Abstract:
In the field of cryptography, there has been a massive amount of enhancement in manipulating the plaintext which is unreadable, less prone to crackers and hackers, again manipulating this unreadable form to get back plaintext in some way. The Blowfish algorithm is a block cipher, has complex in structure in generating P-box and S-box entries using encryption algorithm. By simplifying the structure of encryption algorithm as well as F function with dynamic substitution, this can improve the performance by generating P-box and S-box entries of blowfish algorithm. In this paper, the proposed method simplifies the structure to produce P-box and S-box entries in order to reduce computational cost and demonstrates the performance of blowfish. The approach considers different security aspects namely EQ analysis, KS analysis, AV analysis, Entropy, Floating Frequency analysis and correlation of horizontally adjacent pixels in an encrypted image.

Abstract:
A review of the first scholarly edition of The Malachite Box [ Malakhitovaya shkatulka], a famous collection of tales (skazy) by the Russian writer Pavel Bazhov. Bazhov created his distinctive artistic world, which provided the basis for the subsequent emergence of the unique mythology of the Urals. Bazhov’s skazy are an example of stylised folklore, yet the stylisation is itself rooted in folklore tradition. This scholarly edition of The Malachite Box includes a comprehensive historical, literary and philological commentary. The editors examine the differences between all nine editions of The Malachite Box published in Bazhov’s lifetime and the first publications of the tales and their holographs and discover a number of minor textual discrepancies across all publications in question. The book has the tales arranged chronologically, which offers a chance to follow Bazhov’s creative evolution and get a better understanding of his connection with his time.

Abstract:
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is a highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis, and the biomarkers for the early diagnosis, targeting therapy, and prognosis are still not clinically available. This study investigated the expression of forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a proteins in human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tumor tissues and pancreatic tissues with and without benign lesions using immunohistochemical staining. Results showed that the positive rates of forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a protein expression were significantly lower in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tumors compared to peritumoral tissues, benign pancreatic tissues, and normal pancreatic tissues (p < 0.01). Pancreatic tissues with negative forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a protein expression exhibited dysplasia or intraepithelial neoplasia. The positive rates of forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a expression were significantly lower in cases with tumor mass >5 cm, lymph node metastasis, invasion to surrounding tissues and organs, and tumor–node–metastasis III + IV stage disease compared to cases with tumor mass ⩽5 cm (p < 0.05), no lymph node metastasis (p < 0.001 and p = 0.001, respectively), no invasion (p = 0.003 and p = 0.004, respectively), and tumor–node–metastasis I or II stage disease (p < 0.05). Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed that pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma patients with negative forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a expression survived significantly shorter than patients with positive forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a expression (p = 0.000). Cox multivariate analysis revealed that negative forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a expression was an independent poor prognosis factor in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma patients. The area under the curve of a receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.642 for forkhead box P1 (95% confidence interval: 0.553–0.730) and 0.655 for forkhead box O3a (95% confidence interval: 0.6568–0.742). Loss of forkhead box P1 and forkhead box O3a protein expression is associated with carcinogenesis, progression, and poor prognosis in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas.

Abstract:
Abstract The uncertainty of wind speed may lead to the deviation and change of wind power output, which influences the stability of wind farm. Therefore, in this paper, a probability box (p-box) based uncertain power flow model for wind power is proposed, which initially introduces p-box to power flow calculation. A probabilistic interval power flow model with both probability and interval is established. Firstly, the drift interval of wind speed is obtained and its p-box model is established by analyzing the distribution of wind speed. Secondly, the wind power output p-box is derived from the wind speed p-box based on the relationship between wind power output and wind speed, then the p-box of wind power output is discretized and introduced into the power flow equation to obtain the power flow p-box model. Finally, Newton–Raphson method is used to solve the power flow p-box model. Experiments on data collected from a wind farm (running standard IEEE30-bus test system) in Inner Mongolia demonstrate that our method is more effective and accurate than the traditional Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) and classical interval power flow (IPF) method.

Abstract:
Fuzzing is an effective technology in software testing and security vulnerability detection. Unfortunately, fuzzing is an extremely compute-intensive job, which may cause thousands of computing hours to find a bug. Current novel works generally improve fuzzing efficiency by developing delicate algorithms. In this paper, we propose another direction of improvement in this field, i.e., leveraging parallel computing to improve fuzzing efficiency. In this way, we develop P-fuzz, a parallel fuzzing framework that can utilize massive, distributed computing resources to fuzz. P-fuzz uses a database to share the fuzzing status such as seeds, the coverage information, etc. All fuzzing nodes get tasks from the database and update their fuzzing status to the database. Also, P-fuzz handles some data races and exceptions in parallel fuzzing. We compare P-fuzz with AFL and a parallel fuzzing framework Roving in our experiment. The result shows that P-fuzz can easily speed up AFL about 2.59× and Roving about 1.66× on average by using 4 nodes.

Abstract:
Black-box complexity theory provides lower bounds for the runtime of black-box optimizers like evolutionary algorithms and other search heuristics and serves as an inspiration for the design of new genetic algorithms. Several black-box models covering different classes of algorithms exist, each highlighting a different aspect of the algorithms under considerations. In this work we add to the existing black-box notions a new elitist black-box model, in which algorithms are required to base all decisions solely on (the relative performance of) a fixed number of the best search points sampled so far. Our elitist model thus combines features of the ranking-based and the memory-restricted black-box models with an enforced usage of truncation selection. We provide several examples for which the elitist black-box complexity is exponentially larger than that of the respective complexities in all previous black-box models, thus showing that the elitist black-box complexity can be much closer to the runtime of typical evolutionary algorithms. We also introduce the concept of p-Monte Carlo black-box complexity, which measures the time it takes to optimize a problem with failure probability at most p. Even for small p, the p-Monte Carlo black-box complexity of a function class [Formula: see text] can be smaller by an exponential factor than its typically regarded Las Vegas complexity (which measures the expected time it takes to optimize [Formula: see text]).

Abstract:
High mobility group box 1 and toll-like receptor 4/myeloid differentiation factor 88 signaling pathway have been indicated to have oncogenic effects in many cancers. However, the role of high mobility group box 1/toll-like receptor 4/myeloid differentiation factor 88 signaling pathway in the development of gastric cancer remains unclear. In this study, we demonstrated that high mobility group box 1, toll-like receptor 4, and myeloid differentiation factor 88 were overexpressed in gastric cancer tumors compared with the adjacent non-tumor tissues. The overexpression of high mobility group box 1, toll-like receptor 4, and myeloid differentiation factor 88 were correlated with tumor-node-metastasis stage (p = 0.0068, p = 0.0063, p = 0.0173) and lymph node metastasis (p = 0.0272, p = 0.0382, and p = 0.0495). Furthermore, we observed that knockdown of high mobility group box 1 by high mobility group box 1-small interfering RNA suppressed the expression of toll-like receptor 4 and myeloid differentiation factor 88. Blockage of high mobility group box 1/toll-like receptor 4/myeloid differentiation factor 88 signaling by high mobility group box 1-small interfering RNA resulted in elevation of apoptotic ratio and inhibition of cell growth, migration, and invasion by upregulating Bax expression and downregulating Bcl-2, matrix metalloproteinase-2, nuclear factor kappa B/p65 expression, and the nuclear translocation of nuclear factor kappa B/p65 in gastric cancer cells. Our findings suggest that high mobility group box 1/toll-like receptor 4/myeloid differentiation factor 88 signaling pathway may contribute to the development and progression of gastric cancer via the nuclear factor kappa B pathway and it also represents a novel potential therapeutic target for gastric cancer.

Abstract:
Purpose: Postoperative blood loss is a common complication following total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The authors aimed to analyze the significance of open versus closed-box prostheses in reducing blood loss after TKA. Methods: PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus, and Web of Science were searched. Observational studies and clinical trials comparing the effect of open-box versus closed-box prostheses on blood loss following TKA were included. The primary outcome was total blood loss following TKA. Secondary outcomes included average transfused units and total operation time. Continuous data were represented as mean difference (MD) and CI, while dichotomous data were presented as odds ratio (OR) and CI. RevMan software version 5.4 was used to conduct the analysis. Results: Four studies with a total number of 687 patients were included. The pooled analysis showed a statistically significant association between closed-box and decreased total blood loss following TKA compared with open-box (MD=173.19, 95% CI=88.77–257.61, P value <0.0001). Similar findings were reported in unilateral TKA (MD=190.63, 95% CI=70.91–310.35, P value=0.002), and bilateral TKA (MD=160.79, 95% CI=61.70–359.86, P value=0.001). There was no significant difference between open and closed-box regarding average transfused units (MD=0.02, 95% CI=−0.07–0.11, P value=0.68), blood transfusion rate (OR=1.38, 95% CI=0.85–2.26, P value=0.20), length of stay (MD=0.06, 95% CI=−0.27 to 0.38, P value=0.74), and total operation time (MD=1.08, 95% CI=−4.62 to 6.79, P value=0.71). Conclusion: Closed-box reduces the total blood loss following unilateral and bilateral TKA. More studies are warranted to explore the benefits of Closed-box in patients with high bleeding susceptibility.

InSalmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium, most SPI1 genes are arranged in operons that are coordinately regulated by the SPI1-encoded protein HilA. In the past, it has been shown that HilA directly activates two promoters on SPI1, P invF-1 and P prgH . P invF-1 contains a HilA binding site, termed a HilA box, that is necessary and sufficient for activation by HilA. The HilA box is 17 nucleotides long and contains a direct repeat comprised of two hexamers separated by 5 nucleotides, centered at −45 relative to the start site of transcription. P prgH also contains a HilA box, and here we investigate its role at P prgH . We have found that the HilA box is necessary, but not sufficient, for HilA-dependent activation of P prgH . Instead, half-site-like hexamers outside the HilA box appear to be required for HilA-dependent activation of P prgH , even though HilA binds to the HilA box in the absence of these hexamers. Thus, although HilA-dependent activation of P invF-1 and P prgH coordinates the expression of the structural genes for a type III secretion apparatus and the effectors secreted by that apparatus, it is also possible that mechanisms not apparent under in vitro inducing conditions could separate the expression ofinvFGEABC-spaMNOPQRS-sicA-sipBCDA-iacP-sicP-sptP andprgHIJK-orgABC.

Abstract:
A putative hybrid between Eucalyptus largiflorens F.Muell. and Eucalyptus gracilis F.Muell., called green box, has attracted attention for its ability to grow on the salt- and drought-affected Chowilla floodplain of the Murray River in South Australia. Relationships between carbon isotope discrimination (Δ13C) and the ratio of substomatal to ambient CO2 (ci/ca) indicated that green box was not as water use efficient as E. largiflorens. Specific leaf area of green box and E. gracilis was significantly lower compared with E. largiflorens (38.38 and 36.96 versus 43.71 cm2 g–1). Leaf nitrogen for green box and E. gracilis was significantly lower compared with E. largiflorens (12.66 and 11.35 versus 15.07 mg g–1 dry weight, P = 0.004 and 0.001, respectively) and leaf carbon of E. gracilis was significantly higher compared with green box and E. largiflorens (541.75 versus 514.90 and 519.82 mg g–1 dry weight, P = 0.002 and 0.011 respectively). There were significantly (P = 0.016) more occurrences of elevated ci/ca below a minimum gs in E. gracilis compared with E. largiflorens, with green box being intermediate (means = 21.6, 6.8 and 9.4). After 10 years, E. largiflorens trunk circumference had significantly increased (P = 0.017) and height had significantly decreased (P = 0.026) due to visible dieback. Green box and E. gracilis grew slower, conserving resources, illustrating a useful strategy to consider when choosing plants for revegetation efforts.

Abstract:
STE3 mRNA is present only in Saccharomyces cerevisiae alpha cells, not in a or a/alpha cells, and the transcript level increases about fivefold when cells are treated with a-factor mating pheromone. Deletions in the 5' noncoding region of STE3 defined a 43-base-pair (bp) upstream activation sequence (UAS) that can impart both modes of regulation to a CYC1-lacZ fusion when substituted for the native CYC1 UAS. UAS activity required the alpha 1 product of MAT alpha, which is known to be required for transcription of alpha-specific genes. A chromosomal deletion that removed only 14 bp of the STE3 UAS reduced STE3 transcript levels 50- to 100-fold, indicating that the UAS is essential for expression. The STE3 UAS shares a 26-bp homology with the 5' noncoding sequences of the only other known alpha-specific genes, MF alpha 1 and MF alpha 2. We view the homology as having two components--a nearly palindromic 16-bp "P box" and an adjacent 10-bp "Q box." A synthetic STE3 P box was inactive as a UAS; a perfect palindrome P box was active in all three cell types. We propose that the P box is the binding site for a transcription activator, but that alpha 1 acting via the Q box is required for this activator to bind to the imperfect P boxes of alpha-specific genes. Versions of the P box are also found upstream of a-specific genes, within the binding sites of the repressor alpha 2 encoded by MAT alpha. Thus, the products of MAT alpha may render gene expression alpha or a-specific by controlling access of the same transcription activator to its binding site, the P box.

AbstractThis paper introduces a new constraint domain for reasoning about data with uncertainty. It extends convex modeling with the notion of p-box to gain additional quantifiable information on the data whereabouts. Unlike existing approaches, the p-box envelops an unknown probability instead of approximating its representation. The p-box bounds are uniform cumulative distribution functions (cdf) in order to employ linear computations in the probabilistic domain. The reasoning by means of p-box cdf-intervals is an interval computation which is exerted on the real domain then it is projected onto the cdf domain. This operation conveys additional knowledge represented by the obtained probabilistic bounds. The empirical evaluation of our implementation shows that, with minimal overhead, the output solution set realizes a full enclosure of the data along with tighter bounds on its probabilistic distributions.

Abstract:
Muscle power is the ability of muscles to perform their strongest contractions at maximum speed. This study aims to determine the effect of Jump Box training on increasing muscle explosiveness in volleyball players of SMAN 21 Makassar. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent pre-test – post-test control group design approach, which was carried out at SMAN 21 Makassar with a population of 28 people who met the inclusion criteria divided into 2 groups with a total sampling technique, namely the experimental group given Jump To Box exercises and the control group without jump to box exercises. This study uses the Vertical Jump Test to measure the increase in muscle explosiveness. The data obtained from the Shapiro-Wilk normality test with a result of p> 0.05, the influence test used was a paired sample t-test with results in both groups, namely p = 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that both experimental and control groups have an effect and can provide significant results on muscle explosive power. Then based on the independent sample t-test, the p-value = 0.005 (p <0.05). Because the p-value = 0.005 <0.05 means that there is a significant difference between the experimental group with Jump To Box training and the control group without Jump To Box training on increasing muscle explosive power. The conclusion of this study is Jump To Box exercise is effective on increasing muscle explosiveness in volleyball players.

Abstract:
Background: SRY-related HMG box-12, which is associated with the prognosis of cancer, has been frequently described. However, both SRY-related HMG box-12 expression and its relationship with clinicopathological variables and patient survival have not been defined in gastric cancer. The aim of our study was to examine the prognostic value of SRY-related HMG box-12 expression in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: In this study, we determined SRY-related HMG box-12 expression in 79 primary gastric cancer tissues and 79 matched adjacent nontumor tissues by immunohistochemistry and then calculated the survival rate using the Kaplan-Meier method. Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze predictors of gastric cancer. Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction were used to investigate the difference in SRY-related HMG box-12 expression between normal gastric epithelial cells and gastric cancer cells at the protein level and RNA level, respectively. Results: SRY-related HMG box-12 was downregulated in gastric cancer tissues. Low SRY-related HMG box-12 expression was significantly associated not only with lymph node metastasis ( P = .027) and TNM stage ( P = .021) but also with disease-specific survival in patients with gastric cancer. Multivariate analysis demonstrated TNM stage was an independent factor predicting poor survival ( P = .034). Conclusions: Low SRY-related HMG box-12 expression is associated with poor clinical outcomes in gastric cancer.

Abstract:
Wood boxes kind "k" are the most used in table tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum P. Miller) commercialization in Brazil. Due to the fruit accommodation process that occurs during the transport from the production place to the commercialization point, producers fill tomato boxes a little bit over its physical capacity, and they close it with wood strips fixed with nails. In order to prevent strips from cracking, it is common to keep them inside water before using, to increase flexibility. When boxes are opened, many fruits are cracked or kneaded in a significant part of their total area, and normally they are thrown away. The purpose of this paper was to quantify the compression tomato fruits are exposed to in consequence of the "k" box fill / closing system. For this study a special instrumented box was constructed with a scales plate located at the bottom, with a hydraulic load cell instrumented in the box. This instrument was then used to study the compression of fruits as the box is filled and the compression increase caused by the addition of its wooden lid. The "k" box closing system caused an initial compression increase 3.5 times the compression of the open tomato box, and during time as the fruits are substantially deformed. This compression was reduced two about two times de initial reference value. The consequence of this observed fruit compression is compatible with the fruit deformations and even cracks observed in the market, which are known to be relevant post harvest losses causes in the Brazilian tomato handling industry.

We consider Pascal’s Triangle [Formula: see text] to be the entries of Pascal’s Triangle that are congruent to [Formula: see text]. Such a representation of Pascal’s Triangle exhibits fractal-like structures. When the Triangle is mapped to a subset of the unit square, we show that such a set is nonempty and exists as a limit of a sequence of coarse approximations. We then show that for any given prime [Formula: see text], any such sequence converges to the same set, regardless of the residue(s) considered. As an obvious consequence, this allows us to conclude that the fractal (box-counting) dimension of this nonempty, compact representation of Pascal’s Triangle [Formula: see text] is independent of [Formula: see text].

<p><span>The substitution box (S-Box) is the main block in the encryption system, which replaces the non-encrypted data by dynamic secure and hidden data. S-Box can be designed based on complex nonlinear chaotic systems that presented in recent papers as a chaotic S-Box. The hardware implementation of these chaotic systems suffers from long processing time (low speed), and high-power consumption since it requires a large number of non-linear computational models. In this paper, we present a high-speed FPGA implementation of Parallel Multi-Layer Selector Substitution Boxes based on the Lorenz Chaotic System (PMLS S-Box). The proposed PMLS chaotic S-Box is modeled using Xilinx System Generator (XSG) in 32 bits fixed-point format, and the architecture implemented into Xilinx Spartan-6 X6SLX45 board. The maximum frequency of the proposed PMLS chaotic S-Box is 381.764 MHz, with dissipates of 77 mwatt. Compared to other S-Box chaotic systems, the proposed one achieves a higher frequency and lower power consumption. In addition, the proposed PMLS chaotic S-Box is analyzed based on S-Box standard tests such as; Bijectivity property, nonlinearity, strict avalanche criterion, differential probability, and bits independent criterion. The five different standard results for the proposed S-Box indicate that PMLSC can effectively resist crypto-analysis attacks, and is suitable for secure communications.</span></p>

Abstract:
Background: Long-distance running is popular but associated with a high risk of injuries, particularly toe-related injuries. Limited research has focused on preventive measures, prompting exploration into the efficacy of raised toe box running shoes. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of running shoes with raised toe boxes on preventing toe injuries caused by distance running. Methods: A randomized crossover design involved 25 male marathon runners (height: 1.70 ± 0.02 m, weight: 62.6 + 4.5 kg) wearing both raised toe box (extended by 8 mm along the vertical axis and 3 mm along the sagittal axis) and regular toe box running shoes. Ground reaction force (GRF), in-shoe displacement, and degree of toe deformation (based on the distance change between the toe and the metatarsal head) were collected. Results: Wearing raised toe box shoes resulted in a significant reduction in vertical (p = 0.001) and antero–posterior (p = 0.015) ground reaction forces during the loading phase, with a notable increase in vertical ground reaction force during the toe-off phase (p < 0.001). In-shoe displacement showed significant decreased movement in the forefoot medial (p < 0.001) and rearfoot (medial: p < 0.001, lateral: p < 0.001) and significant increased displacement in the midfoot (medial: p = 0.002, lateral: p < 0.001). Impact severity on the hallux significantly decreased (p < 0.001), while impact on the small toes showed no significant reduction (p = 0.067). Conclusions: Raised toe box running shoes offer an effective means of reducing toe injuries caused by long-distance running.

In this paper, we present an O(n4 log 2n) time algorithm to compute an approximate discrete axis-parallel box of a given n-vertex convex polyhedron P such that the given polyhedron is minimized. Here, "discrete" means that each plane containing a face of the approximate box passes through a vertex of P (or, more generally, passes through a point of a set of given points). This algorithm is significantly faster than the brute force O(n7) time solution for computing the optimal approximate axis-parallel box A* of P such that the symmetric difference of the volume between P and A* is minimized. Abstract:
Multiple sequence alignment of 5’UTR of SSP genes from accessions of Fagopyrum esculentumrevealed the invariant nature of sequences with the transcription start site at P761and TATA box located -30bp upstream the TSS. Other cis-elements identified in the sequences included the legumin box (-581, -524, -184, -135, -91), the -131 prolamin box, DOF element (-718, -649, -540,-432, -272,-225, -128) and CAAT box (-692, -530, -475, -411, -282, -168, -54). Other elements identified included those involved in abscisic acid signallingviz., ABI3 at P-470,-95,-68,RAV1 at P-694and -543and AGL15 at P-671. A comparative analysis of regulatory elements of SSP gene promoters of distantly related species the presence of five cis-regulatory elements viz. TATA BOX, E-BOX, RY- element, CAAT box and the Endosperm box, which interplay in seed specific SSP gene expression. Other modulators influencing seed specific gene expression detected in the sequences included the ABA-responsive elements ABI3, RAV1 and AGL15 which play an integral role in seed maturation. Identification of potential nucleosome binding sites in SSP gene promoters of Cicer arietinum, Brassica napus, B. campestris, Vicia faba, and Pisum sativumat positions 78, 635, 195, 112 and 152 respectively surmises the spatial fine tuning of SSP gene transcriptional regulation in these species. On the other hand, absence of nucleosome binding sites in the promoters of Fagopyrum esculentum, Zea mays, Avena sativa, Triticum aestivum and Oryza sativamay indicate relatively easier access of transcription factors to the proximal promoter, thereby providing higher level of gene expression.

Abstract:
<p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> Control arm selection is difficult for devices clinical trial due to the complexity and uniqueness of every device. Therefore, we propose RADHIKa - ratio-based analysis deriving basis for comparison of historical or parallel interdependent reported ken of studies that can be used to compare the relative performance or safety of independent studies.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Methods:</strong> A ken (set of studies) has four basic prerequisites to qualify for RADHIKa. Comparison and calculations are based upon assessment of two major factors, effect and influence. RADHIKa is a three step methodology that includes construction of ken, ratio calculations, and plotting box plots.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Results:</strong> Inferences of RADHIKa has ratio and box plot interpretation. When the RADHIKa ratio is 1 or close to 1, both the control arm and the evaluation arm are equal. The box plot indicates the tendency of the parameter along with the difference in two arms. When the dark box is above line of unity, it indicates that the evaluation arm has performed better or if it’s vice versa the predicate has performed better. The tails of the box indicate significance of the outcome in each direction.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Conclusions: </strong>RADHIKa method is a useful tool to compare the relative performance or safety of independent studies, especially single arm device studies.</p>

Abstract:
<p>The charity box is a supporting facility that can be used by pilgrims to distribute their infaq. In this modern era, it turns out that the mosque still counts the contents of the charity box manually and uses the usual padlock key for the safety of the charity box. The purpose of this research is to build a system and tool that can simplify the performance of mosque administrators in counting money and maintaining the security of the charity box. ArduinoBased Charity Box Safety, Tracking, and Counter System is a charity box equipped with automatic counting and security features using RFID and GPS. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method. The features in this system are automatic counting and security features using RFID keys, GPS, buzzers, and infrared sensors. This system is also equipped with a notification to the mosque management regarding the amount of money in the charity box and the location of the charity box using GSM / GPRS. From the testing of the system, it was produced that the Arduino-Based Charity Box Safety, Tracing, and Counter System was able to detect banknotes and coins well. The SMS feature also works well where there will be an SMS message regarding the amount of money and location of the charity box. The safety of the charity box is enhanced by using RFID, GPS, buzzers, and infrared sensors. From the user satisfaction test results obtained by the percentage of user satisfaction by 85%, which means the Arduino-Based Charity Box Safety, Tracing, and Counter System is quite attractive to users.</p>

Abstract:
Background. In this pilot study, we evaluated tip collisions against three commonly used measures of fibreoptic scope handling skills. Methods. Seventy-seven anaesthetists were recruited to perform a standardized task on an Oxford Box and a modified AirSim manikin. Collision count was correlated against time to scope placement, a global rating scale score, and up-to-date fibreoptic experience. Results. Strong and moderate correlations were found between collision count and task completion time for the Oxford Box (ρ = 0.730, P < 0.0001) and AirSim manikin (ρ = 0.405, P < 0.0001), respectively. Moderate correlation was found between collision count and global rating scale score for the Oxford Box (ρ = −0.545, P < 0.0001) and AirSim manikin (ρ = −0.500, P < 0.0001). Mild and moderate correlations were found between collision count and fibreoptic experience on the Oxford Box (ρ = −0.240, P = 0.041) and AirSim manikin (ρ = −0.423, P < 0.0001), respectively. Conclusions. This study infers that collision count may be used as a measure of fibreoptic scope handling skills in simulation training. Using this outcome in addition to other measures of performance may improve accuracy and precision of fibreoptic scope placement.

Abstract:
In the era of data-driven applications and resource-constrained devices, the need for lightweight algorithms has become increasingly important. Lightweight algorithms refer to computational techniques that strike a balance between efficiency and resource utilization, making them well-suited for low-power devices, embedded systems, and scenarios with limited computational capabilities. For the new encryption method PRESENT, which was put forth in 2007, S-box directly affects the algorithm's security, whereas the p-layer mostly functions as a confusing factor during the encryption process. This paper provides a brief explanation of the PRESENT algorithm's operation and suggests an enhanced S-box and p-layer to address the issue that the main PRESENT S-box and P-layer have an anti-fixed point. The random generate of S-boxes and P-layers for PRESENT algorithms using 6D chaotic systems to generate 10 new S-boxes and 10 new P-layers. Finally, the security analysis has been completed, and the results indicate that the chaos S-box and P-layer are better able to with stand differential attacks and linear assaults and are suitable for protecting sensitive data.
