peneiramento observaram-se as frações 78,2%, 64,3% e 46,9% para o pó de conchas de vieiras e 74,4%, 50,8% e 17,8% para o pó de conchas de ostras. Os resultados de densidade absoluta observados para o pó de conchas de vieira e ostras foram, respectivamente, 2,3171g/cm³ e 2,444g/cm³. De maneira geral a metodologia utilizada apresentou uma maior eficiência quando aplicada às conchas de N. nodosus.

In the internal areas there are important natural and cultural resources that can be activated or reactivated in an innovative way to produce changes in the place. The premise is that “public management” is an innovative resource that allows revitalizing internal areas based on new strategies. The objective of this article is to determine what elements are present in innovation in public management, for its application to other cases. The methodology used was a case study analyzed on the basis of a systemic model, designed from the conceptual framework of the research. The case study is Ostana, a town located in northern Italy, where the Mayor promoted the return of the inhabitants from a holistic vision. As results, the actions that allowed the innovation of Ostana are presented. Keywords: Internal areas, innovation resources, public management. En las áreas internas existen importantes recursos naturales y culturales que pueden ser activados o reactivados de forma innovadora para producir cambios en el lugar. Se parte de la premisa que la gestión pública es un recurso innovador que permite revitalizar las áreas internas a partir de nuevas estrategias. El objetivo de este artículo es determinar qué elementos están presentes en la innovación en gestión pública, para su aplicación a otros casos. Como metodología se utilizó el estudio de caso analizado en base a en un modelo sistémico, diseñado a partir del marco conceptual de la investigación. El caso de estudio es Ostana, un pueblo situado en el norte de Italia, donde al Alcalde promovió el retorno de los habitantes desde una visión holística. Svrha – U današnje vrijeme sve veće informatizacije i digitalizacije, sve više hotela ulaže u nove tehnologije kako bi povećali broj online rezervacija. Uvođenje novih rješenja i mijenjanje poslovnih strategija još je više bilo izraženo tijekom posljednje dvije godine za vrijeme trajanja pandemije koronavirusa kada je veliki broj putničkih agencija i turoperatora prestao s radom. Stoga, glavni cilj ovog rada je istražiti trendove u hotelskoj prodaji na primjeru poduzeća Jadran d.d. Crikvenica. Svrha istraživanja je ispitati koliko je zastupljena online prodaja u ukupnim noćenjima, te koliko se rezervacija ostvari putem online direktnih ili indirektnih kanala. Obrada teme – Podaci su prikupljeni metodom intervjua sa osobama odgovornima za hotelsku prodaju te desk metodom. Analizirane su ostvarene rezervacije i noćenja u 2021. godini kroz pojedine kanale prodaje. Zaključci – Rezultati su pokazali da je u 2021. godini najviše rezervacija ostvareno kroz online prodaju i to kroz online turističke agencije (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Sunhotels) te kroz direktnu prodaju (putem call centra i web stranica) dok je najmanje ostvareno kroz ostale putničke agencije (alotmanski ugovori). Također istraživanjem je uočeno da osim ulaganja u samu informatizaciju prodajnih sustava, poduzeće Jadran d.d. ulaže i u edukaciju kadrova jer bez njih nijedna moderna tehnologija u prodaji ne bi uspješno mogla biti provedena. Ukoliko hoteli žele zadržati konkurentnost, osim samog ulaganja u podizanje kategorije smještajnih kapaciteta, moraju se prilagoditi novim turističkim trendovima te ulagati u online prodaju posebice direktne kanale prodaje.

Para avaliar esse objetivo, são apresentados experimentos nos quais a abordagem é aplicada em projetos reais. Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the Ukrainian segment of video blogging as one of the most popular types of the functioning of the modern blogosphere. The content and statistics of popular video blogs were studied on the example of YouTube channels of Ukrainian bloggers and famous journalists. Today we are witnessing the rapid development of technologies that help journalists become better, and the creators of media content to work more quickly and ensure the completeness of the information. With the help of Internet communication, new ways of disseminating information have appeared in journalism. Journalists more often create their blogs on various platforms. Blogosphere video content has become very popular among the Ukrainian audience on YouTube because today the video format is the most effective in terms of communication. The YouTube social network partially replaces television, and the variety of thematic content is ably adapted to a wide audience. The paper analyzes Ukrainian blogs managed by journalists, where they publish different content formats. Therefore, the presentation of various examples of video blogs in our work helps to understand the specifics of Ukrainian blogging at its current stage of development. After all, videos of popular people such as Michael Shchur, Yanina Sokolova, Ostap Drozdov demonstrate the peculiarities of Ukrainian popular video content. For the research, we chose those blogs that are currently relevant to Ukrainian YouTube and have their specifics and uniqueness. The main objective of a blogger is to react quickly to the flow of information because the rating of the channel being monetized depends on it. With the help of statistical data, we can conclude that the Ukrainian audience is interested in a wide range of different information. Viewers now value the independent opinion of bloggers and more often listen to it. Every important event is covered by bloggers promptly. And the format in which it is presented depends on the individual style of the author and the concept of his channel. We can conclude that the video content of the modern blogosphere is developing rapidly. This provides the audience with information for different tastes.

Od 2012. godine, 1070 državljana zemalja Zapadnog Balkana otišlo je da živi i bori se na teritorijama pod kontrolom terorističkih organizacija u Siriji i Iraku. Oko 200 njih su bili maloljetni u vrijeme odlaska. Tokom godina, u sirijskom i iračkom teatru sukoba rođeno je još mnogo djece čiji su roditelji državljani Zapadnog Balkana. Do kraja 2019. godine, oko 485 osoba se vratilo kući, što Zapadni Balkan čini regionom sa najvećom koncentracijom povratnika iz Sirije i Iraka u Evropi. Još stotine, uglavnom maloljetnika, ostaju zarobljeni u nesigurnim uslovima u Siriji, sa neizvjesnim izgledima za repatrijaciju. Brojne zemlje se bore sa tim šta da rade sa državljanima koji su otišli da žive i bore se u takozvanom „kalifatu“ Islamske države (IS). Međutim, iskustvo i razumijevanje onoga što omogućava efikasno angažovanje u pogledu povratnika iz Sirije, naročito djece povratnika, u ranoj je fazi. Ova napomena o politici pruža preporuke o načinima za pristupanje rehabilitaciji i reintegraciji (R&R) djece povratnika na Zapadni Balkan, kombinujući novonastale dobre prakse sa vodećim principima konvencija, sporazuma i protokola usmjerenih na prava djece.

Od h državljana, otprilike 200 njih bili su maloljetnici u trenutku odlaska. Tijekom godina na području sukoba u Siriji i Iraku državljanima zapadnog Balkana rodilo se još mnogo više djece. Do kraja 2019. godine oko 485 osoba vra lo se domovima, zbog čega regija zapadnog Balkana ima najveću koncentraciju povratnika iz Sirije i Iraka u Europi. Još su sto ne ljudi, uglavnom maloljetnika, ostale zarobljene u nesigurnim uvje ma u Siriji s neizvjesnim izgledima za povratak. Mnoge zemlje nisu sigurne što učini s državljanima koji su otputovali da bi živjeli i borili se u „kalifatu” Islamske države. Među m, iskustvo i razumijevanje u pogledu onoga što olakšava učinkovitu uključenost povratnika iz Sirije, osobito djece povratnika, još je uvijek u početcima. Ovom se studijom o poli ci pružaju preporuke o načinima pristupa rehabilitaciji i reintegraciji djece povratnika na zapadnom Balkanu kombiniranjem novih dobrih praksi s vodećim načelima konvencija, ugovora i protokola usredotočenih na prava djece.
