Abstract:
Coagulation/flocculation and ion exchange onto natural zeolite clinoptilolite are reviewed and discussed in this paper based on their pilot or industrial applications. Surface water purification by means of chemical coagulation and flocculation supported by the powdered natural zeolite was carried out industrially to save drinking water reservoir (upper part of Ondava river) settled by about ten thousands inhabitants. Therefore, several other surface water samples from the Slovakian reservoirs potentially impacted by contamination were examined to treat with alum coagulation/flocculation and powdered clinoptilolite tuff addition at the laboratory, respectively. Ammonia removal from tannery wastewater using the clinoptilolite tuff with chemical regeneration and regenerant recovery by air stripping, carried out in pilot measure during the several months at the mixed Wastewater Treatment Facility in Otrokovice - WTFO is discussed and evaluated, respectively.

Abstract:
Avtorica predstavi raziskavo, ki jo je opravila v izobraževanju starih starsev za prepoznavanje in razumevanje potreb in custev vnukov. Avtorica trdi, da custveni zarisi iz otrostva vplivajo na življenjski scenarij osebe in na vzpostavljanje ali nezmožnost vzpostavljanja funkcionalnih vezi v skupnosti. Njeno spoznanje je, da je izobraževanje za prepoznavanje otrokovih potreb bistvenega pomena. Otrokove potrebe in custva so tako temeljna vsebina v izobraževanju starih starsev. Ti potrebujejo kognitivna spoznanja pa tudi doživljajsko izkustveno ucenje, ki jih lahko spremeni v odnosu do vnukov. Taksno ucenje je mogoce v izobraževalnih oblikah, ki vzpodbujajo vzajemno ucenje.

Abstract:
Work called „Selected Aspects of landscape ecology in process land consolidations“ aims at providing analysis of some parts of the process of land consolidations. The goal of this work is to analyse and evaluate two aspects of landscape ecology – evaluating the development of the agricultural land creation and the face of a landscape.In order to achieve the above-mentioned goals a model area located in Zlín region was used in the thesis. It is an area registered as Kvítkovice near Otrokovice and a district of complex land consolidation called Kvítkovice.After thoroughly studying theoretical sources and performing field explorations and after their consequent synthesis, several analyses were carried out and methodical solution was suggested. By comparing time series of the model area development, i.e. by the so called evaluation of the intensity of changes of agricultural land exploitation, one can learn from the history and can look for the causes of current discrepancies. This evaluation can be used as the basis for finding the solution for current problems and land proposals.The above mentioned was complemented with the face of a landscape evaluation.The work concludes with stating that today it is necessary to rationally regulate landscape and exploit it in such a manner that it is productive, functional, active but also „beautiful“ for its users in the long term – land consolidations are the ideal tool for achieving that.

Abstract:
A two-year small-plot field experiment with the grain maize hybrid KWS 2376 was conducted on heavy soil with a low supply of available nutrients incl. potassium (K) at Otrokovice, Czech Republic, during 2010–2011. The experiment included 4 treatments: unfertilized control; nitrogen (N) fertilisation with urea (120 kg N/ha) alone or combined with two forms of K fertiliser (potassium chloride (KCl) or potassium sulphate (K2SO4); 125 kg K2O/ha). Biomass samples for determination of Zn, Mn, Cu and Fe were taken as the whole aboveground biomass in the DC 32 (first node stage), the ear-leaf in the DC 61 (flowering stage) and grain during the harvest.Between the two years the content of micronutrients in the individual treatments varied irregularly. In DC 32 and DC 61 the order of the content of micronutrients was as follows: Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu. The Fe content was significantly the highest in the unfertilised control and the Mn content after the application of N + K2SO4 in both samplings. In the grain the order was as follows: Zn > Fe > Mn > Cu (mg/kg DM): at the following contents: Zn: 19.20–23.19; Fe: 15.12–19.87; Mn: 0.85–3.60; Cu: 0.19–1.34. We can recommend fertilisation of maize with urea and with both potassium mineral fertilisers without any negative effects on the content of the micronutrients in the maize biomass.

AbstractThe aim of the study is to assess potential impact of construction of the Danube - Oder - Elbe (DOL) water canal on populations of vertebrate species - amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals - and present using these species as bioindicators on landscape level. For analysis of the data, the canal route was divided into smaller sections which were assessed separately. The following criteria were analysed: 1) current occurrence of target vertebrate species, 2) identification of species affected by canal construction, including evaluation of their numbers, 3) identification of affected species protected by Czech legislation, 4) identification of affected species protected by EU legislation, 5) impact assessment of the DOL project on Special Protection Areas (SPAs) and Special Areas of Conservation (SACs), 6) data synthesis and impact assessment of the DOL vertebrates in the particular catchment areas. It is apparent that the most important negative impacts on vertebrate populations and their habitats in case of implementation of the DOL plan can be expected in the following sections of the Morava river: Hodonín - Břeclav, Kroměříž - Otrokovice, Veselí na Moravě - Hodonín, Troubky - Kroměříž, Doubravice - Střelice; of the Oder river: Jeseník nad Odrou - Ostrava, Ostrava - state border; and of the Elbe river: Česká Třebová - Pardubice. In case of construction of the DOL canal, disturbance, damage or loss of vertebrate habitats will occur at least at 6 out of 9 studied sections in the Morava catchment area, at 3 of 4 sections in the Oder catchment area and at 2 of 3 sections in the Elbe catchment area.

Abstract:
Raziskave o pismenosti otrok in odraslih so pokazale, da je uspešnost pri opismenjevan ju in raven pismenosti, ki jo otroci dosežejo, tesno povezana s socialnimi in kulturnimi značilnostmi družine in ravnjo pismenosti, ki prevladuje v otrokovi družini. Ugotovitve, da raven pismenosti ostaja medgeneracijsko nespremenjena v posameznih družbenih slojih, so spodbudile k iskanju drugačnih pristopov za dviganje ravni pis menosti v družbi. Koncept družinske pismenosti temelji na tem, da se z izboljševanjem ravni pismenosti staršev izboljšuje tudi raven pismenosti njihovih otrok in s tem možnosti za nadaljnje šolanje. Programi družinske pismenosti spodbujajo izvajanje različnih dejavnosti, v katerih starši, otroci in drugi družinski člani uporabljajo bralne in pisne spretnosti v svoji skupnosti oziroma vsakdanjem življenju.

Abstract:
Problematika odvisnosti, ki jo skušam osvetliti v tem prispevku, je tesno povezana z mojim nekajletnim prostovoljnim delom z odvisniki in njihovimi družinami. Izkušnje so bile spodbuda za bolj poglobljeno iskanje možnih vzrokov za tako razširjen problem odvisnosti, s katerim se srečujemo iz dneva v dan. Da ne gre za popolnoma nov problemski sklop, skušam pojasniti v prvem delu, ko prikazujem, da so droge stare toliko kot človeštvo. Vendar je bil v preteklosti dostop do njih zelo omejen. Danes se mnogi teoretiki trudijo poiskati možne vzroke temu hitremu razširjanju drog, zlasti med mladimi. Pri tem razmišljanju sem pozornost namenila predvsem današnjim družinam in vlogi, ki jo ima slednja, predvsem z načinom vzgoje, pri razvoju otrokove osebnosti. To mi nekako potrjuje tudi organizacija Skupnosti Srečanje, ki je za odvisnika nekakšna “nova družina” in ki ga brezpogojno sprejme ter mu omogoča, da reši svoje težave kar se da učinkoviteje. Ker je pri njihovem delu najpomembnejše to, da bo odvisnik tudi zunaj zidov živel tako, kot se je odločil, dajejo velik poudarek priučitvi določenemu delu in pridobitvi izobrazbe, ki bo posamezniku kasneje omogočila čimučinkovitejšo in aktivnejšo vključitev v “normalno” življenje.

Abstract:
Ideja vseživljenjskega izobraževanja ostaja kljub dopolnjenim izobraževalnim politikam marsikje neuresničljiva. Strokovnjaki ugotavljajo, da še tako dobro oblikovani programi, izobraževalna politika ... ne vodijo k uspešni realizaciji. In kje so pravzaprav težave? Izkazalo se je, da je vse zelo odvisno od posameznika, ki se je ne le sposoben, marveč tudi pripravljen ves čas učiti. Avtorica v tem prispevku razmišlja o tem, da bi bilo treba za uspešnejšo realizacijo ideje vseživljenjskosti izobraževanja veliko energije nameniti institucionaliziranim oblikam rednega izobraževanja, ki jim je sleherni izmed nas izpostavljen kar lepo število let. Učitelji pa bi morali pri svojem vzgojnem delu najprej prepoznavati otroka kot » nastajajočo osebo« in na tej predpostavki ustvariti »pedagoški eros«, ki bi omogočal poleg razvoja razumske razsežnosti tudi razvoj razsežnosti otrokove osebnosti (čustvene, motivacijske ...). Izredno paje pomembno tudi učiteljevo pojmovanje poučevanja oziroma učenja, saj si učenec na tej podlagi oblikuje pojmovanje o učenju, na katero izrazito vplivata način poučevanja učitelja in njegova vloga v učnem procesu , in tudi strategije oziroma pristope k učenju. Te vplive bi se vsekakor v rednem šolanju dalo izboljšati, kajti način dela v razredu se pri slehernem učitelju oblikuje počasi in učitelji bi lahko s samooblikovanjem prehajali od » nadomestnega stila poučevanja«, ki je med našimi učitelji zelo razširjen, k » procesno usmerjenemu stilu poučevanja«, ki omogoča delitev odgovornosti med učencem in učiteljem pri pripravi učenja, izpeljavi in uravnavanju učne dejavnosti ter tudi pri vrednotenju dosežkov ter vzdrževanju motivacije in zbranosti.

Abstract:
Uvod: Temeljne značilnosti pediatrične zdravstvene nege so najboljša skrb za otroka, vzdrževanje integritete družine in otrokove rutine ter posebna znanja in spretnosti za negovanje otroka. Teorija medosebnih odnosov poudarja pomen medosebnega odnosa med medicinsko sestro in pacientom, ki se razvija skozi posamezne faze medsebojnega odnosa. Namen opisa, analize in vrednotenja teorije je ugotoviti možnost prenosa in uporabe teorije v praksi pediatrične zdravstvene nege.Metode: Uporabljen je bil pregled znanstvene in strokovne literature v naslednjih podatkovnih bazah: Web of Science, ProQuest, Medline, PubMed, ScienceDirect in CINAHL. Upoštevana so bila priporočila PRISMA. Identificirane zadetke smo uvrstili v nivo glede na hierarhijo dokazov in ocenili kakovost s pomočjo priporočil GRADE. Teorijo smo opisali, analizirali in evalvirali po modelu avtorice M. Pajnkihar.Rezultati: Izmed 321 identificiranih zadetkov je bilo v končno analizo vključeno 21 zadetkov. S pomočjo analize identificiranih zadetkov ugotavljamo, da večina avtorjev teorijo medosebnih odnosov opredeli kot teorijo srednjega obsega. V veliki meri se strinjajo, da je teorija enostavna in kompleksna ter ima jasno opisane koncepte, propozicije in predpostavke. Fenomen medosebnih odnosov je jasen medicinskim sestram v kliničnem okolju.Diskusija in zaključek: Teorija je uporabna za prakso zdravstvene nege, raziskovanje in izobraževanje. Pred aplikacijo teorije v prakso in izobraževanje na področju pediatrične zdravstvene nege je treba teorijo testirati. Teorija podpira razvoj medosebnih odnosov ter verbalne in neverbalne komunikacije in jo lahko uporabimo za prakso, podprto s teorijo.

Abstract:
Distribution network 110 kV owned by E. ON in the area Otrokovice; powered by 110 kV and two variants of involvement contained.The first option is basic involvement, without the use of the bridge. The second option includes involvement with the bridge. The aim of this study is to compare; by calculating the steady-state network operation and short circuit conditions of the network, the involvement of these two options. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a description of the steady operation of networks of high-voltage and short circuit ratio calculations. Load flow calculations are described by the Gauss-Seidel and Newton iterative method. In the case of short-circuit conditions, the effects of their characteristic values, processes and various methods of calculation are described.In the second part, this theoretical knowledge is applied to input data and dispatching programme with the appropriate calculations of network operation and short circuit conditions. The calculated values are listed in the thesis, on the basis of which an evaluation of the two possible connections is made.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with steady running and short-circuit conditions in the 110 kV network, E. ON, fed from 110 kV Otrokovice. Substation Otrokovice ensures system transformation from 400 kV to 110 kV system through three transformers. In order to increase reliability of power supply and improved economy is considered to bridge the transition from the operation of two transformers in bridge operations of the three transformers. However, this brings with it significant worsening of short-circuit conditions in the 110 kV network. The task of this work is to evaluate and compare the two variants of operation in terms of steady running and short-circuit conditions in the network at 110 kV and then implement operational and technical measures. The introduction describes the electricity system and its parts. The theoretical part of the paper discusses ways of dealing with steady running and short circuit conditions of long lines. Practical part will deal with applications of knowledge on the network. The conclusion summarizes the most relevant information and the results assessed both variants.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the steady operation and short-circuit conditions in the 110 kV network E.ON in a separate and parallel operation of nodal areas of Otrokovice substation and Sokolnice substation. The theoretical part is devoted to the calculation of steady state high-voltage systems using Newton's iterative method, transient phenomena that may occur in the power system short-circuit calculations and theories. The practical part deals with the actual calculations of steady state and short-circuit conditions in a separate and parallel operation of nodal areas Sokolnice-Otrokovice, which were calculated using the dispatching program. These calculations are then evaluated for possible use of involvement in actual operation. At the end there are suggestions on operational measures in the network 110 kV.

Abstract:
This master’s thesis is divided into two logical parts. The first part contains theory of calculation of steady state and short-circuits conditions within 110 kV distribution network. Newton’s method and short-circuit current calculation is also explained here. It also deals with classification and aftereffects of transient performance occurring in power networks. The second part contains practical calculation of steady flow and short-circuit conditions at parallel operation of transformers T403 and T402 in 400/110 kV transformer stations Sokolnice and Otrokovice. This calculation is done with program used by system operators called SINAUT Spectrum and consequently analyzed. This part also contains brief description of substations from this region.

Abstract:
Theme that I dealt in my dissertation with, concerns of my hometown Otrokovice and also to the region in which the city is located. Describes the development and building of this place,and especially of city districtsBaťov,which took place here in the 20th and 30 the last century. Under the leadership of brothers Tomas and Jan Antonín Bata here arose ideal industrial town, the only of its kind in the country. This is not qustion just about new town plan, but also a new type of labor and social relations. In my work I deal with not only the sociological impact of this process on indigenous peoples but also a new way of educating young people, the concept of discipline and the phenomenon of collective consciousness. I also asked myself about the sustainable development of Down Otrokovice to the environmental and economic, and their possible future. There is also a comparison with the nearby Zlin, where Bata began the process of transforming. Mentioned town is still the center of the region and tradition bearers of this system.

Abstract:
S povezovanjem različnih predmetnih področij in različnih vidikov otrokovega razvoja in učenja vplivamo na celostni razvoj otrokove osebnosti. Celostno učenje je pristop, ki omogoča, še posebej otrokom iz drugih kulturnih okolij, razvoj jezikovnih kompetenc in različnih vrst pismenosti. V obdobju otroštva predstavljajo glasba, gib in jezik nedeljivo celoto. Z integracijo glasbenih, gibalno-plesnih in jezikovnih dejavnosti se odprejo nove poti k doživljanju in razumevanju celostnega sveta. Ritem kot glasbeni element je v tesni povezavi z gibalnim in besednim ritmom. S pomočjo gibanja in besede se otroci v večji meri poglobijo v glasbene elemente in samo strukturo glasbe. V poglavju bomo pojasnili pomen medpredmetnih povezav področij glasbe, ustvarjalnega giba in jezika ter na primerih glasbenih in gibalno-plesnih dejavnosti prikazali možnosti uresničevanja jezikovno-komunikacijskih ciljev.
