This article seeks to investigate this balance and to interrogate the difference between horror and terror in an attempt to contribute to the development of a systematic genre typology. Abstract This exchange, our second transnational engagement, is placed against the backdrop of a global increase in attention to both research and advocacy efforts in the menstrual experience, however cognizant of how some voices and bodies remain silent, invisible, and displaced from global efforts The authors argue that these include the experiences of the most vulnerable, who are physically limited in their ability to manage their menstrual health. To demonstrate, this study looks through the lens of women living under three challenging circumstances—women with disabilities, incarcerated women, and women living in a disaster zone—to explore how they understand, manage, and respond to their menstrual needs. The authors show how the double stigma of the women’s condition or context, with that of their menstruating status, exacerbates their vulnerability, creating further boundaries to their health and well-being.

This paper focuses on the figure of the graduate Francisco de Rojas, a minor playwright from the first half of the seventeenth century who is better known for copying several theatrical manuscripts and, above all, for the presence of his handwriting in dozens of other manuscripts. The objectives of this paper are to contextualize his activity as a copyist, to systematize the nature of his interventions in the dialogues of the plays, and to point out the—often silent—influence that Rojas’ amendments have had in several editions of early modern Spanish plays for over a century.

The safety impact analysis of a widened corridor stretch of NH 66 was carried out in this study. A before and after black spot analysis was conducted using Arc Map 10.6 to identify significant hotspots using spatial joining and Getis Ord analysis. Two Poisson regression models were formulated for the weighted sum of fatal and grievous accidents for both pre lane widening as well as post lane widening conditions.
