Abstract:
As relações sociais são construídas e mantidas a partir da interação entre os indivíduos. A ocitocina (OT), vasopressina (AVP), estrogênios (EST) e dopamina (DOPA), bem como seus respectivos receptores estão envolvidos na modulação do comportamento sexual de fêmeas. Estruturas do sistema nervoso central (SNC), tais como o bulbo olfatório (BO), o hipotálamo (HPT), o córtex pré-frontal (CPF) e o hipocampo (HPC) exercem importantes funções relacionadas à motivação sexual, reconhecimento de odores, memória e respostas emocionais. Em camundongos fêmeas, a OT é essencial para o comportamento de lordose e para estabelecer a preferência pelo parceiro. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o impacto do nocauteamento no gene da OT (OTKO) no comportamento sexual de camundongos fêmeas, na síntese hipotalâmica de AVP e na expressão gênica dos receptores de OT (OTR), AVP (AVPR1a), EST alfa (ERα), EST beta (ERβ) e DOPARD2 no BO, HPT, CPF e HPC. Foram utilizados 11 camundongos fêmeas (C57BL/6J) para o grupo controle (WT) e o mesmo número para o grupo OTKO. A detecção do transgene no genoma foi realizada pela técnica de reação em cadeia da polimerase (PCR) e os animais foram classificados como: WT (OT+/+), heterozigoto (OT+/-) e OTKO (OT-/-). O teste do comportamento sexual da fêmea foi realizado na noite do proestro e os parâmetros comportamentais avaliados foram: frequência, duração e latência de lordose, além da frequência de montas, bem como as posturas não receptivas e a locomoção. A coleta das estruturas encefálicas (BO, HPT, CPF e HPC) aconteceu na manhã seguinte do teste comportamental. Os cDNAs foram sintetizados por transcrição reversa seguida de reação em cadeia da polimerase (RT-PCR). A expressão gênica de cada receptor foi calculada a partir da fórmula 2-ΔΔCt. Os dados do registro comportamental e da expressão gênica foram expressos pela média, erro padrão da média (±EPM), analisados pelo teste de Mann-Whitney e o nível de significância aceito foi de p<0,05. Nossos resultados mostraram aumento significativo da latência e diminuição significativa da frequência e da duração do comportamento de lordose em fêmeas OTKO. Em relação às posturas não receptivas, fêmeas OTKO apresentaram diminuição significativa da latência e aumento significativo da frequência e da duração destas posturas. No que concerne à expressão gênica dos diferentes receptores, fêmeas OTKO apresentaram diminuição significativa da expressão gênica do OTR apenas no HPC em relação ao grupo WT. Verificamos que o grupo OTKO apresentou diminuição significativa da expressão gênica do AVPR1a apenas no HPT, mas aumento da expressão no HPC quando comparadas ao grupo WT. Também, fêmeas OTKO apresentaram diminuição significativa da expressão gênica do ERα e ERβ apenas no CPF quando comparadas ao grupo WT. Não foram encontradas diferenças significativas na expressão gênica do DOPARD2 em nenhuma das estruturas estudadas quando comparados os dois grupos estudados. No que diz respeito ao nocauteamento no gene da OT, nossos resultados mostraram que este não promove diferença significativa na síntese de RNAm de AVP no HPT do grupo OTKO quando ao grupo WT. Nossos principais achados nos permitem inferir que a ausência da OT dentro do SNC, bem como a importante alteração da expressão dos genes estudados (OTR, AVPR1a, ERα e ERβ) principalmente no CPF estão relacionados com a diminuição do comportamento sexual observada nas fêmeas OTKO.<br>Social relations are built and maintained from the interaction between individuals. Oxytocin (OT), vasopressin (AVP), estrogens (EST), dopamine (DOPA) and their receptors are involved in the modulation of sexual behavior in females. Structures of the central nervous system (CNS), such as the olfactory bulb (OB), hypothalamus (HPT), medial amygdale, prefrontal cortex (PFC) and hippocampus (HPC) have important functions related to sexual motivation, odor recognition, memory, and emotional responses. In mice, OT is essential for lordosis behavior and to establish the female preference for her partner. The experimental model using knockout animals for OT allows evaluating the physiological and behavioral changes generated from this genetic manipulation. This study aimed to analyze the impact of OT gene knockout (OTKO) in sexual behavior of female mice, in the synthesis hypothalamic of AVP and gene expression of OT receptors (OTR), AVP (AVPR1a), EST alpha (ERα), EST beta (ERβ) and DOPARD2 in OB, HPT, PFC and HPC. We used 11 female mice (C57BL/6J) for the control group (WT) and the same number for the OTKO group. Detection of the transgene in the genome was performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the animals were classified as: WT (OT+/+), heterozygous (+/-OT) and OTKO (OT-/-). The female sexual behavior test was performed on the evening of proestrus and these behavioral parameters were evaluated: frequency, duration and latency lordosis, frequency of mounts, as well as non-receptive positions and locomotion. The collection of brain structures (OB, HPT, PFC and HPC) happened the next morning the behavioral test. The CDNAs were synthesized by reverse transcription followed by polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The gene expression of each receptor was calculated from the 2-ΔΔCt formula. Data from the behavioral record and gene expression were expressed as mean, standard error of the mean (±SEM) and analyzed by the Mann-Whitney test. In all cases, P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Our results showed significant increase in latency and decrease in the frequency and duration of lordosis behavior in OTKO females. For non-receptive postures, OTKO females were significantly reduced latency and increased frequency and duration of these postures. Regarding the gene expression of different receptors, OTKO females showed significant decrease in OTR gene expression only in the HPC compared to WT group. We found that the OTKO group showed a significant decrease in gene expression of AVPR1a only in HPT, but increased expression in HPC as compared to WT group. Also, OTKO females showed significant decrease in gene expression of ERα and ERβ only the PFC when compared to the WT group. There were no significant differences in gene expression DOPARD2 in any of the studied structures when comparing the two groups. Regarding knockout in OT gene, our results showed that this does not promote significant difference in AVP mRNA synthesis in HPT of OTKO group when the WT group. Our main findings allow us to infer that the absence of OT within the CNS, as well as a significant changes in expression of the genes studied (OTR, AVPR1a, ERα and ERβ) mainly in the PFC are related to decreased sexual behavior observed in OTKO females.

Die sozialpädagogischen Diskussionen im Kaiserreich und der Weimarer Republik wurden disziplinübergreifend geführt, waren nicht auf den akademischen diskursiven Zusammenhang beschränkt und wurden im Kontext der Lösung der sozialen Frage gesehen. Dies wurde bisher in der sozialpädagogischen Geschichtsschreibung weitgehend ausgeblendet. Mit den hier vorliegenden Darstellungen zur Biografie und den sozialpädagogischen Anteilen im Schrifttum von Otto Rühle (1874-1943) soll deshalb die enge Verbindung von zeitgenössischer Sozialpädagogik, Sozialpolitik und sozialer Frage aufgezeigt werden. Die vorliegenden Erarbeitungen beziehen sich thematisch auf seine materialistisch-pragmatische Erziehungskonzeption, die er sie im Kaiserreich entworfen hat sowie deren Verbindung mit der Individualpsychologie von Alfred Adler in den 20er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts.

"El Ser para-otro sartreano" está estructurada en cuatro partes que corresponden a un común denominador: el análisis del Otro. El otro aparece descrito en su génesis, ejemplificado en la creación literaria, en su dimensión marxistas y finalmente en la ética.<br/><br/>Que el Otro en la filosofía de Sartre es una evidencia, es innegable. Pero, ¿cómo actúa específicamente? ¿Qué genera?<br/><br/>La respuesta a estas dos preguntas es la tesis que se afirma en este trabajo: creemos que el otro en la filosofía sartreana actúa como una permanente dialéctica cosificadora y genera un sin fin de relaciones las cuales precisan de una moral debidamente articulada para hacer posible que esas relaciones sean lo más amigables posible. Es decir, el análisis del Otro nos lleva a la necesidad de crear una moral que satisfaga las necesidades individuales y sociales.<br/><br/>Para demostrarlo he seguido el siguiente procedimiento:<br/><br/>1. Un análisis ontológico del Otro desde tres perspectivas: la mirada, cómo está anclado y cómo estás descrito.<br/><br/>2. Un recorrido metódico por las obras literarias deteniéndome en el Teatro y enfatizando la acción del prójimo como dialéctica cosificadora.<br/><br/>3. Una exposición sobre cómo el Otro al abrirse a la exterioridad se relaciona con los Otros. Aquí he tenido en cuenta la aproximación sartreana al marxismo y en consecuencia trato temas como la rareza, la praxis y materialidad. <br/><br/>4. Finalmente, expongo de qué forma la moral es el elemento regulador entre el Otro y Yo, cómo se fundamenta esa moral y pongo de manifiesto la necesidad de un equilibrio entre el Yo y el Otro.<br/> <br/>Las conclusiones que extraemos son las siguientes:<br/><br/>1. El Otro actúa como una permanente dialéctica cosificadora.<br/><br/>2. El Otro genera un sin fin de relaciones las cuales precisan de una moral debidamente articulada para hacer posible que esas relaciones sean lo más armoniosas posibles.<br/><br/>3. El análisis del Otro nos lleva a la necesidad de crear una moral que satisfaga las relaciones sociales en todas sus vertientes.<br/><br/>4. Finalmente, el ser para-otro es el responsable de que esa moral regule las relaciones sociales e individuales.

Está constituído a partir de uma visão crítica da História, o que permite que ?outras imagens?, fragmentárias e não monumentais, também tenham espaço. Em diálogo com o princípio da montagem, este esboço apresenta-se em duas partes. Na primeira, Imagens possíveis, estão citadas as imagens elaboradas em vida e post mortem acerca do austríaco-brasileiro que nasceu em Viena em 1900, se exilou no Brasil em 1939 e morreu no Rio de Janeiro, em 1978. It stems from a critical view of history, allowing for ?other images? fragmented and non-monumental ? to share the space.In dialogue with the montage principle, this sketch has two parts. The first, Possible Images, quotes the images produced during and after the life of the Austrian-Brazilian, who was born in Vienna in 1900, went to Brazil in exile in 1939 and died in Rio de Janeiro in 1978. The second part, Possible Montages, presents two possibilities of a biographical exercise: through the allegorical reading of documentary O Velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), understood as an instrument of intervention in the Brazilian dictatorship context and as a biographical retelling of the author?s European experiences; and through my Scrapbook of Critical Images, a record of the encounters in Carpeaux through critical images produced from the caesura of the present.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magister en ArtesVisuales<br>El siguiente texto se titula “Kangechi” y refiere a lo otro, desde otro y por otro. “Kangechi” es una palabra del mapuzungun1 que se utiliza para explicitar despectivamente algo que no corresponde a la norma. Quizás, el concepto de anormal sería un buen equivalente en español. Para este proceso de investigación pretendo re-afinar el término, quitándole su connotación negativa y estableciéndolo como un campo para re-habitar un nuevo cuerpo y sujeto fuera de las categorías de las normas coloniales de construcción del género y la sociedad. También lo hago pensando en la situación que atraviesa mi experiencia dentro del contexto de la warria2 de Santiago. El tránsito de migración por una diáspora forzada, vivida por mis abuelos y padres, se suma al contexto neoliberal en el que fui educado, donde la identidad buscaba ser normalizada bajo las ideas de chilenidad y masculinidad. Coincidentemente, mi identidad era disruptiva entre mis pares: era afeminado y un apellido mapuche, sumado a ser hijo de feriantes eran asuntos que mis compañeros de curso no perdonaban y me lo hacían saber a diario. Esta realidad que marcó largos años de mi vida, me impulsa hoy a buscar desde el arte posibilidades para generar fugas. La obra como un espacio abierto a la reflexión, me permite jugar con mis posibles identidades y proponer al espectador que se cuestione la suya. El proyecto “KANGECHI” cuestionará la idea de la “identidad” dentro del mundo mapuche, por un parte, y de lo chileno, por otra. El eje será lo marginado de ambas construcciones identitarias hegemónicas, esto es lo champurreadx (referente a algo mezclado en el mundo mapuche), lo híbrido, entendido como aquello que no se acomoda a los límites que las nociones identitarias dominantes establecen. Estos cuestionamientos recorren la clase, la raza y el género, pretendiendo desmontar ciertas condiciones, cristalizadas dentro de la sociedades chilena y mapuche. Desde el deseo de reflexionar sobre lo no reconocido dentro de las identidades articuladas y, “fácilmente” reconocibles, como lo serían la chilena y la mapuche, es posible instalar una serie de operaciones críticas. El prejuicio y la ignorancia, arraigados tras la conquista y profundizados con el sistema neoliberal chileno, generó nuevos sujetos marginados por el solo hecho de reconocerse dentro de categorías híbridas, en los límites de las provistas por el discurso oficial chileno. El proyecto busca centrarse en aquellos sujetos dispuestos a aceptar lo híbrido por sobre una noción purista y totalitaria de lo identitario; para ello, es necesario realizar un cruce entre raza, clase y género permitiendo una mirada crítica de la construcción de la “identidad” como algo fijo y estático.

Paul Eduin Otto Bauer (1850 Zwickau - 1916 Radeberg) war der erste Radeberger Bürgermeister, der auf Grund außergewöhnlicher Leistungen und Verdienste zum Wohle der Stadt Radeberg zum „Bürgermeister auf Lebenszeit“ ernannt wurde. Sein Leben bestimmte die Kommunalpolitik, für die er sich mit ganzer Kraft einsetzte. Nach einer Referendarzeit in Leipzig begleitete er das Amt eines Bürgermeisters in Burgstädt und Ronneburg/Thür. und ab 1895 in Radeberg. Radeberg befand sich in der Entwicklung zu einer bedeutenden Industriestadt mit einer stetig anwachsenden Einwohnerzahl. Große Aufgaben standen an, mit Wohnungsbau, Schulneubau, Straßenbau, Neubau eines Städtischen Krankenhauses, einer Realschule, Bau eines Königl. Feuerwerks-Laboratoriums, Entwicklung eines neuen Wohngebietes „Radeberger Süd-Vorstadt“ u.v.a.m. Bauer wirkte ebenfalls überregional zum Wohle Sachsens.

Abstract:
À travers le prisme français des années 1930, l'encyclopédiste Otto Neurath (1882-1945) apparaît comme un homme en recherche de l'universel. Dans la construction des moyens, mise au service de campagnes sanitaires ou municipales, à Vienne ou à la Haye, se déploie une pédagogie par l'image, les isotypes. L'encyclopédie de la science unitaire décidée au Congrès international de philosophie scientifique (Paris, 1935), organisé autour du noyau logique, doit accompagner le devenir des divers domaines de la science qui en appellent, à l'instar de la physique ou de la météorologie, à une entente internationale. L'encyclopédisme moderne s'enracine dans Leibniz et Diderot : le cédérom permet de saisir des occurrences rares et les permanences. Les fluctuations sur les rapports du signe et de la chose tendent à déplacer les conventions sur l'objet, et à annihiler le processus de définition au profit du langage ordinaire. En politique, Neurath est un socialiste du XIXe siècle, mais planificateur et utopiste à la fois. Ce marxisme tire plus que le bénéfice d'un flirt avec l'empirisme social. En guise de doctrine du langage, le vieil aspect de l'accumulation philologique s'ouvre aux processus de la vie quotidienne. « Ad majorem felicitatem »? Le schéma continuiste (celui du « step by step ») semble constamment à l'œuvre. Est-ce une preuve de la croyance à la puissance de l'éducation ? La limite est très certainement l'impossibilité dans le système neurathien d'accorder au certain la valeur V de la logique. Une antinomie ?<br>The team who came up with "Otto Neurath philosophy between science and politics" (C. U. P) had worked well. Denis Lelarge's research on the diseases (white plague, rachitic, cholera) shows how the social action needs some adapted language. More than a science as physics, the knowledge of society is a knowledge by acquaintance. The Modern Man is in the Making, the world is in the way of unification. But what for a world? For a democracy? Otto Neurath does not leave Marxism on the side, he takes in everyday life marks of the economical disorder and ask for a plan. The common legacy of both Leibniz and and Diderot is alive: plants and animals, coffee and baths as things are objects of philosophy, everyday the encyclopaedia is at work. The frame of philosophy is changing. But how to be sure of the truth of these practices? Is it a utopia?

Peintre oublié des études sur les anciens Pays-Bas, Otto van Veen (également appelé Otto Vaenius) est essentiellement connu pour avoir été le dernier maître de Rubens et pour être l'auteur de plusieurs livres d'emblèmes. En son temps, il était pourtant l'un des artistes les plus renommés des Flandres. La reconsidération de ce peintre, les influences qui furent les siennes et l'impact qu'il put avoir sur toute une génération d'artistes constituent l'objet de cette thèse. Centrée sur sa production peinte et dessinée, elle ne met toutefois pas de côté ses emblèmes, qui servent de points de comparaison pour certains sujets allégoriques. La production de Vaenius étant largement tributaire de la période dans laquelle il était en activité, cette étude est également centrée sur l'histoire culturelle et intellectuelle des Pays-Bas. Ainsi, les divers réseaux (artistique, humaniste, princier) qu'il fréquenta ont été étudiés en détail. Il s'agissait d'évaluer l'apport pictural de Vaenius en regard de sa démarche intellectuelle. Outre les portraits de diverses personnalités (princes, hommes d'Église, humanistes) et les cycles glorifiant l'image du prince tels que des Joyeuses Entrées, les peintures religieuses, respectant les préceptes du Concile de Trente, comme les peintures mythologiques et allégoriques, ont fait l'objet d'analyses qui prennent en compte le contexte de production ainsi que les diverses iconographies (tirées de sources variées, issues de I' Antiquité au XVIIe siècle). Alliant une peinture claire et lisible à des détails érudits et raffinés, l'œuvre de Vaenius donna lieu à de nombreuses innovations, tant plastiques qu'iconographiques, qu'il était nécessaire d'étudier<br>Otto van Veen (also called Otto Vaenius), an artist forgotten by studies on Northern painting, is mainly known for being the last master of Rubens and the author of several emblem books. In his time however, he was one of the most renowned artists of the Flemish school. The reconsideration of this painter, his influences and the impact he had on a whole generation of artists are the main topics of this dissertation. Centered on his paintings and drawings, it does not put aside its emblems, which provide invaluable keys to understand some of his allegories. Since Vaenius' production largely reflects his time, this study also focuses on the cultural and intellectual history of the Netherlands. Thus, the various networks (artistic, humanistic, princely) he was a part of have been studied in depth. The aim of this dissertation was to evaluate his pictorial contribution with regard to his intellectual background. Besides the portraits of various personalities (princes, churchmen, humanists) and the cycles glorifying the image of the prince such as Joyous Entries, the religious paintings, observing the precepts of the Council of Trent, as the mythological and allegorical paintings, have been the subject of analysis that take into account the context of production as well as the various iconographies (from diverse sources, from Antiquity to the 17th century). Combining a clear and legible painting with erudite and refined details, Vaenius' artworks have led to numerous innovations, both plastic and iconographic, that deserved to be studied

BACKGROUND: The need to create controlled vocabularies such as ontologies for knowledge organization and access has been widely recognized in various domains. Despite the indispensable need of thorough domain knowledge in ontology construction, most software tools for ontology construction are designed for knowledge engineers and not for domain experts to use. The differences in the opinions of different domain experts and in the terminology usages in source literature are rarely addressed by existing software. METHODS: OTO software was developed based on the Agile principles. Through iterations of software release and user feedback, new features are added and existing features modified to make the tool more intuitive and efficient to use for small and large data sets. The software is open source and built in Java. RESULTS: Ontology Term Organizer (OTO; http://biosemantics.arizona.edu/OTO/) is a user-friendly, web-based, consensus-promoting, open source application for organizing domain terms by dragging and dropping terms to appropriate locations. The application is designed for users with specific domain knowledge such as biology but not in-depth ontology construction skills. Specifically OTO can be used to establish is_a, part_of, synonym, and order relationships among terms in any domain that reflects the terminology usage in source literature and based on multiple experts' opinions. The organized terms may be fed into formal ontologies to boost their coverage. All datasets organized on OTO are publicly available. CONCLUSION: OTO has been used to organize the terms extracted from thirty volumes of Flora of North America and Flora of China combined, in addition to some smaller datasets of different taxon groups. User feedback indicates that the tool is efficient and user friendly. Being open source software, the application can be modified to fit varied term organization needs for different domains.

The purpose of this study was to investigate internal marketing at selected insurance enterprises. This study examines an approach to internal marketing. In the introduction, relevant concepts are explained and background information regarding marketing, the marketing concept, the marketing environment and relationship marketing is discussed. In addition, an overview of the systems approach, the internal marketing synthesis and the internal marketing purpose is given, the advantages of internal marketing are shown, and internal market research, internal market segmentation and internal target market choice are discussed. After the summary of the internal marketing mix, the internal product elements are discussed. These elements include management tools, such as the vision, mission, goals and strategy of an enterprise. The internal environment, which consists of the enterprise's values, principles and internal culture, also forms part of the internal product. The management's leadership style, training and development, employee support services and staff compensation are explored as part of the internal product. Bearing the internal product in mind, the internal price is studied. This part of the internal marketing mix is discussed in terms of staff sacrifices and contributions weighing up staff sacrifices against staff rewards. Other internal price elements, such as staff commitment, risk, stress and work pressure, are analysed in addition to time and family sacrifices and staff responsibility. After comparing the internal product and the internal price, the internal distribution elements are analysed as components of the internal marketing mix. These include the type of internal distribution channel, the choice of distribution channel and the role players during internal distribution. Thereafter, physical distribution is discussed as an internal distribution element. Subsequently, internal marketing communications, the fourth element of the internal marketing mix, is discussed. This part of the study looks at internal advertising, internal personal selling, internal sales promotions and internal publicity. It furthermore evaluates the various requirements for effective internal marketing communication and internal marketing messages. The internal support processes necessary for effective internal marketing such as staff participation, change management, internal conflict management and innovation and creativity processes are identified and discussed. Lastly, this section of the study considers internal customer service as a prerequisite for internal marketing and also analyses aspects of this service such as internal service culture, total quality management and internal relationship management. It also delineates the requirements and principles for internal customer service and the advantages and disadvantages of an internal customer service strategy. The theoretical section of the study is followed by an exposition of the relevant findings of the empirical study. The most salient of these include: All the respondents from selected insurance enterprises found the internal market research, internal market segmentation and internal target market choice to be unsatisfactory; The internal product of the big enterprise (number 6) is more successful than those of the other enterprises; Internal price is not as big a problem for these enterprises as the other elements of internal marketing are; The small enterprises are more successful with internal distribution than the other enterprises are; Internal market communication is a problem for all the selected enterprises, but the respondents from enterprises 1 and 6 are more satisfied with it than the respondents from the other enterprises; The internal processes and internal customer service are more successful at the small enterprises than they are at the big enterprises. Y es que apenas podemos probar nuestra propia existencia; la de cualquier Otro siempre puede ser puesta en duda. La presente tesis tiene por objetivo analizar la posibilidad de responder (desde la fenomenología) a la duda solipsista mediante la experiencia del erotismo, o amor sensual. Identificando dos momentos del erotismo, lo sensual y el amor, plantearé a partir de ellos dos vías argumentativas por medio de las cuales será posible tener una experiencia cierta del Otro, y así eliminar la sombra de la duda sobre su existencia y la posibilidad de relación con él. La argumentación para sostener estas vías se basará principalmente en Sartre, Lévinas y Bataille, recurriendo también a autores como Husserl, Merleau-Ponty, Byung-Chul Han, Giannini, Jaspers, Platón, Nancy, entre otros.
