Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new community centre and reconstruction of an existing church and a parish in Ostrava-Kunčičky. The aim of the thesis is to revitalize the area of the potential centre of happenings in Kunčičky and to respond appropriately to the context and character of the place. The design works with objects equally and creates a solid image of the spiritual and community centre. The building complex helps to activate the site itself and its surroundings and brings a new impulse to community life in the area. Community centre and interventions in the existing buildings efficiently and adequately use the parcel. The design strives to use the potential of the place and works with hidden links to the surroundings. The resulting solution is characterized by its multilayer nature. Partial fragments help to create a complex unit with a number of new outdoor areas of different character, scale and utilization. Two-storey compact structure of the community centre includes social and leisure time facilities. The chosen technology of the building is in accordance with the specific social structure in the area and the operational and economy aspect alongside. The main goal in the reconstruction of the church buildings and parish is to build up on their values, uplift qualities and to purify them from inappropriate elements.

Abstract:
The community center in Ostrava - Kunčičky design in reflecting the specific social and material situation of the city. Creates new possibilities for the habitants and helps their integration and interaction. This design endeavors to naturally establish the existing church and rectory, not trying to compete them, but develop them. Important point of this project is also new village center, which is located right in front of the church and gets new definition and soundness. The project also solves the development of public amenities in relation of spiritual, social and everydays needs. It offers an insight into the real solutions to the problems and opportunities of the place in relation to the possibilities of the local parish. The project works with the this units: church, rectory, square, community center, community courtyard, multifunctional hall, house with services, sports facilities and meadow behind the church.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis is the proposal of the Christian community and spiritual center near Church of St. Anthony of Padua in Ostrava Kunčičky. The building program corresponds to the catchment area of Kunčičky and includes an existing church building (conversion for the contemporary liturgy) with the addition of a new parish with a living space, a parish office and a meeting room. The existing building of the parish (adaptation for commercial use, bistro and offices) and the community center includes: a social hall with the necessary background, 2 flats 1 + kk and apartment for collective accommodation, clubroom and classroom for leisure activities, music, art workshop and warehouse. Part of the area is new square as the new centre of Kunčičky, the park and green area "open garden" with a children's and sports playground. The proposal is based on the creation of a new public space in the vicinity of the existing church. The pre-church is widened and creates a new square, the center of the city with the potential of meeting, landmark, festivities, Christmas markets, etc. On the contrary, the community center is behind the church and creates a new public space "open garden". Around it all community events are concentrated. Among these spaces is a "filter" set, as a soothing element of two poles. The complex offers people from this locality also a wide range of the city, a new offer of cultural, social and spiritual activities.

Abstract:
The subject of my diploma project is reconversion of a gasholder placed in Ostrava Vitkovice. The gasholder is noted as national culture heritage and is strongly contaminated. The concept is following the functional structure of the objects around and counts with their new use. The gasholder is placed in the middle of the area and lays on the crossing of conjuction of the main dominant s of the area. These cojuctions create streets which meet in the middle of the gasholder and create the square. The gasholder has now two faces, the old one faces the area is monofunctional and the other, new one faced to the inside is polyfunctional. The square is covered by the existing roof construction and creates safe place full of nice views and visual conjunctions of the main dominants.

Abstract:
The Master’s Thesis deals with the design of a wellness centre and guesthouse in Ostrava. The building is in the shape of letter V with a cut corner. The wellness part consists of one and two above-ground floors and the guesthouse consists of three. The guesthouse has eleven accommodation units. Five of the units are equipped with balconies of reinforced concrete. All roof planes have a 15° slope, are non-walkable and covered by a shed roof. The supporting structure is longitudinal with cross reinforcing walls. The whole structure is made of ceramic bricks. The building does not have any basement and stands on base belts.

Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is to design a building with apartments in a high standard of living. The building will be located on sloping land currently accessible from the street Hybnerová in cadastral area of Silesian Ostrava. Construction, surrounding land and fence form a unified aesthetic and functional whole, reflecting the sloping nature of the site. White matter of structure grows continuously from the lowest point and produces fencing which spirals around the property and rise harmoniously into the building itself. Adjusted terrain of land creates platforms for individual gardens for each apartments and produces space for underground garage. The house is designed as a three-storey building with underground garage. The building will accommodate 5 residential units with terraces and technical and storage spaces within the basement. The building is oriented southwest and its location allows splitting the land to the eastern and western gardens. Southwest orientation uses the only unblocked view from the property. Continuously rising fence separates the building from surrounding buildings and offers plenty of privacy for the residents. Concrete fence has also security function.

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of a new building of a commercial-administrative center in Ostrava. The building has a partial basement, the maximum number of floors above the ground is 3. The building contains several categories of areas. The largest of them are office space and restaurant area. The total number of employees of the center is 73, including 63 administrative staff and 10 people serving the restaurant. The building also houses sanitary facilities, areas for rest, food preparation, meeting rooms, storage areas and filing cabinets, rooms for technical equipment. The building has a skeletal frame system made of monolithic concrete. Perimeter masonry and interior walls are made of Porotherm bricks. The building is covered with a general and vegetation flat roof. The facade of the building is ventilated, clad with titanium-zinc panels DEKCASSETTE and DEKLAMELLA IDEAL. The building is insulated with ETICS contact system, thermal insulation boards made of mineral felt. The diploma thesis is processed in the stage of project documentation for the construction.

The building is located in the city Ostrava in Cerna louka, that is a city district very close to the center and river side, just in a middle of the ortogonal block build up area. The philharmonic is designed like a big block made of brass from which is rising the light glazed volume of the auditorium and where the volume of atrium is hidden in. This 2 volumes represent the future and past values of the city Ostrava. The volume of the auditorium is the only object in whole ortogonal area that is twisted. Due to this fact it gains uniqueness and dissimilarity. Thanks to that is becoming a new symbol of the city.

In my diploma project I do reconstruction and looking for new program for old industrial building in Vitkovice iron factory area. This building is part of Cultural heritage and we have to apply all heritage criteria on this. The building is big hall - big space with two old machines. Now the machines don’t work anymore. My idea is to connect this old indutry area with the rest of the city – with still living part of the city – and bring here new life. Students are new young blood. So I decided to put on part of Ostrava Technology University here. The other buildings will be used as a business center and research center. The building is divided into two boxes. The lower box copies parcel and recedes from the street line leads to puppet theater. This causes that the space for the main entrance of the philharmonie is clearer and it respects the original exhibition pavilon. The upper box – mass of the concert hall - trench on the lower. The surface is a game of walls and glasses area. Open the space into the parks around. It appears like opera-glass and stage at the same time.

Ostrava as a minig town, Ostrava as a black city. The Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra Ostrava as Black Pearl. Object Philharmonic has a raw lump of coal situated at Black Meadow site, the former heap. The building is a single mass laceration and shaped by the action of time, relative motion and contact materials are to each other and breaking moves. Tectonics of the facade symbolize brutality material, the piece of coal. On its surface has many different faces, edges, ridges and grooves. It is divided into layers of solid material, opaque and transparent gloss of the opening to the surroundings, providing visual contact with the interior and its interaction with the exterior. Inside, as the energy in coal is burning up, tuned in warm orange tones. It has the power to evoke heat of building, especially at night when during concert. Urban solving a broader relationship Philharmonic building is situated in the area of Black Meadow. The site is in close contact with cents and direct linkage to Masaryk Square. Philharmonic with its position linking a group of cultural objects, which are oriented in Theatre Street. The line begins at the Music Gallery Square, Philharmonic continues to object, bandstand, puppet shows to the theater of Antonin Dvorak. The building is oriented with its longitudinal axis in the direction northeast - southwest. The orientation of the main facade of the north side and is oriented to the Music of the square.

This thesis is focused on the assessment of contamination of non-agricultural soils of selected locations in Ostrava of hazardous metals. Selection of locations was based on the stationary pollution source REZZO1. Total 36 collected samples from 12 locations in three times periods between July 2010 and March 2011 that each collection represented a different time period for characteristic emissions conditions. The risk of metals mercury, cadmium, lead, copper and chromium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (F AAS, ET AAS, AMA 254).The influence of the distance of locations from stationary sources of REZZO1 on the extent of soil contamination by selected metals was confirmed.

This final thesis focuses on the intersection of Krásnopolská and Opavská Streets in Ostrava. The present intersection provides a main traffic connection between the city districts of Krásné Pole and Poruba. Opavská Street is part of the road I/11, a major traffic route between Opava and Ostrava. This final thesis focuses on the design options for a better connection of Krásnopolská Street with Opavská Street. The existing junction is technically unsatisfactory, mainly because the view for traffic is not ideal and previous adjustments to the corners of the intersection are inappropriate. All options are proposed in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations.

This work aims to create transport–urbanism study which will lead to the improvement of attractivity of the whole region, whether for permanent or migrant populations, converts the traffic so that the least interfere with visitors of the city center while retaining its good accessibility, supports the development of pedestrian and cycling routes in context of the surrounding area. Traffic-urban solution will work with the master plan of Ostrava city and also take into account results of performed architectural and urban design competitions of a city in the area of interest. Emphasis will be placed on an economically resonable solution with connection to the future development of the site, construction phasing and quick implementation.

The topics of this work is urban study of development area Vítkovice - Moravská Ostrava. The area is situated near the center of Ostrava. Character development is just like the city very diverse structure. In the proposed territory respect of the industrial heritage of the former Vitkovice factory and histroical grid surroundings. I keep amount of unique industrial objects that convert to new functional utilization. The specifics are here conveyors that will replace material flow for the flow of people. Dominantes of the area is chimney. As new buildings are designed residential houses and facilities. Everything is based on the logic function. Its operational and layout solutions adapted to the position and orientation of the compass. The aim of this work is design of new development of original industrial structure. Show the current status of industrial area and how it might be in the future. Final documents was preceded by an analyzes from which was come a proposed concept.

Abstract:
'The inspiration behind this project is the new urbanist idea which combines residential development with green spaces for leisure and sport as well as mixed use commercial areas and storage. The layout of the area is a grid formed by 100m squared plots with residential houses with personal yards. These plots are grouped as complexes and between each complex is a communal green space. On the outside of the inner grid, there are mixed use apartment buildings and a high commercial floor. The square is dominated by a smaller multi-purpose building with a fluid outside space in which community events can be organized. Diagonally connected to the square is a park with a playground and an area with patio seating in addition to three villa houses. The park leads to the river embankment, into which tiered seating will be created. Around the hotel, there is another park with a multi-generational playground. In the northern part is located hotel renovated from the original industrial buildings with added ground floor restaurant area. Around hotel there is a park with green space and multi-generational playground. The terrace houses are located in the northeastern part of the complex and feature an attractive riverside view. Row houses line the the main road and are buffered from street noise by a line of trees. Typology and placement of other, separate houses is inspired by colonies of worker-houses eg. Baťa houses in Zlín. In between each ground these is no fence and are only separated a slight depression in the green.

Santa Catarina posiciona-se atualmente como o segundo maior polo produtor de moluscos bivalves da América Latina. Além disso, o estado é responsável por 95% da produção nacional de moluscos bivalves. Dada a crescente importância conquistada pelo setor, este trabalho tem o objetivo de realizar uma analise comparativa entre os resultados do Programa Nacional de Controle Higiênico-Sanitário de Moluscos Bivalves - PNCMB em Santa Catarina e os padrões internacionais de comercialização de moluscos bivalves, mais precisamente na atividade da ostreicultura. Para tanto, foram analisados artigos publicados em revistas conceituadas, manuais, documentos técnicos e os requerimentos legais previstos tanto na legislação nacional quanto internacional de comercialização de moluscos bivalves. Nesta análise destaca-se o PNCMB, criado em 2012 em âmbito federal e gerido a nível estadual pela CIDASC (Companhia Integrada de Desenvolvimento Agrário de Santa Catarina). Através da utilização de 15 meses de dados, fornecidos pela CIDASC, relativos aos parâmetros ambientais das águas de cultivo do estado, pôde-se analisar o status da atividade frente aos embargos comerciais ainda existentes para o seu desenvolvimento. Os achados da pesquisa apontam as localidades mais aptas para o desenvolvimento da atividade em Santa Catarina e suas potencialidades e necessidades em relação às exigências necessárias para efetivar-se o comércio internacional de produtos derivados do cultivo de moluscos bivalves. Com esta análise conclui-se que as áreas produtivas de Santa Catarina estão aptas ao comercio internacional de moluscos bivalves quando se consideram os parâmetros ambientais necessários para tal e a legislação internacional vigente para a atividade.

Abstract: Santa Catarina currently ranks as the second largest production hub of bivalve molluscs in Latin America. In addition, the state is responsible for 95% of the national production of bivalve molluscs. Given the increasing importance gained by industry, this paper aims to conduct a comparative analysis between the results of the National Hygiene - Sanitary Control of Shellfish Bivalve - PNCMB in Santa Catarina and international marketing patterns of bivalve molluscs, more precisely in the oyster farming activity. For this purpose, were analyzed articles published in reputable journals, manuals, technical documents and Legal requirements set out in both, the national and international legislation of bivalve molluscs. This analysis highlights the PNCMB, created in 2012 at the federal level and administered at the state level by CIDASC (Companhia Integrada de Desenvolvimento Agrário de Santa Catarina). By using 15 months of data, provided by CIDASC, regarding the environmental parameters of the cultivation's waters of the state, could be assess the current status of the activity and their development trade embargoes. The research findings suggest the most suitable locations for the development of activity in Santa Catarina and its potential and needs regarding the requirements necessary to carry up international trade in products derived from the cultivation of bivalve molluscs. This analysis led to conclude that the productive areas of Santa Catarina are suitable for the international trade of bivalve molluscs when considering the environmental parameters required for such activity and the international law that set up this market.

The topic of the master’s thesis is a design of steel structure of footbridge. Footbridge goes across the roadways and railway. It is a design of a new structure in Nová Karolina in Ostrava. Span of footbridge is 200m. The footbridge’s superstructure is two steel arches angled toward each other and fixed to the foundation blocks. The supporting beam of the bridge deck is connected to the arch by tie-rods. The deck beam is a welded box section. The tie-rods are arranged to the V-shaped system. Deck of footpath is semi through type and orthotropic. The arches are connected at the top by lateral bracing. Lateral bracing is Saint Andrew's Cross type system.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is variant design and assessment of loadbearing structure of steel footbridge over I/11 route. Main superstructure will have two steel arched beams joined with lower orthotropic deck using suspenders in the „V“ shape. For assessment of superstructure a three-dimensional structural computational model was created in software Dlubal RFEM 5.20. The span of the footbridge is 48,71 m, free width is 4 m, height is 7,5 m. The structure was designed according to currently valid standarts to the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S355.

Fecal coliforms have been described as one of the best indicators of pollution in the aquatic environments by human wastes, and it is widely used as a parameter for classifying areas where oysters are farmed or extracted. Among Enterobacteriaceae members, E. coli stands out as potential pathogenic specie, representing risk for public healthy when associated with consumption of raw or undercooked bivalves. However, little is known about this colonization in the bivalve tissues and/or distribution of these enteric bacteria. The objective of the present study was to: (i) quantify fecal coliforms from body fluid and anatomical sites, separately; (ii) isolate and identify E. coli in oysters commercialized in natura in Praia do Futuro beach, Fortaleza-Ceará; (iii) evaluate the virulence profile and resistance to antimicrobial agents of E. coli isolates. The study covered ten samples, from February to April 2012, by analyzing twelve oysters for sample, divided into a body fluid (intervalvar liquor) and two anatomical sites (mantle and gastrointestinal tract). Fecal coliforms concentration was higher than allowed by legislation nº 12/2001 of ANVISA in three samples, and intervalvar liquor presented higher MPN in six samples. Out of 137 E. coli strains isolated, 19% was resistant to both tetracycline and oxytetracycline, and MAR ranged from 0,250 to 0,625. It is further noted producing expended spectrum beta lactamases strains, however none showed biofilm production. The major frequency resistance to oxytetracycline suggests a selective pressure to mangrove ecosystem microbiota that could be directly affected by farming shrimp activity, practiced in a region next to Parnaíba city, located in Piauí state, where oysters are extracted. In addition, the presence of multiple resistance can be a risk for in natura oyster consumers.
Os coliformes termotolerantes têm sido descritos como um dos melhores indicadores de contaminação de ambientes aquáticos por resíduos humanos, sendo amplamente utilizado como parâmetro para classificação de áreas onde se cultiva ou extrai ostras. Dentre os membros deste grupo, a Escherichia coli se destaca como uma espécie potencialmente patogênica, representando risco para a saúde pública quando associada ao consumo de moluscos bivalves crus ou parcialmente cozidos. Entretanto, pouco é sabido sobre a colonização nos tecidos desses moluscos e/ou distribuição dessas bactérias entéricas. O presente estudo teve como objetivos:(i) quantificar coliformes termotolerantes do fluido corporal e dos sítios anatômicos, separadamente;(ii) isolar e identificar E. coli de amostras de ostras comercializadas in natura na Praia do Futuro, Fortaleza-Ceará;(iii) avaliar o perfil de virulência e resistência a antimicrobianos dos isolados de E. coli. Foram realizadas dez coletas no período de fevereiro a abril de 2012, sendo analisadas dez ostras por coleta, divididas em um fluido corporal (líquido intervalvar) e dois sítios anatômicos (músculo e trato gastrointestinal). Os resultados apontaram três amostras com contagens de coliformes acima do limite estabelecido pela legislação nº 12 de 2001 da ANVISA, tendo o líquido intervalvar apresentado o NMP mais elevado em seis amostras. Das 137 cepas de E. coli isoladas, verificou-se maior incidência de resistência à tetraciclina e oxitetraciclina (19%), com variação do Índice de Múltipla Resistência (MAR) entre 0,250 e 0,625. Observou-se ainda a presença de cepas produtoras de enzimas beta-lactamases de espectro estendido, porém nenhuma das cepas testadas apresentou produção de biofilme. A elevada frequência de resistência à oxitetraciclina sugere uma pressão seletiva sobre a microbiota do ecossistema manguezal, que pode ser afetada diretamente pela atividade de carcinicultura, praticada na região próxima à cidade de Parnaíba, localizada no Estado do Piauí, de onde as ostras são extraídas. Além disso, a presença de múltipla resistência aos antimicrobianos observada pode ser indicativa de risco para os consumidores de ostra in natura.

62 ostraca grecs (documents écrits sur tessons de céramique), conservés depuis 1910 à la Bibliothèque Nationale et Universitaire de Strasbourg (France), sont ici édités pour la première fois. Il s'agit essentiellement de reçus d'impôts, qui proviennent de Thèbes (Haute-Egypte) et datent du Haut-Empire romain, en particulier du IIe s. apr. J.-C. La présentation met en évidence un phénomène bien connu en papyrologie, mais qui n'avait guère été exploité pour ce type de textes: les contribuables, en conservant ces documents pour un éventuel contrôle, se constituaient de modestes archives privées. Celles-ci ont parfois été retrouvées telles quelles, puis dispersées sur la marché des antiquités: il convient donc, autant que possible, de les reconstituer dans la publication, de sorte que 27 ostraca conservés dans d'autres collections (Royal Ontario Museum; Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana; Sorbonne) mais apparentés aux nouveaux documents de Strasbourg, sont republiés ici.

Les dossiers ainsi réunis permettent diverses recherches sur le système de taxation complexe mis en place à l'époque romaine (impôts capitaires, fonciers et autres) et sur l'organisation de la perception et ses variations dans le temps et, surtout, selon les sites. Ils éclairent également la topographie de Thèbes, du point de vue administratif, à cette époque. Une petite moitié des textes publiés ici, dont plusieurs sont bilingues, constituent les archives d'une famille de prêtres, dont un stoliste d'Apollon (Montou) et Asklèpios (Imhotep); ils apportent ainsi un témoignage important sur le milieu où se maintint le plus longtemps l'usage du démotique: à Thèbes comme ailleurs en Egypte, il apparaît qu'il s'agit du clergé.
