Mabayuh Oton ceremony has several special functions that are first functioning religiously. This ceremony is one of the manusa yadnya ceremonies held in Bali which aims to free human beings from the shackles of Sad Ripu or the nature of the gamut brought from birth. After mabayuh oton has been executed, the bad traits will be controlled and emerging traits that are in accordance with the norms of moral Hindu religion and the basis of a holy life. Secondly, itserves as a form of local culture of the Balinese community which until now is still held. Third, This ceremony serves to the character building of children. According to the naturalistic view of the children character beside of being formed by the environmental factors, their character are also built innate factors.

The paper presents the literary writings and cultural-political activities of Oton Župančič in the period before the World War I and during the war with the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes or the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, respectively. Based on the analysis of Župančič's cultural-political activities, his poems with national(istic) and political substance published in journals/newspapers, books of poetry – notably the collection V zarje Vidove (In the Vitus Dawn), selected essays, notes and correspondences, it was possible with respect to the mentioned period to discern his concern for the nation's fate, i.e. his attitude towards Slovene and Yugoslav identity. As a Bela Krajina native, he identified as both a Slovene and a Yugoslav at the same time. But his definition of an integral Yugoslav identity in the first few decades of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes did not include language unitarism.

Pri pisanju le-teh se je Savin naslanjal na ljudska besedila in motiviko ali pa pesnitve ustvarjalcev kot so Anton Aškerc, Oton Župančič ter drugi. Skladbe so si po obdelavi motivov in obravnavi posameznih glasovnih skupin precej podobne in slogovno ustrezajo novoromatničnim potezam ter tudi impresionizmu.

Cet article constitue la deuxième partie de notre étude sur les idées linguistiques de Lucien Tesnière, dont la première partie a paru dans le numéro précédent de Studies about languages. Après avoir analysé les idées linguistiques les plus théoriques de Tesnière, notamment sa syntaxe structurale, nous nous intéressons ici à l’aspect plus « appliqué » de sa linguistique, même si théorie et application sont souvent liées chez Tesnière et peuvent parfois être difficiles à dissocier. Nous analysons tout d’abord la conception de la didactique des langues étrangères et du français que Tesnière développe, en partie en se fondant sur les acquis de la syntaxe structurale. Nous nous penchons ensuite sur la place de la géographie linguistique dans l’œuvre de Tesnière, puisque ce dernier s’y consacre dès le début de sa carrière avec son doctorat sur le duel en slovène et l’Atlas linguistique qui en découle. Enfin, nous revenons sur l’intérêt que Tesnière a toujours témoigné pour la littérature et sur la traduction et l’analyse qu’il propose du poète Oton Joupantchitch dans son ouvrage Oton Joupantchitch, poète slovène : l’homme et l’œuvre de 1931. Nous nous interrogeons pour conclure sur les conseils aux jeunes linguistes formulés par Tesnière.

Penciptaan karya tari Sapuh Leger merupakan pencapaian ide serta kreativitas yang di latar belakangi oleh kelahiran seseorang. Menurut masyarakat Hindu sifat baik buruknya seseorang sangat dipengaruhi oleh hari kelahiran. Kelahiran seseorang pada Wuku Wayang merupakan kelahiran yang dianggap tidak tepat, karena dapat mempengaruhi sifat dan tingkah lakunya sehingga terlihat berbeda ketika seseroang yang lahir dihari biasa. Masyarakat Hindu Bali sangat meyakini adanya mitologi kelahiran Wuku Wayang yang berhubungan dengan kelahiran Bhatara Kala. Konon katanya Bhatara Kala memiliki sifat dan watak yang tidak baik, untuk itu setiap kelahiran pada Wuku Wayang wajib diupacarai yang disebut dengan upacara Bayuh Oton Sapuh Leger.Karya ini mengungkapkan beberapa sifat anak yang dilahirkan pada Wuku Wayang menurut umat Hindu Bali. Sifat-sifat tersebut diantaranya pemarah, egois, dan selalu menolak nasetan orang tua. Selain sifar-safatnya karya sapuh Leger juga menampilkan elemen-elemen yang digunakan dalam upacara Bayuh Oton Sapuh Leger seperti membuat Banten, meminta air suci, memercikkan air suci, dan sembayang (berdoa). Penciptaan karya tari Sapuh Leger adalah sebagai cerminan diri pada anak dan orang dewasa yang beberapa tidak dapat mengendalikan amarah dan emosionalnya terhadap orang tua. Karya ini diharapkan dapat menjadi intropeksi dan menjadi kesadaran agar menjahui sifat yang kurang baik.Penari dalam karya ini berjumlah sembilan orang penari putri dengan menampilkan lima adegan yang menegaskan pada sifat anak yang lahir pada Wuku Wayang dan proses upacara pembersihan diri.The creation of Sapuh Leger dance works is the achievement of ideas and creativity that is based on one's birth. According to Hindu society, the merits of a person are greatly influenced by the day of birth. Someone's birth in Wuku Wayang is a birth that is considered inappropriate, because it can affect the nature and behavior of that person so that it looks different when someone is born on an ordinary day. The Balinese Hindu community strongly believes in the mythology of the birth of Wuku Wayang which is related to the birth of Bhatara Kala. It is said that Bhatara Kala has bad character, for that every birth in Wuku Wayang must be celebrated which is called the Bayuh Oton Sapuh Leger ceremony.This work reveals some of the characteristics of children born in Wuku Wayang according to Balinese Hindus. These traits include being angry, selfish, and always rejecting parents' advice. Besides that, the work of Sapuh Leger also displays elements used in the Bayuh Oton Sapuh Leger ceremony such as making Banten, asking for Tirta or holy water, sprinkling holy water, and Sembahyang (praying). The creation of Sapuh Leger dance works is a reflection of children and adults who some cannot control their anger and emotional toward their parents. This work is expected to be introspective and become awareness in order to find out the nature that is not good.The dancers in this work number nine female dancers by presenting five scenes that emphasize the nature of the child born in Wuku Wayang and the process of self-cleansing ceremony.

Leta 1909 je Oton Zupančič objavil epigram, v katerem je naperil ost proti nekemu pesniku, kije skusal »pomodernisti heksameter s tem, da je starodavni verz zajezil v brani rim. Ta reformator heksametra je očitno Anton Aškerc ki je nekaj mesecev prej izdal pesniško zbirko Akropolis in piramide. V tej zbirki najdemo med drugim tudi pesem V starem Korintu, napisano v kratkih rimanih verzih. Če v njej po dva in dva zaporedna verza strnemo, dobimo heksametre, kar je opazil in pohvalil že klasični filolog in Askerčev prijatelj Josip Wester v oceni zbirke Akropolis in piramide; oceno je objavil v Slovenskem narodu.

The present article opens some new questions about Begunka pri zibeli [The Refugee by the Cradle], one of Anton Lajovic’s best and most expressive songs for voice and piano, which was also connected with the historical events by the Soča/Isonzo front in the First World War. Special attention is given to the original literary text by Oton Župančič. His allusions to the painting of the Virgin Mary from the place of pilgrimage Sveta gora near Gorica/Gorizia, which also shared the refugee’s fate, could bring new insights into the identity of the “refugee by the cradle”.

<p>In Hindu, someone who is born to coincide with wuku wayang is a child who falls into the category of "cemer", because it has the same birthday as Bhatara Kala. Bhatara Kala will eat every child who has the same birth day as him, so to avoid the pursuit of Bhatara Kala every child is required to carry out the Sapuh Leger Ceremony. This study aims to address several issues including: (1) The procession of the Sapuh Leger Ceremony, (2) Application of the teachings of Manusa Yadnya, (3) the meaning of symbols in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony in the Padang Griya Environment, Padangsambian Village, West Depasar.</p><p>This type of research is qualitative, with the determination of informants using the purposive sampling method. As well as collecting data using non-participant observation, structured interviews with recording techniques, recording and shooting, and literature study methods. Data analysis conducted in this study used a descriptive qualitative method.</p><p>The results of the study showed that the procession of the Sapuh Leger Ceremony in the Padang Griya Environment Padangsambian Village, West Denpasar was carried out from morning to noon, starting from offering offerings to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi as a manifestation of Oton God, licking to cleanse themselves in beji and in the Lord Shiva Buddhist temple. The application of the teachings of Manusa Yadnya in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony lies in the procession of the implementation of the Natab Banten Oton procession. Meaning of symbols in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony is found in the Facilities used in the ceremony and staging of the Sapuh Leger Puppet. So that through each symbol used in the ceremony to form a communication to deliver a message so that children born in wuku wayang always find prosperity in their lives.</p>

Nematic liquid crystal (LC)-based beam steering has been reported for wide applications. However, for conventional nematic LC beam steering the thickness is of several microns in order to have a wider deflection angle. The response time is relatively slow and the diffraction efficiency is low. In this work, novel beam steering based on polymer stabilized blue phase liquid crystal (PS-BPLC) has been designed and theoretically analyzed. This special mesophase of the chiral doped nematic LC has several advantageous characteristics, for example no need for alignment layers, microsecond response time and an isotropic voltage-off state. The results reveal control over phase retardation. The direction of the steered beam can be tuned by voltage. Depending on voltage configuration, either diffractive beam steering (0.5deg deviation for 1st order) or a tunable continuous phase (tunable deviation of 0.002deg) can be obtained. In the first case, the deflection angle could be tuned by stacks of samples. The second option has the same phase shift for the TE and TM modes so unpolarized light could be used. Tambémforam realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores queatuam no ensino fundamental de 5ª a 8ª série das Escolas Antôniode Oliveira Gordo, Oton Gomes de Lima, Tia Erica e a Lauro Sodrépresentes no município de Moju-PA. Os dados foram organizados,discutidos e analisados segundo a Análise do Discurso, de Orlandi(2001). Among Slovene scholars in English and German studies Jakob Kelemina (19 July 1882- 14 May 1957) has a very important place. Janez Stanonik justly places him among the founding fathers of the University of Ljubljana (Stanonik 1966: 332). From 1920 Kelemina was professor of Germanic philology and between 1920 and 1957 he was also the Chair of the Deparment ofGermanic Languages and Literatures at the Faculty of Arts of this university. The major part of Kelemina's research was devoted to German and Austrian literatures, German philology, German-Slovene cultural relations, and literary theory; his work in these fields has already been discussed by severa! Slovene scholars. However, in the first two decades of the twentieth century Kelemina also wrote severa! book reviews of Slovene and Croatian translations of Shakespeare's plays as well as three introductory essays to Slovene translations of Shakespeare's plays. They are considered as the first serious studies on Shakespeare in Slovenia (Moravec 1974: 437), and have not been analysed yet. Therefore this topic presents the core of my study, together with an evaluation of Kelemina's contribution to Slovene translations of Shakespeare's plays done by Oton Župančič (1878-1949) during the first half of the twentieth century. Župančič's translations became the criterion for all further translations of Shakespeare's dramatic works in Slovene. Župančič is stili one of our most important poets and translators of this time and Kelemina's advice and criticism undoubtedly also helped him to achieve such a high standard in his translations. In the central part of my study I also include some new material (e.g. Kelernina's letters), which is relevant for our understanding of his co-operation with Oton Župančič and other Slovene authors and critics. In order to put Kelemina's work into a historical perspective I present at the beginning of my study a brief survey of the development of drama and theatre in Slovenia, particularly as regards pro ductions and early attempts oftranslating Shakespeare's plays into Slovene. This information, which may be particularly relevant for foreign readers, ends with the year 1922, when Kelemina's last writing about Shakespeare's plays appeared. In 2007 we commemorate the one hundred and twenty-fifth anniversary of Kelemina's birth and fiftieth anniversary of his death, which is another reason why his work on Shakespeare should be finally researched and evaluated. This study should also help expand our knowledge about Jakob Kelemina's contribution regarding translations of Shakespeare's plays for the Slovene theatre and for Slovene culture generally.

Nous nous intéressons dans cette contribution, publiée en deux parties, aux idées linguistiques de Lucien Tesnière (1893-1954). Si ce dernier est essentiellement connu pour la syntaxe structurale et pour certains concepts-clés comme ceux de valence ou de translation, en revanche son œuvre est beaucoup plus variée que ce à quoi on la réduit habituellement. Tesnière s’est occupé, en effet, à la fois de linguistique théorique, mais aussi de linguistique appliquée, au sens large du terme, puisqu’il a toujours développé un intérêt majeur pour l’enseignement des langues et pour la géographie linguistique. Il s’est en outre tourné vers la traduction et l’analyse littéraire, en traduisant et commentant l’œuvre du poète slovène Oton Joupantchitch. L’article qui suit est consacré à la partie la plus théorique de la linguistique de Tesnière, sur laquelle nous nous penchons à partir de quatre points : la réhabilitation de la synchronie, la syntaxe structurale et son originalité, la typologie des langues et l’histoire des langues et du langage. La seconde partie de cette contribution, qui paraîtra dans le prochain numéro de Studies about languages, sera quant à elle consacrée à l’aspect plus « pratique » de la linguistique tesnièrienne, bien que celui-ci ne puisse pas être séparé clairement de la théorie, et se focalisera sur la didactique des langues, la géographie linguistique, la traduction et l’analyse littéraire.

Maaperän kemialliset, fysikaaliset ja biologiset ominaisuudet vaikuttavat pellolla tuotetun sadon määrään ja laatuun. Luomuviljelyssä ei käytetä kemiallisia väkilannoitteita, jolloin kasvit ovat enemmän maan omien resurssien varassa. Maan mikrobiologiset ominaisuudet ovat avainasemassa maan sisältämien ravinteiden kierrossa ja siis vaikuttavat siihen, kuinka paljon ja milloin maassa on kasveille käyttökelpoisia ravinteita.Vuonna 2003 käynnistyneessä tutkimuksessa haluttiin selvittää, kuinka paljon maan kemialliset, fysikaaliset ja biologiset ominaisuudet voivat vaihdella yhden peltolohkon sisällä ja kuinka nopeita muutokset voivat olla. Tässä esityksessä keskitytään mikrobiologisten ominaisuuksien vaihtelun tarkasteluun. Koe toteutettiin Juvalla sijaitsevalla kahden hehtaarin luomuviljelyssä olevalla peltolohkolla. Lohkolle oli sijoiteltu 105 kpl 15m2 ruutua, joista otettiin maanäytteet muokkauskerroksesta syksyllä 2003. Maanäytteistä määritettiin typen nettomineralisaatio, mikrobiston yleinen aktiivisuus maahengityksen avulla sekä mikrobiston määrä sen sisältämän kokonaistypen ja –hiilen määrän avulla. Alustavien tulosten perusteella vaikuttaisi siltä, että eri maamikrobiologisilla muuttujilla eri tekijät selittävät niiden spatiaalista riippuvuutta ja vaihtelua. Maahengityksen ja maaperän mikrobiston kokonaismäärän spatiaalinen riippuvuus ylsi lähes yhtä pitkälle, eli noin 50 metriin, ja pinnanmukainen vaihtelu koepellolla noudatteli samankaltaista kuviota. Typen nettomineralisaation spatiaalinen riippuvuus sen sijaan ylsi vain 38 metriin ja pinnanmukainen vaihtelu ei näytä olevan yhteydessä mikrobibiomassan tai maahengityksen tuloksien kanssa eikä noudata yhtä selkeästi koepellon topografiaa. Tuloksia voidaan hyödyntää luonnonmukaisen viljelyn maamikrobiologisten ominaisuuksien näytteenotossa ja tilatason seurannan ohjeistuksessa. Tulokset antavat lisätietoa luomuviljelyn toteuttamiseen ja kehittämiseen ja ovat sovellettavissa myös tavanomaisessa viljelyssä. Maanäytteiden oton suunnitteluun ja toteuttamiseen spatiaalianalyysi antaa apua sopivien näytteenottotiheyksien määrittämiseen.

There are a lot of obstacles to be faced, takes for examples those happened at Tanggahan Peken Village such as: children’ missbehavior like stealing from others, smooking, fighting, etc. Here, parents play an important role as they are the first educators in the children’s environment. Parents need to educate and show their daughters and sons appropriate manners that in accordance to the Hindu’s teaching. The result of the study shows that (1) The parent’s roles in educating their children appropriate manner according to Hindu’s Teaching are: parents as first and main educator for children, parents as councelors, parents as role models, and parents also become the children’s motivators. These roles are importants to be implemented by parents to make children do teh expected behaviors in daily basis. (2) The obstacles faced by parents in educating manners according to Hindu’s Teaching are influenced by the internal and external factors. The internal factors are inate and become tehir character, while the external factors result from the environment like friends and technology. Neste ensaio irei apresentar um desenvolvimento conceitual de simetrias e suas viola¸c˜oes usando inicialmente como exemplo a simetria global de rota¸c˜ao e sua viola¸c˜aoespontˆanea, por um fluido escalar real, gerando o ferromagnetismo. O potencial usado por Landau-Ginzburg para explicar a supercondutividade por um fluido escalar complexo ´e muito similar ao ferromagnetismo. Atrav´es deste modelo podemos compreender a simetria de fase local ( simetria de calibre ) que este modelo apresenta gra¸cas ao acoplamento m´ınimo do campo eletromagn´etico com o fluido supercondutor. A partir da viola¸c˜ao espontˆanea desta simetria localdiscutimos como ocorre a gera¸c˜ao de massa do f´oton em ambiente supercondutor ( expuls˜ao do campo eletromagn´etico). Este processo ficou conhecido como o Mecanismo de Anderson-Higgs. Este mesmo mecanismo que ocorre em supercondutividade ´e utilizado para unificar o Eletromagnetismo e a intera¸c˜ao Fraca no Modelo Padr˜ao. Finalizamos este ensaio contextualizando o que veio a ser conhecido como campo de Higgs, cuja a excita¸c˜ao ( b´oson de Higgs ) acaba de ser verificada no LHC.

purpose of this study is to explore the influence of William Shakespeare on Slovene playwrights in the period between 1876, which marks the appearance of Jurčič - Levstik's Tugomer, and the 1930s, when Oton Župančič published his tragedy Veronika Deseniška (Veronika of Desenice, 1924) and, a few years later, Bratko Kreft his history, Celjski grofje (The Counts of Celje, 1932). Together with Cankar's works all of the plays discussed in this study deal with one of the well-known Slovene myths. In the previous number of Acta Neophilologica I published my study on the first Slovene tragedy Miss Jenny Love, which was published in Augsburg in 1780.1 The Romantic period, which followed this publication, was in Slovenia and elsewhere in Europe mainly characterized by the appearance of poetry, with a few exceptions of plays which were primarily intended for reading and not for the stage (Closet Drama). Let me mention here that in the Romantic period some of the finest Slovene poetry was written by France Prešeren (1800-1849), and although some of his friends suggested he should also attempt to write a play, his closest achievement to drama was his epic poem Krst pri Savici (Baptism at the Savica River, 1836), which is also often considered by literary historians as a predecessor of later Slovene dramatic literature. Although many Slovene authors who wrote their works in the nineteenth century knew Shakespeare's plays, they still found it easier to express themselves in prose. The first Slovene novel is Josip Jurčič's Deseti brat (The Tenth Brother), which was published in 1866, ten years earlier than his play Tugomer (Tugomer). However,Jurčičʹs tragedy Tugomer was artistically very much improved by the adaptation made by Fran Levstik, whose text has been since considered as the ʺtrueʺ version of this play. Further editions and adaptations of this play definitely prove that several Slovene authors have found the subject-matter of this play worthy of new interpretations. By the end of the nineteenth century the list of Slovene translators of Shakespeareʹs plays (most of them chose only some acts or scenes) was quite long. But it was only in 1899, when Ivan Cankarʹs translation of Hamlet appeared on stage of the Slovene National Theatre in Ljubljana, that a real master of the Slovene language approached one of Shakespeare's plays. Cankar became enthusiastic about Shakespeare's work and this is best seen also in Shakespeare's influence on three plays written by Cankar: Kralj na Betajnovi (The King of Betajnova, 1901), Pohujšanje v dolini Šentflorjanski (Scandal in the Valley of Saint Florian, 1907) and Lepa Vida (Beautiful Vida, 1911). The same kind of "enchantment" caught Oton Župančič, a Slovene poet, translator and dramatist, who had translated by 1924, when his Veronika Deseniška (Veronika of Desenice) appeared, several plays written by Shakespeare. A large number of echoes of Shakespeare's plays can be found in Župančič's play, not to mention the Bard's influence on Župančič's verse and style. Such influence can also be traced in Kreft's play. Many Slovene literary historians and critics mention in their studies Shakespeare's influence on Slovene dramatists but their reports are mainly seminal and rather generalizing. Therefore the purpose of this study is to provide a deeper analytical insight into this topic.

Luomulypsylehmien ruokintaan liittyy tekijöitä, joiden on useissa koti- ja ulkomaisissa tutkimuksissa todettu vaikuttavan edullisesti maidon rasvahappokoostumukseen. Näitä ovat muun muassa karkearehuvaltainen ruokinta, laiduntaminen, apilaa sisältävien karkearehujen käyttö sekä rasvaa sisältävän rypsipuristeen käyttö. Typensitojakasvina tunnettu puna-apila on erityisen tärkeä säilörehun raaka-aine luomumaitotiloilla, joten sen säännöllisen käytön ruokinnassa voidaan olettaa vaikuttavan positiivisesti myös tuotetun raakamaidon rasvahappokoostumukseen. Puna-apila on tutkimuksissa lisännyt erityisesti monityydyttymättömän α-linoleenihapon ja vähentänyt tyydyttyneiden keskipitkäketjuisten rasvahappojen, erityisesti palmitiinihapon osuutta maitorasvassa. Käytännössä puna-apilan osuus luomutilojen säilörehuissa kuitenkin vaihtelee vuodesta ja korjuuajankohdasta sekä muista tilatason tekijöistä johtuen, eikä tiedetä kuinka tämä vaikuttaa maidon rasvahappokoostumukseen. Tämän seurantatutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää luomuraakamaidon rasvahappokoostumuksen vaihtelua kahden vuoden ajalta. Osana Luomumaito - luonnostaan terveellistä -hanketta toteutetussa seurantatutkimuksessa oli vuosien 2008 – 2010 aikana mukana 9 – 10 eteläsavolaista luomumaitotilaa, joilta kerättiin 3 – 5 viikon välein raakamaitonäytteet tankkimaidosta rasvahappomäärityksiä varten. Rasvahappomääritys tehtiin MTT:n laboratoriossa standardimenetelmin. Maitonäytteiden oton ajankohtana syötössä olleista säilörehuista määritettiin kemiallinen koostumus ja rehuarvot (ARTTURI-analyysi). Tiloilta kysyttiin myös tiedot käytettyjen väkirehujen määrästä ja laadusta vastaavalta ajalta. Säilörehunäytteistä määritetyn kalsiumpitoisuuden perusteella tilalla tuotetun säilörehun apilapi-toisuus vaihteli suuresti sekä tilojen sisällä että niiden välillä. Puna-apilapitoisen rehun käyttö heijastui maitorasvan keskimääräiseen koostumukseen jonkin verran kohonneena α-linoleenihapon pitoisuutena, mutta vaihtelu rasvahappojen pitoisuuksissa sekä tilojen välillä että saman tilan maitonäytteissä eri näytteenottokertojen välillä oli melko suurta. Laidun- ja sisäruokintakauden välinen ero maidon rasvahappokoostumuksessa oli selvästi havaittavissa maitorasvan pehmenemisenä laidunkaudella. Tyydyttyneiden rasvahappojen pitoisuus väheni keskimäärin noin 5 %-yksikköä ja kerta- ja monityydyttymättömien rasvahappojen, muun muassa konjugoidun linolihapon ja α-linoleenihapon, pitoisuudet lisääntyivät laidunkauden aikana vastaavasti.

Pötsin pH asettaa rajat korkeatuottoisen lypsylehmän ruokinnan suunnitteluun. pH:n yläraja tulee vastaan ruokintahäiriötapauksissa, esimerkiksi ureamyrkytyksessä. Pötsin pH:n alaraja saavutetaan ruokinnan intensiteettiä nostettaessa, kun tavoitellaan mahdollisimman suurta maitotuotosta tai ruokinnallisissa virheissä. Maitotuotosintensiteetin nosto tapahtuu nurmirehun sulavuuden ja/tai väkirehumäärän noston avulla.Koetoiminnassa parsinavetan kokoaikalaiduntavien lehmien väkirehun jako on onnistunut 12 kiloon/vrk saakka, kun väkirehut on jaettu aamu ja iltalypsyn yhteydessä heti sisälle oton jälkeen ja juuri ennen laitumelle laskua. Jakokertoja tulee tällöin neljä kpl/vrk. Lypsyasemanavetassa kokoaikalaiduntavilla lehmilläon vain kaksi väkirehun jakokertaa vuorokaudessa. Ongelmana voi olla pötsin pH:n lasku, mikä voi johtaa hapanpötsiin. Seurauksena on syönnin ja maitotuotoksen pieneneminen ja mm. sorkkasairauksien riski lisääntyvät. Osa-aikalaiduntaville väkirehu voidaan jakaa useamman kerran päivässä, jolloin väkirehun kertaannos on pieni. Rehun valkuainen puskuroi pötsin pH:n muutosta, joten valkuaisen lisääminen voi pienentää pötsin pH:n muutoksia.Maitotiloilla ei ole rutiininomaista mittaustapaa pötsin pH:n määrittämiseen. pH:n muutosten tutkiminenon mahdollista pötsiin laitettavien jatkuvatoimisten pH-bolusten avulla. Tässä kokeessa käytettiin jatkuvatoimisia smaXtec pH-boluksia (smaXtec animal care GmbH, Itävalta), joiden valmistajan takaama käyttöaika on 50 vrk, pH:n mittaustarkkuus ± 0,1 pH yksikköä.Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tutkia soveltuvatko pH-bolukset lypsylehmien normaaliin ruokinnan seurantaan sekä suuren väkirehun kerta-annoksen vaikutusta pötsin pH tasoon laidunruokinnalla (koe 1). Lisäksi tavoitteena oli tutkia osa- ja kokoaikalaidunnuksen sekä väkirehun valkuaispitoisuuden vaikutusta pötsin pH tasoon vuorokauden eri aikoina kokoaikalaiduntavilla lehmillä (KL) verrattuna yöaikaan laiduntaviinlehmiin (OL), kun väkirehun määrä oli vakio (koe 2).Kokeen 1 perusteella 6 kilon väkirehumäärän jako kerta-annoksena lypsyasemalla on liian suuri ja altistaa lehmät syöntihäiriölle. Kokeen 2 perusteella 4,5 kilon väkirehuannos ei tuottanut vielä ongelmia. Yksittäisen pH-boluksen mittaaman aikasarjan perusteella pH-bolusten tulokset osoittautuivat peräkkäisten mittausten osalta luotettaviksi. Jatkuvatoimisia pH –boluksia suositellaan kustannussyistä sijoitettavaksi vain osalle lehmistä. Tämä ei tuota riittävästi tietoa tunnistamaan karjan riskiryhmässä olevia lehmiä. Dieetin komponenttien perusteella voitaisiin tuottaa ennustemalli keskimääräisen pH –tason arvioimiseksi, jotenbolusten arvo on nimenomaan yksilötason erojen määritys. Laiduntamisaika tai väkirehun valkuaispitoisuuseivät merkittävästi vaikuttaneet pötsin pH-tasoon.

Hivenainekoostumus on yksi tärkeimpiä ruoan ja rehujen ravitsemuksellisen laadun mittareita. Ihmisten ja tuotantoeläinten dieetti voi olla energian saannin kannalta riittävä, mutta siitä voi puuttua elintärkeitä hivenaineita, mikä aiheuttaa niin sanotun piilonälän (hidden hunger) ja sen seurauksena puutoksesta johtuvaa kasvun ja kehityksen hidastumista tai sairauksia. Hivenaineita voi olla myös yli ihmisen ja eläinten fysiologisen tarpeen, vaikka varsinaista haitallisen runsasta saantia esiintyy harvoin. Ruoan ja rehujen hivenainepitoisuuteen vaikuttavat ensisijaisesti ravinteen saatavuus maasta sekä hivenaineita sisältävät lannoitteet. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, miten kestävä tehostaminen ja tavoite valkuaisomavaraisuuden lisäämisestä voivat vaikuttaa ihmisten ja eläinten hivenaineiden saantiin. Sikojen, siipikarjan ja lypsylehmien hivenaineiden laskennallista saantia tarkasteltiin ilman kivennäistäydennystä erilaisilla malliruokinnoilla, joissa soija- tai rypsirouhetta korvattiin palkoviljoilla. Lisäksi laskettiin nurmisäilörehun puna-apilapitoisuuden lisäämisen vaikutukset lypsylehmän hivenaineiden saantiin. Kasvihuonekokeissa tutkittiin orgaanisen lannoitteen sisältämien hivenaineiden käyttökelpoisuutta viljelykasveille ja miten siemensato muuttuu korvattaessa 50 %mineraalitypestä sian lietelannan typellä. Lisäksi selvitettiin härkäpavun, valkolupiinin ja vehnän eroja hivenaineiden oton tehokkuudessa. Rehutaulukoiden ja kirjallisuuden mukaan palkokasvien siementen ja soija- ja rypsirouheen hivenainepitoisuuksien erot vaihtelevat riippuen kasvilajista ja hivenaineesta. Esimerkiksi palkokasvien siementen rauta- ja mangaanipitoisuudet ovat pienempiä kuin soija ja rypsirouheen, mutta sinkkipitoisuuksissa erot ovat melko pieniä. Hivenaineiden pitoisuuserot eivät johtaneet oleellisiin eroihin laskettaessa eläinten hivenaineiden saanteja. Erityisesti yksimahaisten ruokintamalleissa perusrehuista saadut hivenainetasot olivat selvästi alle kotimaisten ruokintasuositusten, ja käytännössä täydennys on tarpeen. Nurmipalkokasvien hivenaineiden pitoisuudet ovat yleensä merkittävästi suurempia kuin heinäkasvien, joten lisättäessä puna-apilan osuutta nurmissa rehun hivenainepitoisuus lisääntyy. Karkearehun hivenainepitoisuuteen vaikuttaa kasvilajikoostumuksen lisäksi korjuuajankohta, sillä hivenaineiden pitoisuus kasvissa vähenee merkittävästi kukinnan jälkeen. Tästä johtuen nurmirehun hivenainekoostumuksessa esiintyy kirjallisuudessa suuria vaihteluita.Kasvihuonekokeessa mineraalitypen korvaaminen lietelannan typellä ei vähentänyt minkään kasvilajin siemensadon määrää. Siementen ivenainepitoisuuksissa (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn) ei havaittu tilastollisesti merkitseviä eroja. Lietelannan orgaaniseen aineeseen sitoutuneen seleenin käyttökelpoisuus kasveille oli sen sijaan alhai-nen. Tulosten perusteella pohditaan miten tuotannon kestävä tehostaminen, erityisesti kotoperäisen valkuaisen käytön lisääminen ja väkilannoitetypen korvaaminen lietteellä, vaikuttaa rehujen hivenainepitoisuuteen ja sitä kautta ravitsemukselliseen laatuun.

The underlying physical concept of computing out-of-time-ordered correlation (OTOC) is a significant new tool within the framework of quantum field theory, which now-a-days is treated as a measure of random fluctuations. In this paper, by following the canonical quantization technique, we demonstrate a computational method to quantify the two different types of cosmological auto-correlated OTO functions during the epoch when the non-equilibrium features dominates in primordial cosmology. In this formulation, two distinct dynamical time scales are involved to define the quantum mechanical operators arising from the cosmological perturbation scenario. We have provided detailed explanation regarding the necessity of this new formalism to quantify any random events generated from quantum fluctuations in primordial cosmology. We have performed an elaborative computation for the two types of two-point and four-point auto-correlated OTO functions in terms of the cosmological perturbation field variables and its canonically conjugate momenta to quantify random auto-correlations in the non-equilibrium regime. For both of the cases, we found significantly distinguishable non-chaotic, but random, behaviour in the OTO auto-correlations, which was not pointed out before in this type of study. Finally, we have also demonstrated the classical limiting behaviour of the mentioned two types of auto-correlated OTOC functions from the thermally weighted phase-space averaged Poisson brackets, which we found to exactly match the large time limiting behaviour of the auto-correlations in the super-horizon regime of the cosmological scalar mode fluctuation.

Abstract: Gaius Suetonius Tranquillus (69 - after 121/22 AD), writing in the early second century BC, conveyed several critical perspectives on the policy of the first century AD in his work The Life of the Twelve Caesars. Working with the biography of the “Caesars”, Suetonius positioned himself as a defender of the moral thoughts of the senatorial group, constructing examples conduct sometimes positive and sometimes negative throughout his writing . In the present study we will observe in the work the moment of greatest political agitation in the first century AD, the governments of Galba (3 BC, 69 AD), Oton (32-69 AD) and Vitellius (15-69 AD). That is, the civil war in the period from 68 to 69 AD. We will trace the signs of instability projected by the author in the period, while trying to consider the possible intelligibility of the narrative construction in his own time.

Resumo: Caio Suetônio Tranquilo (69 – após 121/22 d.C.), escrevendo em inícios do século II d.C., transmitiu diversas perspectivas críticas sobre a política do século I d.C. em sua obra A Vida dos Doze Césares. Trabalhando com a biografia dos chamados “Césares”, Suetônio posicionou-se como um defensor dos referenciais morais do grupo senatorial, construindo exemplos de conduta ora positivos, ora negativos ao longo de sua escrita. No presente estudo observaremos na referida obra aquele que foi considerado o instante de maior agitação política no século I d.C., os governos de Galba (3 a.C. – 69 d.C.), Otão (32 – 69 d.C.) e Vitélio (15 – 69 d.C.). Ou seja, a guerra civil no período de 68 a 69 d.C. Rastrearemos os sinais de instabilidade projetados pelo autor no período, ao tempo em que iremos considerar a possível inteligibilidade da construção narrativa em seu próprio tempo.

Emolehmillä ruokintakertojen vähentämisen tavoitteena on säästää kustannuksia ja parantaa tuotannon kannattavuutta. Samalla uusien tuotantostrategioiden on huomioitava eläinten hyvinvointi. Tämä tutkimus selvitti joka kolmas päivä toteutetun ruokinnan (3D) vaikutukset emolehmien tuotantoon ja hyvinvointiin, kun ne saivat yhtä paljon energiaa kuin joka päivä ruokitut eläimet (D). Kokeeseen otettiin 32 täysikasvuista hereford-emoa. Talven emot olivat kylmäpihaton neljässä karsinassa. Kaikilla emoilla oli mahdollisuus syödä samanaikaisesti. Emojen rehuina olivat säilörehu (S) ja heinä (H), jota ne saivat 1:1 lypsylehmien energiasuositusten mukaisesti. Ruokinta porrastettiin ylläpito-, tunnutus- ja imetysruokintaan. 3D-eläimet saivat kolmen päivän rehuannoksen kerta-annoksena. Dieetin sulavuus määritettiin kokeen aikana kolmesti. Emot ja vasikat punnittiin ja emot kuntoluokitettiin säännöllisesti. Maidontuotanto ja maidon koostumus määritettiin neljästi ennen laidunkautta. Emoista otettiin verinäytteet ennen laidunkautta neljästi ja verinäytteiden oton jälkeisinä päivinä seurattiin emojen käyttäytymistä. Emot vasikoineen ja astutussonni laidunsivat yhtenä ryhmänä.Eläinten terveys oli hyvä. S:n ja H:n D-arvot olivat 62,1 % ja 64,3 %. Emot söivät keskimäärin 4,6 kg S:n ja 4,9 kg H:n KA:tta, josta ne saivat 8,0 RY/pv. Dieetin orgaanisen aineen sulavuus oli 0,735. Ruokinnan vaikutus emojen elopainoon ja kuntoon oli yhdenmukainen molemmilla käsittelyillä. Emojen maidontuotanto oli keskimäärin 9,5 kg/pv. Kaikki poikimiset olivat helppoja. Laitumella 3D-vasikat kasvoivat 49 g/pv paremmin kuin D-vasikat. Vasikoiden kasvu oli keskimäärin 1255 g/pv. Laiduntiheys oli alkukesällä 1,9 ja loppukesällä 1,7 ny/ha. Laidunolosuhteet olivat hyvät koko kesän ajan. Kaikki laidunkauden aloittaneet 31 emoa tiinehtyivät keskimäärin 78 pv poikimisesta. 3D-lehmät makasivat D-lehmiä enemmän joulukuussa ja helmikuussa samoin kuin laskettuna kaikkien seurantajaksojen keskiarvona. D-lehmät olivat enemmän ulkona joulukuussa ja laskettuna kaikkien seurantajaksojen keskiarvona kuin 3D-lehmät. 3D-eläinten veren vapaiden rasvahappojen ja urean pitoisuudet nousivat 3. päivänä ruokinnan jälkeen kaikilla näytteenottokerroilla, mikä kuvannee alkavaa rasva- ja valkuaisvarastojen hajotusta. 3D ei merkittävästi lisännyt eläinten liikkumista eikä aggressiivisesta käytöksestä johtuvia lihasvaurioita ilmennyt. 3D-ruokinta soveltuu täysikasvuisille emolehmille kylmiin tuotanto-olosuhteisiin. Eläinten tulee saada riittävästi energiaa ylläpitoon ja maidontuotantoon ja vedensaanti tulee varmistaa. Kokeen tuotanto-olosuhteet olivat moitteettomat ja käytetyt rehut soveltuivat hyvin 3D-ruokintaan. 3D-ruokinta ei poista eläinten päivittäisen huolellisen tarkkailun merkitystä, joka korostuu poikimiskaudella. Veriarvojen perusteella ei voi suositella 3D-mallia harvempaa ruokintaa. Emojen kunto, sisäruokintakauden pituus ja rehujen rehuarvo tulee tietää suunniteltaessa talven ruokintastrategiaa.

Background:Methotrexate (MTX) is currently a mainstream drug in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. However, the response to MTX is not universal and may be conditioned by a number of factors, among which adherence could be crucial.Objectives:The aim of this study is to explore adherence to MTX in patients with rheumatic diseases, facilitators and perceived when taking and maintaining the prescription.Methods:A qualitative study of content analysis was performed. Focus groups with patients taking either oral or subcutaneous MTX (being the main or coadjuvant treatment) for any rheumatic disease was performed. The groups were moderated by a rheumatologist that was unknown for the patients. The speech was recorded and transcribed. Subsequently, an inductive coding was performed with the help of Atlas.ti and main themes and sub-themes were extracted, with examples of verbatim anonymized speech.Results:Three focus groups were conducted, with a total of 12 participants, of whom eight were women, seven had rheumatoid arthritis, three had psoriatic arthritis, one had spondyloarthritis, and one had systemic lupus erythematosus. All patients reported an adequate adherence to treatment. The barriers identified were: information in the leaflet, technical language in the consults, difficult access to doctor´s appointment, social environment, side effects and the subcutaneous device. As facilitators, the following aspects were discussed: good predisposition of the physician, reliable graphic information, role of associations and partners support.The unmet needs detected were: problems with travelling, protocols for eventualities, absence of a plan of care, neglection of “non-physical” symptoms, disinformation on side effects and training in complementary aspects.Conclusion:Getting reliable information was the main barrier identified. The environment and side effects may also negatively impact on adherence. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan keterampilan gerakan meroda, korelasi antara power otot tungkai dengan keterampilan gerakan meroda serta korelasi antara kekuatan otot lengan dan power otot tungkai dengan keterampilan gerakan meroda. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif prodi pendidikan jasmani Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 21 orang. Data diambil menggunakan tes push up untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan, tes vertical jump untuk mengukur power otot tungkai dan tes keterampilan gerak meroda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan otot lengan berkorelasi positif dengan keterampilan gerak meroda, power otot tungkai berkorelasi positif dengan keterampilan gerak meroda, kekuatan otot lengan dan power otot tungkai berkorelasi positif dengan keterampilan gerak meroda. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara kekuatan otot lengan dan power otot tungkai dengan keterampilan gerak meroda pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan prodi pendidikan jasmani tahun ajaran 2020/2021

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara power otot lengan dan otot tungkai dengan hasil spike semi dalam permainan bola voli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota club bola voli PASUNDAN Bandung sebanyak 12 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes soft ball throw untuk tes power otot lengan, tes digital vertical jump untuk tes otot tungkai dan tes spike semi bola voli. Menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara power otot lengan dan otot tungkai dengan hasil spike semi. Dengan hasil penelitian power otot lengan dengan hasil spike semi adalah r = 0.697, nilai sig. 0.012 < 0.05, sedangkan otot tungkai dengan hasil spike semi adalah r = 0.652, nilai sig. 0.022 < 0.05, dan secara bersama-sama antara power otot lengan dan otot tungkai dengan hasil spike semi adalah r = 0.780, nilai sig. 0.015 < 0.05.

Otot sebagai jaringan lunak kontraktilitas yang ada pada tubuh manusia tersusun oleh rangkaian yang saling berhubungan. Rangkaian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja otot saling mempengaruhi dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Fungsi dari otot sebagai stabilisator maupun mobilitator dibedakan atas lapisan dan letak otot tersebut. Mobilitas yang ada di ektremitas baik atas maupun bawah tentunya akan lebih baik jika ditunjang stabilitas pada batang tubuh. Kondisi batang tubuh yang kurang baik dapat dilihat dari postur yang buruk serta adanya keluhan nyeri pada punggung bawah atau yang sering disebut low back pain. Nyeri punggung bawah sebenarnya merupakan simtomatif yang merujuk adanya masalah pada area punggung ke bawah. Masalah ini dapat muncul karena ketegangan otot akibat aktivitas yang berlebih pada otot punggung dan dapat disebabkan oleh kerja otot lain yang kurang aktif. Salah satu aktivasi otot yang turut menetukan beban kerja pada otot punggung adalah kelompok otot gluteal. Otot-otot gluteal merupakan komponen penting pada saat trunk berada pada posisi setengah ekstensi dari posisi fleksi penuh. Secara anatomi, kelompok otot ini memberikan stabilisasi lateral pada sendi panggul dan panggul karena tugasnya adalah mengontrol posisi panggul dalam menjaga stabilitas batang tubuh. Pada individu yang memiliki kecenderungan duduk dalam waktu yang lama, otot gluteal dapat mengalami atropi dan penurunan kekuatan/aktivasi. Hal ini merubah kestabilan kerja pada otot panggul dan batang tubuh pada bagian depan dan belakang serta atas dan bawah. Konsep muscle imbalance dimana bagian yang menurun aktivasinya akan memicu aktivasi berlebih pada bagian lain dan dari hal inilah muncul keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pinggang bawah yang ditandai dengan adanya nyeri pada area pinggang bawah.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan Dengan Kemampuan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’BrienPadaAnak putra Remaja Desa Wirogunan Tahun 2020.(2) Hubungan antara Kekuatan Otot Punggung Dengan Kemampuan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’BrienPadaAnak putra Remaja Desa Wirogunan Tahun 2020. (3) Hubungan antara Kekuatan Otot Perut Dengan Kemampuan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’BrienPadaAnak putra Remaja Desa Wirogunan Tahun 2020 (4) Hubungan antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan, Kekuatan Otot Punggung, Dan Kekuatan Otot Perut Dengan Kemampuan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’BrienPadaAnak putra Remaja Desa Wirogunan Tahun 2020.
.Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi Hubungan korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lapangan bola Desa Wirogunandan penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember tahun 2020. Adapun jenis tes yang digunakan adalah: (1)Tes dan pengukuran kekuatan otot lengan dengan push up test(Ismaryati, 2008: 116-117). (2) Tes dan pengukuran kekuatan otot punggung dengan back dynamometer (Ismaryati, 2008:114). (3) Tes dan pengukuran kekuatan otot perut dengan sit-up test (Nurhasan,2001:141). (4) Tes dan pengukuran tolak peluru gaya O’Brien menggunakan petunjuk pelaksanaan testolak peluru gaya O’Brien (A. Widya dan Mochamad Djumidar, 2004:127). Petunjuk peleksanaan masing-masing tes terlampir.
Berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka simpulan yang dapat diperoleh adalah: (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikanantara Kekuatan Otot Lengan dengan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’Brien, rhitung = 0.411 > rtabel 5% = 0,361. (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kekuatan Otot Punggung dengan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’Brien, rhitung = 0.448 > rtabel 5% = 0,361. (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kekuatan Otot Perut dengan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’Brien, rhitung = 0.433 > rtabel 5% = 0,361. (4) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan , Kekuatan Otot Punggung dan Kekuatan Otot Perut dengan Tolak Peluru Gaya O’Brien, R2y(123) sebesar 0,434 > rtabel5 % pada taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 0.361 dan F0 sebesar 6.6541 > ftabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 2,89.

Biocompatible glycero (9,10-trioxolane) trioleate (ozonide of oleic acid triglyceride, OTOA) was incorporated into polylactic acid (PLA) fibers by electrospinning and nonwoven PLA mats with 1%, 3% and 5% OTOA content. The morphological, mechanical, thermal and water sorption properties of electrospun PLA mats after the addition of OTOA were studied. A morphological analysis showed that the addition of OTOA increased the average fiber diameter and induced the formation of pores on the fiber surface, leading to an increase in the specific surface area for OTOA-modified PLA fibrous mats. PLA fiber mats with 3% OTOA content were characterized by a highly porous surface morphology, an increased specific surface area and high-water sorption. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to analyze the thermal properties of the fibrous PLA mats. The glass transition temperatures of the fibers from the PLA–OTOA composites decreased as the OTOA content increased, which was attributed to the plasticizing effect of OTOA. DSC results showed that OTOA aided the PLA amorphization process, thus reducing the crystallinity of the obtained nonwoven PLA–OTOA materials. An analysis of the mechanical properties showed that the tensile strength of electrospun PLA mats was improved by the addition of OTOA. Additionally, fibrous PLA mats with 3% OTOA content showed increased elasticity compared to the pristine PLA material. The obtained porous PLA electrospun fibers with the optimal 3% OTOA content have the potential for various biomedical applications such as drug delivery and in tissue engineering.
