Abstract:
O biofouling é um dos principais problemas que acometem cultivos de ostras. Neste estudo, objetivou-se testar a hipótese de que a riqueza e a abundância do macrobentos que compõe o biofouling estão associadas à área de superfície da ostra Crassostrea tulipa cultivada no rio Urindeua, Pará. Para tanto, realizaram-se nove coletas entre maio de 2016 e abril de 2017, amostrando-se 30 ostras/mês em um cultivo de ostras localizado no litoral amazônico. Primeiramente, retirou-se o biofouling da superfície das ostras, realizando posteriormente a triagem, quantificação e identificação taxonômica dos organismos. Para testar possíveis diferenças entre ostras de diferentes tamanhos com relação aos parâmetros riqueza e abundância do biofouling, aplicou-se uma ANOVA one-way, seguida de um teste post hoc de Tukey. Os resultados deste estudo confirmam a hipótese de que a riqueza de biofouling está associada à superfície da ostra, indicando que ostras maiores apresentam um maior número de espécies quando comparadas às menores. No entanto, refutou a hipótese quando se relacionou a abundância.

Abstract:
As espécies Crassostrea rhizophorae e C. brasiliana são ostras nativas do estado de Sergipe e desempenham importante papel ecológico no ecossistema manguezal, além de representarem um dos principais produtos de extrativismo. C. rhizophorae, conhecida popularmente como “ostra-do-mangue”, considerada de médio porte (10 cm) e a C. brasiliana, conhecida como “ostra-de-fundo”, considerada de grande porte (20 cm), apresentam-se similares em sua morfologia e coocorrem no ambiente em formas imaturas, contudo quando adultas pouco se sabe sobre esta coocorrência entre as espécies, podendo dificultar a identificação e diferenciação entre as espécies. Diante disso o objetivo do trabalho é a identificação molecular das espécies de ostras nativas adultas encontradas nos dois diferentes estuários do estado de Sergipe e verificar a coocorrência entre as mesmas. No presente estudo foram utilizadas ostras nativas adultas do gênero Crassostrea coletadas do ecossistema manguezal do litoral sergipano. As 28 amostras de ostras foram coletadas no mês de setembro de 2008, as quais foram retirados os músculos adutores de cada ostra para a extração de DNA total seguido por amplificações do segmento rDNA 16S e digerido com enzimas de restrição. O produto de amplificação das 28 amostras digerido com a enzima de restrição apresentou o mesmo perfil de restrição, correspondente à espécie Crassostrea brasiliana, resultado constatado por meio da comparação do produto da digestão com amostras padrão existente, referente às espécies C. brasiliana e C. rhizophorae.

Abstract:
Este artigo trata de uma análise na Via Gastronômica que se localiza no Ribeirão da Ilha, ao sul da Ilha de Santa Catarina. O objetivo do estudo é analisar a influência da ostra na origem, formação e manutenção da Via Gastronômica do Ribeirão da Ilha – Rota das Ostras. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa com caráter exploratório descritivo. A coleta de dados se deu através de entrevistas em profundidade com os gestores dos restaurantes à la carte, com mais de cinco anos de mercado e que trabalham com ostras no seu cardápio. Como complemento do estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa com os representantes da Associação de Maricultores Profissionais do Sul da Ilha (AMASI). Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios e cumpriram com os objetivos deste trabalho. Foi constatado que a maioria dos restaurantes da via só surgiram por causa das ostras. Quase 100% dos clientes que procuram os restaurantes do Ribeirão buscam comer ostra. Porém, o molusco sozinho não garante a sobrevivência da via.

Abstract:
A água do rio Coruripe é o suporte essencial para mini e pequenos produtores de ostra do povoado de Barreiras. A qualidade de água é fator limitante para a produção de ostra. Uma análise na qualidade da água poderá servir de base para melhorar a produtividade e os rendimentos na produção de ostra no povoado. Sendo a água disponível o único meio ao alcance do produtor, para sua sobrevivência torna-se urgente a necessidade de adoção de métodos de conservação adequados e manejo correto dos recursos hídricos. Objetivou-se com este trabalho promover a transferência e difusão da ostreicultura no povoado Barreiras, em Coruripe, litoral sul alagoano, especificamente elaborar um diagnóstico das experiências vividas pelos produtores locais com base no levantamento geral na produção ostreícola, levando em consideração a capacidade de exploração sustentável e a estruturação do mercado local da produção de ostra. Os resultados mostraram que o perfil socioeconômico dos produtores de ostras é formado em sua maioria por mulheres, sendo classificados como analfabetos e semianalfabetos, 92,3% dos produtores têm renda média abaixo de um salário mínimo e 7,7% um salário, a instalação da unidade de beneficiamento de moluscos “depuradora” irá tornar as ostras próprias para o consumo.

Este estudo objetivou avaliar a qualidade microbiológica da água de várias localidades em que são produzidas ostras Crassostrea sp. no estuário de Cananéia, tanto como nos bivalves, por meio dos valores de coliformes baseados na Técnica dos Tubos Múltiplos. Foram realizadas coletas de água em dez localidades durante os anos de 2005 a 2011. A análise da água apresentou média geométrica de coliformes termotolerantes de 24,67 NMP 100 mL-1 e, nos tecidos das ostras, de 15,53 NMP g-1. Verificou-se uma diferença significativa entre as localidades analisadas quanto à densidade de coliformes totais e termotolerantes na água. Analisaram-se as variações das contagens bacterianas em relação à sazonalidade, verificando-se que o outono apresentou a maior média de coliformes nas ostras, sendo os maiores dados coletados em abril. Houve correlação positiva entre coliformes na água e na ostra.

O cultivo de ostras em Santa Catarina se desenvolveu muito ao longo das duas últimas décadas e passou a ser uma atividade sócio-econômica importante devido às condições climáticas e à própria característica do litoral catarinense. Atualmente um dos fatores mais preocupantes para a expansão da atividade no Estado é o aparecimento de predadores. O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a interação do predador Cymatium parthenopeum (Von Salis, 1793) com a ostra Crassostrea gigas (Thunberg, 1795) em cultivo comercial na localidade do Ribeirão da Ilha, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. A metodologia utilizada foi o recolhimento manual dos espécimes de Cymatium parthenopeum presentes nas lanternas de ostras quando de seu manejo periódico. Verificou-se a presença de espécimes de predador no período compreendido entre novembro de 2007 e março de 2008, totalizando 1234 exemplares coletados. Além desta espécie, foram encontradas as espécies Cymatium cingulatum (Lamarck, 1822) e Thais haemastoma (Linnaeus, 1767). Também foram observadas ootecas fixadas em conchas de ostras. Verificou-se que nos períodos de maior incidência do predador, a taxa de mortalidade das ostras ficou acima da taxa normal esperada.

A infestação por poliquetas do gênero Polydora em ostras C. gigas de cultivo foi acompanhada por meio de coletas mensais enquanto os parâmetros físico-químicos da água do mar foram monitorados semanalmente. Foi determinada a área total ocupada pelas bolhas e tubos na superfície interna das valvas, observando os possíveis danos às principais características fisiológicas da ostra. Houve prevalência do anelídeo Polydora sp. (Polychaeta: Spionidae) em todos os meses amostrados, chegando a 100% no período de águas mais frias. As análises histológicas mostraram que os tecidos e órgãos estavam intactos, ocorrendo a formação de gametas. Nas ostras severamente infestadas, foi possível observar intensa fibrose na região do manto, mostrando reparo do tecido.

Abstract:
Foi investigada a infecção de Perkinsus beihaiensis (Perkinsozoa) na ostra Crassostrea rhizophorae em um sistema de cultivo do tipo espinhel e em um estoque natural de ostras no manguezal adjacente ambos localizados no estado da Bahia, Nordeste do Brasil. As colheitas foram realizadas em outubro e novembro de 2012 e em janeiro de 2013. As ostras (n = 300) foram medidas, examinadas macroscopicamente quanto a sinais da infecção e submetidas às técnicas laboratoriais: histologia, ensaio em meio de cultivo de tioglicolato de Ray (RFTM), reação em cadeia da polimerase (PCR) e sequenciamento, que confirmou a identificação do patógeno. As análises histológicas e o RFTM mostraram, respectivamente, prevalência média de 93,3% e de 69%. A infecção foi geralmente leve ou muito leve. Não houve diferença significativa (p > 0,05) entre os ambientes em termos de prevalência ou severidade da infecção. Este é o primeiro registro de P. beihaiensis no estado da Bahia e o segundo em ostras do Brasil e América do Sul.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new community centre and reconstruction of an existing church and a parish in Ostrava-Kunčičky. The aim of the thesis is to revitalize the area of the potential centre of happenings in Kunčičky and to respond appropriately to the context and character of the place. The design works with objects equally and creates a solid image of the spiritual and community centre. The building complex helps to activate the site itself and its surroundings and brings a new impulse to community life in the area. Community centre and interventions in the existing buildings efficiently and adequately use the parcel. The design strives to use the potential of the place and works with hidden links to the surroundings. The resulting solution is characterized by its multilayer nature. Partial fragments help to create a complex unit with a number of new outdoor areas of different character, scale and utilization. Two-storey compact structure of the community centre includes social and leisure time facilities. The chosen technology of the building is in accordance with the specific social structure in the area and the operational and economy aspect alongside. The main goal in the reconstruction of the church buildings and parish is to build up on their values, uplift qualities and to purify them from inappropriate elements.

The community center in Ostrava - Kunčičky design in reflecting the specific social and material situation of the city. Creates new possibilities for the habitants and helps their integration and interaction. This design endeavors to naturally establish the existing church and rectory, not trying to compete them, but develop them. Important point of this project is also new village center, which is located right in front of the church and gets new definition and soundness. The project also solves the development of public amenities in relation of spiritual, social and everydays needs. It offers an insight into the real solutions to the problems and opportunities of the place in relation to the possibilities of the local parish. The project works with the this units: church, rectory, square, community center, community courtyard, multifunctional hall, house with services, sports facilities and meadow behind the church.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis is the proposal of the Christian community and spiritual center near Church of St. Anthony of Padua in Ostrava Kunčičky. The building program corresponds to the catchment area of Kunčičky and includes an existing church building (conversion for the contemporary liturgy) with the addition of a new parish with a living space, a parish office and a meeting room. The existing building of the parish (adaptation for commercial use, bistro and offices) and the community center includes: a social hall with the necessary background, 2 flats 1 + kk and apartment for collective accommodation, clubroom and classroom for leisure activities, music, art workshop and warehouse. Part of the area is new square as the new centre of Kunčičky, the park and green area "open garden" with a children's and sports playground. The proposal is based on the creation of a new public space in the vicinity of the existing church. The pre-church is widened and creates a new square, the center of the city with the potential of meeting, landmark, festivities, Christmas markets, etc. On the contrary, the community center is behind the church and creates a new public space "open garden". Around it all community events are concentrated. Among these spaces is a "filter" set, as a soothing element of two poles. The complex offers people from this locality also a wide range of the city, a new offer of cultural, social and spiritual activities.

Abstract:
The subject of my diploma project is reconversion of a gasholder placed in Ostrava Vitkovice. The gasholder is noted as national culture heritage and is strongly contaminated. The concept is following the functional structure of the objects around and counts with their new use. The gasholder is placed in the middle of the area and lays on the crossing of conjuction of the main dominant s of the area. These cojuctions create streets which meet in the middle of the gasholder and create the square. The gasholder has now two faces, the old one faces the area is monofunctional and the other, new one faced to the inside is polyfunctional. The square is covered by the existing roof construction and creates safe place full of nice views and visual conjunctions of the main dominants.

Abstract:
The Master’s Thesis deals with the design of a wellness centre and guesthouse in Ostrava. The building is in the shape of letter V with a cut corner. The wellness part consists of one and two above-ground floors and the guesthouse consists of three. The guesthouse has eleven accommodation units. Five of the units are equipped with balconies of reinforced concrete. All roof planes have a 15° slope, are non-walkable and covered by a shed roof. The supporting structure is longitudinal with cross reinforcing walls. The whole structure is made of ceramic bricks. The building does not have any basement and stands on base belts.

Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is to design a building with apartments in a high standard of living. The building will be located on sloping land currently accessible from the street Hybnerová in cadastral area of Silesian Ostrava. Construction, surrounding land and fence form a unified aesthetic and functional whole, reflecting the sloping nature of the site. White matter of structure grows continuously from the lowest point and produces fencing which spirals around the property and rise harmoniously into the building itself. Adjusted terrain of land creates platforms for individual gardens for each apartments and produces space for underground garage. The house is designed as a three-storey building with underground garage. The building will accommodate 5 residential units with terraces and technical and storage spaces within the basement. The building is oriented southwest and its location allows splitting the land to the eastern and western gardens. Southwest orientation uses the only unblocked view from the property. Continuously rising fence separates the building from surrounding buildings and offers plenty of privacy for the residents. Concrete fence has also security function.

And build- up of new building of conservatory takes a lot of important aspects to build grave tabernacle of music in Ostrava. This school bring up a lot of famous musicians and take in a lot of special pedagogues. Rise of this school the city of Ostrava didn´t be just industrial center Moravan and silesian country, but primarily turn up city of culture.

Abstract:
O presente trabalho avaliou o efeito da densidade de estocagem no crescimento de Crassostrea gasar em sistema fixo na Costa de Manguezais de Macromarés da Amazônia (CMMA). O cultivo foi iniciado com 4.320 ostras de 20 a 30 mm de altura da valva em travesseiro de malha 9 mm. Os animais foram submetidos a três tratamentos (T1 - 600 ostras/m2 , T2 - 800 ostras/m2 e T3 - 1000 ostras/m2 ) com 4 repetições e cultivados durante 270 dias em um sistema de cultivo fixo (cama), no município de Bequimão, Maranhão. A cada coleta foi determinado o crescimento das ostras (da altura da concha e peso vivo), as variáveis ambientais e a ocorrência da fauna incrustante e vágil associada. Foram recrutadas pós-larvas em ambiente natural, através de coletores artificiais, que permaneceram submersos por um período de, aproximadamente, 60 dias. Os dados evidenciaram que os parâmetros produtivos foram significativamente influenciados em função das densidades de estocagem testadas (ANOVA, p<0,05). Nos tratamentos com maior densidade (800 ostras/ m2 e 1.000 ostras/ m2) registrou-se crescimento (altura da concha e peso vivo) significativamente superior das ostras e menor incidência da fauna incrustante e vágil associada. Os meses com maior intensidade pluviométrica e com menor salinidade favoreceram para o menor crescimento das ostras, além de ter contribuído para a maior aglomeração de organismos indesejáveis ao cultivo. Assim, conclui-se que o crescimento da ostra nativa C. gasar apresentou diferença significativa em função da densidade de estocagem testada, com altura da valva e peso vivo favorecidos em alta densidade. Sugere-se que a menor incidência de organismos competidores nas densidades mais altas pode ter contribuído para o melhor desempenho produtivo da ostra nesses tratamentos.

Abstract:
The research analysed shared mobility in the Moravian-Silesian region as an important aspect of sustainable transport within the concept of a smart city and a smart countryside. The use of shared mobility offers a way of reducing the adverse impact of traffic. It mainly deals with the lack of parking spots, traffic jams and the negative impact on the environment. Within the Moravian-Silesian region, the possibilities of shared mobility usage and its development barriers were studied in the city of Ostrava and in selected rural areas. The research included an extensive examination of relevant literature, the analysis of strategic documents, a survey and also interviews with experts in the field. The Moravian-Silesian region and the city of Ostrava is trying to promote and to develop shared mobility. Bike-sharing especially, works very well in Ostrava, on the other hand in the countryside shared mobility is just in the beggining, however there is great potential in joint collection of the inhabitans to transport them to larger municipalities. In any case, there is still a lot of room for the development of shared mobility. In the countryside, the greatest obstacle for the development is the conviction of people because they are so used to their own cars while in Ostrava, the citizens are more open to various forms of shared mobility. However missing information or the lack of a desired form of shared mobility from the city can hinder its development as well.

Para controlar a qualidade de software e não apenas reagir à sua variação, deve-se entender quais os fatores que influenciam os atributos de qualidade e qual a influência deles entre si. Neste trabalho, é apresentada a abordagem Ostra, que permite a análise do software através da mineração de regras de associação de métricas, extraídas do histórico do software armazenado no sistema de controle de versão. O objetivo da Ostra é fornecer informações relevantes sobre a qualidade do software para o processo de tomada de decisão. Para avaliar esse objetivo, são apresentados experimentos nos quais a abordagem é aplicada em projetos reais. Com os experimentos, foi possível obter indícios que a proposta consegue alcançar seu objetivo.
